Claims
1.- Un procedimiento para decorar y estampar láminas metálicas por medio de ataque por acido y tintas de recubrimiento que comprende los siguientes pasos; a) En un marco de madera o de aluminio nuevo cubierta con un paño de seda aplicar una emulsión fotográfica del tipo que comprende una emulsión disuelta en agua, ligadas por resinas vinilicas o acrilicas denominada (Kaltex®) (seleccionada de los siguientes colores negro, azul, rojo, amarillo, verde y blanco) ; b) Colocar el dibujo o logotipo sobre la tela de seda y por la parte de bajo exponer a una fuente luminosa de 500 wats por un tiempo aproximado de 20 minutos para que se revele la imagen del dibujo o logotipo; c) Eliminar la emulsión fotográfica del dibujo o logotipo al pasarlo por un chorro de agua y frotando con un paño en toda la superficie de tal manera que se desprende la emulsión y deje libre el dibujo o logotipo; d) Colocar la tinta epóxica de 2 componentes, una parte es la base de color y la otra el catalizador R2 0100, denominada (Policat®) (seleccionada de los siguientes colores negro, azul, rojo, amarillo, verde y blanco) sobre toda el área del dibujo o logotipo y con un razero (un tramo de madera con hule en un extremo) pasar sobre toda la imagen o logotipo con un poco de presión para que se impregne la parte donde esta el dibujo o logotipo y después colocar en la parte de abajo una lámina metálica (seleccionada de acero inoxidable, hierro, latón y cobre) para que quede impreso el dibujo o logotipo, una vez que se ha impregnado se deja secar por un tiempo de 10 a 15 minutos y una vez que se seco se retira; e) La lámina metálica impresa se coloca dentro de un recipiente provisto de una solución de ataque que comprende 50% de ácido clorhídrico, 45% clarasol comercial (una solución acuosa del 2 hasta 5% hipoclorito de sodio en agua) y 5% de agua, se agita por un tiempo aproximado de 1 hasta 5 minutos de preferencia 2 minutos, hasta que el ataque se realizo completamente sobre la lámina, entonces sacar la lámina y dejar escurrir la solución, posteriormente primero eliminar todo el exceso de la solución por medio de un chorro de agua frotando con un paño, seguido de un chorro de agua y frotando con un paño y detergente para garantizar la eliminación total de la solución y subproductos formados de este ataque, la lámina ya esta grabada porque la solución ataco la parte en la cual no estaba protegida por la tinta; f) Eliminar de la lámina la tinta sobrante que protegió del ataque de la solución el dibujo o logotipo por medio de un paño impregnado de un solvente (tinner o gasolina) al frotar toda la lámina quedando libre la lámina; caracterizado además por g) Colocar de nuevo la lámina ya impresa en el marco de madera o de aluminio cubierta con un paño de seda con el patrón anterior del dibujo o logotipo y aplicar la tinta termoplástica para textiles de impresión directa con terminado ahulado y buena opacidad denominada (Kaltex®) (seleccionada de los siguientes colores negro, azul, rojo, amarillo, verde y blanco) sobre toda el área del dibujo o logotipo y con un razero (un tramo de madera con hule en un extremo) pasar sobre toda la imagen o logotipo con un poco de presión para que se impregne la parte donde esta el dibujo o logotipo; h) Aplicar sobre toda la lámina pintura de esmalte en forma de aerosol (seleccionada de los siguientes colores negro, azul, rojo, amarillo, verde y blanco) o pintura en polvo tipo electrostática para que se impregne sobre la tinta termoplástica para textiles de impresión directa con terminado ahulado y buena opacidad denominada (Kaltex®) Kaltex; i) La lámina metálica se coloca dentro de un recipiente provisto de una solución de ataque que comprende 50% de ácido clorhídrico, 45% clarasol comercial (hipoclorito de sodio en solución) y 5% de agua, se agita por un tiempo aproximado de 1 hasta 5 minutos de preferencia 2 minutos, hasta que el ataque se realizo completamente sobre la lámina, entonces sacar la lámina y dejar escurrir la solución, posteriormente primero eliminar todo el exceso de la solución por medio de un chorro de agua frotando con un paño, seguido de un chorro de agua y frotando con un paño y detergente para garantizar la eliminación total de la solución y subproductos formados de este ataque, la lámina ya esta grabada porque la solución ataco la parte en la cual no estaba protegida por la tinta; j) Eliminar de la lámina la tinta sobrante que protegió del ataque de la solución el dibujo o logotipo por medio dé un paño impregnado de un solvente (tinner o gasolina) al frotar toda la lámina quedando libre la lámina y obteniéndose un acabado con relieve y con color, este f relieve deja en la lámina un acabado texturizado o poroso de un color seleccionado diferente al metálico;
