Abstract
Изобретение относитс к буровой технике и может быть использовано дл бурени скважин в средних и твердых породах. Цель - повышение эффективности бурени путем регулировани силы и частоты удара. Снар д состоит из бурильной трубы 1, св занной с переходником 2 посредством муфты 3 со шлицевым соединением 4. Внутри муфты 3 расположен кавитатор 5, выполенный в виде сопла с каналом 6. Корпус выполнен в виде колонковой трубы 7 с породоразрушающей коронкой 8, котора имеет режущую часть 9 и боковые пазы 10 и 11. На бурильной трубе 1 установлен фланец 18 и регулировочные кольца 20, в которые своими концами упираетс пружина 19. При протекании промывочной жидкости через канал 6 сопла благодар создаваемым в полости трубы 7 перепадам давлени создаютс автоколебани , частота и сила которых регулируетс пружиной 19 и кольцами 20. 4 ил.The invention relates to a drilling technique and can be used for drilling wells in medium and hard formations.
