现有技术只是在用户体验互联网的过程中,插入推送信息如广告,这种做法具有可规避性,且极易让用户产生情绪反感,用户认知感觉不好,对推送内容如广告就有排斥心理,不利于效益的发挥。
同时现有技术依托的是应用层,比如WEB应用中加载的页面中植入了推送信息如广告信息,而这些推送信息是可以被屏蔽或者有时会被用户轻易忽略的。或用户不小心屏蔽或关闭掉相关信息,却想了解相关推送信息内容,却无从了解。
另:还有一种信息推送方法,通过分配的IP地址与用户账户对应,将用户的上网请求转发给广告服务器;从请求信息中提取用户的IP地址,根据该IP地址和用户宽带帐号的对应关系得出用户的宽带帐号。将宽带用户的上网请求重定向到广告信息服务器,向宽带用户推送信息页面。这样带来的问题就是,发布信息的内容不具备针对性,应用场合仅限于通过拨号上网用户。在一些休闲场所如餐厅,其提供给用户的是共享网络,就无法触及这些消费用户群体。于此同时,该推送内容如广告可规避,用户可以直接关闭浏览器,推送内容就无效益。

在优选的实施例中,若类型判断模块判断为注册终端,则连接到
合法条件过期判断模块:记录终端的信息,判断合法条件是否过期,
若判断合法条件过期则连接推送模块;
若合法条件过期判断模块判断合法条件未过期,则连接到
互联网链接模块:根据终端的访问请求将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址;
终端接入到互联网后还包括:
继续访问判断模块:判断是否继续访问互联网,
若继续访问判断模块中判断继续访问则连接到
合法条件过期判断模块,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期;
若判断合法条件未过期,则根据终端的访问请求继续将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。
在优选的实施例中,互联网链接模块还连接有
匹配模块:获取终端的身份信息、并将获取的终端的身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息匹配;
若匹配模块中身份信息匹配成功则连接到合法条件过期判断模块,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。
在优选的实施例中,所述推送模块还连接有
推送后继续访问判断模块:判断终端是否继续访问互联网,
若判断继续访问互联网,则连接到身份获取模块以截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;根据身份信息是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;
若继续访问互联网判断为否,则结束;所述信息推送系统依托于数据链路层;所述信息推送系统设置在终端用于接入互联网的中间设备中。
有益效果
上述的信息推送方法及系统,通过截获终端即用户的互联网访问请求,并获取终端的身份信息,并在调用认证页面或认证窗口时加载推送信息发送给终端,可以使接入到本发明的推送系统或推送方法的终端即用户必须接收或浏览推送信息,也可以通过设定使终端即用户通过加载有本发明的信息推送方法及系统的互联网接入设备接入Internet的前提条件是必须浏览推送内容,这样终端即用户的行为得到预想的控制,推送信息得到必要的认知。同时,在互联网接入设备内加载本发明的推送方法及系统,构建推送流程,从而使得推送设备精简化,实施极易容易,可以使推送信息更加容易被用户认知,且技术实施更加方便快捷,同时其移植难度小,可适用场合广泛,例如餐厅,图书馆,地铁等公共场所。

本发明的实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一实施例的信息推送方法,包括:
步骤S201,身份获取步骤:截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;
步骤S203,身份匹配步骤:根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;
步骤S205,类型判断步骤:根据是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;
若判断为非注册终端则执行
步骤S207,推送步骤:调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端。
本实施例中,在向终端90推送认证页面或认证窗口的同时加载推送信息进行推送。
身份信息的获取,可以通过获取终端的IP地址、或MAC地址等进行身份信息获取或验证。
如图1及图4所示,本实施的信息推送方法或推送程序,加载或设置在互联网接入设备即终端接入到互联网中间设备如路由器50中。推送信息可以存储在外部服务器中,也可以设置在与互联网接入设备链接的推广平台或管理平台上,或管理数据库中。推广平台或管理平台、或服务器、或管理数据库可以用作更新推送信息,加载相应的推送信息,并可通过本地或远程链接更新推送信息数据。
本实施例的推送信息可以为广告、服务信息如商场服务信息、社区服务信息、停车场服务信息、车站服务信息、公交车信息等。
进一步,本实施例的信息推送方法还包括注册步骤:接收终端的注册请求,接收终端的注册信息并记录用户注册信息。终端进行注册的方法,可以采用在认证页面上设置注册按钮,引导终端进行注册;也可以采用分配终端一个注册账户进行注册、管理,当然也可根据需要灵活采用其他注册方式,在此不再赘述。终端注册后可将注册信息与终端的身份信息绑定。如将注册的用户名与终端的IP地址或MAC地址进行绑定。
终端的认证可以为注册信息验证。互联网接入设备如路由器50可以通过推送注册认证页面给终端进行认证。终端可以通过输入用户名、密码进行注册认证。本实施例中,可以采用在调用注册认证页面的同时加载推送信息,并与注册认证页面一起推送给终端90。
认证过程也可以有很多种形式,可以掺杂许多其他自定义的认证过程比如充值VIP,再比如wifi注册认证等等。
