具体实施方式:
在图 1 所示实施例中, 在一只圆锥形的包装容器 (1 ) 内装有食品 (1-13)、 调味料(1-14) 、 袋装种子 (1-10) , 其互动式体验的竞赛活动 的方法是: 通过在容器 (1) 中配送一包真空袋装的小型植物种子(1-10), 引导消费者在食品(1-13)食用完后在杯底 (1-4) 上刺穿一个渗水孔 (1-11), 将容器 (1)当作花盆循环使用, 消费者在容器 (1)内种植种子后,参加产品 商主办的互动式体验的竞赛活动, 可以获得产品商提供的在线种植技术的 支持, 为消费者搭建网络社区的种植经验交流平台; 产品商可以与其产品 相关的其他企业建立营销联盟, 共享客户资源, 通过趣味性的竞赛活动为 消费者提供奖品奖励; 所述的互动式体验还可以是一种知识竞赛活动、 抽 奖活动或者是一种征集产品建议的活动, 提供各种可以在产品与消费者之 间建立 "互动式产品体验"的交流, 以此增加产品消费的趣味性, 培养品 牌忠诚度、促进持续购买, 提升企业竞争力; 同时可以促进包装变废为宝、 实现循环利用, 减少包装回收处理时产生的资源消耗。
在图 2所示实施例中, 在一只梯形的包装容器(1)内装有真空袋装种
子 (1-10) 、 食品(1-13)、 调味料 (1-14) , 其互动式体验的竞赛活动的 方法与图 1所示实施例相同。
在图 3所示实施例中, 杯子上的折叠区(1-1 )处于预先折叠状态, 其 内部除了罐装的物品外没有多余的空间,外部有塑料膜包裹保持压缩高度; 它由折叠区 (1-1) 、 杯身 (1-2) 、 杯口 (1-3) 、 杯底 (1-4) 、 封口固 定槽 (1-5) 和杯身 (1-2) 上的广告文字(1-15)组成; 杯子里面同时配有 袋装种子 (1-10) 、 食品 (1-13) 、 调味料 (1-14) 及餐具; 杯子的外部 粘贴有产品标识层(1-6) , 隐蔽信息区(1-7)环绕固定在杯身 (1-2)上 并隐藏在标识层 (1-6) 的内部, 杯身 (1-2) 上有与杯子一体成型的广告 文字 (1-15)隐藏在隐蔽信息区(1-7)之内, 从外表看不到其内容, 不会对 产品标识层(1-6) 的信息产生混淆影响; 杯子在运输、 仓储过程中, 其整 体高度一直处于折叠压缩状态, 杯子可做成圆形、 锥形、 梯形的形状。
在图 4所示实施例中, 杯子上的折叠区(1-1 )处于拉伸并固定高度的 状态; 其构造方式是: 先撕去杯子外部的塑料膜, 并对杯子施加一个反向 拉力, 粘贴在封口固定槽(1-5)下部的产品标识层(1-6)与折叠区(1 - 1) 同步升高, 标识层(1-6)的下圈(1-16)在通过收缩圈(1-8)位置时, 收 缩圈(1-8)上的一圈开槽在压力的作用下向杯子内的方向收缩变小, 在折 叠区 (1-1) 被拉伸到高度极限时, 标识层 (1-6) 底部的下圈 (1-16) 嵌 入到收缩圈(1-8)的内部并支撑在支撑台(1-12)上, 即可固定住杯子被 拉伸的高度,满足加热水冲泡食品饮料的容积空间,此时隐蔽信息区(1 - 7) 同时展示出来,适合创建一个搭载商品宣传的商业广告平台;在食品(1-13) 被食用完后, 撕除产品标识层 ( 1-6)和隐蔽信息区(1-7), 在杯底(1-4)
上剌穿一个渗水孔(1-11)后, 种上种子(1-10) 当作一只花盆(2)循环 使用, 此时杯身(1-2)上的广告文字 也展示出来了, 产品厂商的品 牌还可以继续产生传播效应, 其互动式体验的竞赛活动的方法与图 1所示 实施例相同。
在图 5所示实施例中, 杯子上的折叠区 (1-1) 处于拉伸高度的状态; 它由折叠区 (1-1 ) 、 杯身 (1-2) 、 杯口 (1-3) 、 杯底 (1-4) 、 圆弧口 ( 1-9) 、 标识层 (1-6) 、 隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 、 支撑台 (1-12)组成; 在 杯口 (1-3) 位置上有向外凸出的半圆形状的圆弧口 (1-9) 的造型, 杯子 外部粘贴有产品标识层(1-6), 隐蔽信息区(1-7)环绕固定在杯身(1 - 2) 上; 在产品运输仓储、 陈列销售过程中, 杯子的整体高度一直处于折叠压 缩状态, 外部有塑料膜裹住, 消费者食用时, 先撕去杯子外部的塑料膜, 并对杯子施加一个反向拉力, 标识层(1-6)底部的下圈 (1-16) 嵌入到收 缩圈 (1-8) 的内部并支撑在支撑台 (1-12) 上,即可固定住被拉伸的折叠 区 (1-1) 的高度, 满足加热水冲泡食品饮料的容积空间; 在食品 (1-13) 被食用完后, 撕除杯子上的产品标识层 (1-6) 和隐蔽信息区 (1-7) , 并 在杯底(1-4)上剌穿一个渗水孔(1- 11) , 种上种子(1-10)后变为一只 花盆(2)循环使用, 此时杯身(1-2)上与杯子一体成型的广告文字 (1 - 15) 也展示出来了, 其互动式体验的竞赛活动的方法与图 1所示实施例相同, 杯子的外形可以圆形、 圆锥形、 梯形的形状。
