因此, 需要一种在家庭网络、 展会环境或办公场景中, 使得不同终端设 备之间可以方便地进行互相文件交换的装置。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于, 提供一种无线智能路由器, 使得诸如电脑、 手 机、 电视机等数字设备, 电灯、 电饭煲等开关设置设备, 电冰箱、 空调、 电 热器等可用于调温的模拟量设备等, 能够拥有一个可相互传递文件和控制指 令的手段, 从而最大限度地提高终端的使用效能。
本发明的另一个目的在于, 提供一种无线通信系统, 使用户可通过便携 式个人移动设备和该无线智能路由器, 实现控制该无线智能路由器覆盖范围 内的多个智能终端。
为达上述目的, 一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种无线智能路由器, 所 述无线智能路由器包括:
设置单元, 用于接收外界输入的设置信息, 所述设置信息包括初始设置 信息, 以及连接设置信息和 /或设备控制信息;
处理单元, 与所述设置单元连接, 用于根据所述初始设置信息对所述无 线智能路由器进行初始设置, 并根据所述连接设置信息建立或者断开指定的 多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 以及根据所述设备控制信息对所述 WIFI无线终端进行控制;
WIFI无线通信单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于在所述处理单元的控制 下无线收发文件;
存储单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于缓存需要转发的文件。
为达上述目的, 一方面, 本发明实施例提供了一种无线通信系统, 所述 无线通信系统包括: 无线智能路由器和控制设备;
设置单元, 用于接收控制设备无线传送的设置信息, 所述设置信息包括 初始设置信息、 连接设置信息和设备控制信息; 所述连接设置信息包括无线 连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指令, 以及期望建立连接或断开连接的无线 智能终端的标识; 处理单元, 与所述设置单元连接, 用于根据所述初始设置信息对所述无 线智能路由器进行初始设置, 并根据所述连接设置信息建立或者断开指定的 多个无线智能终端之间的无线连接, 以及根据所述设备控制信息控制 WIFI 无线终端的运行状态;
WIFI无线通信单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于在所述处理单元的控制 下建立或者断开指定的多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 向指定的 WIFI 无线终端发送设备控制信息, 以及在多个 WIFI无线终端之间转发文件; 存储单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于存储所述设置信息和缓存转发的 文件;
控制设备, 用于在其触摸屏呈现多个无线智能终端的指示项目, 响应用 户通过所述触摸屏对至少两个无线智能终端的指示项目进行的连接操作或解 除连接操作, 生成对应于所述至少两个无线智能终端的无线连接建立指令或 者无线连接断开指令, 并将无线连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指令, 以及 所述至少两个无线智能终端的标识发送于所述无线智能路由器; 其中, 所述 无线智能终端包括 WIFI无线终端。
本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案的有益技术效果在于: 对于一个家庭 而言, 通过该无线智能终端可实现各类家用电器设备之间方便地交换数据文 件, 以及向各类家用电器设备发送相应的控制指令, 另外, 通过便携式移动 设备可以方便地控制家庭或办公场所的无线局域网络中任意多个无线 WIFI 终端之间的无线连接情况。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有做 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
图 4为本发明实施例的无线智能路由器与多种不同的终端设备互连的示 意图。 如图 4所示, 该无线智能路由器是以 WIFI、 蓝牙技术或 ZigBee等近 程无线通讯模式进行各类终端之间的文件交换。 这些终端设备包括: 笔记本 型计算机 401、 冰箱 402、 平板电脑 403、 数字电视机 404、 空调 405、 台式 计算机 406。 这些终端设备相应地配置有无线通信模块。 这种文件的交换方 式可以是同一文件的群发模式, 也可以是可控制的发送模式。 群发模式是指 将笔记本型计算机 401的文件借助无线智能路由器 500同时发送给指定的多 个数字设备, 这大多应用于办公室等环境。 而可控制的发送模式则是可视连 接情况借助无线智能路由器 500分别发送, 如笔记本型计算机 401只发送给 数字电视机 404等。 该无线智能路由器 500具有一个较大的存储空间、 多个 WIFI信道和内部的应用程序。
