按, 目前因科技之发达, 使电子通讯科技日益发达, 又因生活水准之提 升, 手机之使用已相当之普遍, 几乎已达人手一机之程式, 而手机之功能亦 已由过去仅供通话及简讯提升到可拍照、 导航上网、 视讯、 音乐、 游戏及欣 赏影片等功能, 但目前市售之智慧型手机, 其上之摄像镜头之画素已大幅提 升, 但尽管其镜头之画素已提升至相当高, 但使用智慧型手机所拍摄之照片 或影片其品质均不佳, 其主要原因是在使用智慧型手机在拍照时, 一手握住 机身上、 下, 另一手则以手指去压触萤幕上之控制区块, 而在压触时因手指 触压之推力和人体本能平衡而产生的自然转动现象, 而使智慧型手机之机身 产生晃动或偏移, 而影响拍照之品质, 且智慧型手机越作越小, 光滑的表面 和边缘变得极难用单手进行拍照摄影。
再者, 一般于使用智慧型手机或平板电脑时, 均需一手握住机身, 另一 手进行操作, 使操作困难, 且置于桌上时均为平置状态, 不适于观看, 且因 智慧型手机或平板电脑除于行走或静止状态以手持方式进行资料查询外, 目 前因无适合之固定装置而无法被利用于汽车上于行进间进行资料查询、 上网、 影片欣赏及进行线上游戏之功能, 因此, 目前仅见于汽车上使用之卫星导航 设备外, 于车上进行资料查询、 上网、 影片欣赏及进行线上游戏之功能时, 则必需另外加装萤幕, 除花费金钱外亦无法携带, 且目前市售之液晶萤幕之 解析度仍不高且均低于平板电脑萤幕之解析度; 因此, 如何于汽车上直接利 用平板电脑或智慧型手机进行资料查询、 上网、 影片欣赏及进行线上游戏, 且不必再花钱购买其它导航设备, 为本发明之主要目的。
由此可见, 上述习用物品仍有诸多不足, 实非一良善的设计, 而亟待加 以改良。
本案发明人鉴于上述习用物品所衍生的各项缺点及不足, 乃亟思加以改 良创新, 并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后, 终于成功研发完成本件具有月相变 化效果的灯具结构。 发明内容
本发明之主要目的系藉固定套与束带组件之设计, 将智慧型手机放置于 固定套内后, 再将束带组件以其套束于手指上, 并藉束带组件所设粘扣片将 束带组件紧紧牢固的束紧定位后, 而使智慧型手机可稳固地定位于手指和手 掌上, 而于拍照时仅需以单手手指触压智慧型手机触控面板上之控制区块, 大幅降低智慧型手机拍照录影时产生晃动或歪斜, 使智慧型手机产生震动较 低而更佳之拍照效果, 而且让使用者在拍照录影时, 智慧型手机不会轻易从 手中滑落掉地而损坏。
本发明之次一目的主要系藉由调整该束带元件所形成套束圈之大小, 而 置于桌面时可达支撑智慧型手机或平板电脑呈所需视觉角度之目的, 且藉束 带组件本身之材料特性, 于形成所需套束圈大小时仍可轻压固定套背面使套 束圈被压迫变形而可产生无段支撑之效果。
本发明之再一目的在藉由本智慧型手机及平板电脑之无段支撑结构将智 慧型手机套置于腰带或背包肩带上。
本发明之另一目的在藉由本智慧型手机及平板电脑之无段支撑结构将平 板电脑固定于汽车方向盘上, 以提供于汽车上直接利用平板电脑或智慧型手 机进行资料查询、 上网、 影片欣赏及进行线上游戏或供驾驶导航, 且不必再 花钱购买加装其它配备及其它导航设备者。 附图说明

2.如权利要求 1 所述智慧型手机及平板电脑之无段支撑结构, 其中可藉 固定套束带组件将智慧型手机套置于背包之肩带或腰带上, 以避免因置于背 包内使来电铃声变小而漏接重要电话之情形。
