一种粉料秤秤斗及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉料称量设备, 具体为一种粉料秤的秤斗。
背景技术
粉料的称量是轮胎及粉体行业配料生产中最重要的环节之一,粉料秤的精度 高低对整个配料环节影响较大。 现有技术中所用的粉料秤主要以碳钢结构为主, 秤体的质量、 体积较大, 加工工序复杂, 不利于运输和存放。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题而提供一种粉料秤秤斗,该秤斗采用软体材 料制作而成,秤斗上具有同秤体其它部分向连接的悬挂连接件, 安装后无明显褶 皱, 极大地降低了秤体的重量, 提高了称量精度。
本发明的另一目的在于提供了一种粉料秤秤斗的制造方法,用粘贴和缝制的 方式将秤斗的各部分连接在一起, 工序简单, 易于操作, 降低了生产成本。
本发明所述的粉料秤秤斗是通过如下技术方案来实现的:具有由软体材料制 作而成的上直筒、 锥形筒、 下直筒、 裙摆、 斗体悬挂鼻, 其中,
上直筒位于秤斗的顶部, 其下端连接有锥形筒;
下直筒和裙摆位于秤斗的底部, 二者的上端同锥形筒的下端相连接,裙摆设 置在下直筒的外围;
上直筒和锥形筒的连接处周向设置有多个用于将秤斗固定在秤斗支架上的 斗体悬挂鼻。
对本发明做进一步改进, 所述锥形筒沿垂直于成型的方向由上锥筒、下锥筒 两部分组成。
对本发明做进一步改进, 上锥筒、 下锥筒的连接处呈弧形。
对本发明做进一步改进,所述锥形筒上周向设置有多个用于将粉体秤的激震 装置同秤斗相连接的激震装置悬挂鼻。
本发明所述的粉料秤秤斗的制造方法, 所述秤斗由片状的软体材料经卷曲、 粘贴而形成斗体状, 该方法包括:
将片状上直筒材料的下边缘粘贴到片状锥形筒材料的上边缘的步骤; 将片状下直筒材料的上边缘粘贴到片状锥形筒材料的下边缘的步骤; 说 明 书
将斗体悬挂鼻粘贴并缝制到上直筒与锥形筒连接处的步骤;
将裙摆上边缘粘贴到下直筒与锥形筒连接处的步骤。
对本发明做进一步改进,该方法包括将片状上锥筒材料的下边缘粘贴到片状 下锥筒材料的上边缘使之形成一片锥形筒材料的步骤。
对本发明做进一步改进,该方法包括将将激震装置悬挂鼻粘贴并缝制到片状 锥形筒材料上的步骤。
对本发明做进一步改进, 在粘贴之前对粘贴区域进行打磨处理。
综上所述,本发明所述粉料秤秤斗及其制造方法,具有以下优点和显著效果:
1、 秤斗采用软体材料, 极大地降低了秤体的质量和成本。
2、 组成秤斗的各部件采用粘贴、 缝制的工艺制造而成, 避免了碳钢结 构的折弯、 焊接等加工工序, 降低了生产成本。
3、 秤斗可折叠存放, 在运输、 储存及售后方面具有显著的经济效益。 附图说明

具体实施例
如图 1所示的粉料秤, 具有料斗 (81)、 秤斗支架 (82)、 校秤装置 (83)、 激震 装置 (84), 料斗 (81)固定在秤斗支架 (82)上, 校秤装置设置在秤斗支架 (82)上, 激震装置 (84)同秤斗 (81)相连接。
料斗 (81)由软体材料制作而成, 如图 2所示, 由上直筒(1)、 锥形筒 (2)、 下 直筒 (3)、 裙摆 (4)、 斗体悬挂鼻 (5)、 激震装置悬挂鼻 (6)组成, 其中锥形筒 (2) 说 明 书
由上锥筒 (21)、 下锥筒 (22)的边缘搭接而成, 搭接处呈弧形, 如图 3所示。 上直 筒(1)位于秤斗的顶部, 其下端连接有锥形筒 (2) ; 下直筒 (3)和裙摆 (4)位于秤斗 的底部, 二者的上端同锥形筒 (2)的下端相连接, 裙摆 (4)设置在下直筒 (3)的外 围;上直筒(1)和锥形筒 (2)的连接处周向设置有多个用于将秤斗固定在秤斗支架 上的斗体悬挂鼻 (5);锥形筒 (2)上周向设置有多个用于将粉体秤的激震装置同秤 斗相连接的激震装置悬挂鼻 (6)。
料斗 (81)主要由以下步骤制作而成: 如图 3所示,将上锥筒和下锥筒粘接在 一起。 如图 4所示, 将激震装置悬挂鼻 (6)按照图示位置粘贴到锥形筒上, 然后 对粘贴处进行缝纫处理; 将上直筒(1)粘贴到锥形筒 (2)的上边缘上,然后将斗体 悬挂鼻 (6)粘贴到二者连接处附近的区域并进行缝纫处理;将下直筒 (3)粘贴到锥 形筒 (2)的下边缘上; 将以上粘贴好的半成品沿锥形的成型方向进行卷曲、 对边 粘贴, 使之形成锥筒状。 如图 5所示, 将裙摆 (4)的上边缘环形粘贴到下直筒 (3) 和锥形筒 (2)的连接处, 使之呈裙摆状位于下直筒 (3)的外围。
在粘贴之前需对粘贴区域进行打磨处理。
如上所述, 结合附图本实施例仅就本发明的优选实施例进行了描述。对于所 属领域技术人员来说可以据此得到启示,而直接推导出符合本发明设计构思的其 他替代结构, 由此得到的其他结构特征也应属于本发明所述的方案范围。
