Definitions

  • planetary gearboxes as known from the patent descriptions JP 62099293 and US 4854191, which are using unidirectional clutches that are locking-up rotary motion of sun gears in relation to the frame in one direction. Gearing down in these gearboxes takes place by unlocking of unidirectional clutch of higher speed, thereby the lower speed becomes operational automatically. Gearing up takes place by locking-up unidirectional clutch of the higher speed, and without releasing of the lock-up of unidirectional clutch of the lower speed, in the middle of changing the speeds, no other speed is used for maintaining the continuity of gearbox operation.

Abstract

L'invention porte sur une boîte de vitesses épicycloïdale comprenant des roues planétaires (1, 2, 26, 37) au nombre de deux ou plus, ainsi que des jeux de pignons satellites (3, 4, 27, 28) au nombre de deux ou plus. Les pignons satellites (3, 4, 27, 28) sont montés d'une façon qui les empêche de tourner l'un par rapport à l'autre sur les axes (5, 44) de pignons satellites reliés à une fourche (7). L'un des jeux de pignons satellites (3, 27) est apte à s'accoupler au pignon (6) de l'élément mené, les roues planétaires (1, 2, 26, 27) sont montées de façon rotative l'une par rapport à l'autre, à un mécanisme de manivelle (8) et à un cadre (10). Les embrayages (20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42) permettent de verrouiller la rotation des roues planétaires (1, 2, 26, 37) par rapport au cadre (10) dans les deux directions. La boîte de vitesses est caractérisée en ce que le pignon (6) de l'élément mené est relié au mécanisme de manivelle (8) au moyen d'un embrayage unidirectionnel (17, 43, 45) qui transmet le couple du mécanisme de manivelle (8) au pignon (6) de l'élément mené au cours du fonctionnement au point mort (1), ainsi qu'au cours du passage aux vitesses supérieures, c'est-à-dire après le déverrouillage de l'un des embrayages (20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42) de la roue planétaire (1, 2, 26, 37) et avant le verrouillage d'un autre embrayage (20, 21, 30, 31, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42) de la roue planétaire (1, 2, 26, 37).
