Description

一种移动交换中心池的信息处理方法、 装置及系统 技术领域
本发明属于通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动交换中心池的信息处理方法、 装置及系统。 背景技术
为了提高网络可靠性, 避免移动交换中心 /拜访位置登记处(Mobile Switc h Center/Visitor Location Register, MSC/VLR )设备故障后, 用户设备 ( User Equipment, UE )不能正常进行业务, 现有的通信标准中引入了移动交换中心 池 (Mobile Switch Center Pool, MSC Pool) 的概念,即同一区域可以有多个 MS C/VLR^务, 保证其中一个 MSC VLR故障后, 其它的 MSC/VLR仍然可以为用 户服务。
当 UE接入 MSC/VLR时携带老位置区域标识 (old Location Area Identity, ol d LAI), MSC/VLR存在用户设备信息, 且保存的 LAI和 old LAI—致, 则 MSC/ VLR不会向归属地签约用户服务器 /归属位置寄存器 (Home Subscriber Service/ Home Location Register, HSS HLR)发送更新位置请求消息, 注册为服务 UE 的 MSC VLR, 否则会发送。 另外, 当 UE从一个 MSC/VLR移动到另外一个 MSC /VLR时, 新的 MSC VLR, 假定为 MSC/VLR2会向 HSS/HLR注册为服务用户的 节点, HSS/HLR会发送取消位置请求消息到老的 MSC/VLR,假定为 MSC/VLRl , 通知老的 MSC/VLR2删除用户设备信息。 但是上述消息可能会因为传递消息的 链路故障等原因无法到达老的 MSC/VLR1。
现有技术当用户设备反复进入某一个 MSC pool服务区域时, 假设 UE从当 前 MSC Pooll的长期演进 (Long Term Evolution, LTE)启动, 并进行联合注册 后, 移动性管理网元 (Mobility Management Entity, MME)选择当前 MSC Pooll 的 MSC/VLR1; 然后, UE移动至 MSC Pool 1服务的区域外, 可以是另外一个 M SC Pool或者非 MSC Pool 的服务区域,假设接入 MSC/VLR3 , MSC/VLR3向 Η SS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息注册为服务用户设备的 MSC VLR, HSS/HLR向 MSC/VLR1发送 cancel location消息,假定此时 cancel location消息并没有发送到 MSC/VLR1。 然后用户设备返回上述 MSC Pooll服务区域的 2/3G网络, 如果此 时 2/3G网络网络模式 2或者 3, BSS或者 RNC可能选择当前 MSC Pool 1的 MSC/ VLR2, 而不是 MSC/VLR1 , MSC VLR2更新归属地签约用户服务器 /归属位置寄 存器 (Home Subscriber Service/ Home Location Register, HSS/HLR), 即向 HS S/HLR^送更新位置请求消息, 注册为服务 UE的 MSC VLR; 最后, 当 UE在当 前区域选择 LTE时, UE发起到之前注册 MME的联合跟踪区更新 (Tracking Area Update, TAU), MME根据仍然选择的 MSC/VLR1并建立 SGs关联。 此时, 因为 MSC/VLR1上有 UE的签约数据及用户上下文消息, 且 new LAI和本地保存的 ol d LAI没有变化时, 则不会发起到 HSS/HLR的更新位置请求消息, 所述消息用 于用户设备以及服务用户设备的 MSC/VLR注 在 HSS/HLR中, 因此 HSS/HLR 总也不会保存 MSC/VLR1和用户设备的关联关系, 仍然保存 MSC/VLR2和用户 设备的关联关系。 等后续有用户设备相关的业务时, 比如, 其他用户呼叫用户 设备, 由于 HSS/HLR中记录的是 MSC VLR2的信息, 没有记录 MSC/VLR1信息, 虽然 MSC VLR1和 MSC VLR2由于属于同一 MSC Pool,但是由于此时 UE驻留在 LTE网络, MME和 MSC/VLR2并没有建立 SGs关联, 所以 MSC/VLR2无法将呼 叫请求发送到 UE, 导致 UE不能接听电话, 严重影响用户的业务体验。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供移动交换中心池的信息处理方法, 旨在解决 现有技术当用户设备从某 MSC Pool外区域返回该 MSC Pool时, HSS HLR中 保存的 MSC信息错误, 而导致用户的业务无法进行的问题。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明实施例提供如下技术方案: 本发明实施例是这样实现的, 一种移动交换中心池的信息处理方法, 所述 方法包括:
接收服务 GPRS支持节点 SGSN发送的指示信息;

