Since this defect can be applied not only to knitted fabrics but also to woven fabrics, it has not been possible to obtain a short-pile pile-in powder puff having an excellent appearance.
- Table 1 shows the physical properties of PTT used as a material for cosmetic puffs in the present invention, PET and nylon conventionally used as materials for cosmetic puffs.
- the properties relating to the initial modulus described in Table 1 indicate that the lower the value, the more supple and smooth. Since PTT has a low value, the force applied to the skin is weak. In particular, in the case of PET, since the value of the initial modulus is high, the skin hits the skin in a hard state, and it can be said that the skin contact becomes hard.
- the elongation recovery rate described in Table 1 is a property indicating how far the original material is recovered when it is stretched by 20% from the original length for a certain period of time. This is a property that indicates how much the portion extended by 20 cm, that is, 20%, returns to the original state within a predetermined time. Comparison of this property for each material shows that PTT recovers particularly well. This property shows that a puff using PTT is easier to recover than a puff using other materials, because some force is applied to the puff to release the force.
- Test Example 1 The following test was done about this recovery rate. A weight was placed on the surface of the fabric made of a double raschel knitted fabric of each material listed in Table 1 and was weighted to a pressure of 0.058 kg / cm 2 for 24 hours, and then the weight was released. Immediately after releasing the cobblestone, a trace of cobblestone remained clearly on the nylon fabric, and a thin trace of cobblestone remained on the surface of the PTT and PET fabric. When the condition of each fabric after 1 hour was visually observed, the PTT fabric almost recovered to the original state, but the PET fabric showed a slight trace, and the nylon fabric clearly left a trace. became.
- the PTT fabric, the PET fabric and the nylon fabric obtained above were taken out after being immersed in a 0.5% neutral detergent at 40 ° C. for 10 minutes and washed with scum 100 times.
- the state of each fabric after squeezing 200 times after drying the PTT fabric almost returned to the state before washing and the washing resistance was good, but the PET fabric and nylon fabric clearly wrinkled. It is a state and it turns out that it is inferior to washing resistance.
- Example 1 A puff using a sponge sheet as a core and a double raschel knitted fabric as an outer fabric was produced according to a conventional method.
- the finished dimensions of the puff were an outer diameter of 60 mm, a thickness of 16 mm, a thickness of the inner core of 8 mm, and a band ribbon portion for passing a finger or the like had a width of 12 mm.
- a similar puff was produced except that a tricot knitted fabric was used as the outer fabric.
- FIGS. 1 to 6 Each puff is shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 after the cosmetic has been scraped off and further applied to the skin.
- FIG. 1 is a puff using a tricot knitted fabric as a fabric
- the right puff is a puff using a double raschel knitted fabric as a fabric (the same applies to FIG. 2 below).
- FIG. 2 the same applies to FIG. 2 below.

Abstract
Description
So far, cosmetic puffs made of various materials are known, and cosmetic puffs that are soft and have good skin perception are preferred. Here, in order to be soft and have good skin contact, not only the softness of the pile itself but also the ground must be soft.
As such a cosmetic puff, there is one using a polyester velvet or a polyester tricot pile cloth as described in Patent Document 1. However, since polyester such as PET lacks flexibility, the feeling of use is inferior even if the recovery after the raised ends are once laid is good.
Further, Patent Document 2 discloses a raised fabric comprising polytrimethylene terephthalate fibers at least in a raised portion, wherein the raised fabric has an anti-pilling property according to JIS L-1076 of grade 3 or higher. It is shown that polytrimethylene terephthalate fibers are raised fabrics.
Patent Document 3 discloses a pile fabric in which a pile yarn is made of polytetramethylene terephthalate fibers that do not give crimps, and a pile angle of the pile yarn is 70 to 90 degrees. It is described that there are weft pile fabrics using a weft double structure such as velvet, warp pile fabrics using a weft double structure such as velvet, and a double raschel knitted fabric.
Further, according to Patent Document 4, a knitted fabric having a finish of 70 course / 39 wales is obtained by a 28 gauge tricot knitting machine, and the obtained polytrimethylene terephthalate knitted fabric is used as a fabric, and a pile yarn is obtained. A cosmetic puff is described in which methylene terephthalate fibers are cut and raised twice and sheared, and a polyurethane sponge is inserted into the methylene terephthalate fiber as a core. However, since the knitted fabric obtained in this way has a high density of the ground, the fabric using the knitted fabric is crushed, and the resulting cosmetic puff has a hard skin contact.
