Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la création des émulsions finement dispersées constituées d'eau et de substances non hydrosolubles stables dans le temps du point de vue de leurs propriétés physico-chimiques, d'émulsions eau / hydrocarbures, de la production d' additifs pour carburants respectueux de l'environnement qui représentent un intérêt pour l'industrie alimentaire, les services communaux, la construction de routes et l'exploitation des équipements automobiles. L'invention concerne aussi le domaine de la transformation et du recyclage des substances non hydrosolubles dans l'eau, des résidus pétroliers, des composants hydrocarbures et des composants contenant de l'eau (eaux contaminées par mazout, lubrifiants d'arrosage usés, etc.) et peut s'employer pour transformer et recycler les déchets d'hydrocarbures liquides ou condensées (pétrole, mazout, carburant diesel, huiles végétales et minérales, boues pétrolières, boues de mazout, paraffines, asphaltènes, etc.). Le procédé pour produire des émulsions eau / hydrocarbures à stabilité temporelle et des additifs pour carburants respectueux de l'environnement et de composant hydrocarbure consiste à les purifier des impuretés mécanique puis à les mélanger dans un appareil désintégrant, par des structures hydrodynamiques à micro-tourbillons. Le produit de mélange est soumis simultanément à la destruction et à l'homogénéisation dans un appareil désintégrant, et la taille maximale des particules de phase dispersée ne dépasse pas les 10 micromètres avec une valeur moyenne de 0,01-1 micromètres. Pour améliorer la stabilité temporelle de l'émulsion eau / hydrocarbures on peut y ajouter des émulsifiants. La teneur globale en eau de l'émulsion eau / hydrocarbures inflammable et stable dans le temps peut osciller dans une fourchette de 1-95 %. En même temps, on réduit les émulsions polluantes d'un facteur 5-1000. L'eau utilisée peut être des eaux contaminées par mazout, des effluents d'eau transportant de l'énergie, des lubrifiants d'arrosage usés et de l'eau technique.
