Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif satellitaire, qui s'utilise sur des véhicules industriels ou des véhicules automobiles, qui est capable de communiquer par un certain nombre de canaux et/ou de radiofréquences dédiées de services GSM, GPRS, UMTS, TETRA avec des centres de services et des centres institutionnels, et qui a la possibilité de fournir des services au propriétaire du client du véhicule, et simultanément la possibilité pour les forces de l'ordre de se connecter au dispositif pour des actes d'enquêtes. Avantageusement, les deux types de communications sont actifs et indépendants sans que la communication institutionnelle doive attendre la disponibilité du véhicule.
