Description

一种自动厕纸机 技术领域
本发明涉及自动化设备领域,更具体的说涉及一种自动厕纸机,其可以起到自动控制出纸量的功效。
背景技术
目前在卫生间中,为了便于人们使用卫生纸,通常都会在马桶附近安装一个厕纸盒,该厕纸盒内部设置有滚轴,该滚轴上套设有纸筒,该纸筒可绕滚轴转动并其上还形成有引出端,该引出端一般均露出于厕纸盒,由此人们在需要使用卫生纸时,只需拽拉引出端,该纸筒即会绕滚轴转动,使得纸筒上的卫生纸被不断拉出以供人们使用。
但是,由于人们拉拽力量不等,经常会出现拉拽出大量卫生纸的情形,由于该纸筒并无法实现反转,故会浪费大量卫生纸,大大降低了卫生纸的使用效率。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对现有厕纸盒的上述缺陷深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动厕纸机,以解决现有厕纸盒中卫生纸抽出量较大而浪费大量卫生纸的问题。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种自动厕纸机,包括滚轴以及套设在滚轴上的纸筒,该纸筒具有引出端;其中,该自动厕纸机还包括主动轴、从动轴、输送带和具有预设转动圈数的步进电机,该输送带绕设在主动轴和从动轴之间,该步进电机与主动轴传动相连,该纸筒的引出端贯穿于主动轴与从动轴之间并可随主动轴的转动而运动。
进一步,该主动轴外部套设有第一橡胶滚筒,该从动轴外部套设有第二橡胶滚筒,该纸筒的引出端贯穿第一橡胶滚筒和第二橡胶滚筒之间间隙,该引出端两侧分别与第一橡胶滚筒和第二橡胶滚筒抵触。
进一步,该自动厕纸机还包括第一导向板和第二导向板,该第一导向板和第二导向板之间设置有导向空间,该引出端在穿过主动轴和从动轴之间间隙之后由导向空间导出。
进一步,该自动厕纸机还包括固定板,该步进电机、滚轴、第一导向板和第二导向板均固定在固定板上。
进一步,该自动厕纸机还包括控制盒,该控制盒具有电源模块、触发开关、微处理器和功率放大芯片,该电源模块包括变压器、整流模块、滤波模块、稳压器和指示灯,该变压器与市电输入相连并依次经整流模块、滤波模块和稳压器后产生直流电压,该直流电压通过触发开关而与微处理器相连,该微处理器则通过功率放大芯片而与步进电机相连。
进一步,该微处理器采用STC1205C,该功率放大芯片采用L9110。
采用上述结构后,本发明涉及一种自动厕纸机,人们在需要使用卫生纸时,只需开启步进电机,此时该步进电机即会转动之前预设好的圈数,该预设圈数为根据实际调查而获得的平均值,在步进电机的带动下,该主动轴会发生转动,如此使得纸筒的引出端运动一个固定的长度,即实现导出固定长度的纸张以供人们使用。由此,与现有技术相比,本发明能实现一个固定长度的自动出纸,从而避免了卫生纸被浪费的情形。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图2所示,其为本发明涉及一种自动厕纸机的较佳实施例,该自动厕纸机100包括滚轴1以及套设在滚轴1上的纸筒2,该纸筒2具有引出端21;如此该纸筒2可以以滚轴1为中心轴而转动,以该引出端21为引子而实现从纸筒2中不断抽纸。
本发明的改进之处在于:该自动厕纸机100还包括主动轴3、从动轴4、输送带5和步进电机6,该步进电机6具有预设转动圈数,即该步进电机6每次被启动,其均将转动上述预设圈数,该预设圈数为根据实际调查而获得的平均值,该输送带5绕设在主动轴3和从动轴4之间,该步进电机6与主动轴3传动相连,该纸筒2的引出端21贯穿于主动轴3与从动轴4之间,从而使得该纸筒2可随主动轴3的转动而运动,即使得纸筒2可以实现送纸。
这样,本发明涉及一种自动厕纸机100,人们在需要使用卫生纸时,只需开启步进电机6,此时该步进电机6即会转动之前预设好的圈数,在步进电机6的带动下,该主动轴3会发生转动,如此使得纸筒2的引出端21运动一个固定的长度,即实现导出固定长度的纸张以供人们使用。由此,与现有技术相比,本发明能实现一个固定长度的自动出纸,从而避免了卫生纸被浪费的情形。
为了使得主动轴3与从动轴4能与纸筒2中的卫生纸之间产生较佳的传动,该主动轴3外部套设有第一橡胶滚筒31,该从动轴4外部套设有第二橡胶滚筒41,该纸筒2的引出端21贯穿第一橡胶滚筒31和第二橡胶滚筒41之间间隙,该引出端21两侧分别与第一橡胶滚筒31和第二橡胶滚筒41抵触。由此,通过该第一橡胶滚筒31对卫生纸的带动作用,可以实现精确地出纸。
进一步为了实现对纸筒2中卫生纸的精确导向,该自动厕纸机100还包括第一导向板71和第二导向板72,该第一导向板71和第二导向板72之间设置有导向空间,该引出端21在穿过主动轴3和从动轴4之间间隙之后由导向空间导出。如此从第一导向板71和第二导向板72之间导出的卫生纸较为整齐,并使得第一橡胶滚筒31和第二橡胶滚筒41中的卫生纸能较为平整,大大降低自动化出纸的故障率。另外,该自动厕纸机100还包括固定板8,该步进电机6、滚轴1、第一导向板71和第二导向板72均固定在固定板8上,在本实施例中,该步进电机6设置在固定板8的后侧,如图2所示。
该自动厕纸机100还包括控制盒,该控制盒具有电源模块91、触发开关92、微处理器93和功率放大芯片94,请参照图3所示,该电源模块91包括变压器911、整流模块912、滤波模块913、稳压器914和指示灯915,具体地,该变压器911与市电输入相连并依次经整流模块912、滤波模块913和稳压器914后产生直流电压,使得该直流电压呈稳定状而可提供给整个自动厕纸机100使用。
如图4所示,该直流电压通过触发开关92而与微处理器93相连,该微处理器93则通过功率放大芯片94而与步进电机6相连。更具体地,该微处理器93采用STC1205C,该功率放大芯片94采用L9110。