在图 6所示实施例中,杯子是一只变废为宝、循环使用的一只花盆 (2); 其构造与使用方法是: 在食品(1-13)被食用完后, 撕除杯子上的产品标 识层( 1-6)和隐蔽信息区( 1- 7),并在杯底( 1-4)刺穿一个渗水孔( 1- 11 ),
种上小型的花卉、植物种子(1-10)当作一只花盆(2)循环使用, 花盆 (2) 上有与杯子一体成型的广告文字 (1-15) 还可以继续传播、宣传产品商的品 牌, 花盆 (2) 在循环使用时, 折叠区 (1-1) 可以是压缩或拉伸状态, 其 互动式体验的竞赛活动的方法与图 1所示实施例相同。
在图 7所示实施例中, 折叠瓶(3)是一只可压縮和拉伸高度并循环使 用多次的容器; 它由折叠区 (1-1 ) 、 瓶口 (3-1 ) 、 支撑杆(5)和密封盖
(6) 、 螺纹盖(6-1) 、 提手圈组成; 在折叠瓶(3)处于拉伸高度的状态 时由拧紧在瓶口 (3-1)上的螺紋盖(6-1) 以及内部的支撑杆(5)支撑固 定其整体高度, 防止折叠区 (1-1 )在受到外部压力后回缩; 瓶口 (3-1 ) 位置上配有提手环; 当折叠瓶(3) 内的产品使用完后, 可将支撑杆 (5) 从螺纹盖 (6-1) 内拔出并对折叠瓶 (3) 施加压力将其压缩折叠起来, 以 减少空容器在多次回收循环使用过程中的运输、 仓储成本; 折叠瓶(3)可 做成圆形、 圆锥形、 梯形的形状。
在图 8所示实施例中, 折叠桶(4)是一只可压缩和拉伸高度并循环使 用多次的容器; 它由折叠区 (1-1 ) 、 桶口 (4-1 ) 、 支撑杆(5)和密封盖
(6) 、 螺纹盖(6-1)组成; 在罐装产品、运输仓储时折叠桶(4)处于拉 伸高度的状态, 折叠桶(4) 由拧紧在桶口 (4-1 )上的螺紋盖(6-1 ) 以及 内部的支撑杆 (5) 支撑固定其整体高度, 防止折叠区 (1-1 ) 的整体髙度 在受到外部压力时回缩;当折叠桶(4)内的产品使用完后,可将支撑杆(5) 从螺紋盖 (6-1) 内拔出并对折叠桶 (4) 施加压力将其压缩折叠起来, 以 减少空容器在多次回收循环使用过程中的运输、仓储成本; 折叠桶(4)可 以做成圆形、 圆锥形、 梯形的形状。
在图 9所示实施例中, 密封盖 (6) 与螺纹盖 (6-1) 是一个整体成型 件, 其中密封盖(6)上有密封扣(6-2) , 上下均开口的螺纹盖(6-1 ) 的 内壁上有螺纹, 外部有便于密封扣 (6-2) 嵌入的固定点 (6-3) , 将密封 盖(6)和密封扣(6-2)扣上螺紋盖(6-1 )和固定点(6-3) 时就可封紧, 防止容器内的液体渗漏; 支撑杆('5)是一个中空的整体成型件, 其上部是 一个圆锥形的杆帽 (5-1 ) , 杆帽 (5-1 ) 和下部管状的杆身上有便于液体 流出的导流口 (5-2) , 将杆帽(5-1)插入螺紋盖(6-1 ) 的内部, 同时将 螺纹盖(6-1)拧紧到瓶口 (3-1)或桶口 (4-1) 的螺紋上, 即可使折叠区 ( 1-1 )保持伸展并固定高度的状态, 将支撑杆(5)从螺紋盖(6-1 ) 内拔 出时就可以压缩折叠瓶(3) 或折叠桶 (4) , 可以减少运输车次和仓储空 间成本。
在图 10所示实施例中, 折叠桶 (4)在产品罐装以及运输仓储时处于 拉伸高度的状态, 折叠桶(4) 由拧紧在桶口 (4-1)上的螺纹盖(6-1)和 内部的支撑杆 (5) 支撑固定其整体高度, 防止折叠区 (1-1) 在受到外部 压力后回缩。
Claims
1. 一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法, 其特征在于, 在包装容器 (1 ) 内 罐装有食品 (1-13) 、 调味料(1-14) 、 同时配送一小包真空袋装的小型 植物种子 (1-10) ; 所述的互动式体验是一种竞赛活动, 其方法是在食品