图 5为本发明实施例的无线智能路由器的功能结构框图。 如图 5所示, 该无线智能路由器 500包括:
设置单 510元, 用于接收外界输入的设置信息, 所述设置信息包括初始 设置信息, 连接设置信息和设备控制信息;
处理单元 520, 与所述设置单元连接, 用于根据所述初始设置信息对所 述无线通信装置进行初始设置, 并根据所述连接设置信息建立或者断开指定 的多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 以及根据所述设备控制信息控制 WIFI无线终端的运行状态; 处理单元 520可采用嵌入式电脑芯片;
WIFI无线通信单元 530, 与所述处理单元 520连接, 用于在所述处理单 元 520的控制下建立或者断开指定的多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 向指定的 WIFI无线终端发送设备控制信息, 以及在多个 WIFI无线终端之间 转发文件;
存储单元 540, 与所述处理单元 520连接, 用于存储所述设置信息和缓 存转发的文件。
可选地, 所述设置单元 510可以包括: 键入式设置模块 512, 用于通过 物理按键输入设置信息;
可选地, 所述设置单元 510还可以包括: USB连接设置模块 514, 用于 通过 USB接口接收外界输入的设置信息; 或者, 近程无线设置模块 516, 用 于通过 WIFI、 蓝牙或 ZigBee接收外界输入的设置信息。 可选地, 所述设置 单元 510还可以包括: 远程设置模块 518, 用于通过有线和 /或无线网络进行 远程输入设置信息。 可选地, 所述无线智能路由器 500还包括: 有线网络接口 550和 /或无线 网络接口 560, 与所述处理单元 520相连接, 用于使得所述无线智能路由器 500通过所述有线网络接口 550和 /或无线网络接口 560连接于因特网。 另 夕卜, 通过该有线网络接口 550和 /或无线网络接口 560, 可使得与该无线智能 路由器 500连接的其它各个 WIFI无线终端 (如 501、 502等) 可接入到因特 网。 作为一种可选的应用, 可将移动无线上网卡与该无线网络接口 560连 接, 从而可将该无线智能路由器 500和其所接入的其它 WIFI无线终端接入 到因特网。
所述 WIFI无线终端 501、 502等为配置有 WIFI无线通信装置的设备, 属于无线智能终端, 所述设备包括如下中的任意一种或多种: 计算机、 移动 通信终端、 电视机、 电灯、 电饭煲、 电冰箱、 空调、 电热器、 摄像机、 照像 机、 燃气具。
具体地, 所述设备控制信息包括: 对应于包括电灯和电饭煲在内的开关 量设备的开关量控制指令; 对应于包括计算机、 移动通信终端和电视机在内 的数字设备的数字控制指令; 以及对应于包括电冰箱、 空调和电热器在内的 模拟设备的模拟量控制指令。
具体地, 所述处理单元 520, 具体可以用于据所述初始设置信息, 设置 所述无线智能路由器 500的密码、 时间、 日期及已注册的智能终端设备。
具体地, 所述设置单元 510, 具体可以用于接收移动通信终端无线输入 的连接设置指令, 所述连接设置指令包括需要建立连接或断开连接的一个或 多个 WIFI无线终端的标识, 以及无线连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指 具体地, 该无线智能路由器 500还包括电源单元, 用于为其它各单元供 电。
具体地, 存储单元 540内部的存储空间包括: 暂存空间、 公共空间和分 别为每个智能终端设备预留的存储空间, 图 5中的 1-N代表分别对应于为 N 个无线智能终端预留的 N段存储空间。 暂存空间, 用于当该无线智能路由器 接入高速数据设备时, 数据会过多涌入, 导致该无线智能路由器来不及进行 交换, 因此可将数据暂存于暂存空间内。 公共空间, 用于存储分发给多个无 线智能终端的文件, 这些文件可以是一个企业办公场所中需要频繁交换的文 件, 或者是公共的通告 /通知, 或者是在展览会中需要分发给在场的所有与会 人员的宣传材料、 会议记录。 对公共空间中的文件可采用群发模式进行发 送。
在本实施例中, 为每个无线智能终端都设计有一个 "密钥" , 这对于终 端及终端数据具有保密和识别作用, 还可以防止设备被相邻的装置所调用。
可选地, 该 WIFI无线通信单元 530还可与该存储单元 540连接, 用于 当数据通信量较大时, 为减轻处理单元 520的负担, 不经过处理单元 520中 转数据, 而是直接与该存储单元 540交互以存取数据。
