Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a disposable diaper, and more particularly, to a disposable diaper in consideration of preventing leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the crotch.
  • Disposable diapers generally have a front waistline portion, a back waistline portion, and a crotch portion, and have a narrowest crotch width in order to correspond to the wearer's body characteristics. Furthermore, since a large load (load) is easily applied to the crotch part having such a narrow width when the disposable diaper is mounted, it is easy to induce leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the crotch part.

The leakage-preventing sheet (55) has: an overlapping region (R1) overlapping the leg-encircling extending/contracting sections (100) in a plan view of the disposable diaper (10); and a non-overlapping region (R2) that is positioned to the outside of in the product lengthwise direction (L) of the overlapping region (R1) and that does not overlap the leg-encircling extending/contracting sections (100). The overlapping region (R1) is formed at the portion at which the distance in the product widthwise direction (W) between one of the leg-encircling extending/contracting sections (100) and the other of the leg-encircling extending/contracting sections (100) becomes the narrowest and at the central section in the product lengthwise direction (L), and becomes narrower towards the outside in the product lengthwise direction (L).

Description

Disposable diapers
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper, and more particularly, to a disposable diaper in consideration of preventing leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the crotch.
Disposable diapers generally have a front waistline portion, a back waistline portion, and a crotch portion, and have a narrowest crotch width in order to correspond to the wearer's body characteristics. Furthermore, since a large load (load) is easily applied to the crotch part having such a narrow width when the disposable diaper is mounted, it is easy to induce leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the crotch part.
Therefore, in order to seal the area near the crotch part of disposable diapers more reliably, a part that forms a leg opening with a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet (generally a plastic film sheet or a non-woven fabric with increased water pressure resistance). There is a known structure in which the gap between the pair of leg elastic members is narrowed at the crotch part and widened at the front waistline part and the rear waistline part (for example, Patent Document 1).
In addition, although there is no leak-proof sheet on the entire exterior sheet, there is also a known structure in which a leak-proof sheet is provided only at the position on the back side of the absorbent body (leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the non-skin contact crotch). (For example, Patent Document 2).
特開平4-122257号公報(第3図)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-122257 (FIG. 3) 特開2000-107227号公報(第3図)JP 2000-107227 A (FIG. 3)
However, the conventional disposable diaper described above has the following problems. That is, the disposable diaper disclosed in Patent Document 1 can prevent leakage due to the excretion of excrement from the crotch where the load is most likely to be applied, but the entire portion forming the leg opening is low in air permeability. Since it is covered with the leak-proof sheet, there is a problem that troubles such as stuffiness are likely to occur on the skin around the legs of the wearer where the leak-proof sheet is in close contact with the elastic member.
Moreover, in the disposable diaper disclosed in Patent Document 2, troubles such as stuffiness can be suppressed on the skin around the wearer's legs, but leakage due to exudates from the crotch where the load is most likely to be applied. There is a problem that cannot be prevented sufficiently.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a disposable diaper that further enhances the wearer's comfort while preventing leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the crotch.

(1) Overall Schematic Configuration of Disposable Diaper FIG. 1 is a developed plan view of a disposable diaper 10 according to this embodiment. FIG. 2 is an enlarged plan view of the leg-hole stretchable part 100. FIG. 3 is a view schematically showing a cross section of the disposable diaper 10 taken along line F3-F3 shown in FIG. In addition, the expansion | deployment top view shown in FIG. 1 is a figure of the state which extended the leg gathers 75 and the leg side gathers 80 until the state where the top sheets 50, the side flaps 70, etc. which comprise the disposable diaper 10 are not formed. However, for convenience of explanation, the leg side gather 80 is illustrated in an expanded and contracted state.
1 to 3, the disposable diaper 10 has a front waistline portion 20, a crotch portion 25, and a rear waistline portion 30. The front waistline portion 20 is a portion in contact with the wearer's front waistline portion. Further, the rear waistline portion 30 is a portion in contact with the wearer's rear waistline portion. The crotch portion 25 is located between the front waistline portion 20 and the rear waistline portion 30. The front waistline portion 20, the crotch portion 25, and the rear waistline portion 30 constitute an absorbent main body 15. In the present embodiment, a direction from the front waistline portion 20 toward the rear waistline portion 30 is referred to as a product longitudinal direction L, and a direction orthogonal to the product longitudinal direction L is referred to as a product width direction W.
