信息误发后的删除方法及装置及系统
技术领域
本发明涉及信息误发后的删除技术, 尤其涉及一种信息误发后的删除方 法及装置及系统。
背景技术
彩信最大的特色就是支持多媒体功能 ,能够传递功能全面的内容和信息 , 这些信息包括文字、 图像、 声音、 视频等各种多媒体格式的信息。
图 1为彩信业务系统的架构示意图,该彩信业务系统釆用存储-转发机制 来传输彩信, 彩信发送终端发送的彩信将首先发送至源端彩信服务器, 由源 端彩信服务器将彩信转发至目的端彩信服务器存储, 彩信接收终端在接收到 目的端彩信服务器发送的彩信通知后, 将自动或手动地从目的端彩信服务器 下载该彩信。
在上述方案中, 彩信发送终端发送完彩信之后, 就失去了对该条彩信的 控制, 然而用户有可能在发送完彩信之后, 意识到发送到错误的联系人, 从 而可能带来不必要的问题。 发明内容
鉴于上述的分析, 本发明实施例旨在提供一种信息误发后的删除方法及 装置及系统, 用以解决由于信息误传带来的各种问题。
为解决上述问题, 釆用如下技术方案:
一种信息误发后的删除方法, 包括:
目的端信息服务器接收到源端信息服务器发来的信息删除请求报文; 根据所述信息删除请求报文中携带的信息标识到数据库中查找对应的信 息, 当查找到对应的信息并且确认所述信息未被信息接收终端下载过时, 删 除所述信息。 可选地, 所述信息删除请求报文是由信息发送终端在收到删除信息事件 后触发的。
可选地, 该方法还包括:
所述目的端信息服务器删除所述信息后, 给所述源端信息服务器返回删 除成功的应答消息。
可选地, 该方法还包括:

第一方法实施例

第二方法实施例
为了便于理解, 第二方法实施例中将以彩信为例具体说明, 上述第一方 法实施例中的信息发送终端、 源端信息服务器以及目的端信息服务器相应的 为彩信发送终端、 源端彩信服务器以及目的端彩信服务器, 第一方法实施例 中的信息标识相应的为彩信标识。
如图 3所示, 图 3为本发明第二方法实施例的流程示意图, 可以包括如 下步骤:
步骤 301 : 彩信发送终端在收到用户删除彩信事件后, 向源端彩信服务 器发送彩信删除请求报文;
也就是说, 用户发送完彩信之后, 可能意识到发送到错误的联系人, 于 是可以从消息箱中选择该条消息, 然后选择请求删除选项, 触发彩信发送终 端发送包含该彩信标识的彩信删除请求报文到源服务器, 即彩信发送终端所 在的服务器。
下面详细说明彩信删除请求报文的格式, 如表 1 ,

其中, Message type为 m-del-req表示这是一个彩信删除 4艮文, Transaction ID 用来标识本次删除会话, 和删除响应中的 Transaction ID 一致; MMS Version标识彩信版本号, 目前一般为 1.2; Message ID为要删除的彩信的标 识, 从原始彩信获取;
步骤 302: 源服务器收到该彩信删除请求报文后, 直接路由转发至目的 端彩信服务器;
步骤 303 : 目的端彩信服务器收到上述彩信删除请求后, 根据彩信删除 请求报文中的彩信标识, 在数据库中查找该彩信并对其状态进行判断: 如果 不存在该彩信, 则本次删除操作失败, 进入步骤 304; 如果查找到彩信, 并 且彩信状态是未下载, 则进行删除操作, 进入步骤 304; 如果查找到彩信, 但是彩信状态是已下载, 则本次删除操作失败, 进入步骤 304;
步骤 304: 根据步骤 303的处理结果, 目的端彩信服务器向源端彩信服 务器发送彩信删除应答消息, 详细格式见下, 如表 2。

