Description

一种水箱排水操作面板 技术领域
本发明涉及一种操作面板,可以是一种入墙面板,特别是一种水箱排水操作面板。
背景技术
座便器上水箱的按钮,传统的安装方式是位于水箱的顶部或者在座便器的陶瓷面上。然而,由于人们对座便器水箱越来越追求低轮廓,从外部看上去好像不存在水箱。此时,水箱排水的按钮则不便于做在水箱或陶瓷面上,这样会影响座便器的美观程度。
因此,现在市面上采用塑料或锌合金面板作为操作面板设置于墙体上,并且直接在操作面板上设置有固定在墙体上的固定机构。然而,对于玻璃、不锈钢等平板类的面板,则不方便在操作面板上直接设置固定结构,因为材质限制而不可使用以上直接固定的传统方法。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种脱离座便器本体的水箱排水操作面板,该操作面板可以是嵌入到墙壁内,将面板本体与本板连接件分离,面板本体则可以选用各种材料,制成如平面板状结构。
本发明解决现有技术,提供的技术方案是:提供一种水箱排水操作面板,包括面板本体(10)、支架组件(20)、面板连接件(30),面板本体(10)的中部设有至少一个按钮(11);面板连接件(30)通过至少一个螺母(31)与按钮(11)匹配连接,使面板本体(10)与面板连接件(30)固定在一起,面板连接件(30)与支架组件(20)上设有相互连接的卡接机构。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述面板本体(10)为平面板结构。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述卡接机构包括设置于面板连接件(30)的至少一个卡扣(32)、及设置于支架组件(20)上设有至少一个卡孔(22),卡扣(32)与卡孔(22)卡接配合。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述卡孔(22)上设有一滑动块(21),所述卡孔(22)内设有复位弹簧(23);所述卡扣(32)卡入卡孔(22)时,推动滑动块(21)移动并压缩复位弹簧(23)。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述支架组件(20)的中部设有安装孔(24),所述螺母(31)穿过安装孔(24)。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述支架组件(20)的周壁上设有多个弹性塑胶垫(25),弹性塑胶垫(25)位于支架组件(20)与面板本体(10)之间。
本发明所述的技术方案相对于现有技术,取得的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所述的水箱排水操作面板,包括面板本体、支架组件、面板连接件。其中,支架组件、面板连接件嵌入墙体内,面板本体外露于墙体,只需要通过按压面板本体上的按钮就可以实现对水箱进行排水。
(2) 本发明所述的水箱排水操作面板,其面板本体为平面板结构,因此,可以采用多种材料制成,如陶瓷、钢板、玻璃、塑料等,不需要采用复杂的加工工艺对面板本体进行异形结构加工。
(3)本发明所述的水箱排水操作面板,面板连接件与支架组件通过卡接的方式连接在一起,拆装方便。并且,采用滑动块和复位弹簧对卡扣起到加强卡合的效果。
(4) 多个弹性塑胶垫设置在支架组件与面板本体之间,可以使支架组件与面板本体在贴紧连接的同时,有一定的缓冲空间,可以便于拆装。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明公开了一种水箱排水操作面板,包括面板本体10、支架组件20、面板连接件30。面板本体10的中部设有至少一个按钮11,面板连接件30通过至少一个螺母31与按钮11相匹配连接,使面板本体10与面板连接件30固定在一起,面板连接件30与支架组件20上设有相互连接的卡接机构。因此,将支架组件20、面板连接件30设置于墙体内,面板本体10外漏于墙体。只需要通过按压面板本体10上的按钮11就可以实现对水箱进行排水,非常适合于入墙水箱。另外,按钮11可以实现半排与全排的结合,也可以单独是全排,本发明不限。
如图1、图2所示,面板本体10与面板连接件30分体设计,面板本体10为平面板结构。因此,平面板结构在制造生产过程中容易成型,面板本体10可采用的材质是多样的,根据室内装修情况选择,如陶瓷、不锈钢、玻璃或塑料等。
如图3、图4、图5、图6所示,为了使面板本体10、面板连接件30与支架组件20相互连接在一起,所述卡接机构包括设置于面板连接件30上的至少一个卡扣32、以及设置于支架组件20上的至少一个卡孔22,卡扣32与卡孔22卡接配合。为了进一步加强卡扣32与卡孔22的卡接效果,卡孔22上设有一滑动块21,卡孔22内设有复位弹簧23;卡扣32卡入卡孔22时,推动滑动块21移动并压缩复位弹簧23。另外,支架组件20的中部设有安装孔24,螺母31穿过安装孔24。如图1所示,为了避免加工误差或变形引起的配合晃动,支架组件20的周壁上设有多个弹性塑胶垫25,弹性塑胶垫25位于支架组件20与面板本体10之间。
拆下面板时,推动滑动块21,滑块上的限位部21.2压缩复位弹簧23让开卡扣32的限位,面板就可拨出。

本发明所述的水箱排水操作面板,面板连接件与支架组件通过卡接的方式连接在一起,拆装方便。并且,采用滑动块和复位弹簧对卡扣起到加强卡合的效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种水箱排水操作面板,包括面板本体(10)、支架组件(20)、面板连接件(30),面板本体(10)的中部设有至少一个按钮(11);其特征在于,面板连接件(30)通过至少一个螺母(31)与按钮(11)匹配连接,使面板本体(10)与面板连接件(30)固定在一起,面板连接件(30)与支架组件(20)上设有相互连接的卡接机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水箱排水操作面板,其特征在于,所述面板本体(10)为平面板结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的水箱排水操作面板,其特征在于,所述卡接机构包括设置于面板连接件(30)的至少一个卡扣(32)、及设置于支架组件(20)上设有至少一个卡孔(22),卡扣(32)与卡孔(22)卡接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水箱排水操作面板,其特征在于,所述卡孔(22)上设有一滑动块(21),所述卡孔(22)内设有复位弹簧(23);所述卡扣(32)卡入卡孔(22)时,推动滑动块(21)移动并压缩复位弹簧(23)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的水箱排水操作面板,其特征在于,所述支架组件(20)的中部设有安装孔(24),所述螺母(31)穿过安装孔(24)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的水箱排水操作面板,其特征在于,所述支架组件(20)的周壁上设有多个弹性塑胶垫(25),弹性塑胶垫(25)位于支架组件(20)与面板本体(10)之间。
