Description

卡式全自动注射笔 技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种卡式全自动注射笔。
背景技术
在医疗机构,给患者注射往往是由医护人员来完成,其注射的操作过程繁杂,用时较长,但在某些急救领域,时间往往就是生命,所以,自动进针而自动推药的注射技术应运而生。“自动注射技术”是指不经医务工作者操作或指导,由非医务人员如士兵在战场、患者在医院内外自行进行注射的注射技术。自动注射针在瑞典、美国、法国、俄罗斯等少数国家已小批量装备于从事防化学、防细菌、防原子武器杀伤的专业部队,用于战场临时急救。应用于普通医疗领域的还只限于胰岛素或多肽类药物的注射,由于这种注射器的结构限制,其只局限于给药量小于0.5ml的微量注射,所以这种注射器的使用范围受到大大限制,适用于少数药品和局部领域,且这种自动注射针的结构非常复杂,生产成本很高,一支自动注射针的国内销售价格在200~500元人民币。
现有的自动注射针,由于其结构过于复杂,难以加工制造,使用起来也不太方便,类似的注射器在实际生产制造中,无法开模具制造;另外,很重要的一点是类似的注射器还可能将注射针管内残存的微量空气注入人体,形成气栓,损害人体。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的是提供一种卡式全自动注射笔,解决了现有技术中存在的结构设计过于复杂,难以加工制造;还可能将注射针管内残存的微量空气注入人体,损害人体健康的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种卡式全自动注射笔,包括笔身和针外护套,笔身和针外护套通过螺纹连接,笔身底端通孔中安装有按钮;针外护套与笔身内部空腔安装有含药卡式瓶,含药卡式瓶瓶口端安装有双刃注射针头,双刃注射针头外周套装有排气针套,针外护套的顶端设置有护帽;
笔身底端内表面开有环形凸棱,按钮的端口内径与环形凸棱内径一致;笔身内部空腔安装有挂钩和锁推杆,挂钩下端与锁推杆铰接,锁推杆与含药卡式瓶底端的胶塞连接,按钮与环形凸棱之间设置有按钮弹簧,锁推杆与环形凸棱之间设置有锁推杆弹簧。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果是,用于肌肉注射药液,实现了多次注射使用,结构简化,容易制作,能够排出针管内微量空气,使用更加安全、方便。

参照图1、图2、图3,本实用新型的卡式全自动注射笔结构是,包括上半截的笔身5和下半截的针外护套9,笔身5和针外护套9通过螺纹连接,笔身5底端通孔中安装有按钮1,笔身5底端外沿表面安装有笔挂4;针外护套9与笔身5内部空腔安装有含药卡式瓶8,含药卡式瓶8顶端(瓶口端)安装有双刃注射针头10,双刃注射针头10外周套装有排气针套11,注射前双刃注射针头10没有刺穿含药卡式瓶8瓶口胶塞,注射时压迫排气针套11才使得双刃注射针头10刺穿含药卡式瓶8瓶口胶塞,针外护套9的顶端设置有护帽13,护帽13与排气针套11的接触面设置有缓冲垫12;
笔身5底端内表面设置有一环形凸棱,用于对挂钩3的钩挂定位,按钮1的端口内径与环形凸棱内径一致;笔身5内部空腔安装有挂钩3和锁推杆7,挂钩3上端外沿的钩形凸块能够钩挂在环形凸棱上,挂钩3下端与锁推杆7铰接,锁推杆7用于与含药卡式瓶8底端的胶塞14连接,按钮1与环形凸棱之间设置有按钮弹簧2,锁推杆7与环形凸棱之间设有锁推杆弹簧6。
锁推杆7的下端与含药卡式瓶8底端胶塞通过螺旋方式连接。
按钮1与笔身5底端通过定位槽根据需要的安装位置套接,即开启槽位置和锁闭槽位置,开启槽与锁闭槽联通,但位置不同,对按钮1与笔身5的控制效果不同。
本实用新型的卡式全自动注射笔,使用时将按钮1旋至开启状态,针头垂直对准注射部位,保持稳定。按下按钮1,锁推杆7针头注入人体后,保证药液全部注入人体后,拔出双刃注射针头10,即可自动完成进针和注药。再次使用时复位简单,含药卡式瓶装卸方便。
排气针套11带有排气功能,推动排气针套11,会带动双刃注射针头10刺穿胶塞,药液会随微量压力挤出针管内微量的空气,避免了空气进入人体对人体的伤害。
本实用新型的卡式全自动注射笔的使用方法是:
一、准备工作:注射前准备好以下物品:卡式全自动注射笔,相应规格的含药卡式瓶,一次性使用无菌双刃注射针头。
二、卡式全自动注射笔安装:
1、取下排气针帽11,旋开针外护套9;
2、将按钮1旋至自锁状态(按钮弹簧处于压缩状态);
3、取一支待用的含药卡式瓶8,将锁推杆7前端与含药卡式瓶8底端的活塞连接好,并用力向锁推杆7方向推动含药卡式瓶8,挂钩3上端外沿的钩形凸块钩挂在环形凸棱上,锁推杆弹簧6处于压缩状态;
4、取一次性使用无菌双刃注射针头10,将其安装在含药卡式瓶8瓶口的铝盖上,推动排气针帽11使得双刃注射针头10刺穿含药卡式瓶8的瓶口胶塞,直到双刃注射针头10有少许药液流出;旋上针外护套9。
三、注射操作过程,参照图4:
1、拔下排气针套11。
2、将按钮1旋至开启状态,针头垂直对准注射部位,保持稳定。
3、将双刃注射针头10注入人体后,按下按钮1,挂钩3从环形凸棱上脱开,锁推杆弹簧6伸张,用力向下推动锁推杆7,含药卡式瓶8底端的胶塞14移动,等药液全部注入人体后,拔出双刃注射针头10。
注射完毕后,将一次性使用无菌双刃注射针头的排气针套盖上,以防止刺伤。旋开卡式全自动注射笔针外护套9,将用完的含药卡式瓶和一次性使用无菌双刃注射针头取出并按规定处理,装上针外护套9。用75%酒精棉球擦拭卡式全自动注射笔外壁消毒,下次备用。
