第五步,如图13所示,将旋盖2和指托4上的卡扣从各自的卡位中旋到卡槽内,沿卡槽向下推动推杆1,注意,必须使推杆1处于整个装置的上方位置,保证水剂瓶5中的溶媒在预充气压的作用下,靠气压压迫到粉针瓶9中,如果倒置会造成泄压,其中的溶媒无法流到粉针瓶9内。
第六步,摇晃注射器,使药液充分溶解。
第七步,如图14所示,在粉剂套筒6前端装上粉针座双头针10,注意粉针座双头针10中的长针头向上,粉针瓶9里面的气压泻出,并推动推杆1使粉针瓶9里面的空气排尽,准备注射。

  1. 一种水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:包括水剂瓶(5)和安装在水剂瓶(5)封口端的水针座双头针(7),在水剂瓶(5)的瓶底端套装有水剂瓶托(12),在水剂瓶(5)的瓶体外圆套装有弹簧(11);在水剂瓶(5)、弹簧(11)、水剂瓶托(12)的外圆周套装有水剂套筒(3),水剂套筒(3)的一端开有轴心孔,水针座双头针(7)中的长针头从该水剂套筒(3)的轴心孔伸出,水剂套筒(3)的另一端连接有旋盖(2),旋盖(2)的轴心通孔中穿入推杆(1),推杆(1)的内端与水剂瓶托(12)的外端头套装连接;水剂套筒(3)的外表面套装有粉剂套筒(6),粉剂套筒(6)的一端连接有指托(4),粉剂套筒(6)的另一端内腔安装有粉针瓶(9),粉针瓶(9)朝向水针座双头针(7)长针头的一端设置有活塞(8),粉针瓶(9)的另一端伸出粉剂套筒(6)并安装有粉针座双头针(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:水粉混液前,水针座双头针(7)中的短针头不穿透水剂瓶(5)的封口,水粉混液时,水针座双头针(7)中的短针头才穿透水剂瓶(5)的封口;
    存储状态时,水针座双头针(7)中的长针头不穿透活塞(8),混液时及注射状态时,水针座双头针(7)中的长针头则穿透活塞(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的水剂套筒(3)与旋盖(2)通过螺纹连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的粉剂套筒(6)与指托(4)通过螺纹套接。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的推杆(1)的移动距离稍大于水剂瓶(5)密封口部与水针座双头针(7)的预留距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的水剂套筒(3)的移动距离稍大于水针座双头针(7)与活塞(8)预留距离加活塞(8)移动距离的和。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的推杆(1)的圆柱环周上纵向开有卡槽一(14),卡槽一(14)朝向水剂套筒(3)的一端开有周向的卡位一(13)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的旋盖(2)的底面圆型孔的直径对应的内表面设置有一对卡扣一(15),卡扣一(15)的宽度以在卡位一(13)、卡槽一(14)中滑动为宜。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的水剂套筒(3)的一端外表面设置有与指托(4)相配合的外螺纹,水剂套筒(3)的另一端为缩小直径的圆周结构,该缩径处内表面的凸肩用于顶撑弹簧(11),弹簧(11)的另一端顶在水剂瓶托(12)环形端面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的水粉合一快速注射器,其特征在于:所述的指托(4)轴心开孔设置有内螺纹,内螺纹的直径两端设置有一对卡扣二(16)。
