Composés organosilanes polysilylés
La présente invention concerne un composé organosilane polysilylé mono- ou polyfonctionnel, ainsi que son procédé de préparation.
L'invention concerne également un matériau organosilicié fonctionnalisé issu de ce composé. Les composés organosilanes mono- ou polyfonctionnels représentent un intérêt majeur dans de nombreux domaines, car ils permettent la fabrication de matériaux organosiliciés mono- ou polyfonctionnalisés, pouvant se présenter sous forme de poudre, de revêtement ou de polymère. Ils permettent également de fabriquer des produits se présentant sous la forme de particules fonctionnalisées, notamment de nanoparticules fonctionnalisées, par exemple avec un reste actif, pouvant notamment être relargué de manière contrôlée sous l'action d'un ou plusieurs paramètres. De nombreux composés organosilanes silylés ont été décrits dans l'art antérieur (Moitra et al, Chem.Commun., 2010, 46, 8416-8418 ; Burglova et al, J.Org.Chem., 201 1 , 76, 7326-7333).
Les composés connus sont des composés monosilylés, polysilylés où la fonction organique est pontante, et comprenant des fonctionnalités simples, telles que aminé, alcool, thiol, halogénure, dérivés alkyle, alkylène, phényle ou phénylène.
Les documents US 6 642 403 et US 7 235 683 décrivent des composés monosilylés pouvant être fonctionnalisés.
Toutefois, les composés décrits ne comprennent que des fonctionnalités simples.
Ainsi, un premier objectif de l'invention est de fournir des composés organosilanes polysilylés mono- ou polyfonctionnels qui s'affranchissement des problèmes de l'état de la technique et qui apportent une solution à tout ou partie des problèmes de l'état de la technique.
Un autre objectif de l'invention est de proposer des composés organosilanes polysilylés mono- ou polyfonctionnels dont le procédé de préparation soit aisé à mettre en œuvre et de rendement élevé. Un autre objectif de l'invention est de proposer des composés organosilanes polysilylés permettant la préparation de matériaux organosiliciés mono- ou polyfonctionnels pouvant comprendre une ou plusieurs fonctionnalités complexes.

Les différents objets de l'invention et leurs modes de réalisation seront mieux compris à la lecture des exemples qui suivent. Ces exemples sont donnés à titre indicatif, sans caractère limitatif.
Toutes les manipulations ont été effectuées en utilisant les techniques standard de Schlenk sous atmosphère inerte.
Les spectres RMN ont été obtenus en solution sur des appareils Bruker fonctionnant à 400 ou 250 MHz, dans du CDCI3 sec à 298 K.
Les RMN à l'état solide ont été mesurées sur un appareil Varian ASX400.
Les déplacements chimiques en 1H, 29Si et 13C sont rapportés en ppm par rapport à Me4Si.
Les spectres de masse à haute résolution ont été réalisés par ionisation electrospray. Les spectres infrarouge ont été obtenus par ATR sur un spectromètre Perkin 100.
Exemple 1 : préparation de composés organosilanes polysilylés selon l'invention
Tous les composés organosilanes polysilylés exemplifiés ont été obtenus à par la réaction entre :
- et un azoture organique.
Dans un réacteur micro-ondes ont été introduits le composé 1 (2,0 mmol), l'azoture organique (2,0 mmol de fonction azoture), le catalyseur [CuBr(PPh3)3], dans un mélange 1 :1 THF/Et3N (1 mL).
Le mélange a été irradié à 100°C pour le temps indiqué, puis les composés volatiles ont été évaporés. Après extraction au pentane (3 x 2 mL) puis concentration, les composés 2 à 11 ont été obtenus.
Le tableau I présente les structures des azotures organiques utilisés et les structures des composés organosilanes polysilylés correspondants 2 à 11.

