步骤 S101 ,发起方建立共享演播室, 并通过网络发送所述共享演播室的邀 请信息;
在实施例中, 所述发起方一般为拥有演示文档等播放资料, 准备提供统一 的播放文档画面供其他移动设备共享的移动设备,通常可为会议主持者的移动 设备; 而通常作为接收方的则是准备接受所述发起方共享的画面数据的其他与 会者的移动设备。 这些移动设备可以是智能手机等手持设备, 也可以是其他具 有演示文档播放能力的处理设备。 其中, 发起方一般为一个, 而接收方则可以 有一个或多个。
所述共享演播室是在一定范围内通过网络互联建立的两个以上移动设备 间的虚拟演播厅, 由作为发起方的设备建立, 并由所述发起方授权允许其他设 备加入。在所述共享演播室中的发起方和接收方可以采取一对多的网络连接方 式, 也可以是多点互联的网络连接方式。
在本步骤中,所述发起方可通过如 Wi-Fi 等网络通信方式, 向一定距离内 的其他移动设备发送共享演播室的邀请信息。 在一个实施例中, 所述共享演播 室的邀请信息包括所述发起方的 IP 地址, 各个所述接收方根据所述邀请信息 中的 IP 地址与所述发起方建立网络连接, 加入所述共享演播室。

在一个实施例中,所述发起方可通过声音, 以摩尔斯码的方式传输所述 IP 地址, 或者授权密钥。 则, 只有接收到所述声音信号, 并具有摩尔斯码解码能 力的移动设备才能够接入所述共享演播室。 其中, 所述摩尔斯码, 又称为摩斯 电码, 是一种时通时断的信号代码, 这种信号代码通过不同的排列顺序来表达 不同的英文字母、 数字和标点符号等。 能够防止与会议无关的人员盗接, 保证 会议的私密性。
进一步地, 在各个所述接收方加入所述共享演播室后, 所述发起方可创建 包括所述发起方 IP 地址以及各个所述接收方的 IP 地址的地址列表, 所述发 起方以及各个所述接收方之间通过查找所述地址列表中的地址进行数据传输。 通过建立所述地列表, 可以方便地实现发起方和接收方之间的通信, 也可以实 现各个接收方之间的通信, 非常方便。

步骤 S104,所述接收方接收所述演播文档和所述播放控制指令, 并在接收 方本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制操作。
在本步骤中, 加入所述共享演播室的各个所述接收方接收所述发起方发送 的所述演播文档后, 在接收方本地保存所述演播文档, 并在本地通过相应的应 用程序打开所述演播文档, 根据接收的所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行 相应的播放控制操作。 从而实现发起方控制多个接收方演播统一个演播文档。
在步骤 S103 中, 由于是发送演播文档本身, 因此, 各个所述接收方实际 上获得了所述演播文档, 并可以保存所述演播文档, 对所述演播文档的传输只 需要一次发送。 在接收方接收完所述演播文档之后, 在演播过程中只需要对各 个所述接收方发送数据量很少的播放控制指令, 由各个所述接收方根据所述播 放控制指令执行相应的操作, 大大减少了在演播过程中传输的数据量。
由于是在一定距离内的发起方和接收方的移动设备实现共享播放, 对于带 宽的要求并不苛刻。 因此, 本发明实施例采用一次发送所有演播文档内容, 而 不是在播放期间, 根据发起方的翻页, 再一页一页的传输和播放。 实践证明, 并不会出现画面延迟或者卡壳。 当所有演播文档在所有接收方处准备就绪后, 发起方开始演讲时, 仅需要传输播放控制指令来实现播放控制操作, 保证在整 个会议期间传输量小, 画面切换和显示顺畅。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明实施例的共享演播方法, 通过在多个移动设备 之间通过网络连接建立共享演播室, 所述发起方对加入所述共享演播室的接收 方插件发送演播文档以及对所述演播文档的播放控制指令, 从而可以控制各个 所述接收方对所述演示文档的播放控制操作, 非常方便。
作为本发明实施例的共享演播方法的一个优选实施方式,所述共享演播方 法, 还可以在演播过程中, 包括以下对演播文件进行标记的步骤: 所述接收方检测到本地对所述演播文档的标记操作时, 将所述标记操作的 信息发送至所述发起方;
所述发起方进一步根据发起方本地的标记操作或者接收到的所述接收方 发送的标记操作信息, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作, 并生成相应的标记操作 指令, 并向加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送所述标记操作指令;
