其中, 所述终端 301判断是否向服务器 302发送获取本机号码的命令, 为: 终端 301根据 SIM卡的 MSISDN字段值以及所注册网络的网络标识判 断是否向服务器 302发送获取本机号码的命令。
优选的,所述终端 301,还配置为注册过程中获取当前网络的网络标识。 其中, 所述终端 301根据 SIM卡的 MSISDN字段值以及所注册网络的 网络标识确定是否向服务器 302发送获取本机号码的命令, 具体为:
终端 301首先检测 SIM卡的 MSISDN字段是否为空, 如果不为空, 则 结束当前流程; 如果为空, 则继续查找自身的预置列表中是否包含当前注 册网络的网络标识, 如果包含, 则确定需要向服务器 302发送获取本机号 码的命令; 否则结束当前流程。
在一个实施例中, 所述终端 301包括: 注册模块 401、 判断模块 402、 发送模块 403和处理模块 404; 如图 4所示, 其中, 所述注册模块 401可为 已有模块, 配置为终端进行网络注册;
所述判断模块 402, 配置为终端 302进行网络注册后, 判断是否向服务 器 302发送获取本机号码的命令, 确定发送时, 通知发送模块 403 ;
所述发送模块 403,配置为收到判断模块 402的通知后向服务器 302发 送获取本机号码的命令;
所述处理模块 404, 配置为将服务器 302返回的本机号码存储于 SIM 卡的 MSISDN字段中。
进一步地, 所述注册模块 401, 还配置为注册过程中获取当前网络的网 络标识。
优选的, 所述服务器 302包括: 接收模块 501和发送模块 502; 如图 5 所示, 其中,
所述接收模块 501, 配置为接收终端 301所发的获取本机号码的命令; 所述发送模块 502,配置为根据接收模块 501接收的获取本机号码的命 令返回终端 301的本机号码。 本发明实施例还提供了一种终端, 所述终端为上文所述的终端, 如图 4 所示, 包括: 注册模块 401、 判断模块 402、 发送模块 403和处理模块 404。
本发明实施例还提供了一种服务器, 所述服务器为上文所述的服务器, 如图 5所示, 包括: 接收模块 501和发送模块 502。

权利要求书
1、 一种获取本机号码的方法, 该方法包括:
终端进行网络注册后, 向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令, 并将服务 器返回的本机号码存储于 SIM卡的移动用户综合业务数字网 MSISDN字段 中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的获取本机号码的方法, 其中, 所述终端进行 网络注册后, 该方法还包括:
终端判断是否向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令, 如果确定发送, 则 向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的获取本机号码的方法, 其中, 所述判断是否 向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令, 为:
终端根据 SIM卡的 MSISDN字段值以及所注册网络的网络标识判断是 否向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的获取本机号码的方法, 其中, 所述根据 SIM 卡的 MSISDN字段值以及所注册网络的网络标识确定是否向服务器发送获 取本机号码的命令, 为:
首先检测 SIM卡的 MSISDN字段是否为空, 如果不为空, 则结束当前 流程; 如果为空, 则继续查找自身的预置列表中是否包含当前注册网络的 网络标识, 如果包含, 则确定需要向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令; 否 则结束当前流程。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的获取本机号码的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 终端注册过程中获取当前网络的网络标识。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的获取本机号码的方法, 其中, 所述网络标识 包括: 移动国家号码 MCC和移动网络代码 MNC。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的获取本机号码的方法, 其中, 所述终端向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令, 为:
终端通过非结构化补充数据业务 USSD将所述获取本机号码的命令发 送给服务器。
8、 一种获取本机号码的系统, 该系统包括: 终端和服务器; 其中, 所述终端, 配置为进行网络注册后, 向服务器发送获取本机号码的命 令, 并将服务器返回的本机号码存储于 SIM卡的 MSISDN字段中;
所述服务器, 配置为接收终端所发的获取本机号码的命令, 并返回终 端的本机号码。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的获取本机号码的系统, 其中, 所述终端进行 网络注册后, 还配置为判断是否向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令, 确定 发送时, 向服务器发送获取本机号码的命令。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的获取本机号码的系统, 其中, 所述终端, 还配置为注册过程中获取当前网络的网络标识。
11、 根据权利要求 9 所述的获取本机号码的系统, 其中, 所述终端包 括: 注册模块、 判断模块、 发送模块和处理模块; 其中,
所述注册模块, 配置为终端进行网络注册;
所述判断模块, 配置为终端进行网络注册后, 判断是否向服务器发送 获取本机号码的命令, 确定发送时, 通知发送模块;
所述发送模块, 配置为收到判断模块的通知后向服务器发送获取本机 号码的命令;
所述处理模块, 配置为将服务器返回的本机号码存储于 SIM 卡的 MSISDN字段中。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的获取本机号码的系统, 其中, 所述注册模 块, 还配置为注册过程中获取当前网络的网络标识。
13、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的获取本机号码的系统, 其中, 所述服 务器包括: 接收模块和发送模块; 其中,
所述接收模块, 配置为接收终端所发的获取本机号码的命令; 所述发送模块, 配置为根据接收模块接收的获取本机号码的命令返回 终端的本机号码。
14、 一种终端, 所述终端为权利要求 8-13中任一项所述的终端。
15、一种服务器,所述服务器为权利要求 8-13中任一项所述的服务器。