Exemple 5 : préparation d'un matériau organosilicié à fonction pyrène
Un matériau de formule 18 a été préparé par deux procédés différents :
18 Par catalyse acide
Un mélange de composé 3 (5,7 mmol), d'eau distillée (122 mL, 6,8 mol) et d'acide chlorhydrique (12 M, 0,2 mL, 2,4 mmol), a été agité vigoureusement pendant une heure à 80°C dans un tube scellé, puis gardé au repos à 80°C pendant 48 heures. La composition du mélange était : composé 3/H20/HCI = 1 :1200:0.4.
Après refroidissement, le précipité a été essoré, lavé successivement à l'eau, à l'acétone, puis à l'éther, et séché sous pression réduite pendant 3 heures.
Le produit ainsi obtenu est caractérisé de la façon suivante :

Une solution de fluorure de tétrabutylammonium (1 M in THF, 0,10 mL, 0,10 mmol) et de l'eau distillée (1 ,2 mL, 66 mmol) ont été ajoutées à une solution de composé 3 (5,6 mmol) dans l'éthanol sec (20 mL).
La composition du mélange était : composé 3/eau/TBAF = 1 :12:0.02.
La formation d'un gel a été observée après 20 minutes. Après 48 heures en conditions statiques, le gel a été écrasé sur un fritté, puis lavé successivement avec de l'eau, de l'acétone, puis de l'éther, et finalement séché sous pression réduite pendant 3 heures. Le produit ainsi obtenu est caractérisé de la façon suivante :

Une solution de fluorure de tétrabutylammonium (1 M in THF, 0,10 mL, 0,10 mmol) et de l'eau distillée (1 ,2 mL, 66 mmol) ont été ajoutées à une solution de composé 20 (5,6 mmol) dans l'éthanol sec (20 mL).

La composition du mélange était : composé 20/eau/TBAF = 1 :12:0.02.

Exemple 7 : préparation d'un matériau organosilicié à fonctions pyrènes Un matériau de formule 21 a été obtenu par le procédé suivant :
Un mélange de composé (14) (1 ,0 mmol), d'eau distillée (20 mL, (1 ,2 mol) et d'acide chlorhydrique (1 M, 0,4 mL, 0,4 mmol) a été agité vigoureusement pendant 1 h à 80 °C, puis laissé au repos à cette température pendant 48 h. Le précipité a été essoré, et lavé successivement avec de l'eau, de l'acétone et de l'éther diéthylique, puis séché sous vide.
Le produit ainsi obtenu a été caractérisé de la façon suivante :

Exemple 8 : préparation d'un matériau organosilicé à fonctions acétate d'éthyle Un matériau de formule (23) a été préparé par deux procédés différents :

1- Par catalyse acide
Un mélange de composé (22) (4,5 mmol), d'eau distillée (20 mL, 1 ,1 mol) et d'acide chlorhydrique (1 M, 2,3 mL, 2,3 mmol) a été agité vigoureusement pendant 20 h à température ambiante. La composition du mélange était de 22/H20/HCI = 1 : 2500 : 5.
Le solvant a été évaporé pour donner le matériau (23). La poudre a été lavée avec du méthanol et séchée sous pression réduite à 40°C pendant 6 heures.
Le produit ainsi obtenu a été caractérisé de la façon suivante :
IR (nombre d'ondes en cm"1) : 095, 1018, 1055, 1091 , 1215, 1344, 1376, 1467, 1736, 2949, 3140.
2- Par catalyse acide en présence d'un tensioactif
Le composé (22) (0,42 mmol) a été ajouté à un mélange de SHS (hexadécyl sulfate de sodium contenant 40% en poids de stéraryl sulfate de sodium par rapport au poids total du tensioactif, 130 mg, 0,38 mmol), de l'eau distillée (20 mL, 1 ,1 mol) et de HCI (1 M, 4 mL, 4 mmol) chauffé à 60°C.
La composition du mélange était de 22/SHS/HCI/H20 = 1 : 0,9 : 9,5 : 3100 Un précipité blanc apparaît une minute plus tard, le mélange est laissé sous agitation 20 heures à 50°C puis filtré sur buchner. L'extraction a été faite en agitant la poudre dans de l'éthanol basique (5 mL NH4OH 25% dans 100 mL éthanol) à 45°C pendant 48 heures. Le produit ainsi obtenu a été caractérisé de la façon suivante :

Dans un réacteur micro-ondes ont été introduits :
- un composé de formule 15 2,0 mmol),

- un catalyseur [CuBr(PPh3)3],
dans un mélange 1 :1 THF/Et3N (1 mL).
Le mélange a été irradié à 100°C pour le temps indiqué, puis les composés volatiles ont été évaporés. Après extraction au pentane (3 x 2 mL) puis concentration, les produit 24 a été obtenu.