各个所述接收方接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作。 其中, 所述发起方的用户或者接收方的用户可以通过各种触控系统, 激光 笔等手段在发起方本地的设备或者接收方本地的设备中进行标记操作。
所述对演播文件进行标记的步骤中, 如果的标记操作是由接收方发起的, 则可以有如下三种实施方式。
实施方式 接收方检测到本地对所述演播文档的标记操作时, 在本地设 备上显示该标记操作的结果, 并同时将标记操作信息发送给发起方。 发起方可 以搜集任何接收方的标记操作信息, 生成并发送标记操作指令到各个接收方。 接收方对标记操作指令进行识别, 判断是否是本地设备的接收方所发起的指 令, 如果本地设备已经显示了标记操作的结果, 不再重复显示。
上述实施方式, 接收方可以立即显示自己的标记操作结构, 避免网络有延 迟。
实施方式 2 : 接收方检测到本地对所述演播文档的标记操作时, 不是立即 在本地设备上显示标记操作的结果, 而是生成标记操作指令, 将标记操作指令 作为标记操作信息发送给发起方, 发起方将所有接收方的标记操作信息搜集 后, 生成并发送标记操作指令给各个接收方, 其中标记操作指令, 可以包括为 区别不同的接收方而设置的颜色标识信息。接收方不用对标记操作指令进行判 断是否是自己本机曾发起的标识操作, 而是执行所获得的所有标记操作指令。
这种实施方式, 发起方负责接收和分配所有设备的操作指令, 可以统一统 计发起方和各接收方发起标记操作的时间顺序, 接收方设备运算量小, 能够减 少接收方的系统消耗。
实施方式 3 : 接收方检测到本地对所述演播文档的标记操作时, 在本地设 备上显示标记操作的结果, 并同时将标记操作信息发送给发起方, 发起方将所 有接收方发送的标记操作信息搜集后, 生成并发送标记操作指令给各个接收 方。为避免接收方本机重复显示本机的标记操作结果, 因此,该标记操作指令, 不发送给所述发送标记操作信息的接收方。即由发起方向各个接收方发送标记 操作指令时, 对接收方身份进行识别, 判断即将发送的标记操作指令是否是该 接收方发出的, 如果是则不再向该接收方发送本标记操作指令, 如果否, 则将 标记操作指令发送给该接收方。 由发起方主动判断是否向接收方发放标记操作 指令的方案, 可以有效的防止对接收方无用数据反复传输。
上述实施方式 3, 用户既能及时显示自己的操作, 同时还避免了自身增加 运算量, 使得手机在相应播放时反应速度较快。
亦即,当所述接收方在播放所述演播文档时,检测到本地用户的标记操作, 即向所述发起方发送所述标记操作的信息。所述接收方可根据所述标记操作在 屏幕上的位置, 以及所述演播文档在本地播放的演播文档的位置, 计算出所述 标记操作在所述演播文档中的位置。 例如: 接收方先获得标记操作在屏幕上的 坐标信息, 演播文档在屏幕上的坐标信息, 计算出标记操作所在演播文档的位 置, 比如在演播文档的哪页上, 在该页的什么坐标位置上。 标记操作在演播文 档中的位置, 也就是标记操作针对的是演播文档的哪一页上哪一行的哪些文字 字或图片。
然后, 将所述位置、 所述标记操作的类型和接收方的标识信息一起发送到 所述发起方。 其中, 所述标记操作的类型可以是画直线、 曲线、 加粗、 斜体等 等现有的对文档的编辑标记操作。接收方的标识信息可以是接收方的设备标识 或接收方的 IP地址。
所述发起方在接收到所述标记操作信息时, 或在检测到发起方本地的标记 操作时, 根据所述标记操作的位置和类型, 对所述演播文档执行相应的标记操 作; 并且, 生成相应的包括标记操作位置和类型的标记操作指令, 并向加入所 述共享演播室的所述接收方发送所述标记操作指令。
本实施例中, 检测发起方本地的标记操作后, 也可以用接收方计算标记操 作所在演播文档的位置的方法, 来获得发起方本地的标记操作所在演播文档的 位置。
各个所述接收方接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作, 将对应的标记添加在所述演播文档中。所述标记操作的添加可以在修订模式下 进行, 或者将所述标记操作以批注的形式添加在所述演播文档中。 优选地, 所述发起方进一步在所述标记操作指令中加入发起所述标记操作 的设备标识或 IP地址。 这里所述的发起所述标记操作的设备标识或 IP地址, 可以是发起标记操作的发起方的设备标识或 IP地址, 也可以是发起标记操作 的接收方的设备标识或 IP地址。 所述发起方以及各个所述接收方在对所述演 播文档执行标记操作时, 进一步根据不同的设备标识, 以不同的颜色对所述演 播文档执行标记操作。 以便通过不同颜色的标记, 清楚区分不同的操作者的标 注。