The disposable diaper 10 has a pair of leg-hole recesses 35 formed therein. Specifically, the leg-hole recess 35 is formed in the side edge portion (specifically, the side flap 70) in the product width direction W of the absorbent main body 15, and is recessed toward the center in the product width direction W. It is out. When the disposable diaper 10 is worn by the wearer, the leg circumference recess 35 is engaged with the fastening tape 90 provided in the rear waistline part 30 to the front waistline part 20, specifically the target tape 65, An opening is formed from the front waistline portion 20 to the rear waistline portion 30. The leg-hole recess 35 includes the position (E1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) of the intersection of the center of the target tape 65 in the product longitudinal direction L and the edge of the side flap 70, and the proximal end of the fastening tape 90 on the crotch 25 side. (E2 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2).
The disposable diaper 10 includes an absorber 40 that extends across the crotch portion 25 and extends to the front waistline portion 20 and the back waistline portion 30. The absorbent main body 15 has a vertically long shape including the liquid retaining absorbent body 40. The absorber 40 includes an absorbent core 40a and a core wrap 40b.
The absorber 40 is the same as a conventional disposable diaper, and can be appropriately configured using a known member or material such as pulverized pulp or a superabsorbent polymer. The absorbent core 40a is wrapped with a sheet-like core wrap 40b. The core wrap 40b is a sheet that covers the absorbent core 40a. At least a part on the skin surface side of the core wrap 40b is constituted by various fiber nonwoven fabrics or tissue sheets having liquid permeability. For example, air-through fibrous nonwoven fabric of weight approximately 10 ~ 30g / m 2, spun bond nonwoven fabric, SMS can be used (spunbond - spunbond - Merutoburon) nonwoven or tissue sheet of the mass about 10 ~ 30g / m 2,.
A liquid-permeable top sheet 50 is provided on the surface side (skin contact surface side) of the absorber 40. In addition, a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet 55 is provided on the back side (non-skin contact surface side) of the absorber 40. On the back side of the leak-proof sheet 55, a back sheet 60 formed of a nonwoven fabric is provided. The leak-proof sheet 55 is composed of a plastic film sheet or a non-woven fabric with increased water pressure resistance.
The side flaps 70 in the product width direction W of the absorbent main body 15 are respectively provided with side flaps 70 from the front waistline portion 20 to the rear waistline portion 30. The side flap 70 is comprised by the nonwoven fabric which piled up the 1 sheet or 2 or more sheets. The pair of side flaps 70 are each provided with a fastening tape 90.
A pair of left and right leg-hole expansion / contraction portions 100 are provided at the side end portions of the side flaps 70 in the product width direction W. The leg-hole stretchable part 100 extends in the product longitudinal direction L in the region where the leg-hole recess 35 is formed, and at least a part thereof can be stretched along the product longitudinal direction L. Specifically, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 extends to the end of the leg-hole recess 35 in the product longitudinal direction L.
In the present embodiment, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is a region including the stretchable sheet 200 (see FIG. 1), and the edge in the product width direction of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is serpentine in the product longitudinal direction L. The stretchable sheet 200 is formed of a stretchable nonwoven fabric sheet. More specifically, the stretchable sheet 200 includes a pair of non-stretchable sheets and an elastic element sandwiched between the pair of nonstretchable sheets, and is disposed in a state of being stretched in the product longitudinal direction L. . That is, in this embodiment, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is configured by a sheet-like elastic member.
Also, a pair of leg side gathers 80 extending along the product longitudinal direction L are provided inside the pair of leg-hole stretchable parts 100 (near the center in the product width direction W). The disposable diaper 10 may include a waist gather disposed along the product width direction W in the front waistline portion 20 and the back waistline portion 30.
(2) Shape of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 Next, the shape of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 will be specifically described. As shown in FIG. 2, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is provided along the edge of the leg-hole recess 35 of the disposable diaper 10.
