下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例, 而不 是全部实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明实施例提供一种针对回铃音对应的音乐 (以 下筒称回铃音音乐)的操作方案: 在原有的回铃音系统中引入音乐平台, 主叫 用户在收听回铃音过程中, 通过按键选择对该回铃音音乐执行一定的操作, 主 叫用户的指令传递到音乐平台后, 音乐平台根据指令的类型以及主叫用户在其 上的注册信息, 为主叫用户提供回铃音音乐的操作服务。
图 1所示为本发明一个实施例提供的为主叫用户提供回铃音音乐操作服务 的系统架构图。
主叫终端 101、 移动交换中心 102以及回铃音平台 103属于现有回铃音系 统中已有的组件, 本发明实施例在原有的回铃音系统中引入音乐平台 104, 为 主叫用户提供回铃音音乐操作服务。 现有回铃音系统中和本方案无关的组件, 未在此图中画出。
在本发明实施例中, 将回铃音平台 103和音乐平台 104关联起来, 回铃音 保存在回铃音平台中, 其对应的音乐保存在音乐平台中, 用户在听回铃音的过 程中, 可通过按键来选择对该回铃音音乐的操作。 由回铃音平台接收用户的操 作请求, 由音乐平台执行用户的操作请求。 其中, 音乐平台可以是一个为用户 提供音乐搜索、 下载以及分享的平台, 用户在其上注册提供的资料中除包含基 本的用户资料外,还可以包含用户所使用的终端的资料,例如用户终端的品牌、 型号等。 这样用户在选择下载回铃音音乐时, 音乐平台可根据用户的终端类型 进行音乐匹配——从音乐平台中选择与用户的终端匹配最佳的音乐供用户下 载。
应用于图 1所示的为用户提供回铃音音乐操作服务的系统, 图 2为本发明 一个实施例提供的回铃音音乐操作方法的示意图。 以下详述图示各步骤:
步骤 201、在回铃音播放的过程中,回铃音平台接收主叫终端的按键信息; 其中, 主叫用户在呼叫回铃音用户时, 在回铃音播放的过程中, 可以通过 按键来请求对回铃音音乐执行某种操作, 回铃音平台接收的按键信息就对应了 主叫用户对回铃音音乐的操作请求。 对回铃音音乐的操作包括但不限于下载或 分享回铃音音乐。
根据图 1所示的系统架构图, 主叫用户的按键操作首先传递到移动交换中 心, 再由移动交换中心将按键信息发送到回铃音平台。
步骤 202、回铃音平台判断接收到的按键信息是否有效,在有效的情况下, 根据按键信息确定主叫用户选择的回铃音音乐操作的类型;
其中, 回铃音平台判断接收到的按键信息是否有效, 是指回铃音平台判断 收到的按键信息是否符合在步骤 201之前设置的回铃音音乐操作类型及其对应 的按键。 例如, 系统管理员在回铃音平台上设置了 5种类型的回铃音音乐操作 及每种类型的操作对应的按键, 若收到的按键信息为这 5个按键之一, 则为有 效的按键信息, 否则无效。
在按键信息有效的情况下, 回铃音平台进一步确定该按键对应的操作类型; 反之, 若按键信息无效, 则直接忽略该按键信息。
步骤 203、 回铃音平台向音乐平台发送消息, 在消息中携带操作的类型的 标识、 主叫用户的标识以及回铃音的标识, 音乐平台收到该消息后, 针对该回 铃音对应的音乐执行相应的操作。
音乐平台收到消息后, 首先根据其中携带的用户标识判断该用户是否为音 乐平台的注册用户, 若是注册用户则执行后续的操作, 否则, 忽略该消息。
在该用户为注册用户的情况下, 回铃音平台根据消息中携带的回铃音的标 识在音乐平台中搜索出回铃音音乐, 并根据消息中携带的操作类型的标识来确 定对回铃音音乐要执行的操作, 对该回铃音音乐执行相应的操作。
使用本实施例公开的回铃音音乐的操作方法, 在回铃音和回铃音音乐之间 建立了关联, 主叫用户在回铃音播放的过程中, 仅通过在终端上的按键就能够 选择对该回铃音音乐的操作, 回铃音平台接收到用户的按键操作信息后, 再通 过与其联系的音乐平台来执行用户选择的操作。