In addition, in the tricot knitting obtained by the tricot knitting machine, it is necessary to pull up the pile in order to obtain the pile length in the process of loop raising. By this process, it was inevitable that the knitted fabric shrinks in the lateral direction and the density of the ground becomes higher.
At the time when Patent Document 4 was filed, a double raschel knitted fabric was usually manufactured by a knitting machine of 22 gauge (= number of needles / inch) or less.
A cosmetic puff is one in which a powdery cosmetic is scraped from a cosmetic container mainly on the surface of the puff and applied to the skin to transfer the scraped cosmetic to the skin surface. In that case, it is necessary to transfer as much of the cosmetic material that has been scraped off and adhered to the puff surface to the skin surface as much as possible. Conventional puffs are hard and inflexible, and have poor properties of returning to their original state after expansion and contraction, so the shape may be fixed in a deformed state depending on use and management conditions. It was necessary to improve the properties.
Furthermore, cosmetics accumulate on the surface of the puff as it is used, move inside, and even when washed, it becomes difficult to remove the cosmetics sufficiently, so the cosmetics cannot be removed sufficiently, and in this state If the use is continued, the cosmetic material accumulates and moves to the inside, so that the entire puff becomes hard and further deteriorates the feeling of use. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid such a situation.
In addition, the puff has been washed and used, but until now, the surface material of the cosmetic puff was damaged by washing, and the cosmetic remained clearly on the puff surface. The cosmetic material was deposited on the surface of the puff and moved inside. Further, it is necessary that the raised surface on the surface of the puff is soft and the hair once slept can be raised again.
1. A cosmetic puff made of a fabric made of a knitted fabric containing polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber and knitted double raschel at 28 gauge on the cosmetic application side.
2. A fabric made of a knitted fabric containing 70 to 100% by weight of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, 0 to 30% by weight of polybutylene terephthalate fiber, and a double raschel knitted fiber made of these at 28 gauge is used as the cosmetic application side surface. 1. A cosmetic puff according to 1.
3. 3. The cosmetic puff according to 1 or 2, wherein the knitting course is 35 to 70 / inch and the wale is 20 to 36 / inch.
4). The cosmetic puff according to any one of 1 to 3, wherein the hair of the knitted fabric is 2 to 5 mm.
According to the present invention, after the cosmetic was scraped off the puff surface and a sufficient amount of the cosmetic was taken up on the puff surface, after being transferred and spread on the skin surface, the puff surface was scraped off. There is almost no cosmetic left over, so much cosmetic can be applied to the skin surface.
Furthermore, since the puff itself is flexible and has excellent recovery properties, it feels good on the skin surface, and it is easy to remove cosmetics by washing, so it returns to a clean state as before use. be able to.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
The cosmetic puff of the present invention is provided with a cosmetic application part and an area for expanding the cosmetic on one side. Its shape is the same as that of ordinary puffs. Cosmetics that can be used include powdery cosmetics such as mineral foundations and powdery foundations, control colors, face powders, finish powders, concealers, etc. This is also a cosmetic used by ordinary puffs.
The core used in the puff of the present invention is used for imparting appropriate rebound resilience, stiffness or volume necessary for use as a cosmetic applicator, and the material is particularly Although not limited, it is preferably a sponge sheet, woven fabric, knitted fabric, or non-woven fabric. Sponge sheet or non-woven fabric is particularly preferable in terms of economy.
A known material is sufficient as a material for forming such a material. For example, various rubbers such as nitrile rubber (NBR), chloroprene rubber (CR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), and polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT). And polyamides such as various nylons, polyurethanes, and celluloses. These can be blended or copolymerized for use. In the case of a sponge sheet, the cell structure has various forms such as closed cells, open cells, or a mixed type thereof. What is necessary is just to set a density (or porosity) to the predetermined range by control of the expansion ratio in a manufacturing process according to the objective.