In addition, the leg periphery elastic part 100 can be manufactured by the following methods, for example. In other words, the stretchable sheet 200 extends beyond the cut positions at the front and rear ends of the leg-hole recess 35 while being bent so as to follow the shape of the leg roll. In this case, the stretchable sheet 200 is sandwiched between the sheet constituting the side flap 70 or the leg side gather 80 and the leakproof sheet, and fixed to the sheet with an adhesive. Next, the leg stretchable part 100 can be formed by cutting the stretchable sheet 200 and the sheet along the leg recess 35 with a cutter having a predetermined cut shape.
In this embodiment, the width W1 along the product width direction W in the natural state of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is 5 mm or more and 45 mm or less, more preferably 12.5 m or more and 40 mm or less. If it is less than 5 mm, the stress on the wearer's skin increases due to concentration of the elastic sheet 200, while if it exceeds 45 mm, the area around the leg becomes too wide compared to the overall width of the disposable diaper 10. The leg stretchable part 100 is easily caught or turned around the wearer's body.
In addition, the natural state means a case where the disposable diaper 10 is taken out from the package and measured after being left for 60 minutes in an atmosphere of 20 ° C ± 2 ° C and relative humidity 60% ± 5% RH. The expansion / contraction ratio of the leg-hole expansion / contraction part 100 is set to 1.5 times or more and 2.4 times or less. By setting such an expansion / contraction rate, the leg-hole expansion / contraction part 100 can be appropriately fitted to the wearer's body.
The expansion / contraction rate means the degree of expansion / contraction in the product width direction W of the leg-hole expansion / contraction part 100, and is defined as follows.
Expansion rate = (length of the leg extension / contraction part 100 in the product when extended) / (length of the leg extension / contraction part 100 of the product in the natural state)
Note that the maximum length when stretched is the product width direction of the leg extension / contraction part 100 when the product is provided with the leg extension / contraction part 100 to be measured (disposable diaper 10) and is extended to the maximum extent that the product does not break. The length along W is measured. In addition, the length in the natural state of the contracted state is such that the product is placed on a flat surface and the load on the product width direction is not applied as much as possible. The length along the product width direction W is measured. In addition, when the leg stretchable part 100 is curved as in the present embodiment, the length in each state described above is measured along the line of the end part inside the product width direction W of the stretchable sheet 200. Is preferred.
Further, in the plan view of the disposable diaper 10, the leak-proof sheet 55 is located on the outer side L in the product longitudinal direction L of the overlapping region R1 and the overlapping region R1, and overlaps with the leg-based expanding and contracting unit 100. It has a non-overlapping region R2. Note that the non-overlapping area where the leak-proof sheet 55 and the leg-hole stretchable part 100 do not overlap exists also in the product width direction W inside the overlapping area R1, but here the non-overlapping area is the overlapping area R1. The non-overlapping region R2 located outside the product longitudinal direction L is different.
The overlapping region R1 is formed in a portion where the distance d3 in the product width direction W between one of the leg-hole stretchable parts 100 and the other of the leg-hole stretchable parts 100 is the narrowest, and in the center in the product longitudinal direction L. The The width of the overlapping region R1 becomes narrower toward the outside in the product longitudinal direction L because the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is curved. The non-overlapping region R2 is formed outside the overlapping region R1 in the product longitudinal direction L and at a portion where the distance d3 is wider than the overlapping region R1. Further, the overlapping region R1 of the leak-proof sheet 55 is disposed on the inner side of the end portion of the leg-hole recess 35 in the product longitudinal direction L.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, at the position corresponding to at least one of the front waistline portion 20 and the crotch portion 25, the thickness of the leg stretchable portion 100 on the outer side in the product width direction W is It is preferable to be thinner than the thickness in the product width direction W. Specifically, the thickness of the edge of the leg stretchable part 100 in the product width direction W is smaller at the position near the edge so that the thickness of the edge is thinner than the inside of the product width direction W. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the side end portion (T1 in the figure) of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 in the product width direction W has three sheets (leg side gather 80, stretchable sheet 200, and backsheet 60). ) Is provided. On the other hand, in the product width direction W inner part (T2 in the figure) of the leg-hole stretchable part 100, four sheets (with a leakage prevention sheet 55 added) are provided.
