Description

背光模块及其液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明是有关于一种背光模块及其使用此背光模块的液晶显示装置,特别是有关于框 架固定导光板的机构设计方式。 背景技术
不论是阴极射线管显示装置或是液晶显示装置,都需要背光模块提供光线,才有足够 的亮度来显示图像。在液晶显示装置质量要求下,背光模块的质量也需要要求,其中一点, 良好的外观水平是基本且备受重视, 另外希望达到轻量化、 薄型化、 低耗电、 低成本、 高 亮度、 窄边框等等的市场要求, 因此上述所提的, 皆是背光模块目前所要改进的方向。
液晶显示装置的组成部份包括: 背板、 面板模块、 导光板、 灯条、 光学膜片、 胶框和 前框等部材。而面板模块、光学膜片、灯条以及导光板等部材都收容在背板、胶框及前框 中, 导光板必须藉由框架固定, 以防止晃动造成导光板的偏移, 一旦导光板偏移, 液晶面 板整体的均匀、高亮度会下降, 所以导光板的固定方式很重要, 如图 1所示的先前技术的 固定方式是使用胶框 40紧压导光板 10, 而胶框 40则依靠卡扣锁附于背板 30上, 但该方 式会因锁附时施力过大, 造成胶框 40容易变形。 另外, 为了便于组装需预留组装公差, 且导光板本身容易有热胀冷縮的问题, 而造成在胶框 40与导光板 10之间存在有一空隙, 当胶框未能紧压导光板 10时,经导光板 10侧面的反射光将从胶框 40与导光板 10之间的 空隙出射, 该空隙会造成漏光问题, 产生外观亮线。此外, 因为先前技术为主要在水平方 向上对导光板 10进行固定, 而在上下方向, 因为胶框 40延伸至导光板 10的出光面, 且 胶框的材质软, 容易变形, 因此导光板 10有形变情况下, 对导光板 10的固定作用变小。 另外, 胶框 40或背板 30的存在, 且胶框 40延伸至导光板 10的出光面, 使侧面的宽度很 难进一步縮减, 而无法实现窄边框设计。

本发明的目的在于, 克服现有的背光模块在固定导光板上所产生的缺陷, 而提供一种 框架固定导光板的机构设计方式的背光模块, 其固定导光板的方式是在导光板的侧面上, 制作一卡制面,且框架具有一对应于该卡制面设置的抵靠件,抵靠件紧密抵靠在该导光板 的该卡制面上, 以固定导光板。所要解决的问题是胶框未能紧压导光板, 造成经导光板侧 面的反射光将会从胶框与导光板之间的空隙出射, 产生漏光, 以及框架过厚, 且框架延伸 至导光板的出光面, 造成无法实现窄边框。
本发明的另一目的在于, 克服现有的背光模块在固定导光板上所产生的缺陷, 而提供 一种框架固定导光板的机构设计方式的背光模块的液晶显示装置,其固定导光板的方式是 在导光板的侧面上, 制作一卡制面, 且框架具有一对应于该卡制面设置的抵靠件, 抵靠件 紧密抵靠在该导光板的该卡制面上, 以固定导光板。所要解决的问题是胶框未能紧压导光 板, 造成经导光板侧面的反射光将会从胶框与导光板之间的空隙出射, 产生漏光, 以及框 架过厚, 且框架延伸至导光板的出光面, 造成无法实现窄边框。

请参阅图 2 为本发明第一实施例的背光模块的侧视剖面图, 本实施例揭露的背光模 块,其包括:一导光板 100,该导光板 100包含一底面 110、一相对于该底面之出光面 130、 至少一侧向入光面 140与至少一侧面, 其中, 该侧面包含一卡制面 120, 该卡制面 120包 含一上面部 122和一下面部 121, 其中, 该下面部 121为一第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面与 该底面 110夹一锐角角度,该上面部 122为垂直于顶面的一平面,其该平面是向该导光板 100中心内縮, 该下面部 121与上面部 122是相连接; 一框架 300, 该框架 300包含一背 板 310与一胶框 320,该背板 310包括一底板 311与自该底板 311周围向上垂直延伸的一 侧壁 312, 该胶框 320具有一沟槽 321, 该沟槽 321耦合于该背板 310的该侧壁 312, 该 胶框 320具有一抵靠件 322,该抵靠件 322插入于该背板 310的该侧壁 312与该导光板的 该卡制面 120之间, 且紧密抵靠在该导光板 100的该卡制面上, 以固定该导光板 100; 以 及一光源 150, 容置于该框架 300中, 并朝向该侧向入光面 140发射光线。