终端用于接入互联网的中间设备如路由器50,接收到终端90的注册认证信息与记录的终端的注册信息进行匹配验证。若判断匹配,则判断为注册终端。若判断接收到终端90的注册认证信息与记录的终端的注册信息不匹配,则判断为非注册终端。
本实施例中,采用将推送信息加载在认证页面上进行推送。进一步,可采用将推送信息加载在注册认证页面上进行推送。
如图2所示,进一步,步骤S205,类型判断步骤,若判断为注册终端,则执行合法条件过期判断步骤。
步骤S210,合法条件过期判断步骤:记录终端的信息,判断合法条件是否过期。
本实施例中,记录的终端信息可根据需要包括访问信息、注册信息、身份信息、操作信息等一种或多种。记录的终端信息可以保存到数据库中进行分类索引链接。
合法条件过期判断步骤中,若判断合法条件过期则转入推送步骤,调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端90。
若判断合法条件未过期,则执行互联网链接步骤。
步骤S214,互联网链接步骤:根据终端的访问请求将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。
本实施例中,步骤S210,合法条件过期判断步骤中判断合法条件是否过期,通过判断上网时间是否超时进行判断。即从终端认证通过时间开始计时或开始访问到互联网的时间开始计时,判断上网时间是否超过预设时间进行判断。若超过,则判断合法条件过期;若未超过,则判断合法条件未超期。
本实施例的信息推送方法还包括:继续访问判断步骤。
步骤S216,继续访问判断步骤:判断是否继续访问互联网。
若判断继续访问,则执行步骤S210合法条件过期判断步骤,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。若判断合法条件未过期,则根据终端的访问请求继续将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。若判断合法条件过期则转入推送步骤,调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端90。
优选的,进一步,还可在继续访问判断步骤后设置匹配步骤。匹配步骤:获取终端的身份信息、并将获取的终端的身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息匹配。判断身份信息是否匹配,若身份信息匹配成功则转入合法条件过期判断步骤,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。若身份信息匹配不成功,则根据需要转入到身份获取步骤或推送步骤。
当判断获取的终端的身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息不匹配时,可根据设备设置需要是转入身份获取步骤或推送步骤。
本实施例中,当判断身份不匹配时转入步骤S201,身份获取步骤:截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取终端的身份信息。再执行步骤S203,身份匹配步骤:根据获取的身份信息与内部存储的或数据库存储身份信息如注册信息或认证信息进行匹配。
当判断身份不匹配时转入推送步骤,调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端。终端可利用在认证页面上进行重新认证或注册。
进一步,本实施例中,步骤S216,继续访问判断步骤中,继续访问若判断为否,则结束。
本实施例中,判断终端90即用户是否继续访问互联网,可以根据判断访问页面时间是否超时或设定时间内是否接收到终端的访问请求进行判断。
当访问页面超时或设定时间内没有接收到终端的访问请求,即判断停止继续访问互联网,若访问页面未超时或设定时间内接收到终端的访问请求则判断继续访问互联网。
进一步,本实施中,判断访问页面是否超时可以通过检测是否有数据包传输进行判断。即当数据传输量为0或没有数据量传输的连续时间超过设定时间则判断访问页面超时。
进一步,在优选的实施例中,步骤S207,推送步骤后,判断终端是否继续访问互联网;若判断继续访问互联网,则转入到身份获取步骤,截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;并以根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;根据是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;并根据是否是注册终端进行下一步操作。若判断终端停止访问互联网,则结束。
本实施例的信息推送方法依托于数据链路层,终端即使用该终端用户访问互联网的数据都会被加以管理控制,访问互联网数据可以被轻易的捕获并实时的重新定向。由于本实施例的信息推送方法依托于数据链路层,用户如果要访问互联网就必须通过认证步骤,而认证页面中就加载有推送信息内容如广告或服务信息内容,这种模式下终端即用户的行为就得到了预想的控制,推送的内容得到了必要的认知。
如图1至图4所示,本发明针对接入互联网接入设备即接入互联网的中间设备如路由器的终端,对终端90进行有效认证,非认证终端访问Internet会重定向至预置的推送信息内容或加载有推送信息的认证页面或认证窗口。
用户认证过程中涉及到终端的信息获取、存储、实时监控管理,以及终端的数据包重定向规则。
接入互联网的中间设备如路由器50作为互联网的主要节点设备,对于通过它接入互联网的设备如终端的信息都汇聚于此,本发明针对这个特点可以有选择在不同的网络环境下搭建信息推送应用如广告或服务信息推送应用,方便快捷并且安全可靠。
本发明在用户访问互联网前截获终端90的访问请求,并要求用户访问加载有推送信息如服务信息或广告推送内容的认证页面或认证窗口,通过此方法用户只有在接受许可的条件下才能真正的访问Internet。再通过搭配广告推送平台,对不同用户群体投放不同的广告内容,具有针对性,实时性,可靠性,稳定性,方便快捷,广告效益更明显。
