Abstract

A fastening clip with gauges and shackles comprises an element with aligned or open columns attached to a circular element by hinges, in such a way that the columns can move, this mechanism attaching the fitting to the element; and also comprises shackles for various fitting diameters and special gauges for fastening the fitting, with a circular tubular clip provided with gauges, which tubular clip forms a passage and enclosure for wires when it is buried into the concrete mass. This fastening clip can be used as a spacer for fittings and also as a system for fastening drop ceilings.

Description

GRAMPO FIXADOR COM GALGAS E TRAVAS  FIXING CLAMP WITH GALGAS AND LOCKS
Trata-se a referida patente de invenção à pela que serve como espaçador das ferragens e também como sistema de fixação de rebaixamento de teto, travas para vários diâmetros e com galgas especiais para ser fixada à ferragem, eliminando assim qualquer tipo de amarração. Proporciona, dessa feita, um meio mais económico que gera uma produtividade de serviço cinco vezes maior que a convencional, além de ser um meio mais seguro para p trabalhador em construção civil. Atualmente, o sistema utilizado para fixação do rebaixamento de teto é o sistema de "furo a força", ou seja, utiliza-se uma pistola que dispara projects em forma de pregos, que ao furarem o concreto da laje à força, servem como gancho para passagem de arames que fixam o rebaixamento de teto. O sistema convencional hoje utilizado, apresenta inúmeros inconvenientes, tais como:a) danifica a laje, posto que o sistema de furo é a força no concreto seco, sistema que entre 10 a 20 anos é remendado haver uma troca do tiro, o que abala as estruturas do concreto; b) o custo do sistema utilizado é 6 vezes maior do que o inovador, ora apresentado, que além de facilitar a produção, gera economia de mão de obra; c) minimiza o risco de acidentes na utilização da pistola, posto que o disparo acidental pode lesionar e até levar à morte de uma pessoa.  Said patent is the one for which it serves as a hardware spacer and also as a ceiling lowering fixing system, locks for various diameters and with special gussets to be fixed to the hardware, thus eliminating any type of lashing.
