技术领域
本发明属于医疗或保健产品技术领域, 涉及一种医疗或保健器械, 具 体地说, 是一种多功能温热灸疗护具。
背景技术
目前市场上已有的用于医疗或保健的护具、 温热疗和灸疗器械, 不仅 种类繁多, 且功能各异; 这些产品的确在一定程度上满足了部分人群的健 康需求。 但是, 在使用过程中, 这类产品却又暴露出各种缺陷或不足。
一般的护具大都是由各种布料做成的具有一定形状、可防止所护部位 受伤并起到保护作用的产品, 但却不具有理疗功能。
近期, 巿场上出现了两种号称带有远红外理疗功能的护具。 一种叫自 发热的远红外护具, 它是在护具的内表面涂上负氧离子或托玛琳材料。 这 种护具, 患者使用时能有热感。 但是这种热感仅仅是与自发热护具相接触 的皮肤表面有热感(而且这种热感会使人感觉很辣很不舒服), 深层肌肉 没有热感。这种热感产生的机理类似人体皮肤涂了辣椒粉而感觉有热感一 样, 其本身并不产生热量, 也不能产生有效的远红外, 所以根本也就不具 有理疗功能。
另一种是电热护具。 这类产品的主要结构和电热毯基本相同, 内部有 电热线, 电热线通电后发热从而带动整个护具发热。 这类护具有两个主要 缺点, 一是层数多、 厚度大、 面积大, 难做成精细的小型护具; 二是热传 导的效率很低, 从内到外物体温度也递减。
此外, 巿面上还有一类产品是托玛琳陶瓷或玉石做成的护腰带等, 这 类产品是在电热护具的基础上, 表面覆着了一层托玛琳陶瓷或玉石粒或 片。 托玛琳陶瓷或玉石粒或片受热后能产生一定的远红外, 起到一定的温 热疗和远红外疗的作用。但由于热量是从内一层一层传导出来的,路途远、 效率低。还有要使托玛琳陶瓷或玉石粒或片到达一个有一定的功效的温度
(如 42 Γ ),则整个护具都必须到达一个比其还要高的温度(超过 42 °C )。 这样不仅事倍功半, 而且护具很难做小, 不适宜对小区域或某一穴位进行 温热理疗。
上述几种护具还有一个共同的关键缺陷在于, 由于其热传导的效率 很低, 故电流功率必须大, 也不可能用使用移动电源作为其供电电源, 都 必须用网电源直接供电或通过变压器由网电源直接供电。 所以, 这些护具 都不能做成便携式的。 因而, 不便于外出携带, 使用起来很不方便。
在专业的医学康复和理疗方面, 石蜡疗和泥类疗是目前较普及的温 热疗法。这两类疗法的原理都是将石蜡和泥加热到一定的温度然后将其敷 在患者身上给患者释放其储存的热能, 从而达到温热疗的目的。 它们都有 三个共同的缺点: 一是温度会逐渐降低; 二是温度不易因人而异地调节; 三是制作比较麻烦, 制作环境不容易保持卫生和整洁。 所以有很多医疗机 构不愿意使用。
远红外疗现在普遍釆用的治疗设备是 TDP 神灯和远红外治疗仪。 由 于远红外具有穿透力差的特点, 不能穿透衣服, 所以在这些设备治疗时都 要求患者必须脱掉衣服接受照射治疗。 这样一方面不方便, 不雅观; 另一 方面天冷时脱了衣服很冷, 人容易着凉。 而各种肌肉、 骨骼和关节疼痛病 的高发期又巧合在天冷的时候。 所以这个问题在实际治疗中一直都很突 出。
传统中医还有一种很普及的疗法叫艾灸。 即将艾条点燃后使其靠近人 体的皮肤表面, 使其在局部或某个穴位产生热刺激, 利用中医的经络理论 治疗疾病。 但这样方法搡作起来存在有以下几个问题:
1.艾条的燃烧会产生烟雾并散发出一种难闻的气味;
2.艾条不断燃烧,发热点会离人体皮肤越来越远,需要不断进行调整;
3.艾条燃烧时若是搡作不当则会有烫伤人体或着火的危险。
近期市面上也出现代替传统艾灸的艾灸仪或悬灸仪或温灸仪,其原理 和方法基本上均是采用电热元件将艾叶或艾绒加热代替燃烧艾条,但也都 存在着温热效果不好或搡作不方便等这样或那样的缺点。
因此, 人们迫切地期望能有使用安全、 方便、 又具有真正温热理疗功 能的医疗或保健设备问世,尤其是便携式的,以造福于众多的亚健康人群, 尤其是白领阶层和老年人群。 发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足或缺陷,提供了一种多功能温热 灸疗护具, 利用设置在护垫面层外侧面上的固体颗粒和电发热元件, 使固 体颗粒发热产生热能, 直接对人体进行温热疗和灸疗。 用于人体的肌肉、 神经、 关节和骨骼等相关部位的疾病以及中医寒症和痹症的预防和治疗, 具有促进血液循环和组织代谢、消炎镇痛、修复创伤面和瘢痕、通经活络、 行气活血、 去湿逐寒、 消肿散结和回阳救逆等功能。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明釆用了如下技术方案:

所述的护垫包括一面层; 该面层上与人体相接触的一面为外侧面、 与 外侧面相对的一面为内侧面;
所述护垫面层的外侧面上固设有至少一粒固体颗粒,该固体颗粒的底 部或其内部固设有至少一个可使其发热的电发热元件;
所述电发热元件的电源导线从护垫面层的外侧面向其内侧面一侧穿 出后或与外接电源相连或与一控制器相连。

所述电发热元件的任意一个侧面上固设有至少一个温度探测元件;所 述温度探测元件的数据釆集线从护垫面层的外侧面向其内侧面一侧穿出 后与所述的控制器相连。
所述的控制器上设有若干个接口, 每个接口对应连接一个护垫; 所述 的接口与护垫之间通过电发热元件电源导线和温度探测元件的数据釆集 线相连;
所述的控制器可同时控制与每个接口所对应的护垫上固体颗粒的温 度; 总体上构成一多功能温热灸疗仪。
所述的电发热元件包括陶瓷发热板、 厚膜加热元件、 电热丝和金属加 热片。
所述的温度探测元件为热敏线或热敏电阻。
所述的控制器可以计算和显示每个护垫所传导到人体的热量的累计 值。 所述的电发热元件釆用的电源为 36V的低压电。
所述的电发热元件和温度探测元件通过粘合材料固设在所述固体颗 粒的底部或在制作固体颗粒时预先埋设在其内部。
所述的固体颗粒与护垫的外侧面之间紧密贴设并通过粘合剂固定相 连。

由于釆用了上述的技术方案, 本发明与现有技术相比, 具有以下的优 点和积极效果:
1、 本发明提供了一种新型的温热灸疗方法, 利用设置在护垫面层外 侧面上的固体颗粒和电发热元件, 使固体颗粒发热产生热能, 直接对人体 进行温热疗和灸疗;
2、 将温度探测元件直接固设在起温热灸疗作用的固体颗粒的底部或 内部, 所以温热疗的温度检测和控制精确;
3、 固体颗粒底部或内部的电发热元件釆用低压电, 可确保对人体安 全无危险;
4、 控制器能计算和显示所传导到人体的热量的累计值, 增加了一个 新的辅助衡量温热疗效果的参数;
5、 结合气囊的作用, 可使固体颗粒与人体的皮肤更加伏贴, 甚至微 陷人体的皮肤和肌肉内, 并有节奏地进行按压, 从而使温热灸疗的效果更 好;
6、 在保持传统护具或护垫形状大小的基础上, 将温热、 远红外理疗、 灸疗和按摩四种理疗功能合为一体; 患者可以充分地利用这些理疗功能, 防止并消除疲劳和损伤, 恢复健康, 同时, 预防和保健效果更好;
7、 由于本发明的独特结构设计, 以及电发热元件采用低压电源, 故控 制器还可以连接移动电源, 从而使该产品便具备了便携式的功能, 患者随 时随地都可以使用, 可更好地收到预防和保健效果;

具体实施方式
参见图 1 ~ 4, 图中所示为本发明涉及的一种多功能温热灸疗护具, 其总体技术方案的关键之一在于:
它主要包括护垫 1, 护垫 1包括一面层 11; 该面层 11上与人体相接 触的一面为外侧面 11A、 与外侧面相对的一面为内侧面 11B; 护垫面层 11 的外侧面 11A上固设有至少一粒固体颗粒 2, 该固体颗粒 2底部的第一凹 槽 21内固设有至少一个可使固体颗粒 2发热的电发热元件 3; 亦可如图 21中所示, 在制作固体颗粒 2时将电发热元件 3直接埋设在其内部。 放 置了电发热元件 3后的固体颗粒 2其底部与护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A之 间可如图 1、 4中所示相互间紧密贴设; 亦可如图 18中所示, 将电发热元 件 3直接固设在固体颗粒 2的底部, 使电发热元件 3微陷于护垫面层 11 的外侧面 11A内。电发热元件 3的电源导线 X从护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A 向其内侧面 11B—侧穿出后或与外接电源 Y相连或一控制器 4相连。
图 22是护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A上仅固设有一粒固体颗粒 2的结构 示意图; 图 14是护垫面层 11 的外侧面 11A上固设至少有一粒 (图中为 20粒) 固体颗粒 2的结构示意图。
本发明电发热元件 3采用的电源为 36V的低压电。
如图 3所示,本发明涉及的护具所釆用的电发热元件 3包括陶瓷发热 板、 厚膜加热元件、 电热丝和金属加热片。
本发明采用的固体颗粒 2的原材料包括陶瓷、 金属、 合金、 塑料、 天 然石材、 人造石材和能产生远红外或负离子的材料。
将本发明涉及的护具上的电发热元件 3的电源导线 X与外接电源 Y接 通后, 固体颗粒 2可迅速发热, 直接对人体的相应部位进行温热灸疗。
可以根据不同用户的需要, 将本发明多功能温热灸疗护具上的护垫, 加工成各种不同的尺寸和形状, 分别用于人体的不同部位, 构成护颈、 护 腰、 护腿、 护臂、 护膝、 护腕、 护肘、 护踝等护具; 也可以做成独立的理 疗垫,或直接放置或通过绑带将其固定在人们所需的不同部位上进行温热 灸疗。
本发明涉及的护具其总体技术方案的关键之二在于:
参见图 5 ~ 8, , 图中所示的本发明固体颗粒 2底部的第二凹槽 22内 固设一温度探测元件 5; 亦可如图 21 中所示, 在制作固体颗粒 2 时将温 度探测元件直接埋设在其内部。放置了温度探测元件 5后的固体颗粒 2其 底部与护垫面层 1 1的外侧面 1 1 A之间可如图 7、 8所示紧密贴设; 亦可如 图 19中所示, 将温度探测元件 5直接固设在固体颗粒 2的底部, 使温度 探测元件 5和电发热元件 3微陷于护垫面层 1 1的外侧面 1 1 A内; 电发热 元件 3的电源导线 X与温度探测元件 5的数据釆集线 5 1分别从护垫面层 1 1的外侧面 1 1 A向其内侧面 1 1 B—侧穿出后与同一控制器 4相连。
如图 5所示, 本实施例中, 固体颗粒 2底部的第二凹槽 22设置在第 一凹槽 21的上方一侧。
本发明护具所采用的温度探测元件 5为热敏线或热敏电阻。
当将本发明涉及的温热灸疗护具用于人体的某个特定穴位时,一般的 护垫上只需固设 1粒固体颗粒 2 , 这种情况下:
1.固体颗粒 2的体积就会较大, 此时, 若是仍采用相同的控制器 4和 控制方法, 就需要如图 22所示, 在固体颗粒 2上固设至少 2个电发热元 件, 才能达到理想的温热灸疗效果;
2.为了使用安全起见,通常在同一个护垫 1上须固设至少 2个温度探 测元件 5 , 如图 22、 图 16所示, 其中, 一个作为温度的探测, 另一个作 为温度的限制和报警, 从而可有效地起到双重的安全保护作用。
本发明涉及的护具总体技术方案的关键之三在于:
参见图 20 , 所述的控制器 4可以计算和显示每个护垫所传导到人体 的热量的累计值。 其机理大致如下:
因为电发热元件 3固设在直接与人体的肌肤相接触的固体颗粒 2的底 部或其内部, 电发热元件 3通电后便可将电能转换为热能。 转化后的热能 分为了三个部分, 一是电发热元件 3和固体颗粒 2消耗掉了; 二是护垫 1 本身消耗了; 由于本发明护具涉及的护垫 1采用保温材料加工而成, 所以 这部分热量的消耗不大; 三是热能经固体颗粒 2传导给了人体, 为人体所 吸收。
通过计算经过电发热元件 3的电能、电发热元件 3的电热转换率以及 电发热元件 3、 固体颗粒 2和护垫 1的热量消耗, 就可以大致算出护具传 导到人体的热量累计输入了。热量累计输入在固体颗粒 2的温度高于人体 正常温度时才开始做累计计算,而且该数据仅仅是一个衡量温热灸疗效果 的参考数值, 也可以称之为热灸指数。
本发明涉及的护具其总体技术方案的关键之四在于:
参见图 1 3, 本发明的控制器 4上设有若干个接口 41 ~ 48 ( 4n ) , 每 个接口连接一个护垫 1 , 具体地说是, 每个接口分别与从若干个护垫 1的 面层 1 1向其内侧面 1 1B—侧穿出的电发热元件 3的电源导线 X和温度探 测元件 5的数据采集线 51相连, 这样控制器 4就可以同时控制与每个接 口 41 ~ 48 ( 4n ) 所对应的护垫 1上固体颗粒 2 的温度, 同时给不同人或 同一人的不同部位进行多功能的理疗。其总体上便构成了一台多功能温热 灸疗仪, 同时具备了温热疗、 远红外理疗、 灸疗等多种功能; 可将其制作 成专业的康复理疗仪器供医疗单位使用。
