The invention is a method providing mounting attachments (11) such as dipper, excavator, digger-loader.to the heavy machinery (10) and it is characterised by; mounting said attachments (11) to the hydraulic arm (16) of the heavy machinery (10) by using the remote controller (20).

DESCRIPTION
METHOD FOR MOUNTING VARIOUS ATTACHMENTS TO HEAVY MACHINERY EASILY,
QUICKLY AND|BY ONE PERSON WITH A REMOTE
CONTROLLER
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention is a remote control system provides attaching attachments such as dipper, excavator, digger-loader to the heavy machinery, by pins on the hydraulic arm, quickly, easily and by one person.
PRIOR ART
It is known that, attachments mounted to the heavy machinery are different in terms of what they are used for or their technical features. For instance, if digging will be made by heavy machinery, a digging attacment is mounted. After digging operation, if dirt needs to be transfer to the vehicles, attachments such as loader or dipper-dredger is used. Depending on the work, different attacments are used.
In present technique, changing of these attachments require important working time and a lot of hard work. For instance, when the attachment needs to be changed, hydraulic arm attachment has to be placed on the surface. Then the connecting pins that connect the attachment and the hydraulic arm is removed. Later, the attachment is taken from where it was and then, other attachment is mounted with the pins again.
However, changing the parts, especially mounting them, as mentioned above, is not as easy as it is thought. Because when mounting a new attachment there should be an operator at the control unit of the heavy machinery and another person is to be where the attachment is. The person who is near the attachment directs the mounting, such as giving directions to the operator, to move the pirns forward and backward, from right to left and it is provided connecting of attachment pins central holes with the hydraulic arm pirn central holes. Two people need to do this job, one person needs to direct and another one needs to remote controller to be able to mount the attacment to the machinery. Just employing two people for this job affects the labour and duration of the work.
In the Turkish Patent Institute records, at a patent search related to the hydraulic arms and attachments, an American patent with the number of EP1896664B1 has been found. In the summary of this application, this heavy-duty demolition device includes an unitary jaw assembly, having a pair of jointed jaws connected by a main joint pin; a first adaptor on the pipe structure; a second adapter (60) on the jaw assembly, the second adapter engaging the first adapter, so that the jaw assembly can be easily removed as a unit from the pipe structure; and a lock pin fixed to the first adapter and engaging the second adapter (60) to maintain the jaw assembly in locked relationship to the pipe structure. Because of the structure of the device, between the changeable jaw assemblies, the distance between the attachment point of the hydraulic hammer on the pipe structure and the main joint point of the jaw assembly can be varied.
The other application is the application numbered US 6385872. In this patent, a system is used which works with two pins moving to the left and right mechanically. In this system, these pins are removed by screwing the alien bolts that are mounted on the left or right side. In this case, operator, has to do stabilizing by leaving the cabin. However, for the safety and comfort of the operator, without using any man power, it is preffered to do this by using a button/joystick which is in the cabin. In addition to this, when the position of the mechanism is not adjusted well, the operator has to adjust it at several times.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the invention is, having different technical features which lead to new structures, different from the ones that are used at present.
One purpose of the invention is; to be able to mount the attachments to hydraulic arm by remote controller, by one person.
Another purpose of the invention is; when a different attachment mounted to the hydraulic arm of the machinery, hydraulic arm can be moved towards the surface of the attacment which is placed on the ground, by using the remote controller and, to remote control the hydraulic arm and to connect the pin centre holes on the hydraulic arm and the attachment by said operation that is done by one person.
Another purpose of the invention is; as a result of mounting attachments easily, quickly and practically by one person, minimizing the process of labour and operation.
Another purpose of the invention is; by using only one person instead of two to do the attachment, minimizing the labour and time. Another purpose of the invention is; enabling of directing the hydraulic arm unit by using the remote control unit.
Another important advantage of the invention is; not only being used to change attachments but also directing the hydraulic arm by moving blind spot when it can not be seen blind spots by the machine operator. Thus, a more sensitive job and operation can be produced.
A purpose of the invention is; radio frequency distance of the remote controller is maximum 12 metres. The remote controller has an immobilazor that can be attached to the operator's wrist when used.
To be able to fullfill the purposes mentioned above, this invention is a method to mount the attachments such as dipper, excavator, digger-loader to the heavy machinery and it is characterised by; enabling directing of control unit by remote controller in order to mount the attachments to heavy machinery without need of using two operators.

Figure 1 is a representative figure of the invention mounted on an attachment.
Figure 2 is a representative figure of a heavy machinery, in this figure, the attachment is shown on the surface with the remote controller.

DETAILED EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is directing of hydraulic arm (16) by remote controller (20) by one person, enabling mounting attachments (1 1 ) such as dipper, excavator, digger-loader to heavy machinery (10), without need to use two operators to be able to mount to heavy machinery.. To mount the attacments (1 1 ) such as dipper, excavator, digger-loader to heavy machinery (10) is performed as that; In the figures; preferebly, a dipper is used, and the hydraulic arm (16) is moved towards the attachment (1 1 ) on the surface by using the remote controller (20) . The remote controller (20) is used by an operator and there are neither operators in the heavy machinery (10) nor any intervention. All operations are done by a remote controller (20) and one person. When the remote controller (20) is in use, the control unit ( 1 5) of the heavy machinery (10) is disabled. Disabling the control unit (1 5) is made possible by a programme which is uploaded to the remote controller (20) and the system. Hydraulic arm (16) can be moved to the required axis by the remote controller (20) and mounting of the pins (14) can be enabled in the result of centering of pin holes (1 3) axially with each other. Hence, it is possible to mount the attachment (1 ) to the heavy machinery (1 0) without employing another person at the control unit (15).
It is also possible to use the remote controller (20) in some other areas except for mounting attachments (1 1 ) to machinery. That is to say; when it is necessary to collect or dig soil samples from some sensitive areas where operator cannot see or where the work area is in a blind spot, operator can disable the control unit (15) and operate the hydraulic arm ( 16) by using the remote controller (20). So the remote controller (20) not only is used at mounting and removing the attachments but also it provides ease of operation in areas that are difficult to work at.
Remote control (20) is a gadget which enables to work from a distance to the control unit (15), and it can also be possibly used with the mobile gadgets. For example; the programme that will direct the control unit (15) can be uploded to a mobile phone, tablets and similar devices, thus machinery can be controlled from a distance.

Claims

1 - A method providing mounting attachments (1 1 ) such as dipper, excavator, digger- loader.to the heavy machinery (10) and it is characterised by; mounting said attachments (1 1 ) to the hydraulic arm (16) of the heavy machinery (10) by using the remote controller (20).
2- A method according to Claim 1 , and it is characterised by; said remote controller (20) function can also be provided by devices such as mobile phones and tablet computer..
