Abstract

The objective of the invention is to record, in a unified way, information related to delivery paths when content has been delivered in a content delivery system. A set, which consists of the content identifier representative of content data and the sender identifier that identifies the sender of information, is constituted by a combination of digital data of "0" and "1" and is converted, as acoustic ID, to sound on the basis of sound waveforms respectively assigned to "0" and "1". A client terminal (20a) collects the sound released from a television set (10) and demodulates the acoustic ID from the collected sound. The client terminal (20a) then transmits, to a management server apparatus (30), both the content identifier and sender identifier included in the acoustic ID together with the user identifier assigned to the client terminal (20a).

In the content distribution system 100, advertisement information is propagated. The advertisement information is information related to advertisements for programs, products, or services, and an acoustic ID included in the advertisement information itself is used for the propagation of the advertisement information. The acoustic ID is a combination of digital data “0” and “1” uniquely generated according to the advertising content that is the actual content of the advertising information and the sender who sent the advertising information (digital data Signal train). The advertising content is an example of content data according to the present invention. This combination of digital data, that is, an acoustic ID, is a combination of a content identifier that uniquely identifies advertising content and a sender identifier that uniquely identifies the sender of the advertising information. Further, each of the digital data of “0” and “1” is assigned with a different waveform of a sound of 18 kHz to 20 kHz, which is a frequency band difficult for humans to hear. Sound data is generated by combining sound waveforms assigned to “0” and “1” with respect to the acoustic ID composed of such a combination of “0” and “1” digital data. And sound ID is reproduced | regenerated as a sound by sound emission based on the produced | generated sound data. The advertisement information includes an acoustic ID, advertisement content, and advertisement metadata (described later) regarding the advertisement information.
In addition, the client terminal 20 using such an acoustic ID acquires the acoustic ID from, for example, a site built in the advertisement distribution server device 40 based on the operation of the user who is the owner of the client terminal 20 in advance. A dedicated browser, which is an application program for downloading, is downloaded and installed. This dedicated browser realizes a function of extracting and acquiring the above-mentioned sound of 18 kHz to 20 kHz from the sound collected by a sound collecting function such as a microphone. This dedicated browser is used when a user browses advertisement information to which an acoustic ID is assigned.
When the client terminal 20a generates sound data by combining sound waveforms respectively assigned to digital data of “0” and “1” meaning an acoustic ID and emits sound based on the generated sound data, The client terminal 20b collects this sound using a sound collection function such as a microphone. Then, the client terminal 20b executes a dedicated browser and extracts the above-described sound signal of 18 kHz to 20 kHz from the collected sound signals. Then, the client terminal 20b extracts from the extracted waveform data of the signal a signal that matches the waveform assigned to the digital data of “0” and “1” described above, and demodulates the acoustic ID. As described above, the acoustic ID is transmitted between the client terminals 20 using sound. Thereafter, since the sound ID is transmitted and received in the television 10 and the client terminal 20 through sound, the television 10 or the client terminal 20 generates sound data based on the sound ID, and sounds based on the generated sound data are generated. Sound emission is referred to as acoustic ID transfer. Further, extracting the waveform indicating the acoustic ID from the waveform of the sound collected by the client terminal 20 and demodulating the acoustic ID is referred to as reception of the acoustic ID. Moreover, both transfer and reception of the sound ID are collectively referred to as sound ID distribution.
The television 10 is a device that receives and displays programs and advertisements provided from broadcasting stations, and is located at the origin of transmission in the content distribution route. That is, the television 10 emits a sound based on the acoustic ID assigned to the advertisement information related to the program or the advertisement, superimposed on the broadcasted program or the advertisement, but does not receive the acoustic ID. . Here, the content distribution path means that the acoustic ID is transferred from the television 10 to the client terminal 20a, and the acoustic ID is further transferred from the client terminal 20a that has received the acoustic ID to the client terminal 20b. This is a route through which the advertisement content is transmitted by the sound ID when the transfer and reception of the sound ID are repeated. The client terminal 20 is, for example, a mobile phone, a wireless terminal that can be connected to a wireless LAN, or a notebook personal computer having a communication function, and is capable of collecting and emitting sound, via the mobile communication network NW and the Internet NET. It is a portable terminal device having a communication function for communicating with the management server device 30, the advertisement distribution server device 40, and the web server device 50. FIG. 1 shows an example of a mobile phone. The client terminal 20 receives the acoustic ID included in the sound emitted from the television 10 and transfers the acoustic ID and receives the acoustic ID with the other client terminals 20.
The management server device 30 manages the history of transfer and reception of acoustic IDs between the television 10 and the client terminals 20 and between the client terminals 20 (referred to as advertisement distribution history), and advertisement information to which acoustic IDs are assigned. Store advertising metadata about. This advertisement metadata includes a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) indicating the title of the advertisement, the attribute of the advertisement, and the link destination to the advertisement content. In addition, the management server device 30 manages points given as privilege information to the user who is the owner of the client terminal 20. This point is, for example, an advertisement distribution point given to the client terminal 20 of the user who is the caller who performed the transfer when the acoustic ID is transferred between the client terminals 20. In addition, this point is, for example, when the user of the client terminal 20 who is the receiver who received the transfer of the acoustic ID purchases a product or service based on the advertisement information assigned to the received acoustic ID. It is an affiliate point given to the client terminal 20 of the user who is the caller who has transferred the acoustic ID. The advertisement distribution point and the affiliate point are examples of privilege information according to the present invention.
The advertisement distribution server device 40 stores advertisement content that is a substantial content of advertisement information to which an acoustic ID is assigned. Specifically, the advertisement content is content acquired when the client terminal 20 accesses a URL included in the advertisement metadata described above. The management server device 30 and the advertisement distribution server device 40 are managed and operated by the provider of the content distribution system 100.
ウェブサーバ装置50には、EC(Electronic commerce)サイトが構築されている。 In the web server device 50, an EC (Electronic commerce) site is constructed. When the user browses the content of the advertisement information to which the received acoustic ID is assigned, the user sometimes likes and purchases goods, services, or information (hereinafter simply referred to as products) advertised by the advertisement information. At this time, the web server device 50 performs processing related to the purchase of the user, and also identifies to the management server device 30 an identifier for identifying the user who is the purchaser, and advertisement information used for advertising the purchased product. And the purchaser is notified of the acoustic ID assigned to the user and the identifier identifying the user who transferred the acoustic ID. In response to this, the management server device 30 gives an affiliate point to the client terminal 20 of the user who transferred the acoustic ID to the purchaser. The web server device 50 is managed and operated by a business operator who is an advertiser of advertisement information.