具体地, 当接收方将标记操作信息发送到发起方后, 发起方统一按照接收 到的各接收方的标记操作信息, 根据接收方不同的设备号, 按照时间顺序分别 定义一个不同的颜色, 并对发起方定义一个不同的颜色。 发起方将定义颜色的 信息随所述标记操作指令发送给各个接收方。各个接收方根据发起方发送的定 义颜色的信息, 用不同颜色分别显示发起方或各个接收方所做的标记。
通过本发明实施例的共享演播方法, 在共享播放文档的同时, 实现了共享 操作者的标注信息。当所述发起方或者接收方的操作者要对当前的演播文档进 行标记, 并希望展示所述标记给其余的参与者时, 可以轻松地实现在所述发起 方和所述接收方之间共享所述标记操作。 由于是各个所述接收方分别对演播文 档执行标记, 因此所述标记在演播结束后可以被接收方保存下来, 方便接收方 的用户再次查看。
作为另一个优选实施方式, 所述发起方进一步对加入所述共享演播室的所 述接收方发送同步信号; 各个所述接收方接收所述同步信号, 根据所述同步信 号对所述演播文档同步执行播放控制操作。
其中, 所述同步信号可以为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 各个所述接收方 接收所述演播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页 至对应页面。 当然, 同步信号也可以为接收方发出的演播文档翻页信号, 发起 方和其他接收方接收该翻页信号, 根据翻页信号对演播文档翻页至对应页面。 其他接收方接收翻页信号的方式, 可以是发起方统一接收某一接收方的翻页信 号后再发送给其余的接收方。
作为一个具体的实施例, 同步信号是执行翻页的某一页的动作的信号, 以 及, 执行下一个播放动作的信号。 作为一个具体的实施例, 同步信号是在同一网络发送的。
这样, 通过所述同步信号, 所述发起方和所述接收方可以同步执行相应的 播放控制操作,避免因指令传输和延时等问题导致各个移动设备之间播放不同 步的问题。
实际应用中, 接收方偶尔有可能收不到某一个同步信号的情况。 但是, 一 旦接收方收到 "翻到某一页 "的信号, 就会直接翻到那一页, 从而进行一次同步 纠正。 请参阅图 2, 图 2为根据本发明实施例的另一种共享演播方法的流程示意 图。 本实施例的共享演播方法, 应用于发起方, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201 , 建立共享演播室, 并通过网络或非网络向接收方发送所述共 享演播室的邀请信息;
在实际应用中, 发起方可以通过网络发送所述共享演播室的邀请信息, 也 可以通过非网络来发送所述共享演播室的邀请信息。例如: 发起方用户直接以 人工方式发出所述共享演播室的邀请信息。只要接收方用户能够获知所述邀请 信息即可。
步骤 S202, 通过建立的网络连接, 将接收方加入共享演播室;
本实施例中, 可以是接收方在接收到邀请信息后, 主动建立与发起方的网 络连接, 发起方将接收方加入共享演播室。 也可以是, 发起方在接收到接收方 的收到邀请信息的反馈信息后, 与接收方建立网络连接, 将接收方加入共享演 播室。

实际应用中, 推荐发起方先将完整的播放文档发送给接收方, 在确定接收 方已经接收完后, 再向接收方发送播放控制指令的方式。

其中, 所述发起方一般为拥有演示文档等播放资料, 准备提供统一的演播 文档播放画面供其他移动设备共享的移动设备,通常可为会议主持者的移动设 备; 而通常作为接收方的则是准备接受所述发起方共享的画面数据的其他与会 者的移动设备。 这些移动设备可以是智能手机等手持设备, 也可以是其他具有 演示文档播放能力的处理设备。 所述发起方一般为一个, 而所述接收方则可以 有一个或多个, 所述发起方插件 11 安装在所述发起方的移动设备中; 所述接 收方插件 12 安装在所述接收方的移动设备中。
所述共享演播室是在一定范围内通过网络互联建立的两个以上移动设备 间的虚拟演播厅, 由作为发起方的设备建立, 并由所述发起方授权允许其他设 备加入。在所述共享演播室中的发起方和接收方可以采取一对多的网络连接方 式, 也可以是多点互联的网络连接方式。
所述发起方插件 11 可通过如 Wi-Fi 等网络通信方式, 向一定距离内的其 他移动设备发送共享演播室的邀请信息。在一个实施例中, 所述共享演播室的 邀请信息包括所述发起方的 IP 地址, 各个所述接收方插件 12 根据所述邀请 信息中的 IP 地址与所述发起方插件 12 建立网络连接, 加入所述共享演播室。
在所述共享演播室的邀请信息的覆盖范围内的移动设备都可作为接收方, 在收到发起方发送的邀请信息后, 可通过相应的接收方插件 12 选择加入或者 不加入所述共享演播室。 接收方插件 12 选择加入所述共享演播室后, 即通过 建立网络连接加入所述共享演播室的网络互联, 参与共享演播。
