Description

一种进水阀高度调节机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种进水阀,特别涉及一种进水阀高度调节机构。
背景技术
进水阀作为马桶水箱内的必需组件,它包括相互套接的上套筒和下套筒。为了使上套筒和下套筒在确定好安装高度后,能使进水阀的高度固定,一般需要在上套筒与下套筒的套接处设置一个卡片,该卡片将上套筒和下套筒。然而,在安装过程中,由于操作人员需要将手伸入水箱内,将将卡片安装在上套筒的底部。这种安装方式不仅操作不方便,对于一些容积较小的水箱或者较低的水箱,其操作更加不便。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种安装方便的进水阀高度调节机构。
本发明解决上述技术问题,所采用的技术方案是:提供一种进水阀高度调节机构,包括上套管(10)和下套管(20),上套管(10)套设于下套管(20)的外部,下套管(20)的外壁沿圆周方向设有至少一排外齿(22),该调节机构还包括一设置在上套管(10)的外壁且可上下移动的调节杆(30)、以及设置于上套管(10)和下套管(20)套接处的卡圈(40),卡圈(40)的内壁设有与外齿(22)相匹配卡合的内齿(42),调节杆(30)与卡圈(40)联动使卡圈(40)旋转,实现卡圈(40)的内齿(42)旋入或旋出下套管(20)的外齿(22)。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述调节杆(30)的下端设有卡脚(32),所述卡圈(40)向上延伸出一吊耳(41),该吊耳(41)上设有一弧形卡槽(43),卡脚(32)活动连接于弧形卡槽(43)内。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述调节杆(30)的上端向外侧延伸出一弯折的提柄(34)。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述卡圈(40)包括一体成型的上卡圈(45)和下卡圈(47),上卡圈(45)套设于上套管(10)外壁,下卡圈(47)套设于下套管(20),且上卡圈(45)内径大于下卡圈(47)的内径。
本发明的技术方案相对于现有技术,取得的有益效果:
本发明所述进水阀高度调节机构,上套管与下套管相互套接,在上套管的外壁设置有调节杆,调节杆与卡圈联动,使卡圈的外齿旋入或旋出下套管的内齿。因此,操作人员只需要在顶部往上拉或往下压调节杆,就可以实现上套管与下套管之间的高度的调节与固定,这种方装方式非常便捷。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图4所示,本发明所述的进水阀高度调节机构,包括上套管10和下套管20,上套管10的内径大于下套管20的外径,上套管10套设于下套管20的外部,下套管20的外壁沿圆周方向设有至少一排外齿22。该调节机构还包括调节杆30与卡圈40,调节杆30设置在上套管10的外壁且可上下移动,卡圈40设置于上套管10和下套管20套接处, 卡圈40的内壁设有内齿42,内齿42与外齿22相匹配卡合,调节杆30与卡圈40联动使卡圈40旋转,实现卡圈40的内齿42旋入或旋出下套管20的外齿22。
如图2、图3、图4所示,调节杆30的下端设有卡脚32,调节杆30的上端向外侧延伸出一弯折的提柄34。卡圈40向上延伸出一吊耳41,该吊耳41上设有一弧形卡槽43,卡脚32活动连接套装于弧形卡槽43内,调节杆30与卡圈40通过卡脚32、弧形卡槽43的活动配合实现联动。如图3所示,卡圈40包括一体成型的上卡圈45和下卡圈47,上卡圈45套设于上套管10外壁,下卡圈47套设于下套管20,且上卡圈45内径大于下卡圈47的内径。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明所述的进水阀高度调节机构操作过程。
如图6、图7所示,当调节杆30处于下压状态下,调节杆30的下端处于弧形卡槽43的底部,此时,卡圈40内壁的内齿42与下套管20的外齿22相互卡合,因此,上套管10与下套管20之间的高度固定。
如图8、图9所示,当操作人员拉起调节杆30上部的提柄34,调节杆30底部的卡脚32在弧形卡槽43内活动,并带动卡圈40转动一定角度,从而使卡圈40内壁的内齿42脱离下套管20的外齿22,即通过调节杆30的轴向运动,带动卡圈40实现径向转动。因此,上套管10与下套管20之间的高度可调。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种进水阀高度调节机构,包括上套管(10)和下套管(20),上套管(10)套设于下套管(20)的外部,下套管(20)的外壁沿圆周方向设有至少一排外齿(22),其特征在于,该调节机构还包括一设置在上套管(10)的外壁且可上下移动的调节杆(30)、以及设置于上套管(10)和下套管(20)套接处的卡圈(40), 卡圈(40)的内壁设有与外齿(22)相匹配卡合的内齿(42),调节杆(30)与卡圈(40)联动,使卡圈(40)旋转,将卡圈(40)的内齿(42)旋入或旋出下套管(20)的外齿(22)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的进水阀高度调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节杆(30)的下端设有卡脚(32),所述卡圈(40)向上延伸出一吊耳(41),该吊耳(41)上设有一弧形卡槽(43),卡脚(32)活动套装于弧形卡槽(43)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的进水阀高度调节机构,其特征在于,所述调节杆(30)的上端向外侧延伸出一弯折的提柄(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的进水阀高度调节机构,其特征在于,所述卡圈(40)包括一体成型的上卡圈(45)和下卡圈(47),上卡圈(45)套设于上套管(10)外壁,下卡圈(47)套设于下套管(20),且上卡圈(45)内径大于下卡圈(47)的内径。
