根据以上所述的, 所述服装主体包括服装面层和服装里层, 所 述发热层可分离地固定夹设于所述服装面层与服装里层之间。
进一步地, 所述服装主体设置有容置所述电源装置的衬袋。 本实用新型有益效果为: 本电热服装包括服装主体, 所述服装 主体内设置有发热层, 所述发热层布设有发热元件, 所述发热层与 电源装置连接, 所述发热层设置有密集区域, 所述密集区域的发热 元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域的发热元件分布密度, 所述密集 区域设置在发热层对应人体穴位和 /或关节的位置; 使用过程中, 所 述发热层通电发热, 补充维持体温所需的热量, 同时, 所述密集区 域由于发热元件分布密度高于发热层其它区域,产生的热量更集中, 可以有效补充人体易畏寒的关节或脏器部位所需的热量。 本实用新 型既具有良好的全面取暧作用, 又能兼顾人体重要部位特殊保暧要 求, 对产生的热量分配合理, 适用范围广。 附图说明:

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
实施例一
见图 1〜图 3所示, 一种电热服装, 它包括服装主体 1, 所述服 装主体 1内设置有发热层 2,所述发热层 2布设有发热元件,所述发 热层 2与电源装置 3连接, 所述发热层 2设置有密集区域 21, 所述 密集区域 21的发热元件分布密度高于发热层 2其它区域的发热元件 分布密度, 所述密集区域 21设置在发热层 2对应人体穴位和 /或关 节的位置。
本实施例所述发热层 2的发热元件由所述电源装置 3供电而发 热, 补充维持体温所需的热量, 同时, 所述密集区域 21由于发热元 件分布密度高于发热层 2其它区域, 产生的热量更集中, 可以有效 补充人体易畏寒的关节或脏器部位所需的热量。 既具有良好的全面 取暧作用, 又能兼顾人体重要部位特殊保暧要求, 对产生的热量分 配合理, 适用范围广。
其中, 所述发热元件可以为电热丝, 将所述电热丝盘绕夹固于 两层耐热绝缘布之间, 或固定敷设于一基布上, 从而构成所述发热 层 2, 电热丝在除所述密集区域 21之外的其它区域均匀盘绕布设, 而在密集区域 21内密集盘绕布设, 使电热丝在密集区域 21内的布 设密度高于其它区域。 也可以是, 所述发热元件为电热片或其它片 状电发热体, 将电热片间隔夹固于两层耐热绝缘布之间, 或固定敷 设于一基布上,从而而构成所述发热层 2,各电热片通过电源导线串 接或并接, 电热片在除所述密集区域 21之外的其它区域内均匀间隔 布设, 而在所述密集区域 21 内密集布设, 使电热片在密集区域 21 内的布设密度高于其它区域。 所述电热丝或片状的电热片均为应用 于电热服装的常用发热元件,只要能达到通电产生热量的目的即可。
其中, 所述服装主体 1里侧设置有中药包。 将中草药制成药贴 或中药包, 敷于体表, 使药力挥发而通过经络穴位等对人体产生治 疗保健效果, 是中医学常见的做法, 一般而言, 在常温范围内, 较 高的温度有利于药物更好地挥发而产生疗效, 本实用新型在所述服 装主体 1里侧设置中药包, 利用所述发热层 2产生的热量促进中药 包的药力挥发, 有利于药物被人体有效吸收, 活化气血, 有利于人 体健康。 具体地, 可以根据使用者的需求针对对类风湿、 畏寒、 腰 肌劳损、 腰酸背痛等痛疾, 选择具有相应治疗效果的中药包, 确保 人体全面取暧的同时也起到很好的保健以及辅助治疗作用。
较优选地, 所述中药包可拆卸地设置于所述服装主体 1里侧对 应所述密集区域 21的位置。具体地, 可在服装主体 1里侧设置用于 容置中药包的内袋, 通过拉链或纽扣等常见于服装的连接装置将中 药包固定于对应所述密集区域 21的位置, 密集区域 21产生的热量 对药包进行集中加热, 确保药包的药效得到充分的发挥, 增强药效, 进一步刺激人体的穴位和 /关节; 在需要拆卸时, 通过分离上述连接 装置, 使中药包从所述服装主体 1分离出来。这样当不需要加热时, 可以将所述中药包直接取出, 便于中药包的更换, 亦便于清洗服装 主体 1。当然, 不加热电热服装时, 也可以把中药包固定在服装主体 1上, 也可起到保健和辅助治疗的作用。
其中, 所述电源装置 3可以为设置有电池等电源的电源装置, 也可以是接通外部电源并进行转换的电源装置, 只要能达到为发热 层 2的发热元件供电的目的即可, 其中, 所述电源装置 3的输出电 压不超过 36V。
较优选地, 本实施例所述电源装置 3包括电池, 用于安装电池 的电池座, 以及开关控制装置。 所述发热层 2和电池通过所述电池 座电连接, 并通过所述开关控制装置控制电池座与发热层 2的电路 通断。 这样, 不需加热时, 可以通过所述开关控制装置切断电源供 给, 使本电热服装作为普通服装使用; 电池的电量耗完时, 可以从 所述电池座取下并更换其它电池, 提高了本实用新型的使用可靠性 和使用便利性。 其中, 所述电池可以为锂电池, 其体积小、 电量储 存量大, 有利于持续本电热服装的持续使用。 所述电池座和开关控 制装置均为使用电池的电源装置领域内成熟的现有技术, 这里不再 赘述其结构和工作原理。
进一步地, 所述开关控制装置包括一温度调节控制装置。 可以 通过所述温度调节控制装置调节所需的发热功率,从而调节发热层 2 的发热温度, 以适应不同使用者对热量补充的具体需求, 提高了本 实用新型的使用便利性。
见图 1或图 3所示, 本实施例所述的电热服装至少包括上衣 11 和裤子 12, 所述上衣 11的发热层 2和裤子 12的发热层 2均与所述 电源装置 3连接。
具体地, 所述服装主体 1设置有一个电源装置 3, 所述上衣 11 的发热层 2和裤子 12的发热层 2通过一插座装置 4电导通。所述插 座装置 4包括一插头和与该插头相匹配的插座, 将所述插头和插座 插接后, 所述上衣 11的发热层 2和裤子 12的发热层 2即电导通而 串接, 与所述电源装置 3连接后, 即可由一个电源装置 3同时对上 衣 11和裤子 12供电。 其中, 本实施例所述的上衣 11和裤子 12通 过延设于相应发热层 2 的导线连接至所述插座装置 4, 以便于上衣 11和裤子 12的发热层 2电连接后使用者的身体活动。所述导线及插 座装置 4可以设置于服装主体 1的里侧, 或裹于装饰带内, 以免影 响服装美观。 当然, 本实施例所述电源装置 3可根据着物习惯设置 于上衣 11, 或设置于裤子 12, 这并不影响所述电源装置 3的供电效 果。
进一步地, 本电热服装还可以包括手套和 /或帽子, 所述手套和 /或帽子的发热层 2分别通过所述插座装置 4与上衣 11的发热层 2 电导通。 亦即是说, 本实施例可以设置手套, 所述手套的发热层 2 分别通过设置于袖口处的插座装置 4与上衣 11的发热层 2电连接; 亦可设置帽子, 所述帽子的发热层 2通过设置于领口处插座装置 4 与上衣 11的发热层 2电连接。 则所述手套和 /或帽子可以通过所述 电源装置 3供电, 而对手部和 /或头部等外漏于上衣 11的部位加热 保温, 这进一步提高了使用便利性。
其中, 所述密集区域 21设置在发热层 2对应人体腰、腹和背部 位置。 具体地, 可以根据不同年龄、 生活环境或性别层次的使用群 体设置所述密集区域 21的位置。例如, 男性使用者一般两肾位置易 畏寒, 对保暧要求更高, 因而可在发热层 2对应两肾的体表穴位处 设置所述密集区域 21 ; 而女性使用者一般子宫 (即腹部) 处对保暧 要求更高, 因而可在发热层 2对应腹部的体表穴位处设置所述密集 区域 21。 同理, 也可根据需要在膝、 踝、 肘、 腕部等位置设置密集 区域 21, 以集中对这些部位供热, 提高热量分配的合理性。 其中,所述服装主体 1包括服装面层和服装里层,所述发热层 2 可分离地固定夹设于所述服装面层与服装里层之间。 其中, 所述的 可分离地固定夹设, 是指所述服装面层、 服装里层和发热层 2通过 拉链、 纽扣、 摁扣、 粘扣等常见于服装的可分离的连接装置连接成 一整体, 在需要分离时, 通过分离上述连接装置, 使发热层 2从所 述服装主体 1 分离出。 这样当不需要加热时, 可以将所述发热层 2 取出,便于发热层 2的保养维护或更换发热层 2,亦便于清洗所述服 装主体 1。
