本发明涉及移动通讯及网络通信的技术领域, 尤其涉及到一种播放信息 共享系统及方法。
背景技术
随着移动通信技术的发展, 移动通信终端的普及与其功能的不断增强, 手机已经成为人们必不可少的一种通讯娱乐工具。 而且每个人在社会上的关 系网络固定, 人们每天基本上都是以各种不同的方式与自己社会关系网络中 的人进行信息交流, 如与好友分享感兴趣的信息(相片、 日志、 音视频等)。
目前几乎每个手机都有播放器功能, 随着配置的增强, 功能越来越强大, 各种音视频格式也在不断的完善支持。 然而目前的播放器功能只是仅限于手 机终端本地进行音视频播放, 它是一个脱离网络的播放器, 人们不能根据播 放器获知当前好友正在收听收看的音视频资源文件, 从而使得现有的手机终 端播放器仅局限于传统的娱乐功能服务。 随着移动互联网和社交化的演进, 这种局限越来越突出。
另外, 目前音频或视频信息的发布, 主要是通过一些大的综合娱乐网站, 但上面发布的信息多是大众化的娱乐排行榜, 罗列着不同风格或题材的音频 或视频, 不能使用户及时有效地了解当前社交好友的兴趣点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种播放信息共享系统及方法, 能够实现移动终端 播放信息的共享。
为达到上述目的, 本发明实施例提供一种播放信息共享系统, 包括: 服 务器和至少一个移动终端; 其中,
所述服务器设置成: 根据关联信息将所述移动终端进行关联;

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明技术方案作进一步详细说明。 实施例一:
如图 1所示, 为本实施例的播放信息共享系统。 本实施例的播放信息共 享系统包括: 服务器和至少一个移动终端;

移动终端 1播放音视频媒体资源时, 将当前播放的媒体资源信息发送至 服务器;
服务器接收传送来的移动终端 1的在线播放资源信息, 然后向与移动终 端 1相关联的移动终端 2、 3、 4发送媒体资源播放信息, 实现了移动终端 1 的媒体资源信息与移动终端 2、 3、 4进行共享。
移动终端 2、 3、 4同样用移动终端 1媒体资源信息被共享的方式, 使自 身的媒体资源信息被其他相关联的移动终端所共享。
本实施例中的关联信息可以为移动终端向服务器发送的自身信息和通讯 录信息。 如上述图 1所示的播放信息共享系统, 移动终端 1、 2、 3、 4分别向 服务器发送用户信息和通讯录信息;
服务器根据所述自身信息和通讯录信息, 将移动终端 1、 2、 3、 4进行关 联(如移动终端 2、 3、 4的通讯录中均存有移动终端 1的号码, 服务器就将 移动终端 1、 2、 3、 4进行关联); 当移动终端 1播放音视频媒体资源时, 将 当前播放的媒体资源信息发送至服务器; 服务器接收传送来的移动终端 1的 在线播放资源信息, 然后向与移动终端 1相关联的移动终端 2、 3、 4发送媒 体资源播放信息, 实现了移动终端 1的媒体资源信息与移动终端 2、 3、 4进 行共享。
上述自身信息可以包括用户的名称和号码信息, 通讯录信息至少包括存 储在通讯录中的联系人名和号码信息, 还可以包括用户在通讯录中自行设置 的各联系人头像图片、 个性化签名等, 以供该手机用户的好友及时获知联系 人的相关信息。
本实施例的播放信息共享系统中的移动终端还可以在开启自身播放器 后, 发送用户信息和通讯录信息给所述服务器。 这样服务器每次建立关联时, 可以将用户新增的联系人, 添加到原来的关联网络中, 使得用户能及时了解 新联系人的播放信息。 当然也可以运用同步技术, 使服务器中的联系人信息 和移动终端中存储的联系人信息同步更新,使得移动终端在发送播放信息前, 就不用发送新的用户信息和通讯录信息给服务器, 增加用户的体验感受。 本实施例的播放信息共享系统中的通讯录信息可以来自于本地通讯录或 网络通讯录, 本地的通讯录可以是移动终端自身的通讯录, 网络通讯录可以 本实施例的播放信息共享系统中的移动终端可以显示服务器传送来的相 关联系人在线播放资源信息, 如移动终端 1可以显示移动终端 2、 3、 4播放 的信息。 如图 2所示, 为移动终端 1的一种显示界面。