Here, an outline of processing performed in cooperation with each device will be described. The client terminal 20a collects the sound emitted by the television 10 and receives the acoustic ID included in the collected sound. Then, the client terminal 20a acquires the advertisement metadata to which the content identifier included in the received acoustic ID is assigned from the management server device 30. Then, the client terminal 20a acquires the advertisement content stored in the link destination indicated by the URL included in the advertisement metadata from the advertisement distribution server device 40. The client terminal 20a displays an advertising content by executing a dedicated browser. In this case, since the TV 10 has transferred the acoustic ID to the client terminal 20a and not the client terminal 20 of the user who is a user of the content distribution system 100, an advertisement distribution point or an affiliate point associated with the transfer of the acoustic ID Does not occur for the television 10.
Next, a case where the client terminal 20a transfers the received acoustic ID to the client terminal 20b based on a user operation will be described. The client terminal 20b acquires advertisement metadata related to the advertisement information to which the received acoustic ID is assigned from the management server device 30. Then, the client terminal 20b acquires the advertisement content stored in the link destination indicated by the URL included in the advertisement metadata from the advertisement distribution server device 40. The client terminal 20b displays the content of the advertisement content on the dedicated browser. When the acoustic ID is transferred from the client terminal 20a to the client terminal 20b, the management server device 30 gives an advertisement distribution point to the client terminal 20a that has performed the transfer. Thereafter, when the user of the client terminal 20b accesses the EC site of the product by specifying a link from the displayed advertisement content and purchases the product, the following processing is executed. That is, the web server device 50 in which this EC site is constructed purchases a product based on the advertisement information to which the acoustic ID is assigned based on the transfer of the acoustic ID from the client terminal 20a by the user of the client terminal 20b. Is notified to the management server device 30. In response to this, the management server device 30 gives an affiliate point to the client terminal 20a.
制御部11は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)、ROM(Read Only Memory)及びRAM(Random Access Memory)を有する。 FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing a hardware configuration of the television 10. The television 10 includes a control unit 11, a storage unit 12, a communication unit 13, an operation unit 14, a display unit 15, and a sound emission unit 16. Each part is electrically connected by a bus. The control unit 11 includes a CPU (Central Processing Unit), a ROM (Read Only Memory), and a RAM (Random Access Memory). The CPU controls each unit connected to the control unit 11 by executing a control program stored in the ROM or the storage unit 12. The storage unit 12 is a storage device such as a hard disk, and stores various programs. The communication unit 13 includes an antenna and a tuner. When receiving a radio wave transmitted from each broadcasting station under the control of the control unit 11, the communication unit 13 converts the radio wave into a digital signal and supplies the digital signal to the control unit 11. The operation unit 14 has, for example, a plurality of keys. When these keys are operated by the user, the operation unit 14 supplies a signal corresponding to the operation content to the control unit 11. The control unit 11 determines the operation content based on this signal and performs processing. The display unit 15 includes, for example, a display body such as a liquid crystal display and a memory such as a VRAM (Video Random Access Memory), and various images including images corresponding to received radio waves under the control of the control unit 11. Is displayed on the LCD. The sound emitting unit 16 includes a sound emitting device such as a speaker, and emits a sound corresponding to the received radio wave from the speaker under the control of the control unit 11.
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing a hardware configuration of the client terminal 20. The client terminal 20 is configured as a computer having a control unit 21, a storage unit 22, a wireless communication unit 23, a UI (User Interface) unit 24, a sound collecting unit 25, a sound emitting unit 26, and a time measuring unit (not shown). Each part is electrically connected by a bus. The control unit 21 includes a CPU, a ROM, and a RAM. The CPU controls each unit connected to the control unit 21 by executing a control program stored in the ROM or the storage unit 22. The storage unit 22 is a nonvolatile storage unit such as an EEPROM (ElectricallyrErasable and Programmable ROM) or a flash memory, and stores various programs, user identifiers, phoneme data 221 and acoustic IDs 222 which will be described later.
The wireless communication unit 23 is connected to the mobile communication network NW and communicates with the management server device 30, the advertisement distribution server device 40, and the web server device 50 via the Internet NET under the control of the control unit 11. The UI unit 24 includes a touch screen and a plurality of keys. When the user operates the touch screen and the keys, the UI unit 24 supplies a signal corresponding to the operation content to the control unit 21. The control unit 21 determines the operation content based on this signal, and displays an image corresponding to the operation content on the touch screen. The sound collection unit 25 includes a sound collection device such as a microphone, for example, converts the collected sound into a digital signal, and supplies the digital signal to the control unit 21. The sound emitting unit 26 includes a sound emitting device such as a speaker, for example, converts the digital signal supplied from the control unit 21 into sound, and emits the sound from the speaker. The timer unit measures time.
Next, the contents of the user identifier, phoneme data 221 and acoustic ID 222 stored in the storage unit 22 will be described. The user identifier is an identifier uniquely assigned to the client terminal 20 possessed by the user. In this embodiment, it is assumed that there is one user who possesses one client terminal 20, and that the client terminal 20 and the user have a one-to-one correspondence. In this case, the user identifier is: It can also be said that the identifier identifies a user who is the owner of the client terminal 20. The user identifier is represented by a bit string having a predetermined length including “0” and “1”, but is hereinafter represented by a character string “User0001” for convenience of explanation.
The user identifier may be information unique to the user so that the user can be identified. That is, the user identifier only needs to be associated with each user. Therefore, if it is assumed that the client terminal 20 and the user are associated with each other, the user identifier may be an identifier uniquely assigned to the client terminal 20 as described above. An identifier assigned to software stored in the storage unit 22 of the client terminal 20 or an identifier assigned to a memory chip of the storage unit 22 may be used as a user identifier.
FIG. 4 is a table showing the phoneme data 221. As described above, the acoustic ID is composed of a combination of digital data (signal sequence of digital data) having “0” and “1” as the minimum unit (bit) of information, and each of these “0” and “1”. Are assigned different sound waveforms. Since “0” and “1” at this time are the minimum units to which a sound waveform is assigned, they are hereinafter referred to as “phonemes”. (Note that the phoneme data of “0” and “1” are referred to as first phoneme data representing a waveform of a sound showing a 0 bit and second phoneme data representing a waveform of a sound showing a 1 bit. In the phoneme data 221, sound data having a sound waveform assigned to each of the phoneme numbers “0” and “1” is associated. That is, the sound data for the sound ID is generated by combining these sound data according to the bit strings “0” and “1” included in the sound ID. When the user uses the content distribution system 100, the dedicated browser is downloaded in advance to the client terminal 20 as described above. At this time, the phoneme data 221 is also downloaded and stored in the storage unit 22.