Since the portion of the disposable diaper 10 corresponding to the wearer's groin is the most likely to bite by the movement of the foot, the product width direction W of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 from the product width direction W in this way When the disposable diaper 10 is worn, the leg-hole expansion / contraction part 100 can be in close contact with the product width direction W from the inside to the outside when the disposable diaper 10 is worn. For this reason, the fitting property and stability of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 around the ridge part can be improved, and the effect of pressure dispersion on the skin by the leg-hole stretchable part 100 can be stably exhibited.
In addition, for the joining between the stretchable sheet and the non-stretchable sheet constituting the leg stretchable part 100, a linear adhesive such as spiral coating or Ω coating is made to have an adhesive existing part and a non-existing part. Pattern coating is performed. Furthermore, the nonwoven fabric sheet comprised by the elastic fiber which has an elastomer property is used for an elastic sheet. With these configurations, since the nonwoven fabric sheet fibers are entangled with each other at the end of the leg-hole recess 35, the end of the leg-hole recess 35 does not open when the disposable diaper 10 is used, and there is no adhesive on the entire end of the leg-hole recess 35. Therefore, a more flexible leg-hole stretchable part 100 can be obtained.
In addition, the above-described coating can also inhibit the stretchability of the stretchable sheet from being inhibited by the non-stretchable sheet, and can improve the adhesion to the wearer's body near the leg-hole recess 35.
FIG. 4 is a diagram schematically showing a wearing state of the disposable diaper 10 to the wearer. Since stress tends to concentrate on the front end and the rear end of the leg-hole recess 35, it is preferable that the pressure on the skin be more dispersible. Specifically, since the proximal end of the fastening tape 90 and the position near the target tape 65 provided on the front waistline portion 20 and the front end and the rear end of the leg circumference recess 35, stress is easily concentrated, and the disposable diaper 10 Since it is a site | part which may overlap before and behind at the time of wear, it is preferable to make it convex so that the pressure to skin may be disperse | distributed.
(3) Action / Effect According to the disposable diaper 10, the leg stretchable part 100 is provided at the side end in the product width direction W of the side flap 70, and the product longitudinal direction L in the region where the leg circumference recess 35 is formed. Extend to. In addition, the overlapping region R1 is a portion where the distance d3 in the product width direction W between one of the leg-hole stretchable parts 100 and the other of the leg-hole stretchable parts 100 is the narrowest, and in the central part in the product longitudinal direction L. The non-overlapping region R2 is formed outside the overlapping region R1 in the product longitudinal direction L and at a portion where the distance d3 is wider than the overlapping region R1. For this reason, when the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is extended in the product longitudinal direction L when the disposable diaper 10 is attached, the overlapping region R1 of the leak-proof sheet 55 is curved along the leg-hole concave part 35. By extending 100, the product extends in the product width direction W outside. When the leak-proof sheet 55 projects outward in the product width direction W in this manner, the leak-proof sheet 55 is lifted toward the upper part of the wearer's body in the crotch part 25 when the disposable diaper 10 is worn (dotted line in FIG. 4). (See arrow).
Therefore, leakage of excrement from the vicinity of the crotch part 25 can be reliably prevented by the leak-proof sheet 55 lifted toward the wearer's body. Further, since the leak-proof sheet 55 does not directly contact the wearer's skin and the leg-hole stretchable part 100 contacts the wearer's skin, the wearer's comfort can be further enhanced.
In the present embodiment, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is constituted by a sheet-like elastic member, specifically, the stretchable sheet 200, and extends to the end of the leg-hole recess 35 in the product longitudinal direction L. Further, the overlapping region R1 is disposed on the inner side of the end portion of the leg-hole recess 35 in the product longitudinal direction L. For this reason, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 can be in close contact with the wearer's leg around the surface, and the leak-proof sheet 55 in the overlapping region R1 can be securely in close contact with the wearer's body. On the other hand, since the leak-proof sheet 55 does not exist at the end of the leg-hole recess 35, air permeability around the leg can be ensured.
