Abstract
Lors d'une extraction par traitement de TC (Trichilia connaroides) avec un ou plusieurs solvants, le TC est mis en réaction avec une matière végétale acide tel que, par exemple, une matière composée de fruits d'amla (Emblica officinalis), qui convertit une partie des principes insolubles présents dans le TC en formes solubles, augmentant ainsi la plage d'extraction et le rendement. Lors de l'extraction à l'eau, l'utilisation de matière végétale composée de fruits d'amla permet d'augmenter d'environ 10% à environ12% en poids le rendement en principes recherchés, d'environ 8,2% à environ12,3% en poids le rendement en saponines, d'environ 1,1% à environ 3,9% en poids le rendement en terpènes. Les chiffres du rendement correspondant lors d'une extraction à l'éthanol aqueux, respectivement avec et sans l'utilisation de matière composée de fruits d'amla, sont de 14%, 15,6% et 5,5% en poids, et de 8%, 11,1% et 4,1% en poids pour les trois séries de composés respectivement. Avec les deux solvants, l'utilisation d'amla accroît les rendements, ledit accroissement étant plus important avec l'éthanol.
