Description

一种终端设备及其资费提示方法 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域， 尤其涉及一种终端设备及其资费提示方法。 背景技术
用户识别模块（ SIM， Subscriber Identity Module )卡是一种带微处理器 的封装在塑料中的智能集成电路（IC， Integrated Circuit )卡， 它是全球移 动通讯系统 ( GSM, Global System of Mobile communication )中不可缺少的 一个重要部分， 是用户进入 GSM网络登记的凭证。 用户识别应用开发工具
( SIM Tool Kit, STK )功能包含一组终端与 SIM卡之间交互的指令， 这样 可以使用 SIM卡运行卡内的应用程序， 实现增值服务的目的。 这里的一组 指令指的是 STK 功能的两类指令， 一类是终端向 SIM 卡下发的信封
( envelope )指令， 一类是 SIM卡主动向终端发起的主动式（ proactive )指 令。 SIM卡和终端之间就是通过这两类命令来进行相互之间 STK功能的交 互， 同时 STK业务为利用终端注册信息对用户进行相关的资费提示提供了 可能性。
针对重要的跨国运营商和主流运营商而言， 用户的国际漫游是必不可 少的功能， 但是由于运营商在不同的地区和其他的不同的运营商的相关的 漫游协议不同， 导致其在不同的漫游国家的漫游资费是不同的。 而在某个 国家的漫游资费对用户往往是不透明的， 也就是漫游的客户不知道相关的 漫游资费， 运营商往往通过短信等方式来通知客户， 但是短信通知有几大 缺点： （ 1 )会增加运营商的费用， 漫游用户在位置更换时需要不断的给用 户发送短信； （2 )短信有时候会因为网络等问题最终用户无法接收到或者 用户没有注意到短信； （3 )用户无法主动查询当前的资费情况； （4 )用户 在漫游中主动查询相关资费信息需要花费一定的费用。 发明内容
有鉴于此， 本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种终端设备及其资费 提示方法， 能够在用户漫游时， 了解漫游详细的资费情况； 并且， 不增加 运营商的网络负担及费用。
为达到上述目的， 本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种终端设备资费提示方法， 所述方法包括：
终端注册到网络后， 通过指令将网络注册信息发送至 SIM卡； 接收所述 SIM卡发送的在网络资费列表中查询到的网络注册信息对应 的资费信息；
将所述资费信息展示于终端界面上。
优选地， 所述网络注册信息包括以下信息的至少之一： MCC、 MNC、 cell ID。
优选地， 所述资费列表包括默认资费信息。
优选地， 所述方法还包括： 确定出 SIM卡在网络资费列表中没有查询 到网络注册信息对应的资费信息时， 将所述默认资费信息展示于终端界面 上。。

鉴于上述移动运营商通知漫游用户在漫游时的资费问题， 本发明实施 例利用了一种使用网络注册信息及 STK功能对用户进行资费提示的方法， 能够在用户漫游时能了解漫游详细的资费情况， 并且， 不增加运营商的网 络负担及费用。
利用终端注册信息及 STK功能对用户进行资费提示的原理是每当用户 进行相关网络注册成功后， 将相关的网络注册信息移动国家号码（MCC， Mobile Country Code ) /移动网络号码（ MNC， Mobile Network Code ) /小区 识别码（cell ID , cell IDentity ) 中的至少一种信息通过 envelope指令通知 SIM卡， SIM卡通过查询网络注册信息对应的资费信息并通过 proactive指 令通知终端， 终端将相关信息通过文本文件展示给用户， 使用户知晓当前 的注册网络的资费信息。
本发明实施例包含内容如下：
SIM卡进行终端话费控制的原理在 SIM卡中扩展一个文件， 用于描述 运营商针对终端注册不同的 MCC/MNC/cell ID的网络的漫游计费规则。
SIM卡文件可以使用空中下载（ OTA， Over the Air Technology )短消 息进行及时更新漫游资费的标准， 通过更新 ( refresh )命令通知终端更新相 关文件。
当终端注册到相关网络后，终端通过 envelope指令将 MCC/MNC/cell ID 发送给 SIM卡， SIM卡通过查询图 1中的表格查询网络注册信息对应的资 费信息并通过 proactive指令通知给终端， 由终端通过图形文字界面显示给 用户。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例^:详细描述。
请参考图 1所示，是本发明实施例 SIM卡根据 MCC/MNC/cell ID的资 费列表，从地区 1的 MCC/MNC/cell ID到地区 N的 MCC/MNC/cell ID范围 对应相应的资费信息， 最后一栏是默认地区及其对应的资费信息。
本发明实施例记载了一种终端设备资费提示方法， 如图 2所示， 所述 方法包括以下步骤： 步骤 201 : 终端注册到网络后， 通过指令将网络注册信息发送至 SIM 卡。
优选地， 所述网络注册信息包括以下信息的至少之一： 移动国家号码 MCC、 移动网络号码 MNC、 小区识别码 cell ID。

步骤 303: 终端设备在网络注册成功 （OK )后使用 envelope指令下发 给 SIM卡终端相关信息， 包括 MCC/MNC/cell ID;
步骤 304: SIM卡判断 SIM卡存储的 MCC/MNC/cell ID号码中是否有 该终端下发的 MCC/MNC/cell ID号， 如果有转到步骤 305， 如果没有转到 步骤 306;
步骤 305: SIM卡查找对应的资费信息并通知终端；

所述展示模块 43， 还用于将所述默认资费信息展示于终端界面上。 当然， 本发明还可有多种实施方式， 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进， 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种终端设备资费提示方法， 所述方法包括：
终端注册到网络后， 通过指令将网络注册信息发送至用户识别模块 SIM卡；
接收所述 SIM卡发送的在网络资费列表中查询到的网络注册信息对应 的资费信息；
将所述资费信息展示于终端界面上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中， 所述网络注册信息包括以下信息 的至少之一：移动国家号码 MCC、移动网络号码 MNC、小区识别码 cell ID。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法，其中， 所述资费列表包括默认资费信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法， 其中， 所述方法还包括： 确定出 SIM卡 在网络资费列表中没有查询到网络注册信息对应的资费信息时， 将所述默 认资费信息展示于终端界面上。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其中， 所述通过指令将网络注册信息发 送至 SIM卡包括：
通过信封 envelope指令将以下信息的至少之一发送至 SIM卡； 所述信 息包括： MCC、 MNC、 cell ID。
6、 一种终端设备， 所述终端设备包括： 发送模块、 接收模块和展示模 块； 其中，
所述发送模块， 配置为当所述终端注册到网络后， 通过指令将网络注 册信息发送至 SIM卡；
所述接收模块， 配置为接收所述 SIM卡发送的在网络资费列表中查询 到的网络注册信息对应的资费信息；
所述展示模块， 配置为将所述资费信息展示于终端界面上。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备， 其中， 所述终端设备还包括更新模 块， 配置为更新运营商的所述资费信息。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备， 其中， 所述网络注册信息包括以下 信息的至少之一： MCC、 MNC、 cell ID。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的终端设备， 其中， 所述资费信息包括默认资费 信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的终端设备， 其中， 所述终端设备还包括确定 模块；
所述确定模块， 配置为确定出 SIM卡在网络资费列表中没有查询到网 络注册信息对应的资费信息时， 将所述默认资费信息发送至所述展示模块； 所述展示模块， 还用于将所述默认资费信息展示于终端界面上。
