Description

신발용 보관용기
본 발명은 지속적인 사용이 가능한 신발용 보관용기에 관련되는 기술이다.
다양한 종류의 신발들이 출시되고 있으며, 보다 향상되고 새로운 기능을 갖춘 신발을 통해 높은 부가가치를 창출하고자 하는 경향이 강하다. 또한 특수한 용도를 위한 신발들도 많이 보급되고 있고, 패션 아이템의 하나로 인식되어 감에 따라 톡특한 디자인을 갖춘 신발들도 유행이 되고 있다.
보통 신발은 크게 운동화류, 작업화류, 샌달류, 구두류 등 다수의 카테고리로 분류될 수 있다. 또 하나의 신발류로 쉽게 굽혀져 부피가 최소화될 수 있고 외력이 제거되면 다시 원상태로 복원될 수 있는 신발이 있다.
쉽게 굽혀질 수 있는 신발로는 근래에 알려진 스킨슈즈, 아쿠아슈즈, 실내화 등과 같은 것들이 있다.
스킨슈즈 등은 신발창이 비교적 얇고 갑피를 포함한 전체가 둥글게 말릴 수 있을 정도로 변형이 쉽게 이루어질 수 있다는 특징이 있다.
운동화와 같은 일반적인 신발은 보통 종이박스에 포장되어 소비자에게 제공되기 때문에 종이박스는 곧바로 폐기처분된다.
한편, 스킨슈즈 등과 같은 신발은 비교적 부피가 작기 때문에 작은 가방 형태의 포장체에 포장되어 제공되기도 한다. 스킨슈즈와 같은 신발은 특수한 용도로 사용되기 때문에 보통의 경우 운동화나 구두를 신고 다니다가 스킨슈즈로 교체하여 착용하게 된다. 즉, 스킨슈즈와 같은 신발은 세컨드 신발로 휴대가 용이해야 할 필요성이 높다.

종래기술로 살펴본 기술을 포함하여 기존의 신발포장체는 기본적으로 신발의 형태를 변형시키지 않도록 하는 것을 전제로 하기 때문에 부피가 클 수밖에 없었고 대부분이 종이재나 합성수지재로 이루어지기 때문에 지속적인 사용이 아닌 일시적인 사용을 예정하고 있다는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 스킨슈즈와 같이 쉽게 굽혀질 수 있는 특수한 신발을 보다 쉽게 휴대할 수 있도록 하는 신발용 보관용기를 제공하고자 한다.
그리고 본 발명은 스킨슈즈 등이 세컨드 신발로 활용된다는 점을 고려하여 일시적인 사용이 아닌 반영구적인 사용이 가능하며, 패션의 일부로 활용될 수 있는 신발용 보관용기를 제공하고자 한다.
제시한 바와 같은 과제 달성을 위한 본 발명의 신발용 보관용기는, 상방으로 개구되며 내부에 빈 공간이 형성되도록 금속 또는 합성수지로 제작되는 몸체; 상기 몸체의 상단을 덮어 상기 빈 공간이 외부와 차단될 수 있도록 금속 또는 합성수지로 제작되는 덮개; 상기 몸체나 상기 덮개에 연결될 수 있는 걸림고리;를 포함하여 이루어지며 상기 몸체의 빈 공간에 신발을 굽혀 넣어 보관할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

몸체(100)나 덮개(200)에 걸림고리(300)가 연결되며, 걸림고리(300)는 사용자가 본 발명의 신발용 보관용기를 휴대할 때 가방 등에 걸 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.

본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.
본 발명에 의한 신발용 보관용기는 쉽게 굽혀질 수 있는 신발류의 보관용기로 사용되기에 적합하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 신발을 담아 보관할 수 있는 신발용 보관용기로서,
    상방으로 개구되며 내부에 변형되지 않는 일정한 체적을 갖는 빈 공간이 형성되도록 금속 또는 합성수지로 제작되는 몸체;
    상기 몸체의 상단을 덮어 상기 빈 공간이 외부와 차단될 수 있도록 금속 또는 합성수지로 제작되는 덮개;
    상기 몸체나 상기 덮개에 연결될 수 있는 걸림고리;를 포함하여 이루어지며 상기 몸체의 빈 공간에 신발을 굽혀서 둥글게 말은 형태로 보관할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 보관용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개는 상기 몸체와 힌지로 연결되어 개폐될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 보관용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체와 상기 덮개에는 상기 덮개를 고정시키기 위한 고정수단이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 보관용기.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
    상기 몸체는 상기 빈 공간을 두개의 공간으로 분리시키는 격벽이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발용 보관용기.