In the present embodiment, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is configured by a pair of non-stretchable sheets and an elastic element sandwiched between the pair of non-stretchable sheets, and is arranged in a stretched state in the product longitudinal direction L. . For this reason, when the disposable diaper 10 is mounted, a gather along the product width direction W is formed, and air permeability can be secured. On the other hand, in the overlapping region R1, the number of stacked layers by the leak-proof sheet 55 and the leg-hole stretchable part 100 changes. Compared with a portion with a large number of stacked layers, a portion with a small number is easier to stretch when attached and a wrinkle becomes smaller, so that a uniform wrinkle does not extend and leakage of excrement can be suppressed.
(4) Other Embodiments As described above, the contents of the present invention have been disclosed through the embodiments of the present invention. However, it is understood that the descriptions and drawings constituting a part of this disclosure limit the present invention. Should not. From this disclosure, various alternative embodiments, examples, and operational techniques will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
For example, the shape of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 described above may be changed as follows. FIG. 5 is an enlarged plan view of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 according to the modified example of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, the end edges in the product width direction of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 according to this modification meander in the product longitudinal direction L. Specifically, the inflection points P1 to P5 are formed in the leg-hole stretchable part 100, so that the edge of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 in the product width direction W has a meandering shape. For this reason, the edge in the product width direction of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 has irregularities in the product width direction W with respect to the curve S1 along the leg circumference of the wearer of the disposable diaper 10.
More specifically, the distance between the edge in the product width direction W of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 and the center line CL (see FIG. 1), which is a straight line passing through the center in the product width direction W and parallel to the product longitudinal direction ( The distances d1 and d2) change from the front waistline portion 20 toward the rear waistline portion 30. Multiple inflection points (inflection points P2, P4) where the distance turns from decrease to increase, and multiple inflection points (inflection points P1, P3, P5) where the distance turns from decrease to increase It is done.
The amplitude A in the product width direction W of the meandering portion formed in the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is preferably 2.5 mm or more and 20 mm or less. When the amplitude A is based on a predetermined inflection point (for example, the inflection point P4), the inflection point and two inflection points adjacent to the inflection point (for example, the inflection points P3 and P5). ) And a position perpendicular to the straight line passing through the inflection point (P4). The starting point of the amplitude of the convex portion 110 is the position (E1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2) of the intersection of the center of the target tape 65 in the product longitudinal direction L and the edge of the side flap 70, and the amplitude of the convex portion 120. The starting point is the position of the proximal end of the fastening tape 90 on the crotch 25 side (E2 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2).
Also, the amplitude A is the distance between the inflection point and the position measured when the disposable diaper 10 is expanded and stretched. When the amplitude A is less than 2.5 mm, the uneven area of the leg-hole stretchable part 100 cannot be sufficiently formed, and the pressure on the skin when the disposable diaper 10 is worn is hardly relaxed. Further, if the amplitude A exceeds 20 mm, the leg-hole stretchable part 100 is likely to be sandwiched between the wearer's body and the disposable diaper 10 due to the movement of the wearer, and the function of each uneven region cannot be expressed. In addition, the unevenness becomes too conspicuous, and the visual impression around the legs when the disposable diaper 10 is worn becomes worse.
The unfolded and stretched state refers to a state where the entire disposable diaper 10 is unfolded as shown in FIG. Specifically, the gathered portion that is expanded and contracted by the elastic element is extended to the extent that there is no gather by visual observation and held on a flat table.
The amplitude A can also be confirmed by taking out only the non-stretchable member forming the leg portion (in this embodiment, the nonwoven fabric forming the side flap or the back sheet) from the main body of the disposable diaper 10.
At the front end and the rear end of the leg-hole recess 35, protrusions 110 and ridges 120 that are convex outward in the product width direction W from the other parts of the leg-hole recess 35 are formed.
