Description

冲泡杯 技术领域 本发明有关于一种冲泡杯结构， 详而言之是关于一种可固设及保护冲 泡物于杯内， 以防止其暴露于空气中而容易受潮、 被菌体侵入的设计。 背景技术 按， 茶叶、 奶粉、 咖啡等是一般人曰常生活中常见的冲泡物， 而为了 携带方便， 该些冲泡物被加工制成碎屑状或粉状， 让使用者持一茶杯倒入 适量的冲泡物， 并冲入相当温度的热水， 配以搅拌后， 即可让冲泡物溶于 热水中而饮用；
而随着携带便利度的进一步需求， 相关业者又设计出多款便携式冲泡 杯， 例如将茶叶贮置于瓶盖内， 瓶盖内侧则设有滤网防止茶叶掉入瓶内， 因此使用者加入饮用水于杯体后， 将杯体予以静置或摇晃或平置一段时间， 即可获得具有泡茶风味的饮品， 而如此方便的冲泡杯结构亦获得诸多旅行 者、 上班族等的青睐；
然而， 前述冲泡杯虽可提供便于携带的功能， 但事实上， 该冲泡杯内 贮置的茶叶、 奶粉等冲泡物并没有受到进一步的保护， 其是开放式贮存于 杯体内， 因此冲泡物容易受到潮气或空气中细菌等侵入， 就算杯体有杯盖 或其它对象封闭， 但原本封装加工时亦不能保证空气内没有相当量的潮气 或菌体， 经过一段时间仍会使得冲泡物受到影响， 造成冲泡物变质而影响 风味， 甚至造成饮用者肠胃不适等症状 （奶粉、 咖啡等可食用物质于开放 空间的存放时间有限， 因此特别容易变质）， 因此其实用性相当有限， 有必 要加以研发一款可保护冲泡物， 以防止其暴露于空气中而容易受潮、 被菌 体侵入的冲泡杯结构。 发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题是： 现有冲泡杯因其内贮置的冲泡物暴露于 空气中而容易受潮、 被菌体侵入等问题。 为了解决上述技术问题， 本发明提供一种冲泡杯结构， 包括一杯体及 一可溶的食用胶层， 其中：
该食用胶层设于杯体内壁， 且食用胶层内封装冲泡物， 使冲泡物不直 接与空气接触， 以防止冲泡物变质， 如此例如咖啡、 奶粉等于开放空间中 不能长时间存放的冲泡物被食用胶层所保护， 不会受潮或被菌体侵入。
本发明提供的冲泡杯结构， 进一步包括一滤网， 该滤网于食用胶层外 贴附于杯体内壁， 使食用胶层受到滤网的覆盖， 借以保护冲泡物或防止冲 泡物掉出滤网之外， 例如茶叶此种颗粒粒径较大且不应直接食用的冲泡物， 其可被滤网阻挡。
本发明提供的冲泡杯结构， 进一步包括一封闭杯体的杯盖， 该杯盖可 阻绝外界的空气进入杯体， 让食用胶层更不受外界空气的影响。
本发明提供的冲泡杯结构， 进一步包括一可与杯体底部活动组合的杯 底盖， 该杯底盖插设于杯体底部而与杯体固定结合， 而食用胶层及冲泡物 设于杯底盖上。
本发明提供的冲泡杯结构可使冲泡物不直接与空气接触， 以防止冲泡 物变质。 附图说明 图 1是本发明第一实施例各组件立体分解示意图。

本发明有关于一种冲泡杯结构， 请参阅图 1、 2所示， 其是本发明的主 实施例， 包括一杯体 1及一可溶的食用胶层 2, 其中：
该食用胶层 2设于杯体 1内壁，且食用胶层 2内封装冲泡物 3,如图 1、 2所示， 本实施例该食用胶层 2设于杯体 1底壁， 食用胶层 2内封装适量的 冲泡物 3, 本实施例以咖啡粉封装于食用胶层 2内， 因此饮用者只需以热水 冲入杯体 1 内， 配以搅拌， 即可让食用胶层 2溶解， 而使咖啡粉均匀溶入 热水中， 让饮用者即冲即饮， 故本发明借食用胶层 2可使冲泡物 3不直接 与空气接触， 以防止冲泡物 3变质；
本发明进一步包括一滤网 11 , 该滤网 11于食用胶层 2外贴附于杯体 1 内壁， 使食用胶层 2受到滤网 11的覆盖， 借以保护冲泡物 3或防止冲泡物 3掉出滤网 11之外， 特别如图 3、 4所示， 其本发明的第二实施例， 于该实 施例中， 其冲泡物 3 为茶叶， 而茶叶的颗粒粒径较大， 因此不应直接食用 的茶叶可受到滤网 11阻挡，只能受到饮用水冲泡而获得茶叶风味的饮用品。
本发明进一步包括封闭杯体 1的杯盖 12,该杯盖 12可阻绝外界的空气 进入杯体 1 , 例如本发明图 1、 2所示意可抛弃式的杯体 1 , 该杯盖 12则用 以封闭杯体 1 , 阻绝外界空气对食用胶层 2不益的影响， 例如使食用胶层 2 沾上灰尘等。
本发明进一步包括一可与杯体 1底部活动组合的杯底盖 13 , 如图 1、 2 所示， 该杯底盖 13插设于杯体 1底部而与杯体 1固定结合， 而食用胶层 2 及冲泡物 3设于内的杯底盖 13上， 因而实施本发明时可先将食用胶层 2及 冲泡物 3附着在杯底盖 13上， 在加工使杯底盖 13封闭于杯体 1底部， 即 可获得方便冲泡、 防止冲泡物 3变质的本发明。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例， 本发 明的保护范围不限于此。 本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等 同替代或变换， 均在本发明的保护范围之内。 本发明的保护范围以权利要 求书为准。

1、 一种冲泡杯结构， 其特征在于， 包括一杯体及一可溶的食用胶层， 其中：
该食用胶层设于杯体内壁， 且该食用胶层内封装冲泡物。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的冲泡杯结构， 其特征在于， 进一步包括一滤 网， 该滤网于该食用胶层外贴附于该杯体内壁， 使该食用胶层受到该滤网 的覆盖。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的冲泡杯结构， 其特征在于， 进一步包括一封 闭该杯体的杯盖。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的冲泡杯结构， 其特征在于， 进一步包括一可 与该杯体底部活动组合的杯底盖， 该杯底盖插设于该杯体底部而与该杯体 固定结合， 而该食用胶层及该冲泡物设于该杯底盖上。