( 1-13)食用完后, 在杯底(1-4)刺穿一个渗水孔(1-11) 当作花盆循环 使用, 将小型植物种子(1-10)种植到容器(1) 内, 参与食品厂商举办的 花卉种植的竞赛活动, 所述的竞赛活动包括提供可供参赛者相互交流、 互 动的网络支持平台, 所述的竞赛活动包括竞赛奖品。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,所述的互动式 体验是一种知识竞赛活动, 其特征在于, 在容器(1) 内有发布竞赛的文字 告示, 消费者通过参与竞赛获得奖励。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,所述的互动式 体验是一种抽奖活动, 其特征在于, 在容器(1)上有发布活动的告示, 消 费者有幸运获奖的机会。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,所述的互动式 体验是一种征集产品建议的活动, 其特征在于, 在容器(1)上有发布活动 的文字告示, 消费者通过提供建议参与活动。
5. 一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法, 其特征在于, 所述的包装是一只圆 锥形杯子, 包括折叠区(1-1 )、杯身(1-2)、杯口 (1-3)、杯底(1-4)、 封口固定槽(1-5)、标识层(1-6)、隐蔽信息区(1-7)、收缩圈(1-8)、 支撑台 (1-12) 、 广告文字 (1-15) 、 下圈 (1-16) 组成, 所述的杯子上 部有杯口 (1-3) 和向内凹的封口固定槽 (1-5) , 中间可预先折叠起来的 折叠区 (1-1 ) 与杯身 (1-2) 和杯底 (1-4) 相连, 粘贴在折叠区 (1-1) 外部的标识层( 1-6)下部有支撑用的下圈( 1-16);所述的隐蔽信息区( 1-7) 粘贴环绕在杯身 (1-2) 上并隐藏在标识层 (1-6) 的内部, 其上部有收缩 圈 (1-8) ; 在杯身 (1-2) 外壁上有与杯子一体成型的广告文字 (1-15) 隐藏在隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 的内部; 所述的折叠区 (1-1 ) 在拉伸高度的状 态时, 标识层 (1-6) 上的下圈 (1-16) 嵌入收缩圈 (1-8) 内并支撑在支 撑台 (1-12) 上; 所述的互动式体验是一种竞赛活动, 其特征是在食品食 用完后, 撕除杯子外部的标识层 (1-6) 、 隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 后, 在杯底 ( 1-4)刺穿一个渗水孔 (1-11 ) 当作花盆 (2) 循环使用, 将杯子内配送 的植物种子(1-10)种植到花盆(2) 内, 所述的竞赛活动包括提供可供参 赛者相互交流、 互动的网络支持平台, 所述的竞赛活动包括竞赛奖品。
6.如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,所述的产品标 识层 (1-6) 、 隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 是一种互动性的知识竞赛活动的信息发 布平台。
7. 如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,所述的互动式 体验是一种抽奖活动, 其特征在于, 在标识层(1-6) 、 隐蔽信息区(1-7) 上有发布的活动告示, 消费者有幸运获奖的机会。
8. 如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,所述的互动式 体验是一种征集产品建议的活动, 其特征在于, 在标识层(1-6) 、 隐蔽信 息区 (1-7) 上有发布活动的文字告示, 消费者通过提供建议参与活动。
9. 如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法, 杯身 (1 - 2) 外壁上的广告文字 (1-15) 是一种用于品牌展示和宣传的广告平台。
10. 如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,其特征在于, 所述的包装是一只梯形的杯子。
