Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides et son procédé de pilotage. Le dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comprend le dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides dans un mode PVA, un mode LVA, un mode FFS et dans un mode IPS. Le dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comprend 1 à 50 % en poids d'un cristal liquide smectique achiral, le reste étant un cristal liquide nématique. Le dispositif à cristaux liquides comprend 3 à 50 % en poids d'un cristal liquide smectique, le reste étant un cristal liquide nématique, le cristal liquide smectique comprenant une couche de cristal liquide, comprenant 70 à 97 % en poids d'un cristal liquide smectique achiral et 3 à 30 % en poids d'un cristal liquide smectique chiral.
