Abstract
The invention relates to mining and, more particularly, to devices for drilling wellbores in hard and ultra-hard rock. The wellbore drilling assembly comprises a drill string, which includes a rock cutting tool provided with through openings for the outlet of drilling fluid, a hydraulic vibrator, which has an interior cavitator in the form of a nozzle with a flow passage that comprises a cylindrical portion, with a critical diameter Dкр, and a flared portion, i.e. a diffuser, and a hollow body situated downstream of the cavitator. In the flow passage the length L of the cylindrical portion is L = 0.5-2.0 of the critical diameter Dкр, the total area S1 of the through openings in the rock cutting tool is 7-10 times greater than the area S of the cross-section of the cylindrical portion of the cavitator flow passage, and the expansion angle α of the diffuser in the flow passage is α = 10-180°. Mounted on the upper end of the cavitator there is a drilling fluid flow stabilizer in the form of a sleeve having an inside diameter d which is 2-3 of the critical diameter Dкр of the cylindrical portion of the cavitator and a length L1 which is 10-15 of the inside dimater d, wherein the diameter D2 of the hollow body of the hydraulic vibrator is equal to the diameter D1 of the outlet cross-section of the diffuser of the cavitator, and the length L2 of the hollow body of the hydraulic vibrator is not less than 90-110 of the critical diameter Dкр of the cylindrical portion of the cavitator. Technical result: reduced energy consumption and increased productivity.