设置或加载有本发明的信息推送方法的互联网接入设备如路由器50中,对于通过该互联网接入设备如路由器50接入互联网的用户即终端而言,必须遵循本发明的推送方法的预设规则,浏览推送信息才能正常接入到互联网92中。
采用本实施的信息推送方法,用户通过互联网接入设备如路由器50接入到互联网90的前提条件是必须浏览推送信息的内容。同时,在互联网接入设备如路由器内构建推送流程,从而使得推送设备精简化,实施极易容易。可以使推送信息的内容更加容易被用户认知,同时技术实施更加方便快捷,同时其移植难度低,可适用场合广泛,例如餐厅,图书馆,地铁等公共场所。
如图3所示,本发明一实施例的信息推送系统100,包括:身份获取模块20、身份匹配模块40、类型判断模块60、推送模块80。
身份获取模块20:截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息。
身份匹配模块40:根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配。
类型判断模块60:根据身份信息是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端。
若所连接的终端判断为非注册终端则连接到
推送模块80:调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端。
本实施例中,在向终端90推送认证页面或认证窗口的同时加载推送信息进行推送。
身份信息的获取,可以通过获取终端的IP地址、或MAC地址等进行身份信息获取或验证。也可以根据需要采用获取其他身份信息进行身份信息的获取验证。
如图4所示,本实施的信息推送系统100,加载或设置在互联网接入设备即终端接入到互联网的中间设备如路由器50中。本实施例中,互联网接入设备采用路由器50进行说明。推送信息可以存储在外部服务器存储器中,也可以设置在与互联网接入设备链接的推广平台或管理平台上,或管理数据库中。通过推广平台或管理平台、或服务器、或管理数据库对推送信息进行更新,并与本发明的推送系统100连接,加载相应的推送信息,并可通过本地或远程链接更新推送信息数据。
本实施例的推送信息可以为广告、服务信息如商场服务信息、社区服务信息、停车场服务信息、车站服务信息、公交车信息等。
进一步,本实施例的信息推送系统100还包括注册模块。注册模块:接收终端的注册请求,接收终端的注册信息并记录用户注册信息。
终端进行注册的方法,可以采用在认证页面上设置注册按钮,引导终端进行注册;也可以采用分配终端一个注册账户进行注册、管理,当然也可根据需要灵活采用其他注册方式,在此不再赘述。终端注册后可将注册信息与终端的身份信息绑定。如将注册的用户名与终端的IP地址或MAC地址进行绑定。
进一步,类型判断模块60中,若判断为注册终端,则连接到合法条件过期判断模块72。合法条件过期判断模块72:记录终端的信息,判断合法条件是否过期。
若合法条件过期判断模块72中判断合法条件过期,则连接到推送模块80,以调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端90。
若合法条件过期判断模块72判断合法条件未过期,则连接到互联网链接模块74。
互联网链接模块74:根据终端90的访问请求将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。
若终端90链接到互联网中,本实施的信息推送系统100利用继续访问判断模块进行实时判断。
继续访问判断模块76:判断终端90是否继续访问互联网。若继续访问判断为否,则结束。
若判断继续访问,则连接到合法条件过期判断模块72,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。若合法条件过期判断模块72判断合法条件未过期,则根据终端的访问请求继续将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。若合法条件过期判断模块72判断合法条件过期,则连接到推送模块80,以调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端90。
优选的,在本实施例中,互联网链接模块74还连接有匹配模块。匹配模块:获取终端90的身份信息、并将获取的终端的身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息匹配,判断身份信息是否匹配。
若匹配模块中身份信息匹配成功则连接到合法条件过期判断模块72,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。
若匹配判断模块中判断获取的终端身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息不匹配,则连接到身份获取模块20或推送模块80。
本实施例中,当匹配判断模块中判断终端的身份信息不匹配时,优选的连接到身份获取模块20,截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息。并通过身份匹配模块40将获取的终端身份信息与存储在内部或数据库中的身份信息进行匹配。
进一步,在优选的实施例中,推送模块80还连接有推送后继续访问判断模块79。推送后继续访问判断模块79:判断终端是否继续访问互联网;若判断继续访问互联网,则连接到身份获取模块以截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;根据身份信息是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;并根据终端是否是注册终端进行下一步操作。若推送后继续访问判断模块中继续访问互联网判断为否,则结束。