在一个实施例中, 所述发起方插件 11 发起所述共享演播室邀请时, 可预 先设定所述共享演播室的授权密钥, 并可要求企图加入所述共享演播室的接收 方插件 12 输入授权密钥进行确认。
贝 IJ , 所述接收方插件 12 对所述发起方插件 11 发送所述共享演播室的授 权密钥; 所述发起方插件 11 接收所述接收方插件 12 发送的授权密钥, 并与 预设的共享演播室的授权密钥比较, 将授权密钥一致的接收方插件 12 加入所 述共享演播室。
通过设置授权密钥, 只有在所述接收方输入正确一致的授权密钥时, 才允 许对应的接收方加入所述共享演播室。可以提高共享演播室对演播内容的保密 性, 防止无关的人接收到邀请信息后加入共享演播室, 窃取演播内容。
在一个实施例中, 所述发起方插件 11 可通过声音, 以摩尔斯码的方式传 输所述 IP地址, 或者授权密钥。 则, 只有接收到所述声音信号, 并具有摩尔 斯码解码能力的移动设备才能够接入所述共享演播室。 其中, 所述摩尔斯码, 又称为摩斯电码, 是一种时通时断的信号代码, 这种信号代码通过不同的排列 顺序来表达不同的英文字母、 数字和标点符号等。 能够防止与会议无关的人员 盗接, 保证会议的私密性。
进一步地,在各个所述接收方加入所述共享演播室后,所述发起方插件 11 可创建包括所述发起方 IP 地址以及各个所述接收方的 IP 地址的地址列表, 所述发起方插件 11 以及各个所述接收方插件 12 之间通过查找所述地址列表 中的地址进行数据传输。 通过建立所述地列表, 可以方便地实现发起方和接收 方之间的通信, 也可以实现各个接收方之间的通信, 非常方便。
所述发起方插件 11 在发送所述演播文档时, 可以通过广播的方式同时对 加入所述共享演播室的所有所述接收方插件 12 发送所述演播文档; 也可以分 别通过与每个所述接收方建立的网络连接对各个所述接收方插件 12 发送所述 演播文档。
其中, 所述播放控制指令优选为与所述发起方本地的操作相同。
亦即, 所述发起方插件 11 根据发起方本地对所述演播文档的播放控制操 作,生成相应的播放控制指令, 并对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方插件 12 发送所述播放控制指令。
因此, 各个接收方根据所述播放控制指令可以执行与所述发起方完全相同 的操作, 实现操作的同步。
加入所述共享演播室的各个所述接收方插件 12 接收所述发起方插件 11 发送的所述演播文档后, 在接收方本地保存所述演播文档, 并在本地通过相应 的应用程序打开所述演播文档, 根据接收的所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档 执行相应的播放控制操作。从而实现发起方控制多个接收方演播统一个演播文 档。
由于是发送演播文档本身, 因此, 各个所述接收方实际上获得了所述演播 文档, 并可以保存所述演播文档, 对所述演播文档的传输只需要一次发送。 在 接收方接收完所述演播文档之后,在演播过程中只需要对各个所述接收方发送 数据量很少的播放控制指令, 由各个所述接收方根据所述播放控制指令执行相 应的操作, 大大减少了在演播过程中传输的数据量。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明的共享演播系统通过在多个移动设备之间通过 网络连接建立共享演播室,所述发起方对加入所述共享演播室的接收方插件发 送演播文档以及对所述演播文档的播放控制指令, 从而可以控制各个所述接收 方对所述演示文档的播放控制操作, 非常方便。
作为一个优选实施方式, 所述接收方插件 12 检测到接收方本地对所述演 播文档的标记操作时, 将所述标记操作的信息发送至所述发起方插件 11 ; 所述发起方插件 11 进一步根据发起方本地的标记操作或者接收到的所述 接收方插件 12 发送的标记操作信息, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作, 并生成 相应的标记操作指令, 并向加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方插件 12 发送所 述标记操作指令;
各个所述接收方插件 12 接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标 记操作。
其中, 所述发起方的用户或者接收方的用户可以通过各种触控系统, 激光 笔等手段在发起方本地的设备或者接收方本地的设备中进行标记操作。
