优选地, 所述第一终端的屏幕解锁成功之后, 还包括: 所述第一终端的 解锁密码复位为无密码状态。
优选地, 所述方法还包括: 将所述获取密钥信息的消息进行加密, 并发 送至所述第二终端; 将来自所述第二终端的密钥信息进行解密, 并发送至所 述第一终端, 所述第一终端判断解密后的密钥信息与所述第一终端内存储的 密钥信息是否匹配; 如果是, 则对所述第一终端的屏幕进行解锁。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
根据目前的解锁方案, 如果用户忘记密码或者解锁图案后就会存在诸多 不便, 为解决上述问题, 本实施例提供了一种屏幕解锁的方法, 该过程的流 程如图 1所示, 包括:
步骤 S102, 第一终端发送获取密钥信息的消息至第二终端, 其中, 密钥 信息用于对第一终端进行解锁;
步骤 S104, 第一终端根据来自第二终端的密钥信息对第一终端进行屏幕 解锁。
本实施例釆用了如下方法: 从第二终端上获取能解锁第一终端屏幕的密 钥信息, 通过该密钥信息对第一终端进行屏幕解锁。 通过运用本实施例, 解 决了用户因为忘记密码无法解锁屏幕, 进而需要升级版本来解锁屏幕, 但该 方法既浪费时间, 还会造成由于升级版本而导致终端中重要资料的丟失的问 题, 用户可以根据备用的密钥信息对终端进行解锁, 避免了因忘记终端解锁 码而无法进行终端解锁的情况, 进一步提高了终端的易用性。 步骤 S102实施的过程中,第一终端发送获取密钥信息的消息至第二终端 可以包括如下处理过程: 第一终端判断当前的解锁次数是否达到预设的解锁 次数; 如果达到预设的解锁次数或已超过预设的解锁次数, 则发送获取密钥 信息的消息至第二终端。
在步骤 102之后, 还包括:
步骤 202 , 第二终端收到获取密钥信息的消息后, 第二终端弹出让用户 输入验证码的提示框, 用户可以将之前约定的验证码输入;
此输入验证码的过程是防止了他人恶意盗取第一终端信息, 进一步保障 了第一终端用户信息的安全性。
步骤 204 , 第二终端接收用户输入的获取密钥信息的验证码; 判断验证 码是否与预置在第二终端内的验证码相匹配, 如果验证码匹配, 则执行步骤
206, 否则结束发送密钥信息的流程。
步骤 206 , 在验证码正确的情况下, 第二终端向所述第一终端发送所述 密钥信息。
其中, 第二终端根据来自第一终端的获取密钥信息的消息, 取出存预先 储在第二终端内的密钥信息, 随后, 将密钥信息发送至第一终端。
如果验证码错误, 则结束发送密钥信息的流程。 当然, 也可以对输入验 证码的次数进行限定, 例如, 三次, 则在第三次时验证码还是错误, 再结束 该流程。
在步骤 104中, 第一终端接收到密钥信息后, 第一终端根据来自第二终 端的密钥信息对第一终端进行屏幕解锁, 该过程可以包括如下过程: 第一终 端判断来自第二终端的密钥信息与第一终端内存储的密钥信息是否匹配; 如 果向匹配, 则对第一终端的屏幕进行解锁, 即第一终端的屏幕解锁成功。 否 则, 该解锁的流程结束。
在第一终端的屏幕解锁成功之后, 第一终端的解锁密码复位为无密码状 态, 则用户可以根据需要选择再次设置新的密码或不设置, 其中, 密码的种 类可以为多种, 例如, 语音密码, 数字密码, 图案密码。
在第一终端向第二终端发送获取密钥信息的消息时, 第一终端或者网络 可以对该消息进行加密, 然后再发送至第二终端; 同样的, 在接收密钥信息 时, 第一终端或者网络可以相对其进行解密, 在进行匹配等过程。
通过运用上述方法, 可以在用户忘记解锁密码后, 仍然可以通过其他途 径 (发送备用解锁码)进行解锁, 从而节省了去售后更新版本的时间, 提高 了效率。
优选实施例一
本实施例提供了一种可以在终端间彼此进行屏幕解锁的方法, 即主要通 过将密钥信息 (即安全码)预设在另外一台终端上, 通过网络加密发送来进 中忘记屏幕解锁图案或密码而导致的无法正常解锁, 这对用户操作引起诸多 不利的问题。 该方法的过程如下:
终端在预设置备用安全解锁码后, 具备安全解锁的功能。 终端在忘记预 设置的解锁图案后, 可以通过网络将其特征码发送到另一终端。 另一终端通 过先前预先设置的备用安全码通过网络再传送给被锁终端。 被锁终端在收到 通过网络传送过来的备用解锁码, 匹配后, 解锁生效, 屏幕可以顺利解锁, 同时将之前的解锁图案进行复位操作,即当前终端默认为无图案和密码解锁。
釆用本实施例的上述方法和装置, 能够按照用户的自定义需求进行定时 的对后台应用程序进行自动清除, 既节省了移动终端的当前使用内存, 避免 了因后台应用程序长期挂着而对系统性能造成很大的影响。
下面结合如图进一步说明本优选实施例。
本优选实施例所涉及的终端为移动终端, 该移动终端为支持密码或者图 像锁屏的功能。 图 2、 图 3和图 4分别是根据本实施例的初始化设置界面的 示意图, 包括:
图 2是在对终端进行设置开机解锁密码前, 给用户提示是否需要设置开 机备用的解锁码, 也称第二开机解锁码或安全密钥。 用户可以选择是或者否 来进行相关的后续操作。
图 3中, 用户可以设置解锁失败多少次后来启动激活备用密码的程序, 在设定次数的时, 可以设置默认值为 5次, 也可以设置为 3次, 根据用户需 要进行设置, 但次数设置较少效果更好。
图 4为用户在成功设定了备用解锁码后, 在终端上还会有成功发送备用 密码到 XX终端的提示。
图 5根据本实施例的方法流程图, 包括步骤 S502至步骤 S520。
步骤 S502, 判断移动终端是否已经设置了备用密码(此处的备用密码可 以是密钥信息的一种) 。 如果已经设置备用密码, 则进入步骤 S504, 如果未 设置备用解锁密码, 则进入步骤 S520。
步骤 S504, 进而判断移动终端用户是否已经忘记解锁密码, 如果已经忘 记初始设置的解锁密码, 则进入流程 S506, 如果未忘记初始密码, 则执行步 骤 S520, 随后进入正常的密码或者图案解锁程序。
步骤 S506,判断移动终端此时是否满足启动激活备用密码的条件。其中, 上述条件可以是解锁次数达到或超过预设次数。 一旦满足条件, 则执行步骤 S508, 如果未满足该触发条件, 则执行步骤 S520。 其中, 启动激活备用密码 的条件与在图 2中设置解锁失败次数后启动备用密码相统一。
步骤 S508, 将备用密码解锁请求发送到网络服务器。
其中, 上述的网络服务器可以是通讯运营商的网络服务器, 终端制造商 的网络服务器, 也可以是购买第三方公司的网络服务器, 并没有具体的限制, 只需要有具体具备的功能就可以。 当然, 此处的网络也是一个广义的网络, 例如移动通信网络, 或用蓝牙连接的网络等。
步骤 S510, 网络服务器通过自身的加密单元加密后发送给终端 B进行触 发备用密码的提醒。 在该步骤实施的过程中, 将发送的备用密码解锁请求进 行加密可以对发送的数据的安全性有很大的提升。
步骤 S512, 在终端 B接收到网络服务器的触发备用密码的提醒后, 将其 之前保存过的备用解锁密码信息从存储单元中取出并反馈给网络服务器。
在该步骤实施之前, 还可以在收到备用密码解锁请求时, 在终端 B上弹 出提示输入验证码的界面, 此验证码的输入进一步增强了终端 A屏幕解锁的 安全性, 防止了有人恶意解锁盗取用户资料的事件发生。 在用户在终端 B上 输入了正确的验证码后, 在执行步骤 S512, 提取预先存储的解锁密码信息。 步骤 S514, 网络服务器随后通过解密单元将 B终端反馈的备用解锁码传 递给 A终端。
步骤 S516,终端 A此时会判断从终端 B传送过来的备用解锁密码与之前 预置的备用解锁密码是否匹配。 如果匹配成功, 则执行步骤 S518。 如果匹配 失败, 则执行步骤 S520。
步骤 S518 , 终端 A顺利进行解锁, 并给出 UI(User Interface)提示。