FIG. 5 is a table showing an example of the acoustic ID 222 stored in the client terminal 20. The acoustic ID 222 includes a content identifier for identifying the advertising information, a sender identifier for identifying the sender who has transmitted the advertising information by the acoustic ID, the title of the advertising information, the attribute of the advertising information, and the advertising content. Is stored in association with a URL indicating a link destination. Among these, a set of a content identifier and a caller identifier is transferred as an acoustic ID. The title, attribute, and URL represent advertisement metadata of advertisement information indicated by the content identifier. The content identifier is information included in the acoustic ID received by the client terminal 20, and is a content identifier for identifying the content. The caller identifier is data included in the acoustic ID received by the client terminal 20, and is the broadcasting station identifier of the broadcasting station that transferred the acoustic ID or the user identifier of the client terminal 20 that transferred the acoustic ID. . Here, the broadcast station identifier is an identifier for identifying each broadcast station in the television 10 located at the starting point of transmission in the distribution route. The television 10 emits a sound based on the acoustic ID superimposed on the audio of the program, and a broadcasting station identifier is stored in the sender identifier in the acoustic ID. As with the user identifier, the broadcast station identifier is represented by a bit string having a predetermined length including “0” and “1”. However, for the convenience of explanation, the broadcast station identifier is represented by a character string “TVch0001”. Express.
In the title, attribute, and URL, the contents of the above-described advertisement metadata are stored. The title is a character string representing the content of the advertisement information. The attribute is a character string that represents the attribute of the advertisement information. The URL link destination site is constructed in the advertisement distribution server device 40. In the sound ID 222, data corresponding to the advertisement metadata is not yet stored immediately after the sound ID is received. Thereafter, when the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 acquires the advertisement metadata corresponding to the content identifier of the received acoustic ID from the management server device 30 using the communication unit 23, the acquired content is included in the advertisement metadata in the acoustic ID 222. The data corresponding to is stored.
FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing the hardware configuration of the management server device 30. As shown in FIG. The management server device 30 is configured as a computer having a control unit 31, a storage unit 32, a communication unit 33, and a timer unit (not shown). Each part is electrically connected by a bus. The control unit 31 includes a CPU, a ROM, and a RAM. The CPU controls each unit connected to the control unit 31 by executing a control program stored in the ROM or the storage unit 32. The storage unit 32 is a storage device such as a hard disk, for example, and stores various programs, advertisement distribution history 321, advertisement metadata 322, and point data 323, which will be described later. The communication unit 33 communicates with the client terminal 20 connected to the web server device 50 and the mobile communication network NW via the Internet NET under the control of the control unit 31. The timer unit measures time.
FIG. 7 is a table showing an example of the advertisement distribution history 321. The advertisement distribution history 321 is a set of a content identifier, a sender identifier, a receiver identifier, a date and time, the number of transfer steps, and an affiliate purchase flag, which are associated with each other and stored in the storage unit 32. The The contents of the content identifier and the sender identifier are as described above. The receiver identifier is a user identifier of the client terminal 20 that is a receiver who has received the acoustic ID. The date and time is the date and time when the acoustic ID is received by the client terminal 20. The transfer step number is the number of steps in which the acoustic ID is transferred between the plurality of client terminals 20 (the number of times the procedure relating to the transfer of the acoustic ID has been performed). However, when acoustic IDs are simultaneously transferred to two or more client terminals 20, this is regarded as one transfer in the number of transfer steps. That is, the number of transfer steps is the number of times that the acoustic ID is transferred, and even if the acoustic ID is transferred to a plurality of client terminals 20 at one opportunity, these are the same by the control unit 31. Counted once. Here, the transfer history having the same opportunity in the advertisement distribution history 321 means that each date and time in the advertisement distribution history 321 is within a predetermined range. The predetermined range is, for example, “1 minute”, and a numerical value appropriate to be regarded as the transfer history of the same opportunity is stored in the storage unit 32 as a setting value.
In other words, the number of transfer steps is a value according to the number of other client terminals 20 intervening on the route along which the acoustic ID is transferred before a certain content identifier is stored in a certain client terminal 20. It can be said that there is. For example, the client terminal 20 having the receiver identifier “User0005” receives three content terminals “101001000011101” and stores them in the storage unit 20 until the three client terminals 20 “User0004”, “User0003”, and “User0001”. Therefore, the number of transfer steps is “3”. The control unit 31 of the management server device 30 performs the following process when obtaining the number of transfer steps when the client terminal 20 as one recipient receives the content identifier. The control unit 31 specifies a caller identifier corresponding to the target receiver identifier from the advertisement distribution history 321 and specifies a caller identifier when the specified caller identifier is a receiver of the content identifier. This process is repeated until the sender becomes a broadcasting station, and the number of other intervening client terminals 20 is specified as the number of transfer steps.
The affiliate purchase flag indicates whether the user of the client terminal 20 indicated by the receiver identifier has accessed the EC site from the advertisement content based on the received acoustic ID and purchased the product. When the affiliate purchase flag is “0”, it indicates that purchase has not been performed, and when it is “1”, it indicates that purchase has been performed. Based on the operation of the user of the client terminal 20 represented by the receiver identifier, the client terminal 20 accesses the advertisement content by designating the URL from the advertisement metadata corresponding to the content identifier, and from there the EC site of the product Suppose you access and access to purchase a product. At this time, the client terminal 20 transferred the content identifier, the user identifier of the user who is the receiver of the acoustic ID, and the acoustic ID including the content identifier to the web server device 50 managing the EC site. The sender identifier is sent together. When the purchase process is completed, the web server device 50 includes the received set of the content identifier, the user identifier, and the caller identifier in a notification that the product has been purchased, and transmits the notification to the management server device 30. Using the communication unit 33, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 that has received the notification that the set of the content identifier, the user identifier, and the caller identifier and the product has been purchased is included in the advertisement distribution history 321. The affiliate purchase flag corresponding to the received content is changed to “1”.
FIG. 8 is a table showing an example of the advertisement metadata 322. The advertisement metadata 322 is composed of a set of a content identifier, a title, an attribute, and a URL, and each content is as described above. The control unit 31 of the management server device 30 acquires the advertisement metadata 322 of the advertisement information from the web server device 50 managed by the business operator who is the advertiser of the advertisement information using the communication unit 32 and stores it in advance. Stored in the unit 32.
FIG. 9 is a table showing an example of the point data 323. The point data 323 includes a set of a user identifier, an advertisement distribution point, and an affiliate point. In the point data 323, advertisement distribution points and affiliate points are stored in association with each other for all user identifiers stored in the caller identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321. Here, it is assumed that both the advertisement distribution points and the affiliate points given at one time are 100 points. Further, the total number of advertisement distribution points is determined not by the number of transfer steps but by the number of client terminals 20 to which the acoustic ID is transferred. As shown in FIG. 7, the client terminal 20 with the caller identifier “User0001” is assigned to “User0001” because the acoustic ID is transferred to the two client terminals 20 “User0002” and “User0003”. The advertisement distribution point is 200 points (see FIG. 9). Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the client terminals 20 having the caller identifiers “User0002”, “User0003”, and “User0004” transfer the acoustic ID to the other client terminals 20 once, so that these users The advertisement distribution points given to the identifier are 100 points each (see FIG. 9).
