一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,包括数据撷取单元和远程订做单元,其中该数据撷取单元是通过成像设备进行人体拍摄的数码相片传输至远程订做单元进行分析处理,该远程订做单元包括客户端和服务器端,所述客户端包括虚拟穿带编辑器、虚拟服饰模板和服务器共享端,所述服务器端与客户端对接,包括后台更新系统,藉由此等系统结构的组合,实现了一种全像术侦测量身,并结合应用计算机及其网络技术平台采取的虚拟服饰搭配运用的远程订做系统。

一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统及其方法 技术领域
本发明提供一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统及方法,尤指一种全像术侦测量身,并结合应用计算机及其网络技术平台采取的虚拟服饰搭配运用的远程订做系统和方法。
背景技术
按,随着生活环境的变迁,人们的生活质量也随之提升,在衣着上除了上班服及居家服外,为了因应不同场合及不同活动时,衣着也须随之变化,即需添购新的服饰,来应付该等活动,使得在参加活动时显得庄重、美丽或不失礼仪。
惟,当人们在添购新的服饰时,需在商家的试衣间对欲添购的服饰进行试穿,看所试穿的服饰是否合身合宜。
然,在试穿过程中,若遇到人潮多时,商家的试衣间不足之情形下,人们就需在试衣间前排队,等候换穿服饰进行试穿,若等候过久易使排队队伍过长,且试穿的时间会被压缩,造成试穿上的不便,而排队等候试衣问的时间过长也会压缩到人们后续逛街行程的时间,对人们极为不便,同样,作为商家的一件件被供试穿的服饰样品不但占用场地,而且大多不会被客户认买,纵然有人认买,也会作降格处理,如果不但增加了商务成本,而且占用商务场地,更重要的是供试穿的服饰存在卫生问题。
因此,如何提供解决方案,是业界亟待解决的课题。
技术问题
为解决上述技术问题,本发明之目的在于提供一种全像术侦测量身,并结合应用计算机及其网络技术平台采取的虚拟服饰搭配运用的远程订做系统及其方法。
技术解决方案
为达成上述目的之技术手段在于:一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,包括数据撷取单元和远程订做单元,其中该数据撷取单元是通过成像设备将拍摄的人体数码相片传输至远程订做单元进行分析处理,该远程订做单元包括客户端和服务器端,所述客户端包括虚拟穿带编辑器、虚拟服饰模板和服务器共享端,所述服务器端与客户端对接,包括后台更新系统。
为达成上述目的之技术手段在于:一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统的方法是:(1)通过成像设备获得人体数码相片,并将该数码相片通过接入端口传输到网络客户端;(2)通过客户端的侦测尺寸单元,针对接入的所述数码相片进行尺寸侦测、运算,获得与实际人体相符合的尺寸数据;(3)通过虚拟服饰单元与虚拟服饰模板的结合,对数码相片及其运算获得的与之实际人体相符合的尺寸数据进行虚拟服饰的处理;(4)通过服务器共享端对虚拟穿带编辑器处理的数据进行确认并上传至服务器端,供远程厂商依提交的数据加工订做。
有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:利用智能手机或电脑连接的互联网系统平台,提供委托客制化订做的需求,解决了无需真人到场进行的量体裁衣、试穿选购服饰的环境限制,达成了足不出户也可进行广泛选择符合自己体形特征的服饰,从而为赢得宝贵时间、节省了商品占用空间,以及避免出行和排队拥挤之不利的良好效果。

