实施例二与实施例一的区别特征在于: 弹性件为与手柄 5—体 成型的弹片 8, 弹片 8置于抵接部 13上。 参考图 6, 弹片 8的侧面和 底板 1接触。按压手柄 5后, 弹片 8抵住底板 1产生弹性力。 实施例 二的其它特征与实施例一相同, 在此不再进行赘述。
本实用新型的文件夹, 底板 1表面进行了防锈处理, 手柄 5优选 为硬度较强的塑胶材料制成。 关文件夹的正确的操作为按压操作部, 但误操作情况下, 如按压打开状态下的勾架 3, 文件夹也可关上, 而 不会对文件夹造成损坏。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种新型文件夹, 包括底板、 扭簧以及通过扭簧与底板枢接的勾 架, 其特征在于: 勾架的两端部之间设有夹持调节装置, 夹持调节装 置包括设有推块的转轴、 手柄和弹性件, 转轴与勾架固定连接, 勾架 带动转轴转动, 手柄活动装在底板上, 转轴与手柄相邻, 弹性件的两 端分别顶住手柄和底板; 在勾架打开的过程中, 转轴转动, 推块推开 手柄直至推块卡于手柄下方, 进而手柄在弹性件作用下复位, 压住推 块使得打开状态保持。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述底板 包括与勾架配合进行夹持的固定部和从固定部延伸成型的安装槽,扭 簧嵌装于安装槽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定 部还延伸成型有抵接部,所述弹性件顶住底板的一端具体地顶在抵接 部上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述手柄 设有定位孔, 底板从抵接部延伸成型有连接孔, 还设有贯穿定位孔和 连接孔的插销。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述手柄 两侧部延伸分别成型有卡爪,两个卡爪分别容置于安装槽与转轴间的 间隙内。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述固定 部设有用于与外界固定的固定孔。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述勾架 两端部设有卡块, 所述转轴两端部设有与卡块匹配的卡口。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 手柄朝外 的一端为操作部, 操作部设有防滑紋。
9、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述弹性 件为压簧, 手柄朝向底板的一端设有固定盲孔, 压簧一端抵接在固定 盲孔中, 压簧的另一端抵住抵接部。
10、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种新型文件夹, 其特征在于: 所述弹性 件为与手柄一体成型的弹片, 弹片置于抵接部上。