Alternatively, a sponge sheet having low rebound resilience can be used. When the core is a nonwoven fabric, the thickness, basis weight, and density are not particularly limited. Moreover, the glass particle which carry | supported silver can also be carry | supported or mix | blended with these nonwoven fabrics and sponge sheets.
Next, the surface material used in the area for applying and expanding the cosmetic used in the puff of the present invention can stably hold the cosmetic on the surface and can easily move the cosmetic to the skin surface It is necessary that the material has an application function and a material capable of thinly and uniformly spreading the cosmetic adhering to the skin. The sheet material as such a material is a knitted fabric made of polytrimethylene terephthalate (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “PTT”) fiber, and in addition, a knitted fabric obtained by double raschel knitting of 28 gauge or more. is necessary.
The fiber used together with the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber in the present invention is used so that the polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber is contained in an amount of 70 to 100% by weight or more. The fibers used together are used so as to have a content of 0 to 30% by weight, and may be polyester other than polytrimethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, nylon, rayon, acrylic, etc. Among them, polybutylene is particularly preferred. Terephthalate is preferred.
Moreover, the glass particle which carry | supported silver can also be carry | supported or mix | blended with these fibers.
Regarding the technical significance of making PTT a double raschel knitting, if PTT is made of woven fabric, the manufacturing process is complicated, and the texture is clogged, so that cosmetics are reliably applied to the skin. Therefore, it is preferable to use a knitted fabric rather than a woven fabric.
Furthermore, as a method of knitting PTT, there are methods such as tricot knitting in addition to double raschel knitting, but puffs using tricot knitted PTT cannot sufficiently transfer the scraped cosmetic to the skin surface. Since the cosmetic remains on the surface of the puff even after use and it is difficult to make makeup as intended, it is necessary to use double raschel knitting to eliminate such troubles.
In addition, the knitted fabric made of polytrimethylene terephthalate fibers obtained by double raschel knitting preferably has a course of 35 to 70 / inch and a wale of 24 to 36 / inch, more preferably a course of 50 to 50 / inch. 52 / inch, wale 28-30 / inch. The basis weight is 100 to 700 g / m 2 , preferably 250 to 650 g / m 2 .
As described above, even if the knitted fabric is obtained by double raschel knitting, the gland density can be lowered with the 22 knitted fabric compared with the 28 guage. However, since the density is too low, the pile interval becomes wide and the pile tends to fall asleep during use. If a pile falls asleep, the scraping property of cosmetics will fall and the uniform feel when sliding on the skin cannot be obtained. In addition, depending on the direction in which the puff is used, the amount of cosmetics that can be taken differs and the skin is different.
Of course, it is possible to use thick pile yarn so that the pile does not sleep, but since the skin contact becomes hard, the good skin contact characteristic of double raschel knitting is lost. For this reason, it is necessary to use a double raschel knitted fabric of 28 gauge rather than 22 gauge as the fabric.
On the back side of the puff of the present invention, that is, the side on which the palm touches, the same material as the surface material used in the area for applying cosmetics and expanding the cosmetics, that is, polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber is 28 gauge or more. A material obtained by double raschel knitting can be used. However, since this surface is not a surface for attaching cosmetics, it may be formed of other materials.
For example, when a sponge sheet is used as the center core, the same material as the center core may be used or may be different. A flocking sheet obtained by flocking the surface of the material by a method such as electrostatic flocking can also be employed.
It is also possible to use a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a non-woven fabric, or a napped fabric such as a knitted fabric or a non-woven fabric that has been subjected to napping treatment. Further, it may be used as a synthetic leather such as a suede-like synthetic leather, a nubuck-like synthetic leather, or a leather with silver.
Such materials, types and characteristics of flocking are not limited.
The puff of the present invention has a 28-gauge polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber laminated on a knitted or knitted fabric made of double raschel knitting of 28 gauge or more of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber over the entire surface or part of the coated surface side. The knitted fabric formed by the above double raschel knitting can be fixed via a hot melt adhesive layer or the like.
For the formation of the back surface of the puff, a knitted fabric made of double raschel knitting of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber 28 gauge or more may be fixed in the same manner as the coated surface. It may be fixed by a melt adhesive layer or the like.