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the client terminals 20 with the receiver identifiers “User0002” and “User0003” follow the link from the advertising content based on the content identifier “101001000011101” transferred from the caller identifier “User0001”. Since the merchandise is purchased from the EC site, the affiliate purchase flag is “1”. Therefore, 200 affiliate points are given to the user identifier “User0001” (see FIG. 9). Similarly, as shown in FIG. 7, the client terminal 20 having the receiver identifier “User0005” follows the link from the advertisement content based on the content identifier “101001000011101” transferred from the caller identifier “User0004”, and then from the EC site. Since the product is purchased, the affiliate purchase flag is “1”. Therefore, 100 affiliate points are given to the user identifier “User0004” (see FIG. 9).

<動作>
<Operation>
Next, the operation of each device in the content distribution system 100 will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 13 is a sequence chart when each process including transfer and reception of an acoustic ID is performed between the television 10 and the client terminal 20. First, the control unit 11 of the television 10 emits sound from the sound emitting unit 16 (step Sa1). In the sound emitted at this time, the sound based on the acoustic ID is superimposed on the sound of the program or CM (Commercial). The emitted sound propagates through the space (step Sa2). At this time, the user has activated a dedicated browser in advance in the client terminal 20a. The control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a executes a dedicated browser, and outputs a signal having a waveform representing an acoustic ID included in the sound emitted by the television 10 among the sound signals collected by the sound collection unit 25. The extracted waveform data of the extracted signal is stored in the storage unit 22 (step Sa3). The control unit 21 extracts from the waveform data stored in step Sa3 the one that matches the waveform assigned to the phoneme data 221 and demodulates the acoustic ID (step Sa4). The control unit 21 stores the demodulated acoustic ID as the acoustic ID 222 in the storage unit 22 (step Sa5). Specifically, in step Sa5, the control unit 21 converts the waveform data indicating the demodulated acoustic ID into a bit string including “0” and “1” based on the phoneme data 221. And the control part 21 memorize | stores the bit string of the digit previously determined from the head among the converted bit strings in the content identifier in acoustic ID222, and memorize | stores the subsequent bit string in the sender | caller identifier in acoustic ID222. Note that the acoustic ID 222 at this time does not yet include information on advertisement metadata transmitted from the management server device 30 as described later.
Next, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a uses the communication unit 23 to automatically collect the sound including the set including the content identifier and the caller identifier included in the acoustic ID 222 and the sound ID described above. The user identifier assigned to the device is associated with and transmitted to the management server device 30 (step Sa6). When the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 receives the set of the content identifier, the caller identifier, and the user identifier using the communication unit 33, the control unit 31 stores the advertisement distribution history 321 in the storage unit 32 according to the received content. (Step Sa7). In the following description, the control unit 31 stores the received content identifier and sender identifier as the content identifier and sender identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321. And storing the received user identifier in the storage unit 32 as a receiver identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321.
Next to step Sa7, the control unit 31 updates the number of transfer steps in the advertisement distribution history 321 (step Sa8). Specifically, in step Sa8, in the advertisement distribution history 321, the control unit 31 stores the content identifier received in step Sa7 in the content identifier and the data stored in the receiver identifier in the user identifier received in step Sa7. Identify the caller identifier. Then, the control unit 31 repeats the process of specifying the sender identifier in the data stored as the receiver identifier in association with the content identifier, until the sender becomes a broadcasting station. . And the control part 31 specifies the number of the other client terminals 20 intervened in the said process for every specified sender | caller identifier as a transfer step number. Then, the control unit 31 stores the number of transfer steps specified for each specified caller identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321.
And the control part 31 extracts the advertisement metadata matched with the received content identifier from the advertisement metadata 322 memorize | stored in the memory | storage part 32 (step Sa9). The control unit 31 uses the communication unit 33 to transmit the extracted advertisement metadata to the client terminal 20a (step Sa10). When the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a receives the advertisement metadata using the communication unit 23, the control unit 21 stores the received advertisement metadata as an acoustic ID 222 in association with the content identifier used for extraction of the advertisement metadata. The information is stored in the unit 22 and displayed on the UI unit 24 (step Sa11). Here, when the user designates a link destination to the URL among the advertisement metadata displayed on the UI unit 24, the control unit 21 acquires the designated URL (step Sa12). On the other hand, when the link destination to the URL is not specified by the user after step Sa11, the subsequent processing from step Sa12 to step Sa16 is not performed.
And the control part 21 of the client terminal 20a designates URL acquired based on a user's operation at step Sa12 using the communication part 23, and accesses the advertisement delivery server apparatus 40 (step Sa13). The control unit 41 of the advertisement distribution server device 40 extracts the advertisement content stored at the link destination of the designated URL (step Sa14). And the control part 41 transmits the extracted advertising content to the client terminal 20a using the communication part 43 (step Sa15). When receiving the advertising content using the communication unit 23, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a displays the received advertising content on the UI unit 24 (step Sa16). In steps Sa1 to Sa16, since the sender of the acoustic ID is a television, even if the acoustic ID is transferred or the receiver purchases a product from the EC site, the advertisement distribution point or Affiliate points are not awarded.
14A and 14B are sequence charts when each process including transfer and reception of an acoustic ID is performed between the client terminals 20. Here, it is assumed that the acoustic ID is transferred from the client terminal 20a to the client terminal 20b. First, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a selects a content identifier to be emitted as an acoustic ID based on a user operation using the UI unit 24 (step Sb1). And the control part 21 provides the user ID allocated to the own apparatus (client terminal 20a) which is a sender | caller to the selected content identifier, and produces | generates acoustic ID of sound emission object (step Sb2). And the control part 21 produces | generates sound data based on produced | generated acoustic ID and the phoneme data 221 (step Sb3). The control unit 21 emits a sound based on the generated sound data from the sound emitting unit 26 (step Sb4).
The subsequent processing from step Sb5 to step Sb19 is the same as the processing from step Sa2 to step Sa16 in FIG. Further, the processing after step Sb20 is a processing specific to the case where the acoustic ID is transferred and received between the client terminals 20, and the acoustic ID is transferred from the television 10 to the client terminal 20. In no case is done. When the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 stores the advertisement distribution history 321 in the storage unit 32 according to the received content in step Sb10, the user of the client terminal 20a who is the sender of the acoustic ID in the transfer of step Sb5 Since the identifier is specified, in step Sb20, an advertisement distribution point is given to the client terminal 20a that is a caller who has transferred to the client terminal 20b. Specifically, in step Sb20, the control unit 31 adds 100 points to the advertisement distribution point of the user identifier assigned to the client terminal 20a in the point data 323 stored in the storage unit 32.