步骤 S520, 结束该流程。 根据不同的操作, 流程结束的原因不同, 终端 A和 B可以根据不同原因弹出各种提示, 例如, 若步骤 S516中匹配不成功, 则可以在终端 A上显示 "备用解锁码解锁失败" 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种屏幕解锁的装置,该装置可以位于第一终端, 其结构框图如图 6所示, 包括: 发送模块 10, 设置为发送获取密钥信息的消 息至第二终端, 其中, 密钥信息设置为对第一终端进行解锁; 解锁模块 20, 与发送模块 10耦合,设置为根据来自第二终端的密钥信息对第一终端进行屏 幕解锁。
图 7示出了发送模块 10的结构框图, 包括: 第一判断单元 102, 设置为 判断当前的解锁次数是否达到预设的解锁次数; 发送单元 104, 与第一判断 单元 102耦合, 设置为在当前的解锁次数达到预设的解锁次数的情况下, 发 送获取密钥信息的消息至第二终端。
实施时, 解锁模块 20还可以如图 8所示, 包括: 第二判断单元 202, 设 置为判断来自第二终端的密钥信息与第一终端内存储的密钥信息是否匹配; 解锁单元 204, 与第二判断单元 202耦合, 设置为在匹配的情况下, 对第一 终端的屏幕进行解锁。
优选地, 本实施例还提供了一种第二终端, 图 9示出了第二终端的结构 框图, 其包括: 接收模块 301 , 设置为收到来自第一终端的获取密钥信息的 消息后, 提示用户输入验证码; 鉴权模块 302, 设置为接收用户输入的获取 密钥信息的验证码,判断验证码是否与第二终端内部预置验证码匹配的模块; 发送模块 303 , 设置为在验证码正确的情况下向第一终端发送密钥信息的模 块。 实施时, 第二终端还包括: 存储模块 304, 设置为预先存储所述第一终 端的所述密钥信息;
所述发送模块 303 , 设置为根据来自第一终端的获取密钥信息的消息, 取出存预先储在存储模块 304内的密钥信息,将该密钥信息发送至第一终端。
下面结合优选实施例对上述装置及终端进行说明,在下述优选实施例中, 终端为智能移动终端, 其中各模块的命名与上述各模块略有不同, 但能实现 相同的功能。
优选实施例二
本实施例提供了一种移动终端, 可以支持提供后备密码来进行解锁, 避 免由于忘记密码需要跑到营业厅进行升级版本, 导致数据和文件的丟失的问 题。 图 10是根据本实施例的移动终端 A、 网络和移动终端 B的结构框图, 终 端 A包括如下单元:
第一发送单元, 用于移动终端满足启动备用解锁码的条件后将解锁请求 通过网络发送给终端 B。
第一接收单元, 与第一发送单元相对应, 用于移动终端接收备用解锁码, 并将其转移到存储单元。
比较单元, 主要用于一些触发条件的判定功能及对后进行备份码解锁时 的比较功能。 比如判定是否开启了备用解锁功能, 是否满足了开启备用解锁 功能的条件等。
输出单元 ,提供用户与用户之间一种可以通过 UI界面来进行操作以及来 反馈对应操作所产生的结果的直观展示方式。 比如用户开启该功能的前所做 的一些初始化设置, 及启用该装置后的一些提示信息。
网络的网络服务器包括: 加密单元, 主要用于将备用解锁码在传输过程 中进行加密设置操作, 以便在传输过程中更加安全。
解密单元, 与加密单元相对应, 主要用于将解锁码在传输过程中进行解 密设置操作, 以便在进行解锁时。
终端 B包括如下单元: 第二接收单元, 用于接收获取密钥信息的消息。 存储单元, 将备用解锁密码在移动终端中另外开辟一个存储空间, 将其 保存起来。
第二发送单元, 用于终端 B将密钥信息在通过该单元发送给待解锁的终 端 A。
鉴权单元, 提供在满足激活备用密码条件后对身份的一种保护, 以便防 止任何人都能用备用解锁码来进行解锁。
本发明实施例, 釆用用户自定义的方式, 使得用户可以自由设定备用密 码, 包括备用密码启动的条件, 具有极强的安全性的同时方便用户在忘记解 锁密码的情况下可以选择启动备用密码来给终端进行解锁, 免去了因忘记终 端解锁码而无法进行终端解锁的情况, 进而提高了移动终端的易用性和的用 户体验。
从以上的描述中, 可以看出, 本发明实现了如下技术效果:

1、 一种屏幕解锁的方法, 包括:
第一终端发送获取密钥信息的消息至第二终端, 其中, 所述密钥信息用 于对所述第一终端进行解锁;
所述第一终端根据来自第二终端的密钥信息对所述第一终端进行屏幕解 锁。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其中, 所述第一终端发送获取密钥信息 的消息至第二终端包括:
所述第一终端判断当前的解锁次数是否达到预设的解锁次数;
如果是, 则发送所述获取密钥信息的消息至所述第二终端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端根据来自第二终端 的密钥信息对所述第一终端进行屏幕解锁包括:
所述第一终端判断来自所述第二终端的所述密钥信息与所述第一终端内 存储的密钥信息是否匹配;
如果是, 则对所述第一终端的屏幕进行解锁。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端的屏幕解锁成功之 后, 还包括:
所述第一终端的解锁密码复位为无密码状态。

将所述获取密钥信息的消息进行加密, 并发送至所述第二终端; 将来自所述第二终端的密钥信息进行解密, 然后判断解密后的密钥信息 与所述第一终端内存储的密钥信息是否匹配; 如果是, 则对所述第一终端的 屏幕进行解锁。
6、 一种屏幕解锁的方法, 包括:
第二终端收到来自第一终端的获取密钥信息的消息后, 提示用户输入验 证码; 所述第二终端接收用户输入的获取密钥信息的验证码, 判断所述验证码 是否与预置在所述第二终端内的验证码相匹配;
如果是, 则向所述第一终端发送所述密钥信息, 其中, 所述密钥信息用 于对所述第一终端进行解锁。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法,其中, 所述第二终端向所述第一终端发 送所述密钥信息, 包括:
所述第二终端根据所述获取密钥信息的消息, 取出预先存储在所述第二 终端内的所述密钥信息, 并将所述密钥信息发送至所述第一终端。
8、 一种屏幕解锁的装置, 位于第一终端, 其包括:
发送模块, 设置为发送获取密钥信息的消息至第二终端, 其中, 所述密 钥信息用于对所述第一终端进行解锁;
解锁模块, 设置为根据来自第二终端的密钥信息对所述第一终端进行屏 幕解锁。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述发送模块包括:
第一判断单元, 设置为判断当前的解锁次数是否达到预设的解锁次数; 发送单元, 设置为在当前的解锁次数达到预设的解锁次数的情况下, 发 送所述获取密钥信息的消息至所述第二终端。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述解锁模块包括:
第二判断单元, 设置为判断来自所述第二终端的所述密钥信息与所述第 一终端内存储的密钥信息是否匹配;
解锁单元, 设置为在匹配的情况下, 对所述第一终端的屏幕进行解锁。
11、 一种终端, 包括: 如权利要求 8至 10中任一项所述的屏幕解锁的装 置。

接收模块, 设置为收到来自第一终端的获取密钥信息的消息后, 提示用 户输入验证码;
鉴权模块, 设置为接收用户输入的获取密钥信息的验证码, 判断所述验 证码是否与预置在所述第二终端内的验证码相匹配, 并将判断结果发送至发 送模块;
发送模块, 设置为如果判断结果为匹配, 则向所述第一终端发送所述密 钥信息, 其中, 所述密钥信息用于对所述第一终端进行解锁。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的终端, 其中, 所述终端还包括:
存储模块, 设置为预先存储所述第一终端的所述密钥信息;
所述发送模块, 设置为向所述第一终端发送所述密钥信息, 包括: 所述发送模块根据所述获取密钥信息的消息, 取出预先存储在所述存储 模块内的所述密钥信息, 并将所述密钥信息发送至所述第一终端。
