Abstract

본 발명은 교정하고자 하는 대구치 설측에 대구치 설측 브라켓을 결착하고, 상기 대구치 설측 브라켓을 이용하여 교정을 위한 티피바(TP bar)나 와이어를 동시에 결속시킬 수 있게 구성함으로서, 효과적인 치열교정이 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다. 상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 베이스부와 헤드부로 구성되는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓을 구성하되, 상기 대구치 설측 브라켓의 헤드부 상에 티피바 결속을 위한 외측슬롯을 형성하고, 상기 외측슬롯 바닥 중앙부에 와이어결속을 위한 내측슬롯이 구성되게 한 것이다.

Description

복합기능을 갖는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓
본 발명은 복합기능을 갖는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓에 관한 것으로서, 특히 대구치 설측 브라켓을 구성하는 헤드부에 폭이 넓고 좁은 내외측슬롯을 다단으로 구성하여 티피바(TP bar)와 와이어가 동시에 결속될 수 있게 함으로서 효과적인 치열교정이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 치열교정에는 교정목적과 위치에 따라 여러 형태의 브라켓이 사용되고 있으며, 최근에는 미감상의 이유로 설측 교정치료방법이 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이나 교정시술이 순측보다 어렵고, 또한 브라켓의 형상과 모양도 다양하게 제공되고 있다.
특히 설측에서 대구치의 위치를 틀어짐없이 견고히 고정시키거나, 고정과 동시에 외측방향으로 교정시키고자 할 경우에는 양측 대구치 내측에 도 7에서와 같은 구성의 대구치 설측 브라켓(100)을 결착고정하고, 대구치 설측 브라켓(100)의 슬롯(110)에 티피바(TP bar)(120)를 설치하여 상기 목적을 달성하고 있다.
그러나 종래 사용되고 있는 대구치 설측 브라켓(100)의 경우 티피바(120) 설치를 위한 단일의 슬롯(110)만으로 구성되어 있어, 대구치의 틀어짐없는 고정과, 외측방향으로 교정하기 위하여 대구치 설측 브라켓(100)의 슬롯(110)에 티피바(120)를 결속시킬 경우 인접하는 치아의 교정을 위한 와이어를 결속시킬 수단이 제공되지 않아 인접한 치아의 교정이 원활하지 못한 등의 단점이 있는 것이었다.
본 발명은 이러한 종래의 단점을 시정하고자, 교정하고자 하는 대구치 설측에 대구치 설측 브라켓을 결착하고, 상기 대구치 설측 브라켓을 이용하여 교정을 위한 티피바(TP bar)나 와이어를 동시에 결속시킬 수 있게 구성함으로서, 효과적인 치열교정이 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.
상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 베이스부와 헤드부로 구성되는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓을 구성하되, 상기 대구치 설측 브라켓의 헤드부 상에 티피바 결속을 위한 외측슬롯을 형성하고, 상기 외측슬롯 바닥 중앙부에 와이어결속을 위한 내측슬롯을 구성한 것이다.
본 발명은 베이스부와 헤드부로 구성되는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓을 구성하되, 헤드부 상에 티피바 결속을 위한 외측슬롯을 형성하고, 상기 외측슬롯 바닥 중앙부에 와이어 결속을 위한 내측슬롯을 구성함으로서, 대구치 설측에 대구치 설측 브라켓을 결착하고, 상기 대구치 설측 브라켓에 구성된 외측슬롯에는 티피바를 결속하고, 내측슬롯에는 와이어가 결속될 수 있게 함으로서, 하나의 대구치 설측 브라켓을 이용하여 대구치의 틀어짐없는 고정은, 물론 교정이 가능케 하고, 특히 인접하는 치아의 교정이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있게 되는 것이다.