结合上述实施例的内容, 以下以下载或分享回铃音音乐为例, 详细说明对 回铃音音乐的下载或分享操作。 图 3所示为本发明一个实施例提供的为主叫用 户提供回铃音音乐下载或分享的方案流程图, 需要说明的一点是, 本实施例以 下载或分享回铃音音乐为例, 并不代表本方案的应用只限于回铃音音乐的下载 或分享操作。 本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下, 将本方案应 用于其他类型的操作, 同样属于本实施例的保护范围。
以下详述该流程的各步骤:
步骤 301、 在回铃音播放的过程中, 主叫终端将用户选择的按键信息发送 到移动交换中心;
主叫用户呼叫回铃音用户时,在对方接听之前,会听到对方设置的回铃音, 若对此回铃音音乐感兴趣, 可以通过在主叫终端上按键选择下载或分享该回铃 音音乐, 例如: 可以按 9#实现一键下载; 按 8#键实现一键分享, 向音乐平台 上的好友推荐该回铃音音乐; 按 345#键将该回铃音设为自己的彩振等等。
主叫用户在终端上进行按键操作后, 终端向移动交换中心发送按键信息。 步骤 302、 移动交换中心向回铃音平台转发上述按键信息;
回铃音平台收到按键信息后, 要判断此按键信息是否有效, 即判断是否设 置有与该按键对应的操作。 若是有效按键信息, 则回铃音平台向音乐平台发送 通知消息; 若此按键信息无效, 则直接将其忽略。
在上述步骤 301和 302中, 用户在终端上的按键操作需要依据回铃音平台 上保存的按键设置信息。 系统管理员需要事先在回铃音平台上设置回铃音播放 过程中用户可选择的操作类型及其对应的按键, 并将设置好的按键信息保存在 回铃音平台中。
例如, 可以设置按键 9#对应一键下载操作; 按键 8#对应一键分享, 向音 乐平台上的好友推荐该回铃音音乐;按键 345#对应将该回铃音设为自己的彩振 等等。
设置好可执行的操作类型及其对应的按键后, 可采用多种方式通知用户: 例如可以通过音乐平台向注册用户展示、 向用户发送短信进行介绍等等, 本发 明实施例对此不作限定。
步骤 303、 回铃音平台判断按键信息有效后, 向音乐平台发送通知消息; 在回铃音平台向音乐平台发送的通知消息中需要携带以下参数:
ServiceType: 操作类型标识, 用于标明主叫用户选择的操作类型, 包括但 不限于下载、 分享回铃音音乐等。 操作类型由回铃音平台根据收到的按键信息 确定, 用于指示音乐平台根据用户的选择执行相应的操作, 同时还可用于业务 统计;
CallerlD: 用户标识, 用于确定主叫用户的身份, 一般是主叫的手机号码; RingTonelD: 回铃音标识, 标明用户希望下载或分享的回铃音音乐。
步骤 304、 音乐平台收到通知消息后, 分析其中包含的各项参数, 依据分 析结果执行相应的操作;
其中, 音乐平台收到回铃音平台发送的通知消息后, 首先要根据 CallerlD 来判断该用户是否为音乐平台的注册用户。
回铃音平台一般使用手机号码来标识用户, 音乐平台就在其保存的注册用 户信息中搜索是否包含该手机号码对应的用户, 若能够搜索到, 则表明该用户 是音乐平台的注册用户, 可进行后续的操作; 反之, 若此用户不是音乐平台的 注册用户, 则终止操作, 同时还可向回铃音平台反馈一条终止操作的消息。 在确定该用户为注册用户之后, 音乐平台分析通知消息中携带的
ServiceType, 确定主叫用户请求执行的操作类型, 本发明实施例以下载或分享 回铃音音乐为例来说明音乐平台执行的操作。
