Abstract
一种测量流体中物质浓度的方法及装置,该方法具体为首先使被测样品先后至少两次经过化学传感器,记录每次测量的响应值;由化学传感器每次测量获得传感器响应值与物质浓度间的测量方程关系,以及每次测量由于物理化学反应导致其浓度发生变化与反应中发生的质量、电量、热量变化所满足的质量方程关系组成联立方程组,求解被测物质浓度及传感器标定参数。该方法可以作为一种绝对测量方法用于气体I液体样品浓度的标定,克服了温度、湿度、压力及部分干扰气体对测量的影响,无需对传感器进行标定,大大提高了测量的稳定性与可靠性。
