实施例 1~4的外丝牙短塑管剖视图如图 7所示。 构造装置 旋转头: 旋转头外部呈笔尖状并卡锁笔杆连接件, 内件卡住非圆柱形笔芯, 轻松做 360 °C左右旋转运动, 并带动笔芯运转。 连接件: 卡住转动头, 锁定笔杆。 空芯笔杆木制、 塑制、 金属制, 可根据需要相应放大增粗或縮短减细。 内丝牙长塑管粘合在空芯笔杆内; 外丝牙短塑管: 安装在内丝牙长塑管内; 非圆柱体笔芯一头卡在笔尖旋转头上, 一头插入外丝牙短塑管里。 尾部安装传统皮头铝套或顶饰件或双头。
工作原理, 如图 6所示:
1.可卡锁笔杆并带动笔芯旋。
2.笔芯卡锁在外丝牙短塑管内, 笔芯旋转带动短塑管沿笔杆罗纹进退。
3.塑管升降促成笔芯伸出或縮回笔杆内。 另外如是木制笔杆, 则另需用内丝牙长塑管带内罗纹铺设在木杆内, 并增 加连接装置旋转头连接笔杆。 使用说明: 安装笔芯: 将外丝牙短塑管旋至前端或从前端旋出, 将笔芯插入外丝牙短 塑管的笔芯插口锁定; 笔芯露尖或縮回笔杆内: 可按书写人意愿用顺、 逆时针方向左右旋转即可 完成。 笔芯更换: 根据不同笔芯更换相对应的外丝牙短塑管和旋转头。 不同口径笔芯更换: 单头笔可插入三种不同口径的笔芯; 双头笔可插入六种不同口径的笔芯。 超出允差则更换外丝牙短塑管和旋转头。
Claims
1. 一种大口径自动芯铅笔, 包括笔芯 (1)、 空芯杆 (4) 和尾装饰 (7),笔 芯(1)设置于空芯杆(4) 内部, 空芯杆(4)尾部一端连接尾装饰(7), 其特征在于所述的空芯杆(4) 内壁上设有内丝牙, 笔芯尾部一端连接外 丝牙短塑管 (6), 笔芯顶部一端伸出旋转头 (2), 外丝牙短塑管 (6)与 空芯杆 (4) 内壁上的内丝牙相配合, 旋转头 (2) 通过连接装置 (3)连 接空芯杆 (4), 所述的笔芯 (1) 形状为非圆柱形。
2. 一种大口径自动芯铅笔, 包括笔芯、 空芯杆和尾装饰, 笔芯设置于空芯 杆内部, 空芯杆尾部一端连接尾装饰, 其特征在于所述的空芯杆内壁上 设有内丝牙, 旋转头通过连接装置连接空芯杆, 所述的笔芯外侧设有与 空芯杆内壁上内丝牙相配合的外丝牙, 笔芯顶部一端伸出旋转头, 笔芯 形状为非圆柱形。
3. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种大口径自动芯铅笔, 其特征在于所述的笔 芯形状为三角形或四方形或椭圆形或其他带有棱角的形状, 所述的笔芯 可以替换为树脂笔芯或中性笔芯或石墨笔芯或彩色芯或蜡笔或粉笔或固 体胶或橡皮芯或眉笔芯或口红芯。
4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种大口径自动芯铅笔, 其特征在于所述的空 芯杆内壁上设有内丝牙长塑管。
5. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的一种大口径自动芯铅笔, 其特征在于所述的外 丝牙短塑管内设有三个不同口径的笔芯插口。
6. 一种大口径双头自动芯铅笔, 包括第一笔芯(la)、 第二笔芯(lb)和空 芯杆 (4), 第一笔芯 (la) 和第二笔芯 (lb) 设置于空芯杆 (4) 内部, 其特征在于所述的空芯杆 (4) 内壁上设有内丝牙, 空芯杆 (4) 左部一 端通过第一连接装置 (3a) 连接第一旋转头 (2a), 空芯杆 (4) 右部一
端通过第二连接装置(3b)连接第二旋转头 (2b), 第一笔芯 (la)左部 一端伸出第一转动旋转头(2a), 第一笔芯(la)右部一端连接第一外丝 牙短塑管 (6a), 第一外丝牙短塑管 (6a) 与空芯杆 (4 ) 内壁上的内丝 牙相配合, 第二笔芯(lb )右部一端伸出第二转动旋转头(2b), 第二笔 芯(lb )左部一端连接第二外丝牙短塑管(6b), 第二外丝牙短塑管(6b) 与空芯杆(4) 内壁上的内丝牙相配合, 所述的第一笔芯(la)和第二笔 芯 (lb) 形状为非圆柱形。
7. 一种大口径双头自动芯铅笔, 包括第一笔芯、 第二笔芯和空芯杆, 第一 笔芯和第二笔芯设置于空芯杆内部, 其特征在于所述的空芯杆内壁上设 有内丝牙, 空芯杆左部一端通过第一连接装置连接第一旋转头, 空芯杆 右部一端通过第二连接装置连接第二旋转头, 第一笔芯左部一端伸出第 一转动旋转头, 第一笔芯外侧设有与空芯杆内壁上内丝牙相配合的外丝 牙, 第二笔芯右部一端伸出第二转动旋转头, 第二笔芯外侧设有与空芯 杆内壁上内丝牙相配合的外丝牙, 所述的第一笔芯和第二笔芯形状为非 圆柱形。
8. 如权利要求 6或 7所述的一种新型大口径双头自动芯铅笔, 其特征在于 所述的第一笔芯和第二笔芯形状为三角形或四方形或椭圆形或其他带有 棱角的形状, 所述的第一笔芯或第二笔芯均可以替换为树脂笔芯或中性 笔芯或石墨笔芯或彩色芯或蜡笔或粉笔或固体胶或橡皮芯或眉笔芯或口 红芯。
9. 如权利要求 6或 7所述的一种新型大口径双头自动芯铅笔, 其特征在于 所述的空芯杆内壁上设有内丝牙长塑管。