亦即, 当所述接收方插件 12在播放所述演播文档时, 检测到本地用户的 标记操作, 即向所述发起方插件 11发送所述标记操作的信息。 所述接收方插 件 12可根据所述标记操作在屏幕上的位置, 以及所述演播文档在本地播放的 演播文档的位置, 计算出所述标记操作在所述演播文档中的位置。 例如: 接收 方插件 12先获得标记操作在屏幕上的坐标信息, 和标记操作所在演播文档的 位置, 就是在演播文档的哪页上, 来计算出标记操作在演播文档中的位置, 也 就是标记操作针对的是演播文档的哪一页上哪一行的哪些文字字或图片。
然后, 所述接收方插件 12将所述位置、 所述标记操作的类型和接收方的 设备标识或接收方的 IP地址, 一起发送到所述发起方插件 11。 其中, 所述标 记操作的类型可以是画直线、 曲线、 加粗、 斜体等等现有的对文档的编辑标记 操作。
所述发起方插件 11在接收到所述标记操作信息时, 或在检测到发起方本 地的标记操作时, 根据所述标记操作的位置和类型, 对所述演播文档执行相应 的标记操作; 并且, 生成相应的包括标记操作位置和类型的标记操作指令, 并 向加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方插件 12发送所述标记操作指令。
本实施例中, 发起发插件 11在检测到发起方本地的标记操作后, 也可以 用接收方插件 12计算标记操作所在演播文档的位置的方法, 来获得发起方本 地的标记操作所在演播文档的位置。
各个所述接收方插件 12接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标 记操作, 将对应的标记添加在所述演播文档中。 所述标记操作的添加可以在修 订模式下进行, 或者将所述标记操作以批注的形式添加在所述演播文档中。 优选地, 所述发起方插件 11 进一步在所述标记操作指令中加入发起所述 标记操作的设备标识; 所述发起方插件 11 以及各个所述接收方插件 12 在对 所述演播文档执行标记操作时, 进一步根据不同的设备标识, 以不同的颜色对 所述演播文档执行标记操作。 以便通过不同颜色的标记, 清楚区分不同的操作 者的标注。
具体地, 当接收方插件 12将标记操作信息发送到发起方插件 11后, 发起 方插件 11统一按照接收到的各接收方的标记操作信息, 根据接收方不同的设 备号, 按照时间顺序分别定义一个颜色, 并对发起方定义一个颜色。 发起方插 件 11将定义颜色的信息随所述标记操作指令发送给各个接收方插件 12。 各个 接收方插件 12根据发起方发送的定义颜色的信息, 用不同颜色显示发起方或 各个接收方所做的标记。
通过本发明的共享演播系统, 在共享播放文档的同时, 可以共享操作者的 标注信息。 当所述发起方或者接收方的操作者要对当前的演播文档进行标记, 并希望展示所述标记给其余的参与者时, 可以轻松地实现在所述发起方和所述 接收方之间共享所述标记操作。 由于是各个所述接收方分别对演播文档执行标 记,因此所述标记在演播结束后可以被保存下来,方便接收方的用户再次查看。
作为另一个优选实施方式, 所述发起方插件 11 进一步对加入所述共享演 播室的所述接收方插件 12 发送同步信号; 各个所述接收方插件 12 接收所述 同步信号, 根据所述同步信号对所述演播文档同步执行播放控制操作。
通过所述同步信号,所述发起方和所述接收方可以同步执行相应的播放控 制操作, 避免因指令传输和延时等问题导致所述共享演播室的各个移动设备之 间播放不同步的问题。
所述同步信号可以为发起方的演播文档翻页信号,各个所述接收方接收所 述演播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应 页面。 请参阅图 5, 图 5为根据本发明实施例的另一种共享演播系统的结构示意 图;本实施例的共享演播系统与图 2所示的方法实施例相对应,应用于发起方, 包括: 共享演播室建立单元 21、 共享演播室加入单元 22和发送单元 23。 所述共享演播室建立单元 21,用于建立共享演播室,并通过网络或非网络 向接收方发送所述共享演播室的邀请信息;
所述共享演播室加入单元 22,用于通过建立的网络连接,将接收方加入共 享演播室;
所述发送单元 23,用于对加入所述共享演播室的接收方发送演播文档以及 对所述演播文档的播放控制指令, 使得接收方接收所述演播文档和所述播放控 制指令, 并在接收方本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制 操作。
本实施例中, 所述发送单元 23具体用于: 根据所述发起方本地对所述演 播文档的播放控制操作, 生成相应的播放控制指令, 并对加入所述共享演播室 的所述接收方发送演播文档以及所述相应的播放控制指令。
本实施例的共享演播系统, 还包括: 标记操作指令生成单元和标记操作指 令发送单元。