Claims (6)

1、一种自动厕纸机,包括滚轴以及套设在滚轴上的纸筒,该纸筒具有引出端;其特征在于,该自动厕纸机还包括主动轴、从动轴、输送带和具有预设转动圈数的步进电机,该输送带绕设在主动轴和从动轴之间,该步进电机与主动轴传动相连,该纸筒的引出端贯穿于主动轴与从动轴之间并可随主动轴的转动而运动。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种自动厕纸机,其特征在于,该主动轴外部套设有第一橡胶滚筒,该从动轴外部套设有第二橡胶滚筒,该纸筒的引出端贯穿第一橡胶滚筒和第二橡胶滚筒之间间隙,该引出端两侧分别与第一橡胶滚筒和第二橡胶滚筒抵触。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种自动厕纸机,其特征在于,该自动厕纸机还包括第一导向板和第二导向板,该第一导向板和第二导向板之间设置有导向空间,该引出端在穿过主动轴和从动轴之间间隙之后由导向空间导出。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种自动厕纸机,其特征在于,该自动厕纸机还包括固定板,该步进电机、滚轴、第一导向板和第二导向板均固定在固定板上。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种自动厕纸机,其特征在于,该自动厕纸机还包括控制盒,该控制盒具有电源模块、触发开关、微处理器和功率放大芯片,该电源模块包括变压器、整流模块、滤波模块、稳压器和指示灯,该变压器与市电输入相连并依次经整流模块、滤波模块和稳压器后产生直流电压,该直流电压通过触发开关而与微处理器相连,该微处理器则通过功率放大芯片而与步进电机相连。
6、如权利要求5所述的一种自动厕纸机,其特征在于,该微处理器采用STC1205C,该功率放大芯片采用L9110。
