Abstract

Cette invention concerne des dosages destinés à dépister et à grader la maladie par évaluation des quantités de l'acide nucléique GSTP1 et de la protéine ADAM dans un échantillon, et des procédés d'utilisation desdits dosages. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les dosages utilisent le séquençage de molécules individuelles pour doser simultanément à la fois l'acide nucléique GSTP1 et la protéine ADAM. Les procédés décrits sont particulièrement utiles pour dépister et grader les cancers, par exemple, le cancer de la prostate.