Thereafter, when the user of the client terminal 20b accesses the linked EC site displayed in the advertisement content using the UI unit 24 and gives an instruction to purchase a product provided on the site, the client terminal 20b The control unit 21 accepts this instruction (step Sb21). The control unit 21 uses the communication unit 23 to access the web server device 50 in which the EC site is constructed, and transmits a content identifier assigned to the advertisement information related to the product to be purchased and an acoustic ID including the content identifier. The transmitted sender identifier (identifier of the client terminal 20a), the user identifier assigned to the own device (identifier of the client terminal 20b), and an instruction to purchase the product are transmitted (step Sb22). When the control unit 51 of the web server device 50 receives a set of a content identifier, a sender identifier, and a user identifier and an instruction to purchase a product using the communication unit 53, the control unit 51 performs a purchase process for the instructed product ( Step Sb23).
When the instructed product purchase process is completed, the control unit 51 uses the communication unit 53 to transmit a notification to the effect that the product purchase procedure has been completed to the client terminal 20b (step Sb24). In addition, the control unit 31 uses the communication unit 33 to set the set of the received content identifier, the sender identifier (identifier of the client terminal 20a), and the user identifier of the product purchaser (identifier of the client terminal 20b). To the management server device 30 (step Sb25). When the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 receives the set of the content identifier, the caller identifier, and the user identifier using the communication unit 33, the content of the affiliate flag in the advertisement distribution history 321 according to the received content And an affiliate point is given to the client terminal 20a represented by the caller identifier in the received content (step Sb26). Specifically, in step Sb26, the control unit 31 sets an affiliate purchase flag for data that stores the received user identifier as a receiver identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321 for the set of the received content identifier and sender identifier. Update to “1”. In step Sb26, the control unit 31 adds 100 points to the affiliate point of the user identifier assigned to the client terminal 20a in the point data 323 stored in the storage unit 32.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, a sound is generated based on an acoustic ID composed of a set of a content identifier for identifying advertising content and a caller identifier for identifying a caller, and the client that picks up the sound. The terminal 20 demodulates the sound ID based on the collected sound content and the phoneme data 221, so that the advertisement information using the sound ID is propagated between the plurality of client terminals 20. When transferring an acoustic ID, a set of a content identifier, a sender identifier, and a user identifier that is a receiver is transmitted to the management server device 30, so that the management server device 30 transfers the acoustic ID. In addition, the reception history is stored. According to the present embodiment, the browsing of advertisement information is not limited to the user of the client terminal 20 that first receives the acoustic ID from the television 10, and the acoustic ID is transferred between the client terminals 20. Therefore, since the advertising information can be propagated not only to the user who first acquired the advertising information but also to other users, the advertising information can be expected to expand and propagate.
Also, since the advertisement information is propagated between the client terminals 20 using the acoustic ID, the advertisement information can be propagated even if the user does not have a blog or a homepage. When a medium such as a blog or a homepage is used as a means for propagating advertisement information, the advertisement information is disclosed to an unspecified number of people, and the advertisement information is propagated only to users who have accessed the blog or homepage. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since an acoustic ID is used as a means for propagating advertisement information, users (client terminals 20) who transfer and receive acoustic IDs directly face each other and exchange information. The advertisement information is exchanged between the users as more reliable and useful information. As a result, in this embodiment, it can be expected that the user not only acquires the advertisement distribution point but also executes the purchase behavior thereafter. In addition, since the acoustic ID is propagated through sound, the acoustic ID propagated from the sender can be spread not only to the client terminal 20 of the receiver but also to other client terminals 20. , Propagation effect of advertising information can be expected. Further, since the acoustic ID is used as the advertising information propagation means, the advertising information can be easily duplicated and distributed as long as sound can be recorded and reproduced based on the acoustic ID. In addition, since the acoustic ID is used as the advertising information propagation means, it is possible to omit the trouble of setting the pairing between the client terminals 20 in advance. In addition, since the advertisement distribution point can be obtained by transferring the acoustic ID, the user is motivated to receive the acoustic ID indicating the advertising information using the client terminal 20, and the advertising information is further spread for the advertising agency. Opportunity. As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to centrally record information related to a distribution route when content is distributed in the content distribution system.
<変形例>
<Modification>
The above embodiment can be modified as follows. Note that the following modifications may be implemented in combination as appropriate.
(Modification 1)
The management server device 30 may store the advertisement content itself instead of the advertisement metadata 322. In this case, in step Sa9 in FIG. 13, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 reads the advertisement content corresponding to the received content identifier from the storage unit 32. In step Sa10 of FIG. 13, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 transmits the read advertisement content to the client terminal 20a using the communication unit 33. Then, the processing from step Sa11 to step Sa15 in FIG. 13 is omitted, and the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a causes the UI unit 24 to display the received advertisement content. The application of such deformation is the same in FIGS. 14A and 14B. In this way, compared with the case where the advertisement delivery server device 40 is provided separately, the same effect as the embodiment can be achieved while suppressing the management cost.
(Modification 2)
In providing the content distribution system 100 to the user, the system provider may cause the user to perform user information registration work for registering information about the user in advance. For example, information regarding the user may be registered when the dedicated browser is downloaded. The contents of the information to be registered are arbitrary, but are, for example, date of birth, address, name, age, gender, family structure, and the like. In this way, based on the advertisement distribution history 321 stored in the management server device 30 and the information related to the registered user, the system provider can provide such a product to single men in their 30s, for example. It is possible to conduct detailed marketing analysis such as that seems to be popular.
(Modification 3)
An expiration date for granting an advertisement distribution point for each content identifier may be settable. Such an expiration date is described in the advertisement metadata 322. When a set of a content identifier, a sender identifier, and a user identifier that is a receiver is transmitted from the client terminal 20 that has received the acoustic ID to the management server device 30, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 Then, it is determined whether or not the current time measured by the time measuring unit has passed the expiration date included in the advertisement metadata 322 associated with the content identifier. Then, using the communication unit 33, the control unit 31 transmits, together with the advertisement metadata, a notification as to whether the expiration date has passed or not to the client terminal 20. Upon receiving this notification, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 causes the UI unit 24 to display that the advertisement delivery point cannot be received because the expiration date has expired. If the expiration date has not passed, normal contents are displayed on the UI unit 24. When the expiration date has passed, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 does not give an advertisement distribution point to the caller who has transferred the acoustic ID. In this way, by providing an expiration date for granting advertisement distribution points, it is possible to promote the propagation of advertisement information in a limited-time campaign.