所述标记操作指令生成单元, 用于在演播过程中, 根据发起方本地的标记 操作或者接收到的所述接收方发送的标记操作信息, 对所述演播文档执行标记 操作, 生成相应的标记操作指令;
所述标记操作指令发送单元,用于向加入所述共享演播室的接收方发送所 述标记操作指令, 使得各个接收方接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执 行标记操作。
本实施例中, 所述标记操作指令生成单元, 还用于在标记操作指令中包括 发起所述标记操作的发起方或接收方的设备标识, 使得各个接收方在对所述演 播文档执行标记操作时, 进一步根据不同的设备标识, 以不同的颜色对所述演 播文档执行标记操作。
本本实施例中, 还包括同步信号发送单元; 所述同步信号发送单元, 用于 对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送同步信号, 使得各个所述接收方接收 所述同步信号, 根据所述同步信号对所述演播文档同步执行播放控制操作。
所述同步信号为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 使得各个所述接收方接收所 述演播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应 页面。
本实施例的共享演播系统与图 2所示的方法实施例相对应, 具体请参照针 对图 2的详细描述。 请参阅图 6, 图 6为根据本发明实施例的再一种共享演播系统的结构示意 图;本实施例的共享演播系统与图 3所述的方法实施例相对应,应用于接收方, 包括: 邀请信息接收单元 31, 共享演播室加入单元 32和播放控制指令执行单 元 33。
所述邀请信息接收单元 31,用于通过网络或非网络接收发起方在建立共享 演播室时, 发送的共享演播室的邀请信息;
所述共享演播室加入单元 32,用于通过建立网络连接,加入所述共享演播 所述播放控制指令执行单元 33,用于接收发起方发送的演播文档以及对所 述演播文档的播放控制指令, 并在接收方本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演 播文档执行播放控制操作。
本实施例的共享演播系统, 还可以包括: 标记操作信息发送单元和标记操 作指令接收单元;
所述标记操作信息发送单元, 用于在演播过程中, 检测到本地用户的标记 操作, 向所述发起方发送所述标记操作的信息;
所述标记操作指令接收单元, 用于在演播过程中, 接收发起方发送的标记 操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作。
本实施例中所述标记操作指令接收单元接收的标记操作指令中进一步包 括发起所述标记操作的发起方或接收方的设备标识; 所述标记操作指令接收单 元, 在对所述演播文档执行标记操作时, 进一步根据不同的设备标识, 以不同 的颜色对所述演播文档执行标记操作。
本实施例的共享演播系统, 还包括: 同步信号接收单元; 所述同步信号接 收单元, 用于接收发起方发送的同步信号, 根据所述同步信号对所述演播文档 同步执行播放控制操作。
所述同步信号为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 各个所述接收方接收所述演 播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应页 面。
本实施例的共享演播系统与图 3所述的方法实施例相对应,具体请参照针 对图 3的详细说明。
另外, 本发明实施例还提供了一种移动设备, 该移动设备可以包括上述图 4所示实施例描述的共享演播系统,或者图 5所示实施例描述的共享演播系统, 或者图 6所示实施例描述的共享演播系统。
本发明实施例中的移动设备, 可以是智能手机, 平板电脑等移动设备。 以上实施例仅用于说明本发明, 并非用于限定本发明的保护范围。 凡在本 发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均包含在本发明 的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 包括步骤:
发起方建立共享演播室, 并通过网络发送所述共享演播室的邀请信息; 接收所述邀请信息的接收方, 通过建立网络连接加入所述共享演播室; 所述发起方对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送演播文档以及对所 述演播文档的播放控制指令;
