一种红外体温计清洁提醒方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种红外体温计的清洁提醒方法。
背景技术
红外人体测温技术已得到普遍运用,它通过红外传感器接收人体辐射的红 外线, 经过温度测量电路模块处理后得到人体体温温度。利用红外人体测温技 术制造的红外体温计与传统水银温度计比较, 具有测量方便、 快捷, 且不含有 毒物质汞, 不会对环境造成污染诸多优点。
红外体温计的工作原理是:通过传感器内部的热电偶检测热电偶自身上下 表面的温差, 当人体红外线入射到热电偶上表面时, 上表面温度会受红外线加 热而升高, 热电偶上下表面产生温差, 热电偶输出温差电压信号供红外体温计 测量电路模块处理得到人体温度。
由于红外体温计是通过接收人体红外线来测量人体体温, 因此, 当红外体 温计的红外传感器前方的测温头窗口上附着有影响红外线透过的物质而使用 者又未意识到其对体温测量准确性的影响时,红外传感器接收到的红外线强度 衰减, 导致红外线体温计测量温度低于人体实际体温, 使测量温度误差超出温 度计允许偏差值范围。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种红外体温计的清洁提醒方法,在 每次体温计开机使用时, 提醒用户检查测温头清洁状况,对污染测温头进行清 洁, 保证体温计测量误差在允许值范围内。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种红外体温计的清洁 提醒方法, 其特征在于, 包括在体温计开机使用时, 体温计提醒用户检查体温 计测温头清洁状况, 对被污染的测温头进行清洁。
在本发明的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法中,提醒方式可采用屏幕文字显示 提醒、 发声显示提醒或 LED发光提醒。
在本发明的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法中,在一次开机提醒后的设定时间 内开机, 体温计停止提醒。 在本发明的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法中, 所述设定时间为 12小时或 24 小时。
在本发明的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法中,在一次开机提醒后的设定开机 次数内, 体温计停止提醒。
在本发明的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法中,所述设定开机次数为三次、四 次、 五次或六次。
实施本发明的红外体温计及其清洁提醒方法, 与现有技术比较,其有益效 果是:
1. 通过在体温计中内置开机清洁提醒程序, 使用者在使用红外体温计 时, 体温计提醒用户检查体温计测温头窗口清洁状况, 对被污染的测 温头窗口进行清洁, 保证红外体温计测量的准确性;
2. 方法简单, 使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图 1所示, 本发明的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法包括:
在开机使用红外体温计时, 体温计提醒用户检查体温计测温头清洁状况, 对被污染的测温头进行清洁。
提醒方式可采用屏幕文字显示提醒或发声显示提醒方式, 也可以采用
LED发光提醒方式, 并在产品说明书中说明 LED发光提醒用户对测温头进行 清洁。
上述体温计开机提醒功能, 通过内置软件的方式实现。
为了适当减少体温计测温头开机提醒的次数,方便客户使用体温计,可以 设定在一次开机提醒后的设定时间内开机, 体温计停止提醒。
可以将设定时间设定为一次开机提醒后的 12小时或 24小时等。

3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法, 其特征在于, 在一次开机提醒后的设定时间内开机, 体温计停止提醒。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法, 其特征在于, 所述 设定时间为 12小时或 24小时。
5、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的红外体温计的清洁提醒方法, 其特征在于, 在一次开机提醒后的设定开机次数内, 体温计停止提醒。