11. 如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法, 杯子是一只 可循环利用的花盆(2) , 其特征在于, 在食品 (1-13)食用完后, 撕除杯 子外部的产品标识层 (1-6) 和隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 后, 在杯底 ( (1-4) ) 刺穿一个渗水孔 (1-11 ) 当作花盆 (2) 使用, 在杯身 (1-2) 外壁上有与 杯子一体成型的广告文字 (1-15) , 所述的花盆 (2) 是一种用于产品广 告文字 (1-15) 展示和宣传的载体。
12.如权利要求 5所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法,其特征在于, 所述的杯子是圆锥形状, 包括可拉伸固定的折叠区(1-1) 、 杯身 (1-2) 、 杯口 ( 3) 、杯底 (1-4) 、 标识层 (1-6) 、 隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 、 收缩 圈 (1-8) 、 圆弧口 (1-9) 、 支撑台 (1-12) 、 下圈 (1-16) 组成, 在杯 口 (1-3) 上有向外凸出的半圆形的圆弧口 (1-9) , 所述的折叠区 (1 - 1 ) 的外部粘贴有产品标识层(1-6) , 其下部有支撑用的下圈 (1-16) ; 隐蔽 信息区 (1-7)粘贴环绕在杯身 (1-2)上, 其上部有收缩圈 (1-8) ; 杯身
( 1-2) 外壁上有广告文字 (1-15) 隐藏在隐蔽信息区 (1-7) 的内部, 所 述的杯子有配套形状的密封盖, 所述的折叠区(1-1)在拉伸高度时, 标识 层 (1-6) 的下圈 (1-16) 嵌入收縮圈 (1-8) 内并支撑在支撑台 (1-12) 上; 所述的互动式体验是一种竞赛活动, 在食品(1-13)食用完后, 撕除 杯子外部的产品标识层(1-6)和隐蔽信息区(1-7) , 在杯底(1-4)刺穿 一个渗水孔 (1-11 ) 当作花盆使用, 将配送的小型植物种子 (1-10) 种植 到花盆内, 参与食品厂商举办的竞赛活动; 所述的竞赛活动包括一种可供 参赛者相互交流、 互动的网络支持平台, 所述的竞赛活动包括竞赛奖品。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的一种创造互动式体验的包装及方法, 杯身(1 - 2) 外壁上的广告文字 (1-15) 是一种品牌展示宣传平台。
14. 一种可循环使用的包装容器, 其特征在于, 折叠瓶(3)包括可拉伸和 折叠高度的折叠区 (1-1 ) 、 瓶口 (3-1)和瓶底; 所述的折叠瓶(3) 的一 端是小口径瓶口(3-1 ) ,其中间相连的折叠区( 1-1 )连着瓶底, 瓶口(3-1 ) 处配有提手圈; 所述的折叠区 (1-1 ) 依靠插入瓶体内的支撑杆 (5) 和拧 紧在瓶口(3-1 )外壁上的螺紋盖(6-1)来固定拉伸的高度; 将支撑杆(5) 从螺紋盖(6-1 ) 内拔出并对折叠瓶(3)施加压力, 可将折叠区 (1-1)压 缩折叠起来。
15.如权利要求 14所述的一种可循环使用的包装容器, 是一种可拉伸和折 叠高度的折叠桶(4),其特征在于,折叠桶(4)一端是大口径的桶口(4-1), 中间的折叠区 (1-1 ) 与底部相连; 所述的折叠区 (1-1) 依靠插入瓶体内 的支撑杆(5)和拧紧在桶口 (4-1)外壁上的螺纹盖(6-1 )来固定拉伸的 高度; 将支撑杆 (5) 从螺纹盖 (6-1) 内拔出并对折叠桶 (4) 施加压力, 可将折叠区 (1-1)压缩折叠起来。
16.如权利要求 14所述的一种可循环使用的包装容器, 所述的密封盖(6) 与螺紋盖(6-1 )是一个整体成型件, 中间有连接片使其相连; 密封盖(6) 的一端是密封扣 (6-2) ; 所述的螺紋盖 (6-1) 上下均开口, 其内壁上有 螺纹, 外部一端有便于密封扣 (6-2) 嵌入的固定点 (6-3) ; 密封盖(6) 嵌入螺紋盖 (6-1) 上, 密封扣 (6-2) 扣在固定点 (6-3) 防止液体渗漏。
17. 如权利要求 14所述的一种可循环使用的包装容器, 所述的支撑杆(5) 是一个中空的整体成型件, 支撑杆(5)上部是一个圆锥形的杆帽(5-1) , 杆帽 (5-1) 和下部管状的杆身上有便于液体流出的导流口 (5-2) , 杆帽 (5-1 ) 插入螺紋盖 (6-1 ) 的内部, 支撑杆 (5) 可以从螺纹盖 (6-1) 内 拔出。