图 1 示出了本发明实施例一提供的应用场景的示意图, 其中, UE首先从 MSC Pooll服务区域外的 MSC Pool2服务区域的 SGSN/ MME移动到 MSC Pooll服务区域的 SGSN, 然后从 MSC Pooll服务区域的 SGSN移动到 MME, MME及 9†获取到该信息, 通知建立 SGs关联的 MSC/VLR1到 HSS/HLS注册, 更新 UE服务用户节点为 MSC/VLR1,具体过程如下, 请参阅图 2:

其中, 所述请求消息可以是上下文请求消息或者标识请求消息, 消息中包 括用户的临时标识, 所述临时标识可以是用户设备的分组临时移动用户身份标 识 ( Packet Temporary Identity, P-TMSI ) 或者 全球唯一临时标识 (Globally Unique Temporary Identity, GUTI), 所述上下文请求消息对应跟踪区更新流程, 所述标识请求消息对应附着流程。

本实施例中, 当 UE从其它的 MSC Pool外的服务区域移动返回 MSC Pool 时, MME接收 SGSN通过上下文响应消息或者标识响应消息发送的指示信息, 根据所述指示信息, 向 MSC/VLR发送消息, 所述消息指示 MSC VLR 向 HSS HLR发送更新位置请求消息, 保证在 HSS/HLR中注册的 MSC是当前服 务于 UE的 MSC, UE能够正常进行的业务, 提升用户业务体验。

图 5示出了本发明实施例四提供的移动交换中心池的信息处理方法的实现 的流程图, 详述如下:
在 S501中, SGSN接收 UE发送的包括老位置区标识 old LAI的附着请求 消息或者路由区更新请求消息。
在 S502中, 确定所述 old LAI不在当前服务所述 UE的 MSC Pool的服务 区域;
本发明中所述服务区域也可以说明为 MSC Pool覆盖区域, 其具体对应一 个或者多个 LAI, old LAI不在当前服务所述 UE的 MSC Pool的服务区域, 即 为 old LAI不在当前服务所述 UE MSC Pool的覆盖区域,或者不是当前 MSC Pool服务的 LAI或者不在当前 MSC Pool服务的 LAI 列表中;

本实施例中, 根据 SGSN上配置的所述 MSC Pool的 LAI 列表, 确定所述 old LAI不在所述 MSC Pool的 LAI列表中, 其中, 所述 SGSN上配置了至少一 个 MSC Pool和至少一个 LAI列表时, 所述 MSC Pool与所述 LAI列表——对 应。
可选的, S502还可以通过下述方式实现:
1、 获取当前接入的新位置区标识 new LAI;
2、 根据所述 new LAI确定当前服务 UE的 MSC Pool;