Furthermore, since it is a double raschel knitted fabric of 28 gauge or more, the density of the gland can be kept lower than that of a tricot knitted fabric, and a powdery cosmetic is provided inside, passing through the gap of the gland, and the puff surface. It is also possible to use a powder impuffing fabric in which a powdery cosmetic is supplied.
In particular, it can be used for powder impuffing with a 28-gauge or larger double raschel knitted fabric without requiring a step for providing a gap through which cosmetics pass.
Even if a knitted fabric with a high ground density is used as the fabric, the powdered cosmetic inside can be supplied to the puff surface by making a hole in the fabric with a needle or the like. Because the hole of the ground can be seen, the appearance is damaged. Since this defect can be applied not only to knitted fabrics but also to woven fabrics, it has not been possible to obtain a short-pile pile-in powder puff having an excellent appearance.
The properties relating to the initial modulus described in Table 1 indicate that the lower the value, the more supple and smooth. Since PTT has a low value, the force applied to the skin is weak. In particular, in the case of PET, since the value of the initial modulus is high, the skin hits the skin in a hard state, and it can be said that the skin contact becomes hard.
Similarly, the elongation recovery rate described in Table 1 is a property indicating how far the original material is recovered when it is stretched by 20% from the original length for a certain period of time.
(Test Example 1)
The following test was done about this recovery rate.
When the condition of each fabric after 1 hour was visually observed, the PTT fabric almost recovered to the original state, but the PET fabric showed a slight trace, and the nylon fabric clearly left a trace. became.
PTT、PET
(Test Example 2)
Washing resistance of a fabric made of a double raschel knitted fabric of PTT, PET and nylon was confirmed.
That is, using a 28 gauge double raschel knitting machine, PTT84 dtex / 36f is used as a pile yarn, PET56 dtex / 24f is used as a ground yarn, and the pile length is 4 mm and the basis weight is 485 g / m 2 with an on-machine course 52C / 28W. The fabric processed by the usual processing method was evaluated. In addition, fabrics processed in the same manner as the above fabrics except that nylon 78 dtex / 34f and PET167 dtex / 96f were used for the pile yarns were evaluated under the same conditions. The PTT fabric, the PET fabric and the nylon fabric obtained above were taken out after being immersed in a 0.5% neutral detergent at 40 ° C. for 10 minutes and washed with scum 100 times. As for the state of each fabric after squeezing 200 times after drying, the PTT fabric almost returned to the state before washing and the washing resistance was good, but the PET fabric and nylon fabric clearly wrinkled. It is a state and it turns out that it is inferior to washing resistance.
Example 1
A puff using a sponge sheet as a core and a double raschel knitted fabric as an outer fabric was produced according to a conventional method. The finished dimensions of the puff were an outer diameter of 60 mm, a thickness of 16 mm, a thickness of the inner core of 8 mm, and a band ribbon portion for passing a finger or the like had a width of 12 mm.
A similar puff was produced except that a tricot knitted fabric was used as the outer fabric. Each puff is shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 after the cosmetic has been scraped off and further applied to the skin. The left puff in FIG. 1 is a puff using a tricot knitted fabric as a fabric, and the right puff is a puff using a double raschel knitted fabric as a fabric (the same applies to FIG. 2 below).
Using a puff made of these two kinds of knitted fabrics, the same amount of force was applied to scrape off the powdery cosmetic. The state is shown in FIG. 1, and it can be seen that more cosmetic can be scraped off than a puff using a tricot knitted fabric as a fabric.
Then, the state after apply | coating cosmetics on skin using these puffs to which the cosmetics scraped off adhered is shown in FIG. In the puff using tricot knitted fabric as the fabric, a lot of cosmetics remains in the puff, which is clearly visible, but the puff using the double raschel knitted fabric as the fabric is difficult to see visually. There was only cosmetic left.
3 and 4 are cross-sectional views of the puff using a double raschel knitted fabric as a fabric after the cosmetic is scraped and applied with the cosmetic, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are diagrams of a puff using a tricot knitted knitted fabric as the fabric. It is sectional drawing after cosmetics scraping and cosmetics application.
Comparing these, it can be confirmed that a large amount of cosmetics remains, especially in the puff using the tricot knitted knitted fabric after applying the cosmetic as a fabric.