一个实施例中, 在多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接建立之后, 所述 多个 WIFI无线终端基于群发模式进行文件交换。
在一个实施例中, 可利用手机下载该无线智能路由器的专用软件, 再利 用 WIFI、 蓝牙或 ZigBee等近程无线通信手段与该无线智能路由器连接后, 采用无线方式对设置单元 510进行设置。
本发明实施例还提供了一种无线通信系统。 请结合参阅图 5-图 6, 图 6 示出了本发明实施例的无线智能路由器应用于家庭网络中的示例, 在图 6 中, 无线智能路由器 500可根据需要与家庭常用的电脑 701、 个人移动通信 终端 702、 家用电器中的冰箱 703、 家用电器中的电视机 704建立无线连接 或者解除无线连接。 其中上述每类电器都设计有相应的无线转换接收装置。 所述无线通信系统包括: 无线智能路由器 500和控制设备 600;
所述无线智能路由器 500包括:
设置单元 510, 用于接收控制设备 600无线传送的设置信息, 所述设置 信息包括初始设置信息、 连接设置信息和设备控制信息; 所述连接设置信息 包括无线连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指令, 以及期望建立连接或断开连 接的无线智能终端的标识;
处理单元 520, 与所述设置单元 510连接, 用于根据所述初始设置信息 对所述无线智能路由器进行初始设置, 并根据所述连接设置信息建立或者断 开指定的多个无线智能终端之间的无线连接, 以及根据所述设备控制信息控 制 WIFI无线终端的运行状态;
WIFI无线通信单元 530, 与所述处理单元 520连接, 用于在所述处理单 元 520的控制下建立或者断开指定的多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 向指定的 WIFI无线终端发送设备控制信息, 以及在多个 WIFI无线终端之间 转发文件;
存储单元 540, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于存储所述设置信息和缓存转 发的文件;
控制设备 600, 用于在其触摸屏呈现多个无线智能终端的指示项目, 响 应用户通过所述触摸屏对至少两个无线智能终端的指示项目进行的连接操作 或解除连接操作, 生成对应于所述至少两个无线智能终端的无线连接建立指 令或者无线连接断开指令, 并将无线连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指令, 以及所述至少两个无线智能终端的标识发送于所述无线智能路由器 500; 其 中, 所述无线智能终端包括 WIFI无线终端。 这些指示项目可以是条目或者 图像。 所述控制设备为移动通信终端、 平板电脑、 掌上电脑或其它无线移动 设备。
可选地, 控制设备 600, 还可以响应用户通过触摸屏对控制设备 600自 身的指示项目与其它的无线智能终端的指示项目进行的连接操作或解除连接 操作, 生成相应的连接设置信息并发送于无线智能路由器 500, 由无线智能 路由器 500建立或断开该控制设备 600与指定的其它无线智能终端之间的无 线连接。 可选地, 当该控制设备采用移动通信终端时, 可以将该移动通信终端嵌 入到本装置中, 进行使用操作。 也可以用标准的 USB接口电缆将该用于连接 控制的移动通信终端 600与该无线智能路由器 500相连接, 进行使用操作; 同样, 也可以利用无线通讯模式, 将用于连接控制的移动通信终端 600与该 无线智能路由器 500连接, 也可利用有线网络与无线智能路由器 500连接, 进行使用操作。
图 7为本发明实施例图 6中作为控制设备的移动通信终端 600的操作界 面示意图。 如图 7所示, 假设用户需要将一部手机 600与电视机 704相连 接, 操作过程是: 用将手机 600进入到设置程序状态下, 这时手机 600构成 为控制设备, 用户通过手机 600的触摸屏用手指按住手机 600的条目 600a, 滑动到连接的目标设备即电视机 704对应的条目 704a再放手即可, 这样就构 成了电视机 704与手机 600的有效连接。 然后将手机退出设置程序状态即 可, 此时手机 600构成为不具有控制功能的普通手机, 可以将手机 600上相 应的视频文件经由无线智能路由器 500传送到电视机 704上播放。 也即该手 机可在控制状态和普通状态之间切换。 在解除连接时, 可点击条目的标志 处, 就能显示出连接的关系。 只要把一个连接条目按住并滑开, 就解除了它 们之间的连接。
图 8为本发明实施例的无线智能路由器的工作过程示意图。 结合参阅图 5和图 8, 无线智能路由器的工作过程包括如下歩骤:
歩骤 801、 通过 WIFI接口 (WIFI无线通信单元 530) 接收源无线智能 终端 (例如 501 ) 发送的文件;
歩骤 802、 加载底层驱动程序将该文件缓存于存储器中, 并在空闲时再 通过 WIFI接口转发该文件于目标无线智能终端 (例如 502) ;
歩骤 803、 判断源无线智能终端与目标无线智能终端之间是否处于连接 状态, 如是返回歩骤 802, 如否进入歩骤 804;
歩骤 804、 无线智能路由器返回巡检状态。 可选地, 当所述无线智能终端在转发文件时, 该用于控制所述无线智能 路由器的移动通信终端上呈现相应的提示信息或者显示文件传输过程。
图 9为本发明实施例无线通信系统的工作方法的流程图。 如图 9所示, 该方法包括如下歩骤:
歩骤 901、 开始任务;
歩骤 902、 无线智能路由器判断是否为初始设置, 如是, 则执行歩骤 903, 如否, 则执行歩骤 905; 本歩骤是判断该无线智能路由器是否是新启用 的, 当为新启用的, 则需要输入各种设备的定义。 特别要指出的是, 网络也 是被定义的设备的一种。 将网络 (Internet) 定义成为一种设备, 这样, 在设 置时就可以把各种智能终端设备与因特网建立连接, 这就可以完成各种智能 终端设备的上网功能。
歩骤 903、 无线智能路由器进行设备定义; 在本歩骤中, 对各种设备进 行初始设置或定义。 它包括该设备的编号、 密码、 管理等级等一些要素。 这 里应当阐明的是, 这些设备包括诸如: 电脑、 手机、 电视机等数字设备; 电 灯、 电饭煲等开关设置设备; 电冰箱、 空调、 电热器等可用于调温的模拟量 设备等, 而这些设备在控制上是不同的。 比如, 数字化设备及指令是以数字 模式体现的; 开关设置设备是以开关两种形态模式体现; 而模拟量设备则是 按可控多形态模式体现, 比如温度: 若按 rc为单位, 而 0°C设置为 0时, 则 4°C就应为 4。
歩骤 904、 无线智能路由器判断设备定义是否完成, 如否, 则返回歩骤
903继续进行设备定义, 如是, 则进入歩骤 905;
由歩骤 903至歩骤构成重复操作规程, 以使各种设备被充分定义, 或即 便在原有定义的情况下更改定义等。
歩骤 905、 判断是否马上进入连接操作, 如是, 进入歩骤 906, 如否, 进入歩骤 909;
歩骤 906、 进入连接操作; 歩骤 907、 在移动通信终端上进行操作以连接相应的设备; 具体的操作 过程是, 可在移动通信终端的显示单元上所呈现设备的菜单 /列表中, 将所选 中的设备的指示项目 (条目或图案) 按住滑动到目标设备栏上就可完成两个 设备的连接。 同理, 也可将第三个设备连接到此, 依此类推。 而取消连接就 是点击每个设备栏, 看有无显示两个以上的设备, 并将不必连接的设备拉开 即可。
歩骤 908、 判断操作是否完毕, 如是则进入歩骤 909, 如否, 则返回歩 骤 907;
歩骤 909、 退出任务。
对于一个家庭而言, 通过该无线通讯装置可实现各类家用电器设备之间 方便地交换数据文件, 建立各种家用电器之间的联系, 以及向各类家用电器 设备发送相应的控制指令, 方便地实现多种控制操作。 比如: 可以设置开关 量电器的开关操作; 也可设置模拟量电器的过程设置, 如冰箱、 热水器的温 度设置等等; 还可以是向受控计算机发出相应的数字指令, 控制打开 /关闭计 算机上相应的应用程序。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明实施例的技术方案, 而非对其限制; 尽管 参照前述实施例对本发明实施例进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员 应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对 其中部分技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方 案的本质脱离本发明实施例各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述无线智能路由器包括: 设置单元, 用于接收外界输入的设置信息, 所述设置信息包括初始设置 信息、 连接设置信息和设备控制信息;
处理单元, 与所述设置单元连接, 用于根据所述初始设置信息对所述无 线智能路由器进行初始设置, 并根据所述连接设置信息建立或者断开指定的 多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 以及根据所述设备控制信息控制 WIFI 无线终端的运行状态;