所述手机通讯录模块 S1设置成: 除了存储联系人的名称、手机号码以及 电子邮件地址的联系方式以外, 还拓展存储有: 由联系人自行设置的联系人 头像图片、 个性化签名、 在线状态等, 以供该手机用户及时获知联系人的相 关信息。
所述通信模块 S2设置成: 负责所述手机通讯录模块 S1通过移动互联网 或通信网与服务器之间的通信。
所述显示模块 S3设置成: 与所述通信模块 S2进行交互, 接收服务器传 送来的联系人在线播放资源信息, 并在用户交互界面上进行显示, 同时可以 将当前手机用户播放的资源信息通过所述通信模块 S2发送至所述服务器。
所述下载模块 S4设置成: 当手机用户选择联系人播放的音视频资源,启 动浏览器的搜索引擎, 以资源名称作为关键字进行搜索, 并下载该资源, 进 行播放。
当手机利用手机播放器实现播放共享时,手机的工作过程包括如下步骤。
S1001 手机播放器开启后, 手机通讯录模块 S1将用户信息和通讯录信 息传输给通信模块 S2。

移动终端开启自身播放器后, 发送自身播放的媒体资源信息给所述服务 器;
服务器接收所述媒体资源信息, 并实时更新与所述移动终端相关联的移 动终端的播放信息。 在实际应用中, 移动终端以手机最为常见, 以下用手机的工作过程来详 细说明本实施例的播放信息共享方法。 如图 5所示, 其具体包括以下步骤。
S501 打开手机播放器, 向服务器发送用户信息和通讯录信息。 服务器 存储用户信息和通讯录信息, 并根据不同手机发送的通讯录信息, 将不同手 机发送的通讯录信息中的联系人进行关联。
S502 服务器判断用户是否使用手机播放器进行音视频媒体资源播放, 若判断为是, 则进行步骤 S503 , 若判断为否, 则进行步骤 S505。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种播放信息共享系统, 包括: 服务器和至少一个移动终端; 其中, 所述服务器设置成: 根据关联信息将所述移动终端进行关联;
所述移动终端设置成: 开启自身播放器, 并发送自身播放的媒体资源信 息给所述服务器;
所述服务器还设置成: 接收所述媒体资源信息, 并实时更新与所述移动 终端相关联的移动终端的播放信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的播放信息共享系统, 其中, 所述移动终端还设 置成: 发送自身信息和通讯录信息给所述服务器; 所述服务器是设置成: 根 据所述自身信息和所述通讯录信息, 将所述移动终端进行关联。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的播放信息共享系统, 其中, 所述移动终端还设 置成: 打开所述自身播放器后,发送用户信息和所述通讯录信息给所述服务 器。
4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的播放信息共享系统, 其中, 所述通讯录信 息来自于本地通讯录或网络通讯录。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的播放信息共享系统, 其中, 所述移动终端还设 置成: 显示更新后的播放信息。
6、 一种播放信息共享方法, 包括:
服务器根据接收到的关联信息将移动终端进行关联;
所述移动终端开启自身播放器后, 发送自身播放的媒体资源信息给所述 服务器; 以及
所述服务器接收所述媒体资源信息, 并实时更新与所述移动终端相关联 的移动终端的播放信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的播放信息共享方法, 还包括: 所述移动终端向 所述服务器发送自身信息和通讯录信息;
所述服务器根据接收到的关联信息将所述移动终端进行关联的步骤包 括: 所述服务器接收所述自身信息和所述通讯录信息, 并根据所述自身信息 和所述通讯录信息, 将所述移动终端进行关联。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的播放信息共享方法, 其中, 所述移动终端向所述 服务器发送自身信息和通讯录信息的步骤包括:
所述移动终端打开所述自身播放器后, 向所述服务器发送所述自身信息 和所述通讯录信息。
9、如权利要求 7或 8所述的播放信息共享方法, 在所述移动终端向所述 服务器发送自身信息和通讯录信息的步骤之前, 还包括:
