Therefore, the operation control unit 26 proceeds to the process of step S35, ends the call application, turns off the display of the display unit 21, and shifts to the sleep state.
- step S36 determines that the posture of the information processing device 20 detected by the posture detection unit 23 is the second placement state. It is determined whether or not (step S37).
- the operation control unit 26 ends the call application, turns off the display of the display unit 21, and sleeps. Transition to the state. Furthermore, the operation control unit 26 restricts notification of information regarding the usage status of the call application stored in the storage unit 25 due to the current use of the call application (step S38). Therefore, when the operation control unit 26 is requested to notify the information on the usage status of the calling application, for example, unless the input of a predetermined password is performed, the operation control unit 26 displays the information on the usage status of the calling application. Restrict display of.
- the operation control unit 26 ends the call application, shifts to the sleep state, and restricts notification of information related to the current use status of the call application.
- step S37: No If the posture of the information processing apparatus 20 is not in the second placement state (step S37: No), the operation control unit 26 returns to the process of step S31.
- FIG. 3 it demonstrated using the example which determines whether the attitude
- the mounting state of the information processing apparatus 20 that performs different operation control may be three or more.
- FIG. 3 illustrates the case of using a call application as an example
- the present invention can also be applied to the use of a web page browsing application.
- the information is stored in the storage unit 25 as information regarding the usage status of the web application such as the URL of the browsed web page. Therefore, when the information processing apparatus 20 assumes a predetermined posture when using the Web page browsing application, notification of information regarding the usage status of the Web application may be limited.
- FIG. 3 the example of restricting the notification of the information on the usage status of the application has been described.
- the information on the usage status of the application may be deleted from the storage unit 25.
- the information processing apparatus 20 performs the operation of the information processing apparatus 20 according to the attitude of the information processing apparatus 20 detected by the attitude detection unit 23 after confirming the presence or absence of a specific input. Control.
- the motion control according to the attitude of the information processing apparatus 20 can be performed more finely than the case where the motion control is performed.
- the present invention can also be applied to, for example, simplification of setting input necessary for executing the application. it can.