WIFI无线通信单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于在所述处理单元的控制 下建立或者断开指定的多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 向指定的 WIFI 无线终端发送设备控制信息, 以及在多个 WIFI无线终端之间转发文件; 存储单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于存储所述设置信息和缓存转发的 文件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述设置单 元包括: 键入式设置模块, 用于通过物理按键输入设置信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述设置单 元包括:
USB连接设置模块, 用于通过 USB接口接收外界输入的设置信息; 或 者,
近程无线设置模块, 用于通过 WIFI、 蓝牙或 ZigBee接收外界输入的设 置信息; 或者,
远程设置模块, 用于通过有线和 /或无线网络远程接收外界输入的设置信 息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述无线智 能路由器还包括: 有线网络接口和 /或无线网络接口, 与所述处理单元相连 接, 用于使得所述无线智能路由器或者 WIFI无线终端通过所述有线网络接 口和 /或无线网络接口连接于因特网。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述 WIFI无 线终端为配置有 WIFI无线通信装置的设备, 所述设备包括如下中的任意一 种或多种:
计算机、 移动通信终端、 电视机、 电灯、 电饭煲、 电冰箱、 空调、 电热 器、 摄像机、 照像机、 燃气具。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述设备 控制信息包括:
对应于包括电灯和电饭煲在内的开关量设备的开关量控制指令; 对应于包括计算机、 移动通信终端和电视机在内的数字设备的数字控制 指令;
对应于包括电冰箱、 空调和电热器在内的模拟设备的模拟量控制指令。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述处理 单元, 具体用于据所述初始设置信息, 设置所述无线智能路由器的密码、 时 间、 日期及已注册的智能终端设备。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 所述设置 单元, 具体用于接收移动通信终端无线输入的连接设置指令, 所述连接设置 指令包括需要建立连接或断开连接的 WIFI无线终端的标识, 以及无线连接 建立指令或者无线连接断开指令。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的无线智能路由器, 其特征在于, 在多个 WIFI 无线终端之间的无线连接建立之后, 所述多个 WIFI无线终端基于群发模式 进行文件交换。
10、 一种无线通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述无线通信系统包括: 无线智 能路由器和控制设备;
所述无线智能路由器包括: 设置单元, 用于接收控制设备无线传送的设置信息, 所述设置信息包括 初始设置信息、 连接设置信息和设备控制信息; 所述连接设置信息包括无线 连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指令, 以及期望建立连接或断开连接的无线 智能终端的标识;
处理单元, 与所述设置单元连接, 用于根据所述初始设置信息对所述无 线智能路由器进行初始设置, 并根据所述连接设置信息建立或者断开指定的 多个无线智能终端之间的无线连接, 以及根据所述设备控制信息控制 WIFI 无线终端的运行状态;
WIFI无线通信单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于在所述处理单元的控制 下建立或者断开指定的多个 WIFI无线终端之间的无线连接, 向指定的 WIFI 无线终端发送设备控制信息, 以及在多个 WIFI无线终端之间转发文件; 存储单元, 与所述处理单元连接, 用于存储所述设置信息和缓存转发的 文件;
控制设备, 用于在其触摸屏呈现多个无线智能终端的指示项目, 响应用 户通过所述触摸屏对至少两个无线智能终端的指示项目进行的连接操作或解 除连接操作, 生成对应于所述至少两个无线智能终端的无线连接建立指令或 者无线连接断开指令, 并将无线连接建立指令或者无线连接断开指令, 以及 所述至少两个无线智能终端的标识发送于所述无线智能路由器; 其中, 所述 无线智能终端包括 WIFI无线终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的无线通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述控制设 备为移动通信终端、 平板电脑、 掌上电脑或其它无线移动设备。