若音乐平台通过分析 ServiceType, 确定用户选择下载回铃音音乐。 音乐平 台读取消息中携带的 RingTonelD和 CallerlD,根据 CallerlD查询用户在音乐平 台上注册时保存的终端信息, 然后根据终端信息和 RingTonelD 匹配适于用户 终端播放的音乐文件。 由于不同终端的播放能力不同, 所以音乐平台需要根据 用户的终端信息, 搜索与用户终端播放能力相匹配的回铃音音乐文件。 例如, 有的终端可播放 mp3 ( Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III )格式的音 乐文件, 有的终端可播放 acc ( Advanced Audio Coding )格式的音乐文件等。
此外, 在本发明另一个实施例中, 音乐平台还可以根据终端信息匹配出用 户终端能够播放的最佳格式的音乐文件。例如,对于 mp3格式的音乐文件而言, 由于采用的编码率不同, 可能会导致音质以及文件的大小不同, 一般情况下, 编码率越高, 音质越好, 同时音乐文件也会越大。 在本实施例中, 音乐平台也 可根据保存的用户终端信息匹配出能够由该终端播放的最佳音质的音乐文件。
匹配出与用户终端播放能力相适应的音乐文件后, 音乐平台生成相应的下 载策略, 发送给用户终端。 所谓下载策略, 就是指音乐平台向用户终端发送回 铃音音乐的方式, 包括但不限于 WAP Push ( WAP短信, 不需要客户端)、 Direct Push(直接推送,需要客户端)、 Indirect Push (间接推送,需要客户端)、 SIP Push (基于 SIP协议的推送, 需要客户端)等。 通过下表列举一些音乐平台可以生 成的下载策略及其各自的优缺点, 下载策略不限于下表中列举出的内容。 载策略 存在情况 说明
WAP Push 包含音乐 URI ( Uniform Resource Identifier, 通用 资源标志符 )的 WAP( Wireless Application Protocol, 无线应用协议)短信下发到用户终端, 终端收到后 将下载该音乐文件或者打开 WAP页面下载。
采用这种方式的优点是技术成熟, 实时性好, 无信 令负荷, 终端适用性广。
Direct 可选 采用这种方式需要在用户终端上安装客户端, 音乐 Push 平台和客户端间采用长连接, 音乐平台可直接将音 乐推送到手机。 如果用户没有登录客户端, 则等待 下次登录时向客户端推送回铃音音乐。
这种方式的实现相对筒单, 实时性好, 但需要在用 户终端上有相应的客户端支持。
Indirect 可选 相对于上一种方式, 在音乐平台和终端客户端间采 Push 用短连接, 音乐平台首先发送一个通知到客户端, 接到客户端发来操作请求后,再将音乐推送到手机。 采用这种方式不需要维持长连接, 无信令负荷。
SIP Push 可选 音乐平台直接将音乐推送到 SIP ( Session Initiation
Protocol, 会话初始协议)客户端。
采用这种方式需要音乐平台和手机客户端都支持 SIP协议能力, 在实现上有 OM A ( Open Mobile Alliance, 开放移动联盟)等标准组织支持。 以上内容公开了音乐平台生成回铃音音乐下载策略的过程, 下载策略生成 后, 进入步骤 305。
若音乐平台通过分析 ServiceType,确定用户选择向音乐平台上的好友分享 回铃音音乐, 则根据回铃音标识(RingTonelD )在音乐平台中搜索出对应的回 铃音音乐, 再根据用户标识 (CallerlD )搜索该用户的好友列表, 确定该用户 在音乐平台上的好友用户的标识, 该用户的好友用户同时也是音乐平台上的注 册用户。
确定该用户的好友用户后, 音乐平台即根据这些好友用户的标识发送音乐 推荐信息, 例如 "您的好友 XXX向您推荐 XXX音乐"。 该用户的好友用户登 录音乐平台后即可收到音乐推荐信息。 音乐平台执行音乐分享操作时, 需要携带以下参数:

步骤 305、 音乐平台将生成的下载策略发送到用户终端;
其中, 下载策略的发送方式和音乐平台生成的下载策略的类型相关, 在前 面介绍音乐平台可采取的各种下载策略时, 已将对应的发送方式做了说明, 此 处不再赘述。