(Modification 4)
The remaining number of advertisement distribution points that can be assigned for each content identifier may be settable. Such remaining number is described in the advertisement metadata 322. When a set of a content identifier, a sender identifier, and a user identifier that is a receiver is transmitted from the client terminal 20 that has received the acoustic ID to the management server device 30, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 In the advertisement metadata 322 associated with the content identifier, it is determined whether there is a remaining number of advertisement distribution points. Then, using the communication unit 33, the control unit 31 transmits to the client terminal 20 a notification as to whether or not there is a remaining number of advertisement distribution points along with the advertisement metadata. Upon receiving this notification, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 displays on the UI unit 24 that the advertisement distribution point cannot be received because there is no remaining advertisement distribution point. When there is a remaining number of advertisement distribution points, normal contents are displayed on the UI unit 24. At this time, the remaining number of points may be displayed on the UI unit 24 of the client terminal 20. In this way, when the remaining number of points is displayed, the user is motivated to transfer the acoustic ID to another client terminal 20 as soon as possible in order to obtain points. Propagation effect can be expected. When there is no remaining advertisement distribution point, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 does not give the advertisement distribution point to the caller who has transferred the acoustic ID. In this way, if the remaining number that can be granted is managed among the advertisement distribution points, it becomes easier for the business operator as the advertiser to manage the points within the budget when making a budget for the advertisement.
(Modification 5)
By repeatedly transferring and receiving the acoustic ID between the client terminals 20 of a specific user, it may be possible to prevent the advertisement distribution point from being duplicated. In this case, referring to the advertisement distribution history 321 as described above, the route for transferring and receiving the advertisement information can be understood. When the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 receives a set of a content identifier, a caller identifier, and a user identifier that is a receiver from the client terminal 20 that has received the acoustic ID, the control unit 31 receives it in the advertisement distribution history 321. It is determined whether or not the received user identifier is stored in the receiver identifier associated with the content identifier. That is, here, it is determined whether or not the client terminal 20 with the received user identifier has received the same acoustic ID before. Then, using the communication unit 33, the control unit 31 transmits to the client terminal 20 a notification as to whether or not the acoustic ID has been received in the past, together with the advertisement metadata. In response to this notification, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 causes the UI unit 24 to display that the advertisement distribution point is not added because the sound ID has been received before. As described above, when the storage unit 32 of the management server device 30 has already stored the received user identifier in association with the received content identifier, the control unit 31 receives the received content identifier and sender identifier. And the user identifier is not stored in the storage unit 32.
When the acoustic ID is received for the first time, normal contents are displayed on the UI unit 24. When the same acoustic ID has been transferred before, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 gives the advertisement distribution point only once to the caller who has transferred the acoustic ID. In this way, if the advertisement distribution points are prevented from being doubled, the advertisement distribution points are distributed to a larger number of users, and the number of users who propagate advertisement information using the advertisement distribution points as a motivation increases. Information is propagated.
(Modification 6)
In the advertisement distribution history 321, the number of transfer steps is managed, but the advertisement distribution points to be assigned may be weighted according to the number of transfer steps. For example, although it is a television broadcasting station that is located at the origin of transmission in the distribution route, the step in which the client terminal 20 receives the acoustic ID from the television 10 is the start point of the distribution route to which the acoustic ID is subsequently transferred. Therefore, it is considered important. Accordingly, the client terminal 20 located upstream of the delivery route may be paid a higher advertisement delivery point than the client terminal 20 located downstream of the delivery route. In this case, the storage unit 32 stores a correspondence table between the number of transfer steps and the advertisement distribution point. In the correspondence table, a higher advertisement distribution point is described for a smaller transfer step number, and a lower advertisement distribution point is described for a larger transfer step number. Based on the number of transfer steps in the advertisement distribution history 321 and this correspondence table, the control unit 31 determines an advertisement distribution point to be given to the sender of the acoustic ID. With such weighting, a higher advertisement distribution point can be obtained if it is located upstream of the distribution route, which motivates the user to be positively located upstream of the distribution route, and the propagation of advertisement information is further promoted. More chances to be
(Modification 7)
In the distribution route specified from the advertisement distribution history 321, the advertisement distribution points given to the client terminal 20 may be weighted according to the total number of terminals located downstream from the client terminal 20 of the terminal itself. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, there are four client terminals 20, “User0002” to “User0005”, downstream of “User0001” in the distribution route having “User0001” as a sender. On the other hand, two client terminals 20, “User0004” and “User0005”, exist downstream from “User0003” in the distribution route having “User0003” as a sender. The storage unit 32 stores a correspondence table between the number of terminals located downstream in the distribution route and the advertisement distribution points. In the correspondence table, when the number of terminals located downstream in the distribution route is larger, a higher advertisement distribution point is described, and when the number of terminals located downstream in the distribution route is smaller, a lower advertisement distribution point is described. ing. Based on the contents of the advertisement distribution history 321 and this correspondence table, the control unit 31 determines an advertisement distribution point to be given to the sender of the acoustic ID. For example, the control unit 31 of the management server device 30 may determine such an advertisement distribution point at a predetermined timing such as the end of the month and give it as a bonus point different from a normal point. If such weighting is used, more advertisement distribution points can be obtained by propagating advertisement information to more users, so it is a motivation for users to propagate advertisement information and advertising information more effectively. Is propagated.

(Modification 8)
The control unit 31 may specify a content distribution route by referring to the advertisement distribution history 321, process information regarding the specified distribution route, and output the information as time-series information. Here, specifying the delivery route means that, for each content identifier in the advertisement delivery history 321, the control unit 31 extends from the broadcasting station that is the starting point for sending the acoustic ID to the client terminal 20 that is the ending point for receiving the acoustic ID. In this case, the transfer and reception of the acoustic ID between the sender and the receiver is specified in time series. In other words, the information on the distribution route specified in this way is based on the order in which the caller identifier and the user identifier are stored in the storage unit 32 of the management server device 30 for each content identifier. And user identifiers expressed in time series. The control unit 31 is an example of an information output unit according to the present invention.
The process of specifying the content distribution route is specifically as follows. First, the control unit 31 uniquely specifies a content identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321. And the control part 31 extracts the data which memorize | stores one content identifier among the uniquely specified content identifiers from the advertisement delivery log | history 321. FIG. And the control part 31 specifies the data which memorize | stores a broadcast station identifier as a caller identifier in the extracted data. And the control part 31 repeats the process of specifying the data which memorize | stores the receiver identifier in the specified data as a sender | caller identifier in the extracted data until there is no unprocessed data for the extracted data. . Then, the control unit 31 repeats the above-described processing for all uniquely identified content identifiers until there is no unprocessed data. As a result, the distribution route when the transfer and reception of the sound ID having a certain content identifier is performed from the broadcasting station as the starting point of transmission is specified in time series. As a method of processing information related to a delivery route, for example, there is a method of outputting the delivery route in a tree form.