이하 본 발명의 실시예를 첨부도면에 따라 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 발명에서 제공하고자 하는 대구치 설측 브라켓(10)의 사시도이고, 도 2는 측면구성도로서, 베이스부(20)와 헤드부(30)로 구성되며, 헤드부(30) 중앙에 내경이 큰 외측슬롯(40) 바닥(41) 중앙에 외측슬롯(40)의 내경보다 작은, 즉 폭이 좁은 내측슬롯(50)을 형성한다.
상기에서와 같이 외측슬롯(40)과 내측슬롯(50)에 의해 헤드부(30)는 상 헤드(32)와 하 헤드(33)로 구분되게 하고, 상,하 헤드(32)(33)단부에는 상부고리(34)와 하부고리(35)가 구성되게 한다.
외측슬롯(40)과 내측슬롯(50)의 방향을 경사지게 구성하되, 베이스부(20)쪽으로 갈수록 상향경사지게 구성하고, 내측슬롯(50)에 구성된 바닥(51)은 하 헤드(33)쪽으로 갈수록 베이스부(20)와 가까워지는 경사면이 구성되게 한다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예는 도 3 및 도 4에서와 같이 헤드부(30)에 외측슬롯(40)과 내측슬롯(50)을 구성하되, 내외측슬롯(40)(50)의 방향이 베이스부(20)쪽으로 갈수록 하향경사지게 구성하고, 내측슬롯(50)에 구성된 바닥(51)은 하 헤드(33)쪽으로 갈수록 베이스부(30)와 멀어지는 경사면이 구성된다.
미설명부호 (60)은 대구치, (61)은 인접치아, (62)는 교정브라켓, (70)은 티피바(TP bar), (80)은 와이어, (90)은 결속고리이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 도 5 및 도 6에서와 같이 교정하고자 하는 대구치(60)의 설측면에 베이스부(20)를 통하여 결착시킨 다음 헤드부(30)에 구성된 외측슬롯(40)에는 티피바(70)의 절곡단부가 끼워지게 하고, 폭이 좁게 구성된 내측슬롯(50)에는 와이어(80)를 끼운 다음, 상기 와이어(80)가 인접치아(61)에 결착된 교정브라켓(62)과 결속되게 한 다음 상하부고리(34)(35)를 이용하여, 탄성밴드나 오링 등과 같은 결속고리(90)로 결속고정하여 교정하게 된다.
따라서 외측슬롯(40)과 내측슬롯(50)으로 구성되는 하나의 대구치 설측 브라켓(10)을 대구치(60) 설측면에 고정설치함으로서, 외측슬롯(40)에 끼워진 티피바(70)가 대구치(60)를 틀어짐없이 반듯하게 고정시키는 기능과, 필요시 외측방향으로 교정하는 기능을 하게 된다.
동시에 내측슬롯(50)에 끼워진 와이어(80)는 인접치아(61)의 교정브라켓(62)과 결속되게 함으로서, 인접치아(61)에 가해지는 와이어(80)의 교정력이 효과적으로 전달될 수 있게 하여 보다 이상적인 교정이 이루어질 수 있게 된다.
헤드부(30)에 구성된 외측슬롯(40)과 내측슬롯(50)의 방향이 상향, 혹은 하향경사진 것은 교정하고자 하는 대구치의 형상에 따라 선택사용하게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 베이스부와 헤드부로 구성되고, 헤드부에는 슬롯을 구성하여 고리가 형성된 상 헤드와 하 헤드로 구성되게 한 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓을 구성함에 있어서, 헤드부(30) 중앙에 외측슬롯(40)을 구성하고, 외측슬롯(40) 바닥(41)에 외측슬롯(40)의 내경보다 작은 내측슬롯(50)을 구성하고, 외측슬롯(40)에는 티피바가, 내측슬롯(50)에는 와이어가 각각 끼워질 수 있게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내측슬롯(50)은 외측슬롯(40)의 바닥(51) 중앙에 구성되게 함을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내외측슬롯(40)(50)이 경사지게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 복합기능을 갖는 치열교정용 대구치 설측 브라켓.