本实施例中, SGSN根据预置 MSC Pool和服务的 LAI 列表的对应关系, 判断 old LAI不属于当前 MSC Pool的 LAI列表中, 即 old LAI不在当前服务所 上述仅仅是表达方式不同, 本发明不作限定。 特别的, 当 SGSN上预置的 MSC Pool信息多于一个时,即 MSC Pool及其服务的 LAI列表存在多组时 {MSC Pool 1 , LAI listl} , {MSC Pool 2, LAI list2}等, 通过 new LAI确定当前服务 UE 的 MSC Pool,具体判断方法为当前服务 UE的 MSC Pool的 LAI列表中包括 new LAI, 或者, new LAI所在的 LAI列表对应的 MSC Pool即为当前服务 UE的 MSC Pool。 本发明限制一个 LAI仅对应一个 MSC Pool。
在 S503中,发送指示信息至目标网元,所述指示信息用于指示所述目标网 元指示 MSC/VLR向 HSS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息。
本实施利中, S502之后, SGSN接收目标网元发送的请求消息, 所述请求 消息为上下文请求消息或者标识请求消息, 则 SGSN具体可以通过上下文响应 消息或者标识响应消息发送所述指示信息至目标网元, 消息中包括标识用户设 备的 IMSI。
本实施例中, 目标网元可以是 MME或者 SGSN, 当目标网元 MME接收 到所述指示消息, MME指示 MSC/VLR向 HSS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息; 当目标网元是 SGSN接收到所述指示消息, SGSN保存该指示信息, 当用户设 备移动到其他移动性管理网元时, 所述目标网元 SGSN将所述指示信息执行 S503发送到其他移动性管理网元, 所述其他移动性管理网元可以是 SGSN, 也 可以是 MME。 因此, 为了避免不必要的发送指示消息, 浪费系统资源, 可选 的, 在 S503具体为: ^目标网元 RAT是 LTE时, 发送所述指示信, ¾至 MME。
本实施例中 , SGSN确定所述 old LAI不在当前服务所述 UE的 MSC Pool 的服务区域, 发送指示信息至目标网元, 所述指示信息指示目标网元指示 MSC/VLR向 HSS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息,保证在 HSS/HLR中注册的 MSC 是当前服务于 UE的 MSC, UE能够正常进行的业务。
实施例五
图 6示出了本发明实施例五提供的移动交换中心池的信息处理方法的实现 的流程图, 详述如下:
S601中, 当 UE移至 SGSN, 发起 (联合)路由区更新消息或者 (联合)附着消 息时, 所述消息中包括 old RAI , 其中, 接入网元在转发上述消息时会将用户 设备当前接入的小区标识或者路由区标识发送到 SGSN。
本发明实施例中,接入网元可以是 BSS(base station subsystem,基站子系统), 发送小区标识到 SGSN,或者 RNC(radio access controller, 无线基站控制器),发 送路由区标识到 SGSN。
在 S602中, 确定所述 old LAI不在当前服务所述 UE的 MSC Pool的服务 区域。
在 S603中, SGSN接收 MME发送的请求消息,所述请求消息可以是 (SGSN) 上下文请求消息 ((SGSN) context request )或者标识请求消息 (identification request), 消息中可以包括 UE当前接入的 RAT, 所述请求消息中包括用户设备 的 P-TMSI。
在 S604 中, 据所述请求消息, 通过上下文响应消息或者标识响应消息发 送所述指示信息至 MME,所述指示信息用于指示所述 MME指示 MSC/VLR向 HSS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息。
本实施例中, SGSN查找用户设备上下文信息, 用户设备上下文信息中包 括用户设备 IMSI, SGSN发送指示信息至 MME, 所述指示信息指示 MME是 否指示 MSC/VLR向 HSS/HLR发送更新位置请求消息, SGSN也会将用户设备 IMSI发送至 MME, 用于标识用户设备。
本实施例中,当 UE从其它的 MSC Pool外的服务区域移动移动到当前服务 用户设备的 MSC Pool的服务区域时, 在后续流程中 SGSN接收 MME发送的 请求消息, 则根据所述请求消息, SGSN发送指示信息至 MME, 以使 MME通 知 MSC/VLR向 HSS/HLR发送位置更新消息, 并注册为服务 UE的节点, 保证 在 HSS/HLR中注册的 MSC是当前服务于 UE的 MSC, UE能够正常进行的业 务, 提升用户业务体验。