FIG. 15 is a diagram showing information representing a delivery route in a tree shape. FIG. 15 shows a distribution route of content to which each content identifier is assigned based on the advertisement distribution history 321 shown in FIG. The control unit 31 can identify the content distribution route using the acoustic ID from the advertisement distribution history 321. For example, in the advertisement information represented by the content identifier “101001010011101”, “TVch0001” is located at the origination point in the distribution route. The acoustic ID transferred from “TVch0001” is received by the client terminal 20 of “User0001”, and the client terminal 20 of “User0001” transfers this acoustic ID to the client terminals 20 of “User0002” and “User0003”. Yes. The client terminal 20 of “User0003” that has received the acoustic ID transfers the received acoustic ID to the client terminal 20 of “User0004”. The client terminal 20 of “User0004” that has received the acoustic ID transfers the received acoustic ID to the client terminal 20 of “User0005”. In this way, by tracing the sender identifier and receiver identifier in the advertisement distribution history 321, the distribution route of the content to which the content identifier is assigned can be known. If you analyze the distribution route expressed in the tree shape in this way, this user is an important customer because it is frequently located upstream, or because the tree does not extend horizontally, this advertising information It is possible to obtain an analysis result such as that is not appropriate.
(Modification 9)
The timing at which the television 10 emits the sound ID may include, for example, not only during CM broadcast but also during program broadcast. In this case, for example, in the case of a variety program, a content identifier may be assigned in advance to a product such as a confectionery, a shop, clothes, and miscellaneous goods introduced in the program, and advertisement metadata and advertisement content may be prepared. In this way, the television 10 can emit the sound ID corresponding to the content related to the program within the broadcasting time, not limited to the CM time zone, so that the broadcasting station can set the broadcasting time of the program. Advertising can be done without shortening.

FIG. 20 is a sequence chart when the acoustic ID according to the modification 10 is transferred. First, when the user designates a song ID of a song to be sung using the operation unit 64, the control unit 61 of the karaoke terminal 60 acquires the designated song ID (step Sc1). And the control part 61 transmits the request | requirement of the audio | voice data of the music which concerns on designated music ID to the karaoke server apparatus 70 using the communication part 63 (step Sc2). When receiving the request using the communication unit 73, the control unit 71 of the karaoke server device 70 increases the number of times of singing the designated song among the song data 721 stored in the storage unit 72 (step Sc3). . Moreover, the control part 71 of the karaoke server apparatus 70 extracts the content identifier and audio | voice data of the designated music from the music data 721 memorize | stored in the memory | storage part 72 (step Sc4). The control part 71 transmits the extracted content identifier and audio | voice data to the karaoke terminal 60 using the communication part 73 (step Sc5). When the control unit 61 of the karaoke terminal 60 receives the content identifier and the audio data using the communication unit 63, the control unit 61 generates a sound ID to be emitted by adding the terminal identifier assigned to the device itself to the received content identifier. (Step Sc6). And the control part 61 produces | generates sound data based on produced | generated acoustic ID and phoneme data 621 (step Sc7). The control unit 61 emits a sound based on the generated sound data from the sound emitting unit 66 (step Sc8).
The sound emitted from the karaoke terminal 60 propagates through the space (step Sc9). At this time, the user has activated a dedicated browser in advance in the client terminal 20a. The control unit 21 of the client terminal 20a collects the sound emitted from the karaoke terminal 60 by the sound collection unit 25, and the sound signal extracted by executing a dedicated browser among the collected sound signals. Is stored in the storage unit 22 (step Sc10). The control unit 21 extracts a signal that matches the waveform assigned to the phoneme data 221 from the waveform data of the sound signal stored in step Sc10, and demodulates the acoustic ID (step Sc11). The control unit 21 stores the regenerated acoustic ID in the storage unit 22 as the acoustic ID 222 (step Sc12). The subsequent processing is the same as the processing after step Sa7 shown in FIG.
Thus, according to the modified example 10, the advertisement information related to the music for which singing is specified by the karaoke terminal 60 is transferred as the acoustic ID when the music is played. As a result, the user can obtain information such as advertisements related to the music, so the user can purchase a product related to the music from the displayed content or follow the link of the displayed content, and the music characteristics in more detail. It is possible to remember. Products related to music may be goods, services, and information related to music, such as audio data of music, performance tickets, goods related to singing artists, musical score data, lyrics data, image data such as promotional videos, etc. is there. Moreover, not only the advertisement information related to the music for which the user has specified singing but also the music specified by the user, the advertisement information related to the music having the largest number of singing times in the music data 721 is transferred as the acoustic ID. May be.
(Modification 11)
Further, when the user moves with the client terminal 20, the acoustic ID stored in the client terminal 20 may be always emitted by always executing a dedicated browser. At this time, based on the information on the current position acquired by the client terminal 20 from the GPS server device and the map server device, for example, in the suburbs, there are few people passing by, so if you are in the city without running a dedicated browser, Since there are many people who pass each other, it is possible to perform control such that a dedicated browser is executed. In addition, in a specific building or place where people are likely to gather, such as a fashion building in a downtown area or a terminal station, an acoustic browser may be constantly emitted by executing a dedicated browser.
In this case, the administrator of the management server device 30 sets a range of a space that causes the client terminal 20 to perform control for always executing the dedicated browser and constantly emitting sound IDs, and stores the setting contents in the storage unit 32. You can make it. The control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 acquires the setting content and stores it in the storage unit 22 when communicating with the management server device 30 using the communication unit 23. The control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 uses the dedicated browser while the current position is included in the set space based on the acquired setting content and the information on the current position acquired from the GPS server device and the map server device. Is always executed, and the sound ID stored in the storage unit 22 is always emitted. In this way, since the user can transfer and receive the acoustic ID without being face-to-face contact only by being located in the city, a specific place, or a building, what time is it to the user? It is possible to have an unknown expectation of not knowing what kind of content can be acquired. As a result, it can be expected that the user himself / herself visits a place included in the set space range to increase the opportunity for propagation of the advertisement information. In this way, the acoustic ID can be transferred to an unspecified number.
また、IrDA(Infrared Data Association)やBluetooth(登録商標)やNFC(Near Field Communication)などの規格に従って通信する通信装置から、これらの通信規格に従ってコンテンツ識別子及び発信者識別子を送信し、クライアント端末20がこれらの通信規格に従ってコンテンツ識別子及び発信者識別子を受信するようにしてもよい。
(Modification 12)
In the embodiment, it is assumed that the television 10 is located at the starting point of transmission in the content distribution route, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the media located at the starting point of the transmission may be a video posted on a radio or website, and the sound emitted from a huge monitor in the city includes a sound based on the acoustic ID. Also good. In addition, a sound based on an acoustic ID may be included in a sound emitted from a sound emitting device installed in a store such as a convenience store or a supermarket, or a public space such as a public office or a public hall. In short, any sound may be used as long as a sound including an acoustic ID is first emitted to the client terminal 20 by sound and becomes a starting point of transmission of information content.