见图 3所示, 所述服装主体 1设置有容置所述电源装置 3的衬 袋 13。这样可以将所述电源装置 3放置于所述衬袋 13内,避免电源 装置 3脱落, 提高了本实用新型的使用可靠性。所述衬袋 13可以设 置于所述服装主体 1 的外侧, 便于操控开关控制装置, 亦可设置于 所述服装主体 1里侧, 便于隐藏而不影响服装美观。 为了避免所述 电源装置 3磕碰人体而造成不适感,所述衬袋 13可以设置柔性夹层。 实施例二
见图 1、 图 2和图 4所示, 与实施例不同的是, 本实施例可以包 括上衣 11和裤子 12,所述上衣 11和裤子 12分别设置有电源装置 3, 所述上衣 11的发热层 2与设置于上衣 11的电源装置 3连接, 所述 裤子 12的发热层 2与设置于裤子 12的电源装置 3连接。
本实施例通过分别设置于上衣 11和裤子 12的电源装置 3分别 对上衣 11和裤子 12独立供电, 这样, 可以单独使用上衣 11或裤子 12, 亦可成套使用上衣 11和裤子 12 ; 同时, 在使用相同规格的电池 时, 本实施例的持续发热时间长。
当然, 本实施例亦可包括手套和 /或帽子, 由于手套和帽子表面 积小, 所需电量小, 不需单独设置电源装置 3 以供电, 故而本实施 例设置所述手套和 /或帽子时, 所述手套和 /或帽子的发热层 2分别 通过所述插座装置 4与上衣 11的发热层 2电导通。
本实施例其余部分与实施例一相同, 这里不再赘述。 从实施例二可知, 本实用新型的电热服装可以为上衣与裤子的 组合服装, 亦可为上衣或裤子的单件服装, 这并不影响本实用新型 对人体发热补充热量, 达到维持体温, 抵御寒冷的目的。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的较佳实施方式, 故凡依本实用新型 专利申请范围所述的构造、 特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰, 均 包括于本实用新型专利申请范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种电热服装, 它包括服装主体, 所述服装主体内设置有发 热层, 所述发热层布设有发热元件, 所述发热层与电源装置连接, 其特征在于: 所述发热层设置有密集区域, 所述密集区域的发热元 件分布密度高于发热层其它区域的发热元件分布密度, 所述密集区 域设置在发热层对应人体穴位和 /或关节的位置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 所述服 装主体里侧设置有中药包。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 所述中 药包可拆卸地设置于所述服装主体里侧对应所述密集区域的位置。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 所述电 源装置包括电池, 用于安装电池的电池座, 以及开关控制装置, 所 述开关控制装置包括一温度调节控制装置。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 它至少 包括上衣和裤子, 所述上衣的发热层和裤子的发热层均与所述电源 装置连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 它还包 括手套和 /或帽子, 所述手套和 /或帽子的发热层分别通过插座装置 与上衣的发热层电导通。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 所述服 装主体设置有一个电源装置, 所述上衣的发热层和裤子的发热层通 过一所述插座装置电导通。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 所述上 衣和裤子分别设置有电源装置, 所述上衣的发热层与设置于上衣的 电源装置连接, 所述裤子的发热层与设置于裤子的电源装置连接。
9、 根据权利要求 1〜8任意一项所述的一种电热服装, 其特征 在于: 所述服装主体包括服装面层和服装里层, 所述发热层可分离 地固定夹设于所述服装面层与服装里层之间。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的一种电热服装, 其特征在于: 所述 服装主体设置有容置所述电源装置的衬袋。