另外, 该背板 310的该底板 311与该导光板 100中间, 有一反射片 200, 是为了增加 光线反射率, 避免光线逸失。
请参阅图 3为本发明第二实施例的背光模块的侧视剖面图,本实施例揭露的背光模块 与第一实施例相同的地方,在此不多赘述。与第一实施例不相同在于该框架 400包含一胶 框 410,该胶框 410包含一底板 411与自该底板 411周围向上延伸的一侧壁 412 (虚线所包 含的部份),其该侧壁 412包含一抵靠件 413,且紧密抵靠在该导光板 100的该卡制面 120 上, 以固定该导光板 100。
另外, 该胶框 410的该底板 411与该导光板 100中间, 有一反射片 200, 是为了增加 光线反射率, 避免光线逸失。
请参阅图 4为本发明第三实施例的背光模块的侧视剖面图,本实施例揭露的背光模块 与第一、 二实施例相同的地方, 在此不多赘述。 与第一、 二实施例不相同在于一导光板 600, 该导光板 600包含一底面 610、 一相对于该底面之出光面 630、 至少一侧向入光面 640与至少一侧面, 其中, 该侧面包含一卡制面 620, 该卡制面 620包含一上面部 622和 一下面部 621, 其中, 该下面部 621为一第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面与该底面 610夹一锐 角角度, 该上面部 622为一第二倾斜面, 该第二倾斜面与顶面 630夹一锐角角度, 该下面 部 621与上面部 622是相连接; 该框架 500包含一背板 510, 该背板 510包括一底板 511 与自该底板 511周围向上延伸的一侧壁 512 (虚线所包含的部份),该侧壁 512包含一抵靠 件 513, 且仅紧密抵靠在该导光板 600的该卡制面 620的该第一倾斜面上, 以固定该导光 板 600。 以及一光源 150, 容置于该框架 500中, 并朝向该侧向入光面 640发射光线。
另外, 该背板 510的该底板 511与该导光板 600中间, 有一反射片 200, 是为了增加 光线反射率, 避免光线逸失。
请参阅图 5为本发明第四实施例的背光模块的侧视剖面图,本实施例揭露的背光模块 与第一、 二、 三实施例相同的地方, 在此不多赘述。 与第一、 二、 三实施例不相同在于一 导光板 800, 该导光板 800包含一底面 810、 一相对于该底面之出光面 830、 至少一侧向 入光面 840与至少一侧面, 其中, 该侧面包含一卡制面 820, 该卡制面 820为一第一倾斜 面, 该第一倾斜面与该底面 810夹一锐角角度; 该框架 700包含一背板 710, 该背板 710 包括一底板 711与自该底板 711周围向上延伸的一侧壁 712 (虚线所包含的部份),该侧壁 712包含一抵靠件 713, 且紧密抵靠在该导光板 800的该卡制面 820上, 以固定该导光板 800。 以及一光源 150, 容置于该框架 700中, 并朝向该侧向入光面 840发射光线。
另外, 该背板 710的该底板 711与该导光板 800中间, 有一反射片 200, 是为了增加 光线反射率, 避免光线逸失。
一种液晶显示装置,其包括一面板模块以及前述的第一个实施例的背光模块,该背光 模块包括: 一导光板 100, 该导光板 100包含一底面 110、 一相对于该底面之出光面 130、 至少一侧向入光面 140与至少一侧面, 其中, 该侧面包含一卡制面 120, 该卡制面 120包 含一上面部 122和一下面部 121, 其中, 该下面部 121为一第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面与 该底面 110夹一锐角角度,该上面部 122为垂直于顶面的一平面,其该平面是向该导光板 100中心内縮, 该下面部 121与上面部 122是相连接; 以及一框架 300, 该框架 300包含 一背板 310与一胶框 320,该背板 310包括一底板 311与自该底板 311周围向上垂直延伸 的一侧壁 312, 该胶框 320具有一沟槽 321, 该沟槽 321耦合于该背板 310的该侧壁 312, 该胶框 320具有一抵靠件 322,该抵靠件 322插入于该背板 310的该侧壁 312与该导光板 的该卡制面 120之间, 且紧密抵靠在该导光板 100的该卡制面上, 以固定该导光板 100。 以及一光源 150, 容置于该框架 300中, 并朝向该侧向入光面 140发射光线。