所述接收方接收所述演播文档和所述播放控制指令,并在接收方本地根据 所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制操作。
2、 一种共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 应用于发起方, 包括:
建立共享演播室, 并通过网络或非网络向接收方发送所述共享演播室的邀 请信息;
通过建立的网络连接, 将接收方加入共享演播室;
对加入所述共享演播室的接收方发送演播文档以及对所述演播文档的播 放控制指令, 使得接收方接收所述演播文档和所述播放控制指令, 并在接收方 本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制操作。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 所述对加入 所述共享演播室的接收方发送演播文档以及对所述演播文档的播放控制指令, 包括:
对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送演播文档;
根据所述发起方本地对所述演播文档的播放控制操作, 生成相应的播放控 制指令, 并对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送所述相应的播放控制指
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 在演播过程 中, 进一步包括:
根据发起方本地的标记操作或者接收到的所述接收方发送的标记操作信 息, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作, 生成相应的标记操作指令; 所述接收方发 送的标记操作信息是所述接收方在检测到本地对所述演播文档的标记操作时 发送给发起方的;
向加入所述共享演播室的接收方发送所述标记操作指令,使得各个接收方 接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作; 或 所述标记操作指令中进一步包括发起所述标记操作的发起方或接收方的 设备标识, 使得各个接收方在对所述演播文档执行标记操作时, 进一步根据不 同的设备标识, 以不同的颜色对所述演播文档执行标记操作。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的共享演播方法, 其特征在于: 所述发起方对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送同步信号,使得各个 所述接收方接收所述同步信号, 根据所述同步信号对所述演播文档同步执行播 放控制操作; 或
所述同步信号为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 使得各个所述接收方接收所 述演播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应 页面。
6、 一种共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 应用于接收方, 包括:
接收发起方通过网络或非网络发送的共享演播室的邀请信息,所述共享演 播室是发起方建立的;
通过建立网络连接, 加入所述共享演播室;
接收发起方发送的演播文档以及对所述演播文档的播放控制指令, 并在接 收方本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制操作。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 6所述的共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 在演播过程 中, 进一步包括:
检测到本地用户的标记操作, 向所述发起方发送所述标记操作的信息; 接收发起方发送的标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执行标记操作; 或 所述标记操作指令中进一步包括发起所述标记操作的发起方或接收方设 备标识;
在对所述演播文档执行标记操作时, 进一步根据不同的设备标识, 以不同 的颜色对所述演播文档执行标记操作。
8、 根据权利要求 1、 6或 7任一项所述的共享演播方法, 其特征在于, 接收发起方发送的同步信号,根据所述同步信号对所述演播文档同步执行 播放控制操作; 或
所述同步信号为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 各个所述接收方接收所述演 播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应页 面。