请参阅图1所示,本发明一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,包括人像数据撷取单元10和远程订做单元20,所述远程订做单元20藉由手机或电脑及其互联网(未图示)平台为载体,其中:
请参阅图2并结合参阅图1所示,该数据撷取单元10是通过手机、数码相机或其它用于摄影的成像设备11按需求的视角进行人体拍摄,从而获取符合量身订做服饰的数码相片12,所述数码相片12可通过储存卡或者线缆传输至远程订做单元20进行分析处理。
请参阅图3并结合参阅图1所示,该远程订做单元20包括客户端21和服务器端22,其中:
所述客户端21包括虚拟穿带编辑器211、虚拟服饰模板212和服务器共享端213。在本发明实施例中,所述虚拟穿带编辑器211包括可接入数据撷取单元10的接入端口2111、侦测尺寸单元2112、虚拟服饰单元2113、服饰着色单元2114和服饰选料单元2115,其中:所述侦测尺寸单元2112可对接入的数码相片12进行尺寸测量和运算,从而获得与实际人体相符合的尺寸数据;所述虚拟服饰单元2113结合所述虚拟服饰模板212的可选服饰,对所述侦测尺寸单元2112运算出的该数码相片12的实际人体尺寸大小添加服饰;所述服饰着色单元2114可结合该虚拟服饰单元2113中已经添加的服饰进行换色修饰,以及所述服饰选料单元2115是该远程服饰订做系统的可选项,可依据客户对服饰材料的名称、材质规格等要求进行输入注明。在本发明实施例中,所述虚拟服饰模板212是虚拟服饰单元2113的配套机构,包括长上衣区2121、短上衣区2122、大衣区2123、长裤区2124、短裤区2125、风衣区2126、帽子区2127、鞋子区2128和其它区2129等。在本发明实施例中,所述服务器共享端213是将所述虚拟穿带编辑器211处理的数据提交给服务器端22共享,并供远程服饰订做厂商据此提交的数据需求订做服饰,该服务器共享端213包括确认键2131、提交键2132和付费键2133,以及所述服务器端22与客户端21对接,包括后台更新系统,因服务器端22并非本发明之设计重点,在此不作详细赘述。
前述虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统可以与现有的个人计算机和智能手机结合应用,其包括的方法步骤是:
步骤一:通过成像设备11获得人体数码相片12,并将该数码相片12通过接入端口2111传输到网络客户端21。
步骤二:通过客户端21的侦测尺寸单元2112,针对接入的所述数码相片12进行尺寸侦测、运算,藉此获得与实际人体相符合的尺寸数据,并记忆于该网络客户端21。
步骤三:通过虚拟服饰单元2113与虚拟服饰模板212的结合,对数码相片12及其运算获得的与之实际人体相符合的尺寸数据进行虚拟服饰的处理。
步骤四:服饰着色单元2114为客户可选项目,可对虚拟服饰模板212中有限的服饰颜色作补充修饰,使其达到客户需求服饰的色彩配制效果。
步骤五:服饰选料单元2115为客户可选项目,可针对虚拟服饰模板212中未标明的材料名称、材质规格,依据客户的需求进行输入注明。
步骤六:通过服务器共享端213的确认键2131对虚拟穿带编辑器处理的数据进行确认后,按提交键2132上传至服务器端22,供远程服饰订做厂商依客户确认的数据加工订做。在本发明之实施例中,实施加工订做可通过服务器共享端213的付费键2133约定付款方式,因该约定付款方式并非本发明创造的重点,恕不作详尽赘述。
综上所述,本发明符合发明专利要件,爰依法提出专利申请。惟,以上所述者仅为本发明之较佳实施例,举凡熟悉本案技艺之人士,在爰依本发明精神所作之等效修饰或变化,皆应涵盖于权利要求保护范围之内。

  1. 一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,包括数据撷取单元和远程订做单元,其特征在于,该数据撷取单元是通过成像设备将拍摄的人体数码相片传输至远程订做单元进行分析处理,该远程订做单元包括客户端和服务器端,所述客户端包括虚拟穿带编辑器、虚拟服饰模板和服务器共享端,所述服务器端与客户端对接,包括后台更新系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,其特征在于,所述虚拟穿带编辑器包括可接入数据撷取单元的接入端口、侦测尺寸单元、虚拟服饰单元、服饰着色单元和服饰选料单元。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,其特征在于,所述虚拟服饰模板包括长上衣区、短上衣区、大衣区、长裤区、短裤区、风衣区、帽子区、鞋子区和其它区。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统,其特征在于,所述服务器共享端包括确认键、提交键和付费键。
  5. 一种虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统的方法,其特征在于:(1)通过成像设备获得人体数码相片,并将该数码相片通过接入端口传输到网络客户端;(2)通过客户端的侦测尺寸单元,针对接入的所述数码相片进行尺寸侦测、运算,获得与实际人体相符合的尺寸数据;(3)通过虚拟服饰单元与虚拟服饰模板的结合,对数码相片及其运算获得的与之实际人体相符合的尺寸数据进行虚拟服饰的处理;(4)通过服务器共享端对虚拟穿带编辑器处理的数据进行确认并上传至服务器端,供远程厂商依提交的数据加工订做。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统的方法,其特征在于,该方法进一步包括通过服饰着色单元对虚拟服饰模板中有限的服饰颜色作补充修饰。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统的方法,其特征在于,该方法进一步包括通过服饰选料单元对虚拟服饰模板中未标明的材料名称、材质规格依据客户的需求进行输入注明。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统的方法,其特征在于,所述侦测尺寸单元可对接入的数码相片进行尺寸测量和运算,从而获得与实际人体相符合的尺寸数据。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的虚拟量身的远程服饰订做系统的方法,其特征在于,所述虚拟服饰单元结合所述虚拟服饰模板的可选服饰,对所述侦测尺寸单元运算出的该数码相片的实际人体尺寸大小添加服饰。
