Abstract

L'invention concerne, dans certains modes de réalisation, de nouveaux dispositifs de pipette, des systèmes de pipetage et leurs procédés d'utilisation qui nécessitent qu'un utilisateur utilise moins de force pour une ou plusieurs fonctions telles que : charger un embout de pipette, aspirer l'échantillon, distribuer l'échantillon et éjecter un embout de pipette. Un dispositif de pipette de l'invention comprend : un piston de pipette ; au moins une paire d'aimants ; et au moins un ressort ; le dispositif de pipette étant configurée pour réduire la force requise par un utilisateur pour aspirer, distribuer, charger et éjecter un embout de pipette. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un dispositif de pipette de l'invention comprend en outre une détente. Dans certains modes de réalisation, une pipette selon l'invention comprend de plus une gâchette. Certains modes de réalisation décrivent des systèmes d'électroporation comprenant un dispositif de pipette de l'invention ainsi que diverses configurations de systèmes et de dispositifs d'électroporation et leurs procédés d'utilisation.
