发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种多点同步存储的文件下载异常处理系统及方法,当从近端文件服务器下载文件失败后,能够根据文件存储配置表和服务轮询方式来选择远端文件服务器请求下载用户所需的文件,并且可以实现文件服务器中错误文件的自动修复功能。

在本实施例中,所述的应用服务器1还包括存储设备11、处理器12以及显示设备13。其中,存储设备11存储有文件存储配置表,其包括文件名称、文件服务器3的编号信息、以及文件存在状态信息。参考图3所示,是一种文件存储配置表的示意图。在本实施例中,假设某一文件的文件名称为“34ced40f2b614a1SZ06”,其同步存储在四个不同地区的文件服务器3中。例如,编号“KS”表示放置在昆山的文件服务器3,编号“SZ”表示放置在深圳的文件服务器3,编号“TW”表示放置在台北的文件服务器3,以及编号“US”表示放置在美国的文件服务器3。其中,文件存在状态“0”表示用户所需的文件没有存在文件服务器3中,文件存在状态“1”表示用户所需的文件存在文件服务器3中。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多点同步存储的文件下载异常处理系统,运行于应用服务器中,该应用服务器通过网络连接有至少一台终端设备和多台文件服务器,其特征在于,所述的文件下载异常处理系统包括:
    第一下载模块,用于从终端设备接收用户输入的文件下载请求,该文件下载请求包括终端设备的IP地址以及文件名称,该第一下载模块根据终端设备的IP地址查找与该终端设备最近的文件服务器作为第一文件服务器,根据文件名称从该第一文件服务器下载用户所需的文件,以及判断终端设备是否从第一文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件;
    第二下载模块,用于当终端设备从第一文件服务器中没有成功下载到用户所需的文件时,从文件存储配置表中查找存储有该文件的所有远端的文件服务器,选择其中之一个远端的文件服务器作为下载文件的第二文件服务器,根据文件名称从该第二文件服务器下载用户所需的文件,以及判断终端设备是否从第二文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件;
    异常处理模块,用于当终端设备从第二文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件时,将第二文件服务器中的文件同步存储到第一文件服务器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的文件下载异常处理系统,其特征在于,所述的异常处理模块还用于当终端设备从第一文件服务器或第二文件服务器没有成功下载到用户所需的文件时,记录文件下载失败信息并将该文件下载失败信息显示在应用服务器的显示设备上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的文件下载异常处理系统,其特征在于,所述的文件存储配置表存储在应用服务器的存储设备中,其包括文件名称、文件服务器的编号信息以及文件存在状态信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的文件下载异常处理系统,其特征在于,当终端设备从第一文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件时,所述的第一下载模块将从第一文件服务器下载到的文件上传到终端设备;当终端设备从第二文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件时,所述的第二下载模块将从第二文件服务器下载到的文件上传到终端设备。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的文件下载异常处理系统,其特征在于,所述的第二下载模块首先将最初保存有用户所需文件的远端文件服务器作为第二文件服务器,若最初保存有用户所需文件的远端文件服务器中的文件已损坏,则通过服务轮询方式来选择其它远端文件服务器作为第二文件服务器。
  6. 一种多点同步存储的文件下载异常处理方法,应用于应用服务器中,该应用服务器通过网络连接有至少一台终端设备和多台文件服务器,其特征在于,该方法包括步骤:
    从终端设备接收用户输入的文件下载请求,该文件下载请求包括终端设备的IP地址以及文件名称;
    根据终端设备的IP地址查找与该终端设备最近的文件服务器作为第一文件服务器,并根据文件名称从该第一文件服务器下载用户所需的文件;
    判断终端设备是否从第一文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件;
    当终端设备从第一文件服务器中没有成功下载到用户所需的文件时,从文件存储配置表中查找存储有该文件的所有远端的文件服务器;
    选择其中之一个远端的文件服务器作为下载文件的第二文件服务器,并根据文件名称从该第二文件服务器下载用户所需的文件;
    判断终端设备是否从第二文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件;
    当终端设备从第二文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件时,将第二文件服务器中的文件同步存储到第一文件服务器。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的文件下载异常处理方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    当终端设备从第一文件服务器或第二文件服务器没有成功下载到用户所需的文件时,记录文件下载失败信息并将该文件下载失败信息显示在应用服务器的显示设备上。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的文件下载异常处理方法,其特征在于,所述的文件存储配置表存储在应用服务器的存储设备中,其包括文件名称、文件服务器的编号信息以及文件存在状态信息。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的文件下载异常处理方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    当终端设备从第一文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件时,将从第一文件服务器下载到的文件上传到终端设备;
    当终端设备从第二文件服务器成功下载到用户所需的文件时,将从第二文件服务器下载到的文件上传到终端设备。
  10. 如权利要求6所述的文件下载异常处理方法,其特征在于,所述的选择其中之一个远端的文件服务器作为下载文件的第二文件服务器的步骤包括如下步骤:
    首先将最初保存有用户所需文件的远端文件服务器作为第二文件服务器;以及
    若最初保存有用户所需文件的远端文件服务器中的文件已损坏,则通过服务轮询方式来选择其它远端文件服务器作为第二文件服务器。