本实施例的信息推送系统100依托于数据链路层,终端即使用该终端用户访问互联网的数据都会被加以管理控制,访问互联网数据可以被轻易的捕获并实时的重新定向。由于本实施例的信息推送方法依托于数据链路层,用户如果要访问互联网就必须通过认证过程,而认证过程中就加载有推送信息内容如广告或服务信息内容,这种模式下终端即用户的行为就得到了预想的控制,推送的内容得到了必要的认知。
本发明的信息推送方法及系统加载在接入互联网的设备如路由器中,通过对接入到路由器的终端进行有效的认证,非认证终端访问互联网会重定向至预置的推送信息。无论终端发送的什么样的访问请求都会被装载本发明的信息推送方法的路由器截获,并转入本发明的信息推送方法的内部运行流程或程序中。
本发明的信息推送方法及系统,可以根据互联网接入设备如路由器50的设置点的特点,有针对的进行信息推送如广告、服务信息等。如设置在餐厅,则可根据餐厅的特点推送餐厅的优惠套餐、优惠券、特色服务、特色菜品、餐厅的宣传资料、介绍及广告宣传等。并可通过对推送模块80的本地或远程链接,对服务信息、或广告信息及时进行更新。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    身份获取步骤:截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;
    身份匹配步骤:根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;
    类型判断步骤:根据身份信息是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;
    若判断为非注册终端则执行
    推送步骤:调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息推送方法,其特征在于:若判断为注册终端,则执行
    合法条件过期判断步骤:记录终端的信息,判断合法条件是否过期,
    若判断合法条件过期则转入推送步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的信息推送方法,其特征在于:
    若判断合法条件未过期,则执行
    互联网链接步骤:根据终端的访问请求将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息推送方法,其特征在于:还包括:将终端的访问请求链接到互联网后还包括
    继续访问判断步骤:判断是否继续访问互联网,
    若判断继续访问则转入
    合法条件过期判断步骤,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期;
    若判断合法条件未过期,则根据终端的访问请求继续将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的信息推送方法,其特征在于:继续访问判断步骤后还包括匹配步骤:获取终端的身份信息、并将获取的终端的身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息匹配;
    若身份信息匹配成功则转入合法条件过期判断步骤,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的信息推送方法,其特征在于:推送步骤后,判断终端是否继续访问,若判断继续访问,则转入到身份获取步骤,截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;以根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;根据是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;
    继续访问互联网判断中,若判断为否,则结束;所述信息推送方法依托于数据链路层。
  7. 一种信息推送系统,其特征在于,包括:
    身份获取模块:截获预访问互联网的终端的访问请求,获取该终端的身份信息;
    身份匹配模块:根据获取的身份信息与记录或存储的身份信息匹配;
    类型判断模块:根据身份信息是否匹配判断判断是否为注册终端或非注册终端;
    若判断为非注册终端则连接到
    推送模块:调用认证页面或认证窗口并于认证页面或认证窗口上加载推送信息发送给终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的信息推送系统,其特征在于:若类型判断模块判断为注册终端,则连接到
    合法条件过期判断模块:记录终端的信息,判断合法条件是否过期,
    若判断合法条件过期则连接推送模块;
    若合法条件过期判断模块判断合法条件未过期,则连接到
    互联网链接模块:根据终端的访问请求将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址;
    终端接入到互联网后还包括:
    继续访问判断模块:判断是否继续访问互联网,
    若继续访问判断模块中判断继续访问则连接到
    合法条件过期判断模块,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期;
    若判断合法条件未过期,则根据终端的访问请求继续将终端访问链接到互联网或互联网的相应地址。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息推送系统,其特征在于:
    互联网链接模块还连接有
    匹配模块:获取终端的身份信息、并将获取的终端的身份信息与记录的终端信息中的身份信息匹配;
    若匹配模块中身份信息匹配成功则连接到合法条件过期判断模块,以实时判断终端的合法条件是否过期。
  10. 根据权利要求7至9任意一项所述的信息推送系统,其特征在于:所述推送模块还连接有

    若继续访问互联网判断为否,则结束;所述信息推送系统依托于数据链路层;所述信息推送系统设置在终端用于接入互联网的中间设备中。