步骤 306、 用户终端接收下载策略, 通知用户下载回铃音音乐。
采用本发明实施例公开的方案, 在回铃音平台和音乐平台之间建立关联, 首先在回铃音平台上设置针对回铃音音乐可执行的操作及其对应的按键, 并通 过音乐平台通知用户; 在回铃音播放的过程中, 由回铃音平台接收用户下载或 分享回铃音音乐的请求, 再由音乐平台根据用户的请求执行相应的操作。 这样 用户在收听回铃音的过程中, 只需要筒单的按键操作, 就能够将回铃音音乐保 存到终端, 或将该音乐向好友推荐分享。
结合上述实施例的内容, 本发明实施例提供一种回铃音平台, 用于执行上 述实施例公开的回铃音音乐的操作方法。 以下结合图 4详细说明回铃音平台的 各组成部分。
如图 4所示, 回铃音平台 400包括: 接收模块 401 , 用于在回铃音播放的过程中, 接收主叫终端的按键信息, 该按键信息对应主叫用户对回铃音音乐的操作请求;
其中, 回铃音音乐是回铃音对应的音乐, 保存在音乐平台中。
主叫用户在呼叫回铃音用户时, 在回铃音播放的过程中, 可以通过按键来 请求对回铃音音乐执行某种操作, 回铃音平台接收的按键信息就对应了主叫用 户对回铃音音乐的操作请求。 对回铃音音乐的操作包括但不限于下载或分享回 铃音音乐。
判断模块 402, 用于判断接收模块 401收到的按键信息是否有效, 在有效 的情况下, 根据该按键信息确定对回铃音音乐的操作类型;
其中, 回铃音平台判断接收到的按键信息是否有效, 是指由判断模块 402 判断收到的按键信息是否符合之前设置的回铃音音乐操作类型及其对应的按 键。 例如, 系统管理员在回铃音平台上设置了 5种类型的回铃音音乐操作及每 种类型的操作对应的按键, 若收到的按键信息为这 5个按键之一, 则为有效的 按键信息, 否则无效。
在按键信息有效的情况下, 进一步由判断模块 402确定该按键对应的操作 类型; 反之, 若按键信息无效, 则直接忽略该按键信息。
发送模块 403 , 用于向音乐平台发送消息, 以便于音乐平台对该回铃音音 乐执行主叫用户请求的操作, 发送模块 403在向音乐平台发送的消息中携带主 叫用户的标识、 回铃音的标识以及判断模块 402确定的操作类型的标识。
前已述及, 统管理员需要事先在回铃音平台上设置回铃音播放过程中用户 可选择的操作类型及其对应的按键, 并将设置好的按键信息保存在回铃音平台 中。 与此相对应的, 回铃音平台 400还包括: 设置模块 404, 用于设置回铃音 音乐操作的类型, 并为各种类型的操作设置对应的按键。
与回铃音平台相对应的, 本发明一个实施例提供一种音乐平台, 用于实施 前述实施例中公开的回铃音音乐的操作方法。 图 5所示为本发明实施例提供的一种音乐平台的结构示意图, 详述音乐平 台 500的各组成部分如下:
接收模块 501 ,用于接收回铃音平台发送的消息,消息中携带了用户标识、 回铃音的标识以及回铃音音乐操作类型的标识;
判断模块 502, 用于根据接收模块 501接收的消息中携带的用户标识判断 该用户是否为注册用户;
经过判断, 在该用户为注册用户的情况下, 判断模块 502还用于根据接收 模块 501接收的消息中携带的操作类型的标识确定对回铃音音乐执行的操作; 操作模块 503, 在判断模块 502确定对回铃音音乐执行的操作后, 用于根 据回铃音的标识在音乐平台中搜索回铃音音乐, 并对该回铃音音乐执行相应的 操作。
结合前述实施例中公开的对回铃音音乐执行下载或分享操作的内容, 若判 断模块 502确定对回铃音音乐执行下载操作, 操作模块 503具体用于: 根据接 收模块 501接收的消息中携带的用户标识查询用户终端的信息, 并根据查询出 的用户终端的信息以及消息中携带的回铃音的标识, 在音乐平台中搜索与用户 终端播放能力相匹配的回铃音音乐文件, 并相应生成针对搜索出的回铃音音乐 文件的下载策略, 然后向用户终端发送生成的下载策略, 以使用户终端根据该 下载策略下载回铃音音乐文件。