控制器 4的初始温度设定为 40° C , 这是人体感觉最为舒适的温度。 在固体颗粒 2达到设定温度时,控制器 4依然控制了适当电流给电发 热元件 3供电,这时固体颗粒 2所产生的热量和固体颗粒 2所传导给人体 的热量基本达到平衡, 固体颗粒 2的温度也就趋于稳定, 而不会出现围绕 所设定的温度而产生较大的上下波动。
此外, 如图 9所示, 控制器 4还可以通过电源导线 X与一移动电源 6 电连接。 该移动电源 6可以釆用锂子电池给控制器 4供电。
这样, 移动电源 6不仅可以给固体颗粒 2供电, 还能给移动手机电池 或平板电脑供电或给手电筒灯泡供电。关键是使得产品本身成为可了便携 式的, 患者可以在办公、 做家务、 步行、 乘车、 旅行途中等随时随地使用 本发明多功能温热灸疗护具。
根据护具大小和固体颗粒的多少, 给控制器 4 供电的电源可以选择 1 1 0 ~ 22 0V的网电源、汽车点烟器转换器和或锂离子电池做成的移动电源。
参见图 20 ,本发明涉及的控制器 4上全部或部分设有包括工作开 /关、 固体颗粒温度调节 +/_、 气动按摩方式选择、 理疗时间调节 +/_和护具编号 的选择在内的功能键; 还全部或部分设有固体颗粒的当前温度显示、 理疗 时间显示、 能量累计显示、 按摩方式显示、 护具编号显示、 温热疗工作指 示和报警。 本发明涉及的总体技术方案的关键之五在于:
参见图 7 ~ 11, 配合参见图 23、 24, 为了安全起见, 同时方便用户的 携带和使用, 本发明还设置了一与护垫 1的面层 11外形相适配的防护层 12。
该防护层 12设置在面层 11的内侧面 11B—侧, 将从护垫面层 11的 外侧面 11A向其内侧面 11B—侧穿出的所有电源导线 X或数据釆集线 51 包裹在面层 11与防护层 12之间,并通过设置在面层 11和防护层 12外沿 上的包边条 13将两者连为一体。 并以此增强本发明护具的整体性, 也使 其外表更加美观。
本发明涉及的总体技术方案的关键之六在于:
参见图 9 ~ 11, 本发明涉及的护具还包括至少一套气动按摩机构。 该 气动按摩机构包括一个紧密贴设在护垫面层 11的内侧面 11B上的气囊 7, 该气囊 7通过气管 8与一个气泵 9相连;气泵 9或通过电源导线 X与控制 器 4相连, 或预先设置在控制器 4的内部。
参见图 17,在图 13的基础上,在控制器 4上还设有若干气管接口 Ql ~ Q8 (Qn) , 通过若干个气管 8对应连接 8个护垫内的气囊 7。
护垫 1增设的这项按摩理疗功能,可使固体颗粒 2更伏贴于人体的皮 肤, 甚至微陷于人体的皮肤和肌肉内, 从而使温热灸疗的效果更好。
本发明涉及的总体技术方案的关键之七在于:
本发明涉及的护具其电发热元件 3和温度探测元件 5通过粘合材料固 设在固体颗粒 1的底部; 固体颗粒 2与护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A之间通 过粘合剂固定相连。
此外, 本发明涉及的电发热元件 3和温度探测元件 5, 可同时固设在 固体颗粒 2底部的同一个四槽内,也可以将其分别固设在各自或相邻的凹 槽内。
如图 18、 19所示, 电发热元件 3和温度探测元件 5是通过粘合剂固 定固体颗粒 2的底部, 然后固体颗粒 2与护垫的面层 11之间通过粘合剂 固定相连。 由于护垫的面层 11 比较柔软且具有一定的厚度, 所以这种方 式也是可行的。
参见图 21, 电发热元件 3和温度探测元件 5是在制作固体颗粒 2时 直接埋设在其内部的。 固体颗粒 2与护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A之间通过 粘合剂固定相连。
本发明涉及的总体技术方案的关键之八在于:
参见图 15, 同一个护垫 1上的固体颗粒 2成偶数设置, 且分为数量 相同的两组, 图中的护垫 1上固设了 20粒材质、 形状和大小相同的固体 颗粒 2,每粒固体颗粒 2的底部固设一个电阻值完全相同的电发热元件 3。 每组电发热元件 3的电源导线 X从护垫面层 11 的外侧面 1A向其内侧面 11B—侧穿出后先各自并联, 再进行串联, 最后与控制器 4相连。
这样, 在正常状态下, 每个电发热元件 3产生的热量都是相同的, 每 粒固体颗粒 2的温度也都是相同的。
将两个温度探测元件 5 分别固设在每组固体颗粒 2 中任意一个的底 部, 两个温度探测元件 5的数据采集线 51分别与控制器 4相连。 则可比 较测得的两个温度探测元件 5的数据。
当两个温度探测元件 5的数据不同时, 则有可能存在下列情况:
1.其中一个温度探测元件 5出现了问题;
2.某个电发热元件 3出现了短路或短路, 导致经过两组电发热元件 3 的电流值不同, 造成两组固体颗粒 2的温度不同;
这时, 应即时报警并停止工作电流, 确保不烫伤人体。
同理, 可以将同一个护垫上的固体颗粒 2分成更多的组, 并固设更多 的温度探测元件 5进行探测。
此外, 如图 12所示, 固体颗粒 2的外表面还可以设置一釉涂层 23, 以增加固体颗粒 2的表面光滑度,可使与其相接触的人体相应部位的皮肤 表面感觉更加舒适。
实施例 1
参见图 1, 配合参见图 14, 在上述总体技术方案的基础上, 护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A上固设有 20粒固体颗粒 2, 每一粒固体颗粒 2的底部均 设有第一 IHJ槽 21, 每个第一凹槽 21的内部均固设有一可使固体颗粒 2发 热的电发热元件 3; 放置了电发热元件 3后的固体颗粒 2其底部与护垫面 层 11的外侧面 11A之间紧密贴设; 如图 14中所示, 20粒固体颗粒 2分 成相同数量的两组,两行为一组共 10粒固体颗粒 2等间隔排列在护垫 1的 外侧面 11A上; 每组电发热元件 3的电源导线 X从护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A向其内侧面 11B—侧穿出后并联, 再与另一组的电源导线 X串联, 最 后与外接电源 Y相连。
本实施例中, 固体颗粒 2的原材料选用陶瓷。 电发热元件 3选用陶瓷 发热板, 温度探测元件 5选用热敏线。 可将其用作护腰、 护颈等的理疗用 具。
实施例 2
参见图 4, 在实施例 1的基础上, 从护垫面层 11的外侧面 11A向其 内侧面 11B—侧穿出后的电源导线 X与控制器 4相连。
本实施例中, 固体颗粒 2的原材料选用合金。
实施例 3

1、 一种多功能温热灸疗护具, 包括护垫, 其特征在于,
所述的护垫包括一面层; 该面层上与人体相接触的一面为外侧面、 与 外侧面相对的一面为内侧面;
所述护垫面层的外侧面上固设有至少一粒固体颗粒,该固体颗粒的底 部或其内部固设有至少一个可使其发热的电发热元件;
所述电发热元件的电源导线从护垫面层的外侧面向其内侧面一侧穿 出后或与外接电源相连或与一控制器相连。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种多功能温热灸疗护具, 其特征在于, 所述电发热元件的任意一个侧面上固设有至少一个温度探测元件;所 述温度探测元件的数据采集线从护垫面层的外侧面向其内侧面一侧穿出 后与所述的控制器相连。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种多功能温热灸疗护具, 其特征在于, 所述的控制器上设有若干个接口, 每个接口对应连接一个护垫; 所述的接 口与护垫之间通过电发热元件的电源导线和温度探测元件的数据釆集线 相连;
所述的控制器可同时控制与每个接口所对应的护垫上固体颗粒的温 度; 总体上构成一多功能温热灸疗仪。

固设在两组固体颗粒底部的电发热元件其电阻值完全相同,其电源导 线从护垫的面层穿出后先各自并联, 再进行串联, 最后与所述的控制器相 连;
每组固体颗粒中的任意一个其底部固设有一温度探测元件,两个温度 探测元件的数据釆集线分别与控制器相连。
