Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Feuerungstechnik und kann bei der Verbrennung von Kohlen wasserkraftstoff in Gasturbinen-, Gas-Dampf-, Heizkesseln und in anderen wärmetechnischen Anlagen angewendet werden. Dabei kommen der Brennstoff und die Luft in die Brennkammer über einen Brenn- stoff-Luft-Eintrittsstutzen. Die Brennstoffzufuhr kann mittels der Einspritzung des flüssigen oder des Gasbrennstoffs über eine Düse erfolgen. Das Brennstoff-Luft- Gemisch entsteht im Eintrittsstutzen. Beim tangentialen Eintritt des Brennstoff-Luft- Gemischs aus dem Eintrittsstutzen in die Brennkammer erfolgt der Drall in der Brennkammer, und es brennt aus. Die Verbrennungsrückstände werden wegen der Anordnung des Eintrittsstutzens tangential zur Brennkammer in die Rotationsbewe- gung gesetzt. Der Hohlkegel ist mit seiner Spitze zur Brennkammer hin ausgerichtet und angeordnet und trägt zur Bildung eines Drallwinkels der Verbrennungsrückstände bei. Ein Konfusor erhöht den Strömungswiderstand, und folglich nimmt der Druck in der Brennkammer zu. Das führt zur Erhöhung der Geschwindigkeit der chemischen Reaktionen und Temperatursteigerung der Verbrennungsrückstände.
