  • the pitman can be moved substantially perpendicularly relative to the bisector of the crushing chamber when there is crushed with crushers according to preferable embodiments of the invention wherein the jaw angle can in some cases be increased compared to prior art. Then, the crusher can also be lowered if necessary.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un broyeur à mâchoires (100) comprenant un corps (2) sur lequel sont disposées une mâchoire fixe (3) et une bielle (4) qui est déplaçable contre la mâchoire fixe pour former une chambre de broyage (6) qui est ouverte sur le dessus ; et la bielle est montée sur roulements sur un arbre excentrique (7) qui est monté sur roulements en rotation sur le corps, formant ainsi un premier point de pivotement (8), et la bielle est montée sur roulements sur l'arbre excentrique à un point excentrique dudit arbre excentrique, formant ainsi un deuxième point de pivotement (9) ; et la bielle est supportée au niveau du corps par une barre de pivotement (11) qui pivote à une première extrémité de la barre de pivotement au niveau de la bielle, formant ainsi un troisième point de pivotement (12), et à une seconde extrémité de la barre de pivotement au niveau du corps, formant ainsi un quatrième point de pivotement (13) ; et pour diriger un mouvement de broyage vers le matériau à broyer dans une direction qui est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la bissectrice (6') de la chambre de broyage (6) : ladite au moins une barre de pivotement (11) qui pivote au niveau de la bielle est conçue de telle sorte qu'un plan passant à travers le troisième point de pivotement (12) et le quatrième point de pivotement (13) est disposé de manière sensiblement parallèle (± 20°) à la bissectrice de la chambre de broyage. La présente invention concerne également une installation de broyage ainsi qu'un procédé permettant de broyer un matériau minéral dans un broyeur à mâchoires (100) ou une installation de broyage (200).