若判断模块 502确定对回铃音音乐执行分享操作,操作模块 503具体用于: 根据接收模块 501接收的消息中携带的回铃音的标识在音乐平台中搜索该回铃 音音乐, 并根据用户标识(CallerlD )搜索该用户的好友列表, 确定该用户在 音乐平台上的好友用户的标识, 该用户的好友用户同时也是音乐平台上的注册 用户。
确定该用户的好友用户后, 音乐平台即根据这些好友用户的标识发送音乐 推荐信息, 例如 "您的好友 XXX向您推荐 XXX音乐"。 该用户的好友用户登录 音乐平台后即可收到音乐推荐信息。
使用本发明实施例中公开的回铃音平台和音乐平台, 在回铃音和回铃音音 乐之间建立了关联, 主叫用户在回铃音播放的过程中, 仅通过在终端上的按键 就能够选择对该回铃音音乐的操作, 回铃音平台接收到用户的按键操作信息后, 再通过与其联系的音乐平台来执行用户选择的操作。

接收模块, 用于在回铃音播放的过程中, 接收主叫终端的按键信息, 所述 按键信息对应主叫用户对回铃音音乐的操作请求;
判断模块, 用于判断所述按键信息是否有效, 在所述按键信息有效的情况 下, 根据所述按键信息确定对所述回铃音音乐的操作类型;
发送模块, 用于向音乐平台发送消息, 以便于所述音乐平台对所述回铃音 音乐执行所述操作, 所述消息中携带所述主叫用户的标识、 所述回铃音的标识 以及所述操作类型的标识。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的回铃音平台, 其特征在于, 所述回铃音平台还 包括:
设置模块, 用于设置所述回铃音音乐操作的类型, 并为所述操作设置对应 的按键。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的回铃音平台, 其特征在于, 所述回铃音 音乐为所述回铃音对应的音乐, 所述回铃音音乐存储在所述音乐平台中。
12、 一种音乐平台, 其特征在于, 所述音乐平台包括:
接收模块, 用于接收回铃音平台发送的消息, 所述消息中携带用户标识、 回铃音的标识以及回铃音音乐操作类型的标识;
判断模块, 用于根据所述用户标识判断所述用户是否为注册用户; 所述判断模块还用于, 在所述用户为注册用户的情况下, 根据所述操作类 型的标识确定对所述回铃音音乐执行的操作;
操作模块, 用于根据所述回铃音的标识在所述音乐平台中搜索所述回铃音 音乐, 并对所述回铃音音乐执行所述操作。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的音乐平台, 其特征在于, 在所述判断模块确 定对所述回铃音音乐执行的操作为下载所述回铃音音乐时, 所述操作模块用于 根据所述回铃音的标识在所述音乐平台中搜索所述回铃音音乐, 并对所述回铃 音音乐执行所述操作, 具体为:
所述操作模块用于, 根据所述用户标识查询所述用户终端的信息, 根据所 述用户终端的信息以及所述回铃音的标识, 在所述音乐平台中搜索与所述用户 终端播放能力相匹配的回铃音音乐文件; 生成所述回铃音音乐文件的下载策略; 向所述用户终端发送所述下载策略, 以便于所述用户终端根据所述下载策略下 载所述回铃音音乐文件。
14、 根据权利要求 12所述的音乐平台, 其特征在于, 在所述判断模块确 定对所述回铃音音乐执行的操作为向所述用户在所述音乐平台上的好友分享 所述回铃音音乐时, 所述操作模块用于根据所述回铃音的标识在所述音乐平台 中搜索所述回铃音音乐, 并对所述回铃音音乐执行所述操作, 具体为:
所述操作模块用于, 根据所述回铃音的标识在所述音乐平台中搜索所述回 铃音音乐, 并根据所述用户标识确定所述用户在所述音乐平台上的好友的用户 标识; 根据所述好友的用户标识, 向所述用户的好友发送推荐消息, 分享所述 回铃音音乐, 所述推荐消息中包括所述用户的标识以及所述回铃音音乐的名称。