9、 一种共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 发起方插件和接收方插件; 所述发起方插件用于建立共享演播室, 并通过网络发送所述共享演播室的 邀请信息,对加入所述共享演播室的接收方插件发送演播文档以及对所述演播 文档的播放控制指令;
所述接收方插件用于接收所述邀请信息,通过建立网络连接加入所述共享 演播室, 接收所述演播文档和所述播放控制指令, 并在接收方本地根据所述 播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制操作。
10、 一种共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 应用于发起方, 包括:
共享演播室建立单元, 用于建立共享演播室, 并通过网络或非网络向接收 方发送所述共享演播室的邀请信息;
共享演播室加入单元, 用于通过建立的网络连接, 将接收方加入共享演播 发送单元,用于对加入所述共享演播室的接收方发送演播文档以及对所述 演播文档的播放控制指令, 使得接收方接收所述演播文档和所述播放控制指 令, 并在接收方本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档执行播放控制操 作。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元 具体用于: 根据所述发起方本地对所述演播文档的播放控制操作, 生成相应的 播放控制指令, 并对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送演播文档以及所述 相应的播放控制指令。
12、 根据权利要求 10或 11所述的共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 标记操作指令生成单元和标记操作指令发送单元;
所述标记操作指令生成单元, 用于在演播过程中, 根据发起方本地的标记 操作或者接收到的所述接收方发送的标记操作信息, 对所述演播文档执行标记 操作, 生成相应的标记操作指令;
所述标记操作指令发送单元,用于向加入所述共享演播室的接收方发送所 述标记操作指令, 使得各个接收方接收所述标记操作指令, 对所述演播文档执 行标记操作; 或
所述标记操作指令生成单元,还用于在标记操作指令中包括发起所述标记 操作发起方或接收方的设备标识, 使得各个接收方在对所述演播文档执行标记 操作时, 进一步根据不同的设备标识, 以不同的颜色对所述演播文档执行标记 操作。
13、 根据权利要求 10至 12中任一项所述的共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 同步信号发送单元;
所述同步信号发送单元,用于对加入所述共享演播室的所述接收方发送同 步信号, 使得各个所述接收方接收所述同步信号, 根据所述同步信号对所述演 播文档同步执行播放控制操作; 或
所述同步信号为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 使得各个所述接收方接收所 述演播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应 页面。
14、 一种共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 应用于接收方, 包括:
邀请信息接收单元,用于通过网络或非网络接收发起方发送的共享演播室 的邀请信息; 所述共享演播室由发起方建立;
共享演播室加入单元, 用于通过建立网络连接, 加入所述共享演播室; 播放控制指令执行单元,用于接收发起方发送的演播文档以及对所述演播 文档的播放控制指令, 并在接收方本地根据所述播放控制指令对所述演播文档 执行播放控制操作。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 标记 操作信息发送单元和标记操作指令接收单元;

16、 根据权利要求 14或 15中任一项所述的共享演播系统, 其特征在于, 还包括: 同步信号接收单元;
所述同步信号接收单元, 用于接收发起方发送的同步信号, 根据所述同步 信号对所述演播文档同步执行播放控制操作; 或
所述同步信号为发起方的演播文档翻页信号, 各个所述接收方接收所述演 播文档翻页信号, 根据所述演播文档翻页信号对所述演播文档翻页至对应页 面。
17、 一种移动设备, 其特征在于: 包括权利要求 9或 10或 14所述的共享 演播系统。