The convex part 130 and the concave part 140 formed in the crotch part 25 need to be along the wearer's body in addition to the pressure relaxation to the skin. On the other hand, the positions near the front end and the rear end of the leg-hole recess 35 need to be able to relieve pressure on the skin. Therefore, by adopting the shape as in the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the pressure on the skin from being concentrated on a specific portion while reducing the load itself applied to the leg stretchable part 100 due to the movement of the wearer.
Since the concave portion 125 is concave toward the center in the product width direction W so as to follow the curve S1 along the wearer's leg, it is easy to follow the wearer's ridge portion. For this reason, the elastic sheet 200 fits more to the wearer, and the crotch part 25 from the front waistline portion 20 of the disposable diaper 10 can be stably placed along the body regardless of the wearer's movement. For example, even when the movement of the wearer's leg narrows the width of the absorbent body 40, the recess 125 continues to fit into the ridge and maintains the wide state without the width of the absorbent body 40 narrowing. it can. Therefore, it is preferable that there is a recess such as the recess 125 closer to the front waistline portion 20 than the center in the product longitudinal direction L of the disposable diaper 10.
The convex part 130 is formed at a position corresponding to the crotch part of the wearer. The crotch part 25 is sandwiched between the leg racks of the wearer and the distance between the left and right leg racks is also a narrow region. It is a portion that is easily inserted into the disposable diaper 10. Therefore, it is preferable that the leg-hole stretchable part 100 covers the body more widely, and the protrusion 130 can more reliably prevent the excrement from leaking from the absorbent main body 15. In addition, as described above, the concave portion 125 fits into the ridge portion, thereby further preventing the convex portion 130 from entering.
The recess 140 and the recess 160 are formed closer to the rear waistline 30 than the center of the disposable diaper 10 in the product longitudinal direction L. A convex portion 150 is formed between the concave portion 140 and the concave portion 160. That is, the recess 140 and the recess 160 are formed at a predetermined distance in the product longitudinal direction L. Such a shape is such that when the disposable diaper 10 is worn on the wearer's body using the fastening tape 90, the leg elastic part 100 (or leg side gather 80) is caught on the wearer's body and the front waistline (abdomen) ) Can be prevented from being mounted without being covered.
The concave portion 140 is formed so that the leg-hole concave portion 35 is not caught in the narrow crotch portion when it is applied to the abdomen from the wearer's buttocks through the crotch portion. In addition, the recess 160 is correct when the fastening part 90 on the side of the rear waistline 30 is fastened to the target tape 65, and the leg stretchable part 100 on the rear waistline 30 side is caught on the wearer's body. It is formed in order to prevent it from being fixed to the position, and to prevent the leg-hole elastic part 100 on the rear waistline part 30 side from being stretched and attached from the fastening tape 90. When the leg elastic part 100 is caught on the wearer's body and is attached while being stretched, force is applied in the direction of shifting the disposable diaper 10 downward by the movement of the wearer's leg, so the fastening diaper 10 is placed around the waist with fastening tape 90 Even if it is held, deviation is likely to occur, which is not preferable.
The convex portion 150 is formed together with the adjacent concave portion 140 and concave portion 160 to relieve pressure on the skin mainly at a position corresponding to the back from a position corresponding to the buttocks of the wearer. Furthermore, since the convex part 150 covers the wearer's buttocks widely, the appearance can be improved, and it is possible to give a sense of security that the excrement leakage and the displacement of the disposable diaper 10 are difficult to occur by covering the body widely.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the stretchable sheet 200 constituting the leg-hole stretchable portion 100 extends to the end on the outer side in the product width direction W. In consideration, the stretchable sheet 200 does not necessarily have to extend to the outer end in the product width direction W. That is, the end of the stretchable sheet 200 on the outer side in the product width direction W may be located on the inner side of the product width direction W than the end of the back sheet 60, the leg side gather 80, or the like on the outer side of the product width. In this case, the distance between the end of the stretchable sheet 200 on the outer side in the product width direction W and the end of the back sheet 60, the leg side gather 80, etc. on the outer side of the product width direction is preferably 7 mm or less.
In the above-described embodiment, the open type disposable diaper provided with the fastening tape 90 has been described as an example, but the present invention can also be applied to a pants-type disposable diaper.