From the origin of transmission in the content distribution route, an identifier included in the acoustic ID in the client terminal 20 using something other than sound, that is, a content identifier that uniquely identifies advertising content, and a sender of advertising information are uniquely identified A combination with a caller identifier to be acquired may be acquired. For example, the client terminal 20 may display a content identifier and a caller identifier by an image such as a QR code (registered trademark) or a barcode displayed on a display device or printed on a medium such as paper. The image may be read by the imaging unit to recognize the content identifier and the caller identifier. In addition, a content identifier and a caller identifier are transmitted according to these communication standards from a communication device that communicates according to standards such as IrDA (Infrared Data Association), Bluetooth (registered trademark), NFC (Near Field Communication), and the client terminal 20 You may make it receive a content identifier and a sender | caller identifier according to these communication standards. When the client terminal 20 accesses information on a network such as the Internet (for example, a website) and selects an object such as a banner advertisement or a soft button included in the information, the content identifier and transmission associated with the object are transmitted. A person identifier may be acquired. In short, any mechanism may be used as long as it notifies the client terminal 20 of the content identifier and the sender identifier. In addition, when using the above-mentioned image or a communication standard such as IrDA, Bluetooth (registered trademark), or NFC, the display device or the communication device is installed in various places such as an urban area, a store, or a public space as described above. Can do.
From the above, the identifier acquisition means of the present invention acquires the content identifier assigned to the content and the sender identifier assigned to the sender of the content identifier, and in particular, these content identifier and sender identifier Are included in the sound data, these identifiers are acquired as sound data.

(Modification 13)
In the embodiment, the advertisement content is cited as an example of content, but the type of content is not limited to this. Specifically, instead of data representing advertisements, for example, data representing music, data representing still images or moving images, data representing documents, data representing various materials, or data such as various computer programs may be used as content. Good. In short, the content may be any information provided to the user regardless of whether it is free of charge.
(Modification 14)
You may make it provide a difference in the number of points to give and the quality of the content to provide by the time (it is called reaction time) required after a user performs each operation and reacts after receiving acoustic ID. In this case, for example, the reward such as the point or the quality of the content may be increased as the user reacts faster to the reception of the acoustic ID.
For example, in FIG. 13, the shorter the time measured by the time measuring unit from when the acoustic ID is stored in the client terminal 20a in step Sa5 until the URL is acquired based on the user's operation in step Sa12, the advertisement is distributed. The server device 40 increases the quality of the content transmitted in step Sa15. Here, increasing the quality of content means, for example, increasing the type and amount of information displayed as content. In this case, a plurality of contents each having different contents may be stored in advance in the storage unit 42 of the advertisement distribution server device 40 according to the reaction time. When the control unit 21 stores the acoustic ID in the storage unit 22 in step Sa5, the control unit 21 causes the timing unit to start measuring time. Then, the control unit 21 uses the communication unit 23 in step Sa13 to calculate the time measured by the time measuring unit from the start of measurement until the URL is acquired based on the user's operation in step Sa12. 40. The control unit 41 of the advertisement distribution server device 40 extracts the advertising content corresponding to the reaction time included in the received content from the storage unit 42, and transmits the extracted advertising content to the client terminal 20a using the communication unit 43.
Further, in the case of FIG. 14, the above-described processing is the time measured by the time measuring unit after the acoustic ID is stored in the client terminal 20 b in step Sb8 until the URL is acquired based on the user operation in step Sb15. The shorter the is, the higher the quality of the content transmitted by the advertisement distribution server device 40 in step Sb18. In the case of FIG. 14, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20 b transmits the measured time to the management server device 30 using the communication unit 23 at the timing between Step Sb16 and Step Sb17. Thereby, the control part 31 of the management server apparatus 30 makes the advertisement delivery point provided to the client terminal 20a high in step Sb20, so that the measured time is short.
For example, in FIG. 14, when the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20b displays the advertising content received in step Sb19 on the UI unit 24, the control unit 21 causes the time measuring unit to start measuring time. Then, the control unit 21 of the client terminal 20b manages the time measured from the start of measurement until the product purchase instruction is received in step Sb21 using the communication unit 23 at the timing between step Sb22 and step Sb23. It transmits to the server device 30. Thereby, the control part 31 of the management server apparatus 30 raises the affiliate point given to the client terminal 20a by step Sb26, so that the measured time is short. In this way, the shorter the reaction time, the higher the reward. Therefore, it is possible to motivate the user to respond more quickly and to expect the user to respond more quickly to the advertising information.

(Modification 15)
The present invention can also be specified as a program for causing a computer to function as a control device. Such a program may be provided in a form recorded on a recording medium such as an optical disc, or may be provided in a form such that the program is downloaded to a computer via a communication line such as the Internet, and is installed and used. .
(Modification 16)
As described above, the client terminal 20 receives the phoneme data representing the waveform of the sound indicating the bit value of 0 and the bit value of 1 by the wireless communication unit 23 and stores the phoneme data in the storage unit 22. Then, based on the phoneme data stored in the storage unit 22, the control unit 21 converts the acquired sound data into a bit string indicating the content identifier and the caller identifier, so that the content identifier and the above-described sound data are converted from the sound data. Extract caller identifier. And the control part 21 produces | generates the sound data containing a content identifier and a user identifier based on the phoneme data memorize | stored in the memory | storage part 22, and outputs the sound according to the produced | generated said sound data from a sound emission part. . That is, the client terminal 20 uses the identifier acquisition unit for acquiring the content identifier assigned to the content and the caller identifier assigned to the sender of the content identifier, and the sound data acquired by the identifier acquisition unit. Extraction means for extracting the content identifier and the caller identifier, transmission for transmitting the content identifier and the caller identifier extracted by the extraction means, and the user identifier assigned to the user of the own device to the server device Means, content acquisition means for acquiring content assigned with the content identifier extracted by the extraction means, content identifier of the content extracted by the extraction means, and the sender of the sender of the content identifier The identifier of the device Output means for outputting sound corresponding to sound data including the user identifier of the user, first phoneme data representing a sound waveform indicating a bit value of 0, and a sound waveform indicating a bit value of 1 Receiving means for receiving the second phoneme data to be represented; storage means for storing the first phoneme data and the second phoneme data received by the receiving means; and the extracting means Based on the first phoneme data and the second phoneme data stored by the storage unit, the sound data acquired by the sound data acquisition unit is converted into a bit string indicating the content identifier and the caller identifier. The content identifier and the caller identifier are extracted from the sound data by the conversion, and the output means is the first stored in the storage means. Based on the phoneme data and the second phoneme data to generate sound data including the content identifier and the user identifier, and outputs a sound corresponding to the generated the sound data.
According to this configuration, for example, even a client terminal that does not hold phoneme data at the manufacturing and shipping stage obtains phoneme data prior to acquisition of the sound data, so that the phoneme data is obtained based on the phoneme data. It is possible to extract the content identifier and the caller identifier from the data, generate sound data including the content identifier and the caller identifier, and emit a sound according to the sound data. In other words, even if the client terminal is a client terminal that does not hold phoneme data at the time of manufacture and shipment, it can propagate the content to other client terminals.
