Abstract
一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,包括在镜框的两侧安装的弹性折片(1)和在镜脚的前端形成的轴向插槽(3)。弹性折片(1)通过挤压插置在轴向插槽(3)中使镜脚固定在镜框的两侧。插槽(3)的侧壁上正对弹性折片(1)的位置开设解锁孔(31)和解锁压片(32)。按压解锁压片(32)可使弹性折片(1)与插槽(3)之间产生间隙,从而方便将镜脚从镜框的两侧拆卸下来。消费者可根据喜好随意更换镜脚,改变眼镜造型。
Description
本实用新型涉及眼镜的技术领域,特别与一种可方便地更换镜脚的新型眼镜结构有关。
现有技术中,眼镜的镜脚一般是通过铰链组装在镜框两侧,这种镜脚组装和拆卸都需要借助专用工具,操作不方便,而且,因为镜脚收折和展开都是绕铰链转动,长期转动,容易造成铰链松动甚至脱落,使镜脚和镜框组装不牢固,影响整只眼镜的使用。
后有人研发出无铰链眼镜,是将镜脚和镜框一体成型,并在镜脚内侧形成波纹面,使镜脚在常态下呈展开状,而在力的作用下可以在波纹面处顺利弯折,再借助系带将两个镜脚捆住实现眼镜收折,或借助安装在镜脚上的磁性吸附元件将弯折的两个镜脚固定而实现眼镜收折。但是,这种无铰链眼镜因为镜脚夫与镜框一体成型,更是无法更换镜脚,无法满足消费者根据自身喜好随意改变眼睛款式造型的需求。
有鉴于此,本发明人对现有的眼镜结构进行改进,研发出一种方便更换镜脚的眼镜,本案由此产生。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,使消费者根据自身喜好随意更换镜脚,改变眼睛款式造型。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,在镜框的两侧安装弹性折片,在镜脚的前端形成轴向插槽,弹性折片通过挤压插置在轴向插槽中使镜脚固定在镜框的两侧,插槽的侧壁上正对弹性折片的位置开设解锁孔和解锁压片,按压解锁压片使弹性折片与插槽之间产生间隙,从而方便将镜脚从镜框的两侧拆卸下来。
其中,所述镜框的两侧先形成向后延伸的连接件,连接件的后端形成镂空框,弹性折片固定在镂空框上。
所述弹性折片具有安装部、冲压部和弹性部,俯视呈V型,安装部焊接固定在镂空框的外侧,冲压部通过冲压工艺紧固在镂空框的后框上,弹性部位于镂空框的内侧。
所述弹性折片插置在插槽中时,弹性部的前端正好抵在解锁孔的前侧孔缘上。
所述镜脚的内侧形成波纹面,并在镜脚上安装磁性吸附元件,镜脚借助波纹面弯曲收折,并借助磁性吸附元件在收折状态固定。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型因为镜脚与镜框的两侧是通过弹性折片与轴向插槽之间的过盈配合来实现固定,而通过按压解锁压片使弹性折片与插槽之间产生间隙来方便拆卸,所以,本实用新型的镜脚装卸全在一插与一压一拔之中,操作十分简单、省力,无需专用工具,消费者可根据自身喜好随意更换镜脚,轻松地改变眼睛款式造型。
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。

如图1至图4所示,是本实用新型的较佳实施例。
一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,在镜框的两侧安装弹性折片1。为了加工、组装方便,本实用新型在镜框的两侧先形成向后延伸的连接件2,连接件2的后端形成镂空框21,弹性折片1固定在镂空框21上。
在镜脚的前端形成轴向插槽3,前述弹性折片1通过挤压插置在轴向插槽3中,使镜脚固定在镜框的两侧。插槽3的侧壁上正对弹性折片1的位置开设解锁孔31和解锁压片32,按压解锁压片32,可使弹性折片1与插槽3之间产生间隙,从而方便将镜脚从镜框的两侧拆卸下来。
其中,弹性折片1是通过挤压可改变体积的构件,以便插置在插槽3后,在自然状态下与插槽3形成过盈配合,而使镜脚固定在镜框的两侧;在受压状态下与插槽3形成间隙配合,而使镜脚可以从镜框的两侧拔下。因此,弹性折片1的具体形态可以有很多,本实施例中,弹性折片1具有安装部11、冲压部12和弹性部13,俯视大致呈V型,安装部11焊接固定在镂空框21的外侧,冲压部12通过冲压工艺紧固在镂空框21的后框22上,弹性部13位于镂空框21的内侧。
为了更好地安装镜脚,本实用新型对弹性折片1和插槽3的配合长度加以特殊设计,使弹性折片1插置在插槽3中时,弹性部13的前端正好抵在解锁孔31的前侧孔缘33上。
鉴于镜脚与镜框无铰链连接,为了方便眼镜收折,本实施例在镜脚的内侧形成波纹面34,并在镜脚上安装磁性吸附元件4,镜脚借助波纹面34可以弯曲收折,并借助磁性吸附元件4在收折状态固定,如图5所示。
以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非对本实用新型的限制,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,基于本案的设计要点,对其具体实施形态做出的种种变化,但均应落入本案的保护范围内。
Claims (5)
1、一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,其特征在于:在镜框的两侧安装弹性折片,在镜脚的前端形成轴向插槽,弹性折片通过挤压插置在轴向插槽中使镜脚固定在镜框的两侧,插槽的侧壁上正对弹性折片的位置开设解锁孔和解锁压片。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜框的两侧先形成向后延伸的连接件,连接件的后端形成镂空框,弹性折片固定在镂空框上。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,其特征在于:所述弹性折片具有安装部、冲压部和弹性部,俯视呈V型,安装部焊接固定在镂空框的外侧,冲压部通过冲压工艺紧固在镂空框的后框上,弹性部位于镂空框的内侧。
4、如权利要求3所述的一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,其特征在于:所述弹性折片插置在插槽中时,弹性部的前端正好抵在解锁孔的前侧孔缘上。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种便于更换镜脚的眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜脚的内侧形成波纹面,并在镜脚上安装磁性吸附元件,镜脚借助波纹面弯曲收折,并借助磁性吸附元件在收折状态固定。