另外, 该背板 310的该底板 311与该导光板 100中间, 有一反射片 200, 是为了增加 光线反射率, 避免光线逸失。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种背光模块, 包括:
一导光板, 该导光板包含一底面、 一相对于该底面之出光面、 至少一侧向入光面 与至少一侧面, 该侧面包含一卡制面, 该卡制面包含第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面与该 底面夹一锐角角度;
一框架, 用以容置该导光板, 该框架具有一对应于该卡制面设置的抵靠件, 该抵 靠件紧密抵靠在该导光板的该卡制面上, 以固定该导光板, 该框架包含一背板与一胶 框, 该背板包括一底板与自该底板周围向上垂直延伸的一侧壁, 该胶框具有一沟槽, 该沟槽耦合于该背板的该侧壁, 该胶框具有该抵靠件; 以及
一光源, 容置于该框架中, 并朝向该侧向入光面发射光线。
2. 一种背光模块, 包括:
一导光板, 该导光板包含一底面、 一相对于该底面之出光面、 至少一侧向入光面 与至少一侧面, 该侧面包含一卡制面;
一框架, 用以容置该导光板, 该框架具有一对应于该卡制面设置的抵靠件, 该抵 靠件紧密抵靠在该导光板的该卡制面上, 以固定该导光板; 以及
一光源, 容置于该框架中, 并朝向该侧向入光面发射光线。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的背光模块, 其中, 该卡制面包含第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面与该 底面夹一锐角角度。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的背光模块, 其中, 该框架包含一背板与一胶框, 该背板包括一底 板与自该底板周围向上垂直延伸的一侧壁, 该胶框具有一沟槽, 该沟槽耦合于该背板 的该侧壁, 该胶框具有该抵靠件。
5. 如权利要求 3所述的背光模块, 其中, 该框架包含一胶框, 该胶框具有该抵靠件。
6. 如权利要求 3所述的背光模块, 其中, 该框架包含一背板, 该背板包括一底板与自该 底板周围向上延伸的一侧壁, 该侧壁包含该抵靠件。
7. 如权利要求 2所述的背光模块, 其中, 该卡制面包含一第一倾斜面和一第二倾斜面, 其中, 第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面与该底面夹一锐角角度, 该第二倾斜面与顶面夹一 锐角角度, 该抵靠件紧密抵靠在该卡制面的第一倾斜面上, 以固定该导光板。
8. 如权利要求 5所述的背光模块, 其中, 该框架包含一背板, 该背板包括一底板与自该 底板周围向上延伸的一侧壁, 该侧壁包含该抵靠件。
9. 一种液晶显示装置, 其包括一面板模块以及一背光模块, 该背光模块包括:
一导光板, 该导光板包含一底面、 一相对于该底面之出光面、 至少一侧向入光面 与至少一侧面, 该侧面包含一卡制面;
一框架, 用以容置该导光板, 该框架具有一对应于该卡制面设置的抵靠件, 该抵 靠件紧密抵靠在该导光板的该卡制面上, 以固定该导光板; 以及
一光源, 容置于该框架中, 并朝向该侧向入光面发射光线。
10.如权利要求 9所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 该卡制面包含第一倾斜面, 该第一倾斜面 与该底面夹一锐角角度。
11.如权利要求 10所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 该框架包含一背板与一胶框, 该背板包括 一底板与自该底板周围向上垂直延伸的一侧壁, 该胶框具有一沟槽, 该沟槽耦合于该 背板的该侧壁, 该胶框具有该抵靠件。