步骤 305: 源端彩信服务器收到目的端彩信服务器发送的应答消息消息 (删除失败或者删除成功),转发给彩信发送终端,彩信发送终端收到删除应 答之后, 提示给用户。
如图 4所示, 图 4为步骤 303即目的端彩信服务器查找判断过程的流程 示意图, 可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 401 : 目的端彩信服务器收到带彩信标识的彩信删除请求报文; 步骤 402: 根据该彩信标识查找本地数据库, 使用彩信删除请求报文中 的 Message ID字段到服务器数据库中查找该 ID对应的彩信;
步骤 403: 如果有该彩信, 则进入步骤 404, 否则进入步骤 405;
步骤 404: 判断该彩信是否已被接收终端下载了, 因为已被下载的彩信 再删除就没有意义,接收终端已经获取到该彩信的所有信息。如果已被下载, 则进入步骤 405, 否则进入步骤 406;
步骤 405: 删除失败, 向彩信发送终端返回删除失败的应答消息; 步骤 406: 找到要删除的彩信, 并且该彩信未被下载, 删除该彩信; 步骤 407, 删除成功, 向彩信发送终端返回删除成功的应答消息。 可见, 上述实例实现了彩信发送终端对已发彩信的删除控制, 当用户发 送完彩信后突然意识到自己发送到错误的联系人, 则可以在有条件情况下, 即彩信未被接收终端下载的情况下, 向源端服务器发起删除请求来删除该条 误发彩信, 避免发送方个人信息的泄露, 对信息安全有一定好处。
应当理解的是, 对本发明技术所在领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据 本发明的技术方案及其构思进行相应的等同改变或替换, 比如本删除方法同 样适用于 E-Mail,短信等端对端通信方法, 而所有这些改变或替换, 都应属于 本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
接下来结合附图 5对本发明装置实施例进行详细说明。

接下来结合附图 6对本发明实施例的系统进行详细说明。

作为本发明的优选实施例, 本发明实施例的系统还可以包括: 彩信发送 终端, 用于在收到删除彩信事件后, 向所述源端彩信服务器发送彩信删除请 求报文。
需要说明的是, 对于本发明装置实施例和系统实施例的具体实现过程, 由于上述方法中已有详细说明, 故此处不再赘述。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种信息误发后的删除方法及装置及系 统, 实现了信息发送终端对已发彩信的删除控制, 当用户发送完信息后突然 意识到自己发送到错误的联系人, 则可以在有条件情况下, 即在信息未被接 收终端下载的情况下, 向服务器发起删除请求来删除该条误发信息, 从而避 免信息接收终端收到不必要的信息, 并且保护了信息发送者的个人隐私和安 全。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

目的端信息服务器接收到源端信息服务器发来的信息删除请求报文; 根据所述信息删除请求报文中携带的信息标识到数据库中查找对应的信 息, 当查找到对应的信息并且确认所述信息未被信息接收终端下载过时, 删 除所述信息。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的删除方法, 其中, 所述信息删除请求报文是由 信息发送终端在收到删除信息事件后触发的。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的删除方法, 该方法还包括:

9、 一种信息服务系统, 至少包括源端信息服务器和目的端信息服务器, 其中:
所述源端信息服务器设置成: 将接收到的信息删除请求报文转发给所述 目的端信息服务器;
所述目的端信息服务器设置成: 接收所述源端信息服务器发来的信息删 除请求报文, 然后根据所述信息删除请求报文中携带的信息标识到数据库中 查找对应的信息, 当查找到对应的信息并且确认所述信息未被信息接收终端 下载过时, 删除所述信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的信息服务系统, 该系统还包括:
信息发送终端设置成: 在收到删除信息事件后, 向所述源端信息服务器 发送信息删除请求报文。
11、根据权利要求 9或 10所述的信息服务系统, 其中, 所述目的端信息 服务器还设置成:
如果没有找到对应的信息, 或者, 虽然查找到对应的信息但是所述信息 已被信息接收终端下载过,给所述源端信息服务器返回删除失败的应答消息。
